An excellent choice for a relaxing holiday. Delicious, varied breakfasts, good linen.
The hotel has its own beach with a great view of the Temple of Truth. The territory is well maintained, there are many photo zones, beautiful flowers, trees, birds.
Of the cons: it is far from the center and the noises of Pattaya. It is tedious to walk to tuk-tuks for 25 minutes, and then without any problems to get to Terminal 21 and to any places.
By taxi bolt70-85 baht to the center, similarly back. Bali Hay Pier is 100 baht away
We will definitely come there again.

A great, quiet, peaceful hotel in the north of Pattaya. Those who are not interested in parties, noise, loud music and dancing all night - you are definitely here.
It has its own beach and a great pool with a children's area. The funny thing is that it's all so close that you can endlessly walk from the pool to the sea and back, the main thing is to grab a sunbed and there's enough of it for two locations) The breakfasts are varied and delicious, especially since in early November a renovated dining area was opened, with the opportunity to sit on the balcony, eat and admire the views. The hotel is not new, so do not expect a modern "hi-tech", but in general, the hotel has everything you need, and innovation takes a back seat. 7/11 is within walking distance, so for triangles, cocktails and Chang (I personally liked Leo and Singha better), you can always go very quickly.
The staff is responsive, friendly and unobtrusive. Well, I would like to say separately about the species.... They're bombastic. We took the "Sea View" room - we didn't lose, the view is gorgeous. The hotel has its own picturesque territory, which has photo zones. And of course, the view of the Temple of Truth. It's probably worth choosing this hotel for them.
It was also the cheapest of all the tour operator's offers. At first we thought it was some kind of crap, but in the end, delight, complete satisfaction and a frenzied desire to return. So if you are an unassuming and not harmful tourist to the smallest detail, this is your option. Personally, I got high. 😊

A wonderful hotel. It is far from the center, but that's what we wanted. Very good breakfasts, for every taste. Lots of vegetables and fruits.
The territory of the hotel is large, you can walk, with various gazebos. A nice pool, especially for small children "paddling pool". But, as in any hotel, there are not enough sun beds. My husband got up at 5 a.m. to take a seat. It's not very pleasant.
The sea, as always in Pattaya, is not very clean. Not transparent. The weather was +30-32 degrees. The heat is very pleasant. March-April is +40-45 there.
There are not many cafes nearby, "makashnits" either. We ate mainly in shops., where there is ready-made takeaway food. It was heated in the store in the microwave. Fruits and vegetables were taken outside.
We are very happy with the rest!

The hotel is conveniently located away from the bustling city, right on the beach. There are 2 shops nearby where you can buy everything you need. There are also massage parlors, the cost of massage in which is cheaper than that of hotel masseuses. You can easily get to the city center and back to the hotel by taxi (using the Bolt app for 89 baht). A quiet relaxing holiday for people tired of the hustle and bustle... However, I do not recommend overpaying for a room of the category, allegedly, "deluxe with SEA VIEW". Under the room of this category, a "cubicle" was provided, with an eerily noisy air conditioner, with a side view of the sea... The tour operator "Pegast-turistik" in the person of the Muslim guide refused to refund the money overpaid for the room......

We had a vacation in February 2025. Everything was fine. The breakfasts are hearty, the rooms are clean, towels are changed regularly. Linen bathrobes, flip-flops and umbrellas are provided in the rooms. The beach and the water are clean, sometimes the waves bring human waste products - bottles, bags, packages. There are plenty of rods, ottomans, and chairs on the beach and near the pool. There are wicker shells, you can wallow in them all day, adjusting the supply of the sun. You can have dinner in cafes near the hotel in the evening, but we bought fried fish outside. There is a fruit shop near the hotel, the prices are too high. You can walk further away, there's a fruit truck, the prices are cheaper. What I didn't like was the Azur carrier. The toilet is dirty on the plane, the corners are not flushed and the food is disgusting, the neighbor immediately got poisoned, and I have a disorder at home. Be careful!

