Excellent location, within walking distance of Oktyabrskaya metro station, railway station, Svobody Square, Lenin Square, Premier's T/y, Budbashi restaurants, Cornflowers bar Rock'n'roller. The place is quiet, near a small pedestrian street. The room is clean, the food (breakfast) is on the level. The only thing I want to note is the noise of the hood in the room. Perhaps it was peculiar to our number. The appeal was told that nothing could be done, this is the normal state of the system. Let's leave it to the conscience of the technical staff. Next time we are ready to stay in the same hotel.

The location is great. The old town is 3 minutes on foot, GUM, the red Church - all within walking distance. Clean, not tired, guest. Not noisy, not crowded. We stayed for two nights without breakfast. It was cool in the rooms, they came to the reception, the employee said that they could not make the batteries warmer, but offered heaters, it became much warmer. The plumbing is not dead, the water pressure is good, you need to wait until the water merges a little and warms up. I recommend the hotel and if we go to Minsk again, I will book it.

But there are problems, there is only one porridge and we started having breakfast at 9.10 and of course both porridge and scrambled eggs are practically cold. Good beds and bed linen, but the size of the blankets is too small, and if it was cool on the night of May 7 to 8, the size of the blankets could be wrapped up.

An excellent hotel in the very center of Minsk. Within walking distance of the Upper Town with the famous Zybitskaya walking street with cafes and bars , the cathedral with organ music, the red courtyard, the Kommunarka cafeteria with inexpensive coffee, Cornflowers with Belarusian cuisine, circus, theater and Gorky Park with a Ferris wheel....Great location. The hotel itself is a cultural monument, 4-storey, with gorgeous stained glass windows of Minsk on the stairs, intimate and cozy. A nice bonus is its own parking. The hotel is equipped with 2 elevators. The staff is very courteous. Upon request, we were provided with a standard room with a balcony on the 3rd floor. In the room there is a hairdryer, dispensaries with soap and gel, slippers. There is no kettle and tea accessories, but there is a cooler on the floor. Soft mattresses. The room is quiet. There was plenty of hot water. There were 2 days. On the 2nd day, the maid came to clean. The room area is small, but due to the height of the ceiling (4 m), the room does not seem small. The furniture is in a classic style.
Next to the hotel (on the right, if you face the entrance) is an Italian restaurant with real Italian delicious pizza, pasta and ice cream at affordable prices.
They didn't take breakfast at the hotel, and they didn't go to the hotel restaurant. Opposite the hotel, next to the prosecutor's office, a cafe with eclairs and breakfasts is open from 7.30. A menu to choose from. Delicious.
The Wi-fi worked perfectly. Upon arrival in Minsk, we switched our phones to flight mode, used applications only at the hotel, it was enough for us, we did not need communication in the city. We moved around the Maps map. Me in the phone, which is powered by gps, pre-uploaded a map of Minsk. In the same application, routes were built in advance. Very convenient.
We moved around the city by car. We were lucky: there were holidays, and parking was free.
They were calculated everywhere with the World map. In the shopping center next to the national library (there is an observation deck on the 23rd floor of the library), they withdrew some money to leave tips in restaurants, although this can also be done with a card. We limited ourselves to shopping in the same shopping center. Brands that have left us are represented there.
I want to return to Minsk. We haven't seen much yet, but we've "caught" the atmosphere. The plans include trips to Nesvizh and Mir castles, Grodno.
I definitely recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel. Everything is beautiful and monumental, but it's leaking from under the tub and there are stains on the countertop. We asked the administrator to print out 5 sheets from the mail, it turned out to be a whole problem, we need to wait for another administrator. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, the choice is small and not tasty.

There are breakfasts in the hotel, but in my subjective opinion it is cheaper to eat in nearby cafes. Once we went for breakfast, the choice is good, but for 60 rubles you can have dinner in a restaurant.
The staff is friendly and polite, we had no problems, leaving the room for a walk hung a sign that needed cleaning, cleaned better than it was during check-in.
In terms of location, I definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed staying in this place. We took a double room. The stained glass windows on the stairs are impressive, as a separate kind of beauty! The breakfast is a regular European buffet. But ask the lady for help in making coffee, because the coffee machine is sometimes naughty)) the rooms themselves are clean, cleaning and changing towels can be done every day. The restoration of the building opposite was a little upset, which is why noisy construction work has been going on there since 8 a.m., but you can't hear it with the windows closed. Special thanks for the coolers on the floors! I completely forgot to buy water, but here is a real salvation.
The location of the hotel is great for tourists-you can get anywhere on foot.

