Pay attention to the tourist fee, the hotel staff does not always correctly inform on this issue. Convenient location! The rooms are good. In the afternoon, instead of two towels, they put one. At midnight, we noticed it, called the reception, asked to bring it. After 10 minutes, call again, they didn't wait, wiped themselves off with one, a disgruntled madam came and said she would give a new towel in exchange for a dirty one! When we asked to come in and find him, she resigned herself, gave it away without exchange!
Some rooms are smoky, tea cups are not washed every day, the same goes with glasses. This, of course, is not 4 or 5 stars unambiguously. The buffet is not bad, but for a three-star hotel. Too economical

The attitude of the staff is disgusting. At the entrance, the administrator does not even meet or greet, the guards walk around looking as if they came to steal. It was 6 days, the only white spot was the maids, everything was cleaned clean and well. And for the rest, the attitude of the staff killed me, I warned in advance on the last day (a day in advance) that I would need an AVR, the accountant ran out and started shouting, after my words that I would not come to them anymore, she also shouted "yes please", in order to compete with good hotels, you need to completely change the staff or send it for the exchange of experience.. I have been to hotels in Pavlodar, Astana, Aksu has never met such an attitude, they left a very very bad impression.

The hotel is well located, new almost since 2017. But the furniture is not modern in his rooms. The breakfast area is small. There won't be enough tables at rush hour. The mattresses are super! Summary. The staff tries, but falls short. They won't notice there, they'll look askance here or they won't hurry... to educate and educate more.

And now the cons - they asked me if I had a smoking room or not, I answered exclusively non-smoker, checked in and left, night came, and there was a powerful smell of cigarettes in the room. I went to the reception to sort it out, they immediately realized that the problem was with ventilation and changed the room. Why put a non-smoker in such a room? As a result, the room was changed, but things partially smelled. The next joint is the bathroom, it has a musty smell and a very sloppy repair, an unpleasant feeling is created.

A beautiful, modern, stylish and fresh hotel with a good location. Large spacious rooms, snow-white linen and towels. There are bathrobes, slippers and everything you need in the bathroom. Comfortable large beds. There is a buffet breakfast, a wide variety of dishes, everything is very tasty. Everyone will find something for themselves. The system sleeps in the room, but it works noisily. Cleaning every day. If you don't pick on the little things, everything is perfect. I definitely recommend you to stay. Fortunately, the bed linen was changed with me and I did not make a fuss. But getting an AVR from them became a problem. On June 27, they requested documents, they said they would be issued on the day of departure - June 28. But on the 28th there was another shift at the reception, they said that they were not aware, and there was no accounting, since the day off was Eid al-Adha. They promised to send it to the post office, I wrote them the mail address, phone number, and now I'm fighting for the second day, but so far in vain. Sometimes they send them to each other, sometimes the phones don't answer. I am writing a special review so that the hotel management pays attention to the attitude of its employees to the work. I've been staying at this hotel for almost a week. The staff is polite, considerate, and tidy. The room, from the point of view of cleanliness, filling with necessary things for living, is almost magnificent. However, there was an elementary lack of such a trifle as a shoe spoon. I came across a not very quiet room and this is not related to the neighbors, but to the windows facing the road. It is impossible to sleep with an open window, the noise of cars that periodically honk, as well as night races do not allow you to relax at night. It is better to take rooms on the side of the private sector when checking in and the view is better there (mountains are visible), and quieter. Sleeping with the window closed, but with the air conditioner turned on, is also not an option for me, especially since it works quite noisily. I will say separately about the work of WiFi. I got a corner room and there was practically no WiFi. I chose this hotel because of the SPA. But not everything is so good here either. There is no water in the pool, so there is nothing to do in the pool without first going to the sauna, the water is very cold. Yes, and the pool is dirty. The sauna cools down very quickly and heats up very slowly. For this reason, I went once and didn't want to anymore. What's really great is the breakfast buffet. Breakfast is rated 5+. In general, if the above is not critical, then the hotel is good.
