Very old style, traditional type of hotel with very congested rooms. Hardly any space inside the rooms. Also there are single bed room. The size of bed is like single bed for children. Prices are still sky high, probably being located in City Centre.

One of the disadvantages: we stayed in early May, it was still quite cold outside. Unfortunately, it was also cold in the room, and it was impossible to raise the temperature in the room (as the receptionist explained). There were no extra blankets or blankets in the room. The heater was provided on the third day of the stay. Due to the inability to keep warm, it was impossible to fall asleep soundly. The rest after sleep was incomplete. The blanket on the single bed is narrow. As a man with a shoulder girdle size of 54 cm, I could turn on my side and leave my back without a blanket (in my opinion). I was saved only by the blanket that was provided at the reception.
There is no shower curtain in the bathroom, which is why the floor is constantly wet after taking a shower. Given that the temperature in the room did not rise above 17-20 degrees, moisture on the floor was almost always present. In the process of frequent visits to the bathroom, a combination of moisture and dust from the hallway formed dirt in the bathroom.
During the stay at the hotel, the hot water was turned off for 12 hours.
It's not the fault of the hotel, but the procedure for turning off the hot water is not quite correct. When turning off the hot water, it is necessary to contact a plumber so that he turns on the water supply to the water heater, and then only use the water. Unfortunately, there will be no hot water without this manipulation.
Everything else was fine. The staff is friendly, they always tried to help and solve the problem. Unfortunately, the weather has let us down and the central heating has been turned off. And they don't have split systems that run on heat. I had to sleep under a blanket and adapt to the realities.

A hotel that I would like to recommend. Polite, friendly staff. A comfortable, cozy room. Delicious breakfast. We have been to this hotel twice in one trip. The hotel is located in the center of Minsk, within walking distance from the main attractions. The hotel has parking, but it's not big, we were lucky twice and found a place. The bed in the room is comfortable. The child had an extra place on the folding seat, she said it was cozy. There was no dental cleaning kit in the bathroom.
As for breakfast, there was everything you needed to start the morning: delicious and satisfying, accompanied by pleasant, calm music.
I recommend it and I will come back here on my next trip to Minsk.

the cuisine at the hotel is varied, the breakfasts suit every taste, the interior is solid, you can not only have breakfast, but also lunch and dinner. I highly recommend salted mushrooms with delicious Belarusian potatoes-try it and you will remember this delicious dish for a long time.

We stayed here for the night, and thank God. I do not recommend the hotel if you want a comfortable stay!
Pros: excellent location, there are 2 elevators, excellent staff, delicious breakfasts, very beautiful stained glass windows between the floors. There is an ironing room, but there is only 1 key at the reception, and if one of the guests took it and did not return it, you will wait a long time until it is found and taken away.
Cons: Very narrow beds. It's cold in the rooms, and there's a lot of wind blowing from the windows. There are 2 shower caps and a bag for hygienic garbage in the bathroom from hygiene kits. Shampoo and gel in one dispenser. There is no conditioner for hair, no toothbrushes, no bathrobes (but these are 3 stars, maybe they shouldn't have been). Watering can in the shower from the torture chamber!!! It pours 3 jets, if you increase the pressure, it can cut you into pieces ... and if you do less pressure, then you will wash under 3 drops until morning!
It's a very dusty room!

A convenient hotel in terms of accessibility to all the sights of Minsk. Not far from the Town Hall and Independence Avenue. There are many restaurants and cafes around.
The room is clean, regular cleaning.
But they don't reach three stars in terms of service. There is no shampoo or gel in the bathroom (we are somehow used to this). There is tea and sugar, but no spoon (I asked the receptionist, they sent me to the restaurant and they gave me two plastic (!) spoons).