I liked the interior, the girls at the reception are very polite and help with requests.
The disadvantages are small, but unfortunately there are: carpets in the common corridors smell very unpleasant.
Room cleaning seemed to be fine, but when checking in, one pillowcase was stained, fortunately, at the request, it was replaced with a clean one, and they gave additional pillowcases for the second pillows. And the bathroom wasn't always well cleaned.
And the most important disadvantage is the bathroom itself, everything would be fine, but there is only a narrow, small partition on the bathtub, the pressure in the shower is not even strong, it floods the whole room, you need either a bathroom curtain or extend the partition.
I will not take off the star, as in general the staff is wonderful, since we left at night, I wanted to order a small snack at the hotel restaurant, but we collected 2 packages of food and drinks on account of our paid breakfast with the room, for which I thank you very much.
The restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was varied. We just went to dinner, and I liked it too. Beautiful and cozy atmosphere.

Every time we come to Minsk, we stay at this hotel. Why? Firstly, it is cozy, with its own atmosphere, calm, quiet, with a very comfortable bed and pillow. Secondly, the excellent location: near the Old Town, walking is not too much) Thirdly, both in the hotel itself and nearby, or in the building itself, you can have a delicious meal) Fourth, there is a wonderful Art salon in the building where you can buy beautiful author's works of ceramics. And there are also fifths, sixths, etc.

Unfortunately, there were not the most pleasant impressions of the hotel. There are minuses and pluses. I stayed there a few years ago, everything was fine, the level of the hotel was above three stars. This year, the level of goodies has decreased. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day, towels are changed every day, but the room itself needs repair. Problems with hot water, to take a shower, the water must be drained for 10 minutes, otherwise wash in cool water. The air conditioner is very noisy, and on cool September nights, it is not needed. The pillows are terrible, but you can ask for another one to sleep comfortably. But the mattresses are great. I advise you to take shampoos, conditioners and shower gels with you, in the rooms, in the bathroom there is only liquid soap and shampoo of unknown origin, I did not dare to use it. There is no drinking water in the room, but there is a cooler in the hallway. A kettle is only available on request at the reception. There are disposable slippers in the room, if that's important to you. The staff is very pleasant, polite and helpful. The breakfasts correspond to three stars in diversity. The food is all fresh and delicious. A big plus is the location of the hotel, the very center of Minsk.

Cons - the attitude of the staff greatly spoiled the impression of the trip to Minsk. When planning, we chose this hotel, among other things, because of the availability of its own guarded parking lot. But when we checked in, we were told that there was no parking, "put the car in the yard, you won't bother anyone." Well, I didn't want to move, although the yard here is as inconvenient as possible, there is nowhere for cars to leave. And if the car didn't really bother anyone for the first 2 days, then on the third there was a scandal - it turned out that we blocked the exit from the hotel parking lot (yes, it turns out that it exists), our car was not recorded as a vehicle of guests, they threatened to flatten the tires (and this is not counting the rest of the "flattering" words, for example, about the abilities of women's brains to park properly). In general, it turned out that they themselves were to blame, it was necessary to prove to the staff receiving us that they had parking, and we had the right to leave the car on it. Well, that's it... The next time we visit Minsk, we will choose another hotel.

I visited this hotel in March 2024, stayed for one night. The hotel is very nice, the room is cozy, the bed is comfortable (this is very important for me), I did not turn on the TV in the room, so I do not know if it works or not.

We are quite calm about different situations - everything happens! But to our remark, the young lady at the reception said that the reason was the small sink (probably we washed so casually). No basic human apologies! With such a room rate per night, it would be quite possible to apologize!
I didn't want to write a negative review, but the hotel sent me a feedback form about the services. I wrote about everything. But I also did not receive an apology from the hotel administration.

But there is room to grow. In the "common area", during the entire stay, when exiting the elevator, a cot and a vacuum cleaner were met on the floor - this should be removed to a separate room, and not shown to the guests. In the room, it is unclear why the table is covered with a transparent thick film. There is already a slight trace of time in the bathroom. And I would like a few little things at this price, for example, disposable slippers. In general, a little bit better.
But these are quibbles, but what really didn't like: the lack of an understandable locking of the room doors from the inside. The only locking mezzanine is combined with a lock that opens with a key card. And it seems that the staff can open it even if you are inside, which does not cause a feeling of comfort.
