It can be seen that initially the idea was good, but the execution was not very good.
Let's start with check-in, check-in at 14.00 we checked in at 5.00 am the next day, the room was paid and booked. But no one could clean it for 17 hours. Tired of the plane, we still waited 30-40 minutes for it to be removed.
The audibility in the rooms is very strong, you can also hear the cars that drive under the window and who walks in the corridor.
There is no cleaning in the room at all. We think they're just making beds. Therefore, like the dust in the corner, as it has been all the days since our arrival, no one has removed it. We got the underwear with traces of lipstick, by the way, no one cleaned it, and the underwear was not replaced.
The staff is very tight on requests, you call the reception, ask to do something, after which you come and no one even lifted a finger.
Another example, you approach the reception, ask a question, someone else comes up after you, also asks, they instantly switch to him, you wait.
We may be so lucky, but it's very sad.

The impressions are twofold. +Good rooms, standard breakfast, helpful staff. -Rusty tap water and even with sand (and this is on the 9th floor). I haven't had time to go to the spa in 5 days, so I can't comment on anything

Excellent service. The staff is polite and diligent. For breakfast, you can get soup, eggs, a couple of types of porridge, there are several more hot dishes and lots of snacks. The rooms are cleaned carefully. The location is convenient, near the metro station and a lot of trolleybus and bus stops.

I never thought that in one hotel for 4 days of stay you can face so many troubles:
- The air conditioning in the entire hotel was turned off for some reason all the time (renovation?)
- An insect in the room
- Several power outages and a generator rattling under the window
- Prolonged shutdown of hot water in the morning without any warning, vague answers from the reception regarding the timing of the situation. When they turned it on, it was rusty for another hour, and my colleague on the other floor was rusty right up to two o'clock in the morning, and her power outages continued - a madhouse.
- Sullen, green, indifferent, untrained staff who can't even make a smile on duty.
- A leaky shower stall partition, and in all three rooms that we rented. There are blunt holes through which the stream of the soul calmly makes its way.
- I've never seen anything like this in my life, but I even had their shoe spoon split into small sharp fragments at the moment of putting my foot into the shoe with its help.
- The coffee machine was broken at breakfast, the coffee itself was tasteless.
- Well, the breakfasts are generally tasteless, I had to look for something acceptable in order not to go hungry.
I will never advise anyone (even the enemy) to stay here.

Super! I visited Almaty often before the pandemic, but I didn't know about this hotel, but it's a pity! I liked everything! The rooms are cozy and clean. Water-tea-coffee in the room, bathrobes, slippers, everything. The breakfast is super, porridge, shorpa, fish, fruits, pastries - very tasty. I had dinner at the restaurant after a trip to the mountains - a large portion, everything is delicious. The location is convenient. In a word, even on a business trip, even on vacation - just to this hotel! The price/quality is 100%. Thanks to the staff!!!

Expired shampoo for as long as 4 years!!!!!!this is a 4-star hotel, the breakfasts are very modest, if you come 30 minutes before closing you will have to look for something to eat.There is a renovation on the floor, because of this, the carpet is very dirty and audibility.It's very cold in the room!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. A decent room, a large comfortable bed, pillows, a blanket is normal. The staff is polite. The breakfast buffet is quite varied. The restaurant is small, I had to wait in line. In principle, a good hotel.

A wonderful breakfast. the restaurant at the mid-level hotel. of the problems, room cleaning is very weak. there is no point in a bathroom in the room, because there is no plug and it is not possible to dial it. SOOOOO weak Wi-Fi in the rooms. I came on a business trip and couldn't work comfortably in the room, I had to go down to the lobby.

None of this is definitely not 4**** .
1) breakfast (it is before 10:30) is cleaned by the staff team at 10:20. At the same time, they are all rattling, making noise, waving rags, rubbing something. The hotel does not understand, apparently, that it is absurd to create such an atmosphere for guests and it is a rascality not to leave food for late guests. The breakfast itself is quite average - coffee from the vending machine, fresh juice is not offered, the food is normal, but without frills.
2) they settle in smoky rooms. At the same time, a luxury room.
3) there is no well-trained staff. Upon arrival, no one offered to help with the suitcase. People at the reception are not very smiling.
4) There is a black concierge inside, who digs into his phone, does not notice the incoming guest, does not offer help with luggage. At the same time, when he noticed that I was taking out a plate of fruit from breakfast, he ran to complain - look what they're dragging, it's not supposed to. Funny))
5) A bathtub with a small curtain. - with high growth, the shower sews up the floor. The light in the room turns on crookedly - the switches are not thought out.
6) an ironing board and an old iron, from which water flows, are brought on demand. After use, they are asked to take everything out into the corridor themselves.
7) the room was not cleaned one of the days.
8) when evicting, they do not check out until they accept the number: they look to see if everything is OK with it.
9) early/late check-in, even if it is an extra hour, is paid as a full extra day.
10) there is no pool. In fact, it is a font and a Finnish sauna. Make no mistake.
There is no desire to stop a second time. Advise Garden Park Inn to others too. Very sorry.

On the 1st floor there is a sauna, a small swimming pool. The breakfasts are absolutely ordinary, there is everything from porridge to soup without frills. Everything is normal. But I liked it.

1.The beds in the double room are one and a half. They asked to change the number to no avail.

We lived in a suite with two children. We were slightly shocked, because the sofa did not unfold (unlike the photo). A cot for an additional cost. Room cleaning wants the best. The floor has never been washed. Towels for two. Two bottles of water for everyone... everything had to be begged... even I had to go in search of a cleaner for toilet paper. I'm not talking about the dust layer on the furniture at all. In short, even if you don't find fault, it's not ice.

There are not enough seats during breakfast - there are large four-person tables, at which 1-2 people sit, it would be better to make more single-double tables. A normal hotel, the location is top, but there are problems with the service. The light bulb was changed for two days, the sink was clogged, the room keys constantly refused to work.

Great rooms and a good breakfast are the most important things in the hotel! It's a solid 4+. The spa area, fitness and room-service are weak. The pool has a rickety staircase and a very modest basement interior with cheap finishes. The sauna itself is good. The fitness is on the 10th floor (spa on -1) and there is a feeling of an attic here! In fitness, there are strange treadmills turned off with plugs unsuitable for sockets. There are dumbbells, a barbell with bench press bench and an ellipse, also turned off. By the way, the view of the mountains from the window of the fitness room is wonderful!

The second is waiting for a transfer car from the hotel of a normal level , the fact is comfort or economy taxi with a smoky salon (price one way from the hotel 7000 , Yandex business taxi 4000)
Third , orange socks of others are in the room in the most visible place ( how do they clean the room ?
Fourth , we ordered dinner at the restaurant and waited for a steak for more than an hour ( despite the fact that we had dinner alone )