The hotel was pleasantly impressed with its beautiful interior, polite and attentive service (when we couldn't cope with the air conditioning in the evening, the receptionist on duty brought a hotel employee to our aid, he also helped us enter the courtyard) and the cleanliness of the room, there is an elevator. They gave us exactly the number we asked for in the letter. We took a room with breakfast, breakfast is a buffet, the table is constantly replenished, I recommend taking it. There were 2 types of porridge, scrambled eggs, omelet, poached eggs, cottage cheese, pancakes with meat, sausages, sausage, rolls, waffles, casserole, two types of cheese, butter, cut into cubes (not to confuse with cheese, I confused, but it turned out very tasty)), water, milk and juices in decanters, coffee from the coffee machine. And that's not all the dishes, I don't remember everything, of course. In general, a wonderful hotel in the city center, which is worth the money, we plan to return here, but for a couple of days to devote our time to exploring the city.

Excellent location, very beautiful building both from the outside and the interiors inside, reminiscent of an Art Nouveau mansion from the 20s of the last century (hall, beautiful staircase with stained glass windows, restaurant where breakfast takes place). The breakfasts are delicious and varied! Don't believe negative reviews.
Of the cons: 1) it is worth checking the tightness of the sink faucet, it leaks to the floor and at high water pressure it is quite strong; 2) it would be nice to have shampoo (and ideally balm) for hair in the room, we only had a dispenser labeled shower gel/ shampoo, I did not want to wash my hair; 3) it is a little dusty in the hallway of the room.
None of the disadvantages spoiled the overall positive impression of the hotel.

Please note that parking in front of the hotel is municipal and paid on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00. Paying for a subscription without a Belarusian number is another quest. Rooms are OK: size, equipment, quality of materials, everything is normal. Breakfasts are all decent to me. The price level is for May x2-x3, but this is all relative. Room cleaning is a minus here. It is purely nominal. There is dust on the table, the mirror is streaked, the linen is changed in a few days. Mir cards are accepted.

It was our big mistake: the borscht was so thin that it felt like it was just a saucepan rinsed, well, the meat (it was not in the plate at all), but cabbage, beetroot, potatoes.... There was a feeling that these vegetables are in great short supply. By color, a certain pink substance called borscht ... a meat pan ... 400 g, by the way, the weight of the finished dish is indicated. Well, if together with a frying pan, then yes, 400 grams will be quite enough. Well, the prices were quite restaurant prices. Conclusion: I definitely recommend the hotel, the restaurant is only for breakfast, by the way, we have never seen visitors there either in the evening or in the afternoon, this also says something.

Let's start with the pros: The hotel is very well located, near cafes, shops, shopping centers. The staff is super, they were very friendly, told everything, showed everything. A week earlier they warned that there would be no hot water in the hotel, this did not upset us because we were traveling for one night, arriving we were pleasantly surprised that there was a boller. The rooms have solid furniture,(she reminded me of the Cosmos hotel in Moscow, only it's newer here). There is a kettle, tea, coffee. The breakfasts are gorgeous, it seems like only a little, but everything is so diverse-it's super! These were the pros, but we didn't find any cons. A wonderful hotel in the heart of Minsk – the upper town. Everything is within walking distance, excellent cafes and restaurants, the historical center, Trinity Suburb, railway station, public transport stop. Breakfasts are always varied and delicious, with a large selection for every taste in demand. A handsome young man, always dressed to the nines, makes sure that the assortment is always in perfect order and the atmosphere as a whole sets up for a pleasant day.

It was my first time in Minsk, and I was lucky enough to stay in this hotel.
We arrived earlier than check-in and left our things in the storage room.
The staff at the reception is polite and wonderful.
The security service, they're dressed to the nines-it's nice to look at.
Book online from Russia, the card (mir) is charged as stipulated by the regulations. We took the breakfasts, they are wonderful. No obvious luxuries, but everything is delicious. (I'm attaching a photo)
Rooms: spacious, had the feeling of noble chambers, all made of wood.
The bed is snow-white and comfortable.
The towels are snow-white (there is no feeling of shabby life).
In the room: refrigerator, glasses, kettle, tea/coffee, slippers are provided.
In the bathroom, hair dryer, gel/soap dispensers.
Location: in the city center, easy access to everything.

It is located in the center, there is nowhere to center, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, clean, the service is excellent, the breakfasts are delicious and varied (buffet), a good quality cozy interior!