The hotel is just super, a beautiful place, free sun beds only need to be taken early if you want to lie down, there are almost always free ones. The breakfasts are good, there is a choice. The rooms are clean, the bed is changed every 6 days, (but one situation was not pleasant. They broke a bottle of beer in the room, asked to remove it because they did not know what to remove there was no rag. And there was another joke: we ordered a portion of dumplings from the hotel restaurant in the room (the grams of the portion are not indicated on the menu), when they arrived, they laughed for a very long time in a portion of three dumplings. We arrived at the hotel to check in at night, our first breakfast, paid for, was unfortunately missing.If you arrive at night, change the baht at the AIRPORT, it is much more profitable there than changing at the hotel!!!The most profitable exchanger is the YELLOW EXCHANGE, but those that are closer to the hotel have a lower exchange rate, and in principle, when you leave for the city, if you go somewhere where there are hotels, the exchange rate is always lower than in the city.The deposit at the hotel is 2000 baht.
We also left at night, so we requested breakfast in advance, which could be lost if you don't scratch, no one will scratch, they gave us pineapple juice, a sandwich, ham cheese and tangerine.
We were checked into a room,the room is spacious,double bed,wardrobe,WORK SAFE, tea / coffee / sugar,shampoo / shower gel / soap/ body cream / ear sticks / shower caps,cleaned every day,but so that you are not 100% missed, hang a sign,bed linen is not changed always,all accessories are reported,the water certainly smells,but this is Thailand,sometimes it crashes and flows cold when you want hot,there are two buildings and a bungalow, if the air conditioner is on in the room,you can't sit on the balcony normally,as it is very noisy,we lived mostly, someone in the rooms has ropes with clothespins, someone does not have, where there are chickens and roosters in the bungalow, he will be screaming birds in the morning and the birds will wake everyone up🤣

Yes, the hotel is far from MOVING, but you can safely get there by taxi by downloading the BOLT app, if there are a lot of you, then you can safely call a taxi, in fact, the price is the same as on a tuk tuk, but if you want to ride a tuk tuk, then you safely need to walk for about 15 minutes, go out onto the main street and stand waiting for a tuk tuk to stop next to you, in no case, do not stop it yourself, it will charge more for the fare or even stop the tuk tuk taxi, and since the tuk tuk costs 10 baht, you can use it to get to the cool shopping center TERMINAL 21,there you can eat and poke around,it opens on bazarchik street from Thu to Wed.The prices are acceptable.The tuk tuk also turns to Josien, where you can also walk around the bazaars and various shops.
We went on our own to Dancing Girls Beach and Koh Lan Island, and it's much cheaper by taxi than with a guide, so I repeat, feel free to download BOLT.To get to Koh Lan island, you will need to get to the Pier on Jomtien and from there by boat for 30 baht / person, it is very cool, clean, but crowded.

We stayed at this hotel several times. We really enjoyed it, especially the first time before the pandemic. A large territory, a nice clean swimming pool, a separate paddling pool for children. The Temple of Truth is a 10-minute walk away.There is a large selection for breakfast-two soups, several side dishes, chicken, pork, ham, sausages, salad set of vegetables, scrambled eggs, omelet, sauces, pastries, jams, yogurt simple and with fruits, sweet flakes, fruits-watermelon, pineapple, pitahaya, melon, papaya. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor, there are tables on the balcony overlooking the sea and the Temple of Truth, we always had breakfast there. A great hotel, with a wonderful view of the sea, its own pool and beach, a quiet place, no noise in the evening, a 10-minute walk away is a local landmark-the Temple of Truth, which is definitely worth a visit!

