The best thing about this hotel is the location - the center, everything is close on foot. The rooms are not fancy, but they are normal. For breakfast, everything you usually need to eat (scrambled eggs, sausages, cottage cheese, yoghurts, casserole, slicing, etc. Porridge on water). The staff is pleasant, polite, ready to help. Further disadvantages:
- there's a problem with the hot water. It was often barely warm;
- low sound insulation in the rooms. All the conversations in the next room are audible, it is impossible to fall asleep;
- the hotel parking is very small. If there are a lot of cars, you will have to park somewhere else, and it's good if there are paid parking spaces on the road in front of the hotel (free of charge), but everything is often occupied there too.

A wonderful hotel in the very center of Minsk! To two metro stations - 10 min. to each, to the town hall - 5 min.
The room has a hairdryer, liquid soap and shampoo, the room itself is small, warm with a high ceiling. Cooler on the floor. Sooo delicious and hearty breakfasts!! And in general - a wonderful restaurant at the hotel: delicious and inexpensive (we fools only ate there once, in the end, somehow did not realize ...) The waiter girl is just the very courtesy!! We are extremely happy with everything!!! Well, straight, just here!

I really liked the hotel, the ideal location in the very center, the entourage rooms. The room where we stayed had gorgeous wooden furniture, all the amenities. There is a cool restaurant "Pan Hop" at the hotel. The breakfasts are delicious, the choice is not very large, but there was enough of everything. The staff is polite and friendly. Thanks!

Pros: cozy, convenient location - city center, quiet.
Cons: there are no balconies, repairs are required in some places, even if there are available rooms, they offered to pay half of the cost of a night's stay for check-in 3 hours earlier (in many countries they settle without additional payment without probem, this attitude increases the loyalty of the guest and improves the impression).

The location is the biggest plus of this hotel. It is located in the very center, between Nemiga and Independence Avenue. Metro stations are within walking distance. It's also close to the railway station - we didn't even take a taxi, we walked in 15 minutes. There is a small pedestrian street with bars and cafes nearby. It's fun here in the summer and there are a lot of people at outdoor tables, but we were in April, it was quiet. There is a reconstruction of the building opposite the hotel, but even with the windows facing this side, it was not very noisy during the day (although we did not happen much in the morning).
The hotel has four floors. We got it on the 4th floor, and all the rooms there are of the attic type. Their cost does not differ from the usual ones, but this nuance is not voiced on the website and when booking by phone. The room is small with two beds pushed together and antique furniture. In general, it's not bad, but small windows under the ceiling are sad, and to approach the bed from the window side, you need to either tilt your head or wipe all the curtains with your hair. At the same time, the photos of the room are made in such a way that you will not immediately understand about the attic. I was surprised by the absence of a kettle. The information indicates that the reception will provide boiling water upon request. Boiling water (!!!), not a kettle. The mini-refrigerator is connected to the general lighting system and turned off if you take out the card. That is, you can not leave something in it, it will not work after leaving the room. This is very wrong. The bathroom has become a disappointment. The boiler in 2023 simply stupefied, as well as the recommended time for taking a shower prescribed in the information. Hot water was very conditional, cold water could not be turned on at all. The towel rail was cold in the morning. The economy should be economical. The glass curtain on the bathtub is leaking, there are eternal puddles on the floor. It would be better to remove the hair dryer altogether, which is a shame with this object from the past, which has long forgotten how to produce hot air. The walls between the rooms are very thin. One day, they "enjoyed" not only the bed beating against the wall, but also the characteristic sounds of love impulses (despite the fact that these were not heart-rending screams after all). There is a beautiful living room in the hall, but there is also a cot, a vacuum cleaner and a baby cot. Is there really no utility room in the whole hotel where it can be put away?
Cleaning deserves a special mention. At least because she wasn't there. We stayed at the hotel for 6 days. How many times have we had our underwear changed? Not at all. It is stated that the linen is changed every 3 days, and cleaning is done daily. That's just when their activity begins around 4-5 pm, when many are already returning to the hotel from excursions, walks, etc. The maid is alone and in the morning she cleans only the rooms for check-in. Once in the end, when we saw that we were leaving after breakfast, we were offered to clean the room while we were away. At the same time, towels were replaced and the stain from the leaking soap dispenser in the bathroom was wiped - that's it. And it was the penultimate day. They had never been cleaned before, although we were absent from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. for one day. What have we been told about this? It wasn't my shift, I don't know anything. Instead of "sorry." By the way, the cleaning was not only the only one, but also very superficial. I saw some kind of cocktail tube under the bed at the check-out - she obviously lived with us all week, and none of the maids ever found her. So, the rooms are also prepared so-so.
The Pan Hop restaurant at the hotel was open only for breakfast. It was closed as an independent institution, although we were in Minsk in the summer, and it worked. Apparently, it's not the season. The breakfasts are sad enough, the food is tolerable, but everything looks unappetizing, somehow table-like. On the fourth day of their stay, they ran out of cream for coffee - they ran out and ran out, so there will be no more, no need to buy more.
The staff is generally polite, but not very attentive. They forgot about the request to see if there were any rooms available without an attic as soon as I left the counter, then I had to ask again. On the last day, when asked to call a taxi for the evening in advance, so that we would no longer worry, discontented snuffling, eye rolling and other demonstrations of discontent began. By the way, the taxi was 10 minutes late in the end. It's good that I ordered with time to spare, preferring to wait at the train station. To contact a taxi and clarify where the driver was, I had to ask, without asking both employees to go about their business. "Well, it's a third-party company, we don't know" - well done, girls, good job with the guest's displeasure.
From a good point of view, you can arrange for an early check-in / late check-out. But I had to cancel an already made reservation on the Island, I did not give a reservation on the website, I had to call.
In general, it is tolerable, but somehow there was no desire to return to this particular hotel.

The location is excellent, the very center of the city, near the pedestrian Komsomolskaya street, Upper town, Zybitskaya Street. The room is beautiful, the furniture is good. If you find fault, then you can only close the doors by slamming loudly and hard. The breakfast buffet could have been better. But overall it's good.

Great hotel! Our favorite. Perfect location, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts. High ceilings create a sense of spaciousness. Even the dark night curtains are thought out.
I take off the star for the work of the reception. Perhaps we were unlucky with the administrator and the rest work perfectly. But we are faced with the fact that you leave the restaurant, go to the reception to pay for breakfast. You stand, you stand, you stand, and the administrator in front of your nose talks on the phone for a long time on personal topics and pretends that you are not there.
We will return to the hotel later. Since everything else is just perfect!

I will outline the main points:
The advantages are convenient location, courteous staff, clean room, delicious breakfasts, but the assortment has not changed much. Good water supply means good pressure and the water quality is pleasing.
Cons - I booked a room with a double bed, but got 2 beds standing next to each other. It would be fine if there was one mattress for the two of them, but no, it's just 2 separate beds and a hole between them, but it's made up like one big bed. It's not very good. I didn't really like the fact that there are no mugs and a kettle in the room, I won't be able to drink tea. Also, the hotel does not provide disposable kits (dental, shaving), slippers and bathrobes. There is only soap and gel shampoo.
In general, it is clear that once the hotel was very luxurious, but it seems that in this difficult time, the savings made themselves felt. In general, my vacation was not spoiled by the above disadvantages, it is quite a pleasant place to relax after walks and excursions in beautiful Belarus. I would most likely return to this hotel and, in principle, recommend it to other guests :)

I don't eat meat, and I often had to ask what it was. But the employees didn't always know what it was either)). They took a piece of the dish to the cook, cut it, and then summarized it))). The service is very good. Nice people. The rooms are not bad. It can be seen that they are not very new, but everything is decent. We went to the lakes for 2 days and you can leave things that you don't need with you in the hotel's luggage room. Not expensive. There is parking if you are driving. There is only a stationary shower gel and shower caps in the bathroom. All. But you get it from the breakfasts.

I liked the location of the hotel in the city center, and at the same time on a quiet street. The main attractions, as they say, are just around the corner. I really liked the breakfasts - for every taste, hearty and delicious. The rooms have high ceilings, thick double curtains (they darken well), although the beds creak great and the furniture is a little worn. Among the disadvantages- the refrigerator in the room did not cool, so they used the window sill, in the bathroom there are traces of mold on the tile seams. Room service leaves much to be desired. Prices are above average.

The hotel is located almost in the center of Minsk, very convenient. At the end of May, my husband and I stayed for a week in this cozy hotel with a touch of retro. We booked a fare without breakfast. We slept with the window and the balcony door open, it was quiet enough, although the windows faced Internationalnaya Street, in the morning we could hear birds singing. Clean, cozy, very comfortable bed, snow-white linen and towels. The staff is friendly and helpful. Among the disadvantages: the mini-refrigerator slightly cools the contents, the not very convenient design of the glass curtain in the bathroom, one electronic key for two, and if you leave and take the key with you, the electricity is cut off in the room. But for my husband and me, these were minor details. We will go to Minsk again in September, we hope to stay in this wonderful hotel. We really liked everything!

We stayed at the hotel from July 14 to July 16, in a family room. I liked the room, it was clean and comfortable. It was a little noisy from the street, because it was hot and I had to open the windows. But there were weekends, people were walking, you can omit this drawback here. The only thing is that the water mixer does not work in the bathroom, for some reason only the ,, rain,, mode is turned on. Otherwise, everything is convenient, and the location and the hotel building itself has its own history. It was comfortable for us to rest for 2.5 days!

+location, close to the center, railway station, a good restaurant (more like a dining room), but lunch is very decent and inexpensive. The rooms are medium-sized, with normal sound insulation. The beds are comfortable, the linen is clean
- very unpleasant smell in the room (there may be problems with the sewerage in room 402, carpet treatment may occur. The smell of garbage from the bucket, (it's just impossible to open it)

The hotel is located in a very good location and price category, making it just the best choice.
By itself, it is quite standard for three stars, the main disadvantage is that instead of a double bed, there are two shifted ones.
A double bed seems to be in the suite, but I can't guarantee it.
The filling is standard, the design looks like old England, it's pretty clean, the old TV, the bathroom is clean, there are no toothbrushes.
We haven't tried breakfast.
In general, if you don't "live" there, then a great option for a tourist trip: around the city center, lots of bars and cafes, attractions.
For a little less money, you can only find old Soviet hotels, everything else is much more expensive, and not so well located.

But there are not enough little things - the second pillow is the one on the bed with a pillow.It's a false name... there is no bathrobe, no water in the room... We stayed in this hotel for a few days, we liked everything! Only here the room was on the 4th floor, the windows faced the street, and there these windows are in the sloping roof (((that is, you can't look out the window, and there is less daylight(((