There are few tourists in the hotel, so everywhere is free. The only downside is that there is no transport to Pattaya in the evening. Although the tuk-tuk is around the clock. We just arrived from vacation, we rested on 03. 2023 . I really liked the hotel, the green area is very beautiful and we swam in the clear sea every day. The breakfasts are quite tasty, although the choice is not large, we were not hungry, fruits are varied every day. We had lunch in cafes for about 10 minutes, large portions for an adequate price, took a standard room on arrival, added 100 bucks and we were put in a great room with a safe and free Wi-Fi overlooking the sea. Clean snow-white linen, Cleaned and changed towels every day. There were enough sunbeds on the beach for everyone. True, it is far from the center, but even this is a matter of habit. On the second day of rest, we calmly reached the main road, there is a tuk tuk 10 baht. There is a seafood market nearby. We collected live seafood, fried and ate there at the market, leaving for the evening we took a refrigerator with us in the room, and in the evening we had a picnic at the hotel on the ocean, it's just a fairy tale!!! There are enough tables on the beach, in different parts of the beach. We downloaded a Bolt for a taxi and went wherever we wanted, it wasn't expensive, the exchanger was only yellow, don't take rubles, it's not profitable! We went on our own to Koh Lan island to different beaches. The tour is more expensive. There is no security, one day homeless people came and started swimming in the pool right in their clothes, before booking a room, make sure that it is on the renovated floor and that it is the last one in this building, otherwise you will have a common balcony with neighbors. This is a great hotel. We liked it. Convenient location with its own beach and territory, from the beach a view of the Temple of Truth with sunset, close to shops 7/11 and BigC, delicious cafes, exchangers, pharmacies - in general, everything is there, but there is no hustle and bustle, as in the center of Pattaya. We also liked the breakfasts. The room was taken immediately with a view of the sea - and it was very cool!

I really enjoyed my vacation! We had a beautiful landscape and a view from the room to the sea.
There was not enough variety for breakfast and there were few fruits. The rooms themselves are tired, but they are cleaned well and the room itself is large, so the repair did not bother me much.
The hotel has started to do restoration in the Lobby, I think they will reach the rooms soon.
I want to go back, we really liked it here

I was at this hotel with my 9-year-old daughter in March 2023.The hotel is good, the location is right on the sea. The sea is clean enough for Pattaya. The pool is next to the sea, which is very convenient. We took a deluxe room, cleaned the room every day, two bottles of water, tea, coffee, detergents. The safe and Wi-Fi were in the room, which is convenient. The furniture is a bit old, the air conditioning is very noisy. But everything worked in the room. The breakfasts were meager, but we were always well-fed and for 12 days the range of food did not change at all.The staff is helpful. In general, we are happy with the rest!

The sea is not very clean, and the smell is present, it seems to me, as everywhere else.There are two buildings, in the main one, with a beautiful view of the sea, mostly Chinese people live. When I was looking for a hotel, I chose very carefully so that the view was beautiful from the room , and how disappointed I was , they put me in another building , where there were rusty roofs and a garbage dump under the balcony ((and they booked a deluxe with a sea view) and as the manager who arranged the tour from the travel agency "Academy of Tourism" said-Well, you can see the sea there." Therefore, be very careful about the reservation.So the hotel guide from Anex tour did not solve the problem either.The breakfasts were good and the choice was very large (but I am not a spoiled tourist), the rooms were cleaned every day.Nothing critically bad or good, I can't say. The only thing I didn't like was the placement.

Overall, a nice and cozy hotel. It's like he's in the city, but at the same time he's far away from it.
The advantages are a decent territory, a park, but really not very well maintained. Your own beach with sun beds. But there are not enough of them when filling the hotel. The rooms are different but generally similar. The hotel is far from new, respectively, and the furniture and plumbing are also from those times. Everything worked, both the TV and the air conditioner and the refrigerator- small but full-fledged - even with a freezer.
The main building has a good view of the sea, but it is not possible to sit on the balcony - there are air conditioning units and hot air is blowing
We lived in a bungalow and a villa - also rooms, but secluded with a view of the park-peace and quiet. True, mosquitoes disturbed the peace in the evening - I bought mosquito coils in Semerochka and it became more comfortable.
Breakfast is good ham sausages. And meat or chicken in the form of ready-made dishes
Pineapple fruits are delicious, watermelons. There were melon-like pieces several times. And the dragon's eye.
Cherry tomatoes salad, cabbage and mayonnaise are two types of sauce. I haven't tried Thai food - it's very spicy.

The hotel is a solid four. The location is in the northern part of the city. After covid, a lot of things didn't recover that were nearby. The territory is large and green. The first line is a plus. The sea also came out. The water is not transparent, but it is clean. The pool is comfortable. The breakfasts are good. One review wrote about the steps. We were driving, we thought it would be so stressful there. And it's just going down to the beach from the first floor. It's even good for a warm-up. We liked everything, we had a rest in November 2023.
