We stayed at this hotel for the second time, this year we were in August. It is convenient that the father-in-law has parking, shops, restaurants nearby. Excellent breakfasts, the best pancakes. The place is super, the whole center is within walking distance, silence in the room, a cool mattress, a great breakfast for three. One disadvantage is the bath. You can wash yourself, but as noted by many, all the water is on the floor. Therefore, I recommend the hotel to upgrade, and people have patience with this opportunity.

The historical center, the old building, the interiors are made of dark wood... The atmosphere of the old dark Europe. At the same time, all furniture and furnishings are in excellent condition, modern equipment. The original plumbing does not save the "tired" bathroom - it frankly disappointed. Thick walls guarantee sound insulation. But the beds are not the most comfortable, obviously because of the old-style. The hotel looks great in winter on Christmas days: beautifully decorated and photogenic. The breakfast is good, there is a choice and very tasty. No wonder the restaurant is included in the complex.

The main advantage is the location. The breakfasts are delicious, although not very varied. 1 type of porridge, no baking, only purchased cookies and cupcake, only Americano and espresso coffee. The room is a little tired. The interior is interesting, the furniture is mahogany, but the air conditioning did not work and the staff did nothing for 3 days, the administrators were very surprised every day and promised to fix it the next day. And there was a faulty shower head, it was also not fixed.

I have been in this hotel for 2 days.
I liked the hotel, it is located in the old town, you can say in the center.
The hotel has 3 floors, plus an attic on the 4th floor. There are 2 elevators. Restaurant.
The room was standard, 2-bedded. It turned out that the bed is 2 beds connected, I was upset at the beginning, but it turned out that the mattresses are high and you practically don't feel between them, this is a plus. I was pleased with the pillows and furniture.
What was not pleasing was the bathroom, or rather the bathtub itself. It was slippery, the handle for exiting the tub was loose, and the glass curtain was weak.
The room is cleaned, and everyone is given three towels. There is a storage room (cubicle).
Very tasty breakfast (buffet)
To sum up, the hotel is 4+, the quality price and location are super.

Positive points:

- polite staff

The negative sides:
- cold dishes at breakfast, regardless of the time of visit
- for 4 days of stay, the bed linen was not changed, cleaning was done once (once we refused ourselves due to the late arrival of the maid)

I liked the hotel. Very convenient location, all the sights of the center are within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings. It was comfortable to relax after walking, it was unusually quiet for the city center. I didn't hear any noise from the neighbors either, it seemed to me that the sound insulation of the walls was quite decent. Only the front door does not muffle the sounds, conversations from the rooms can be clearly heard in the corridor. Smoking in the premises is prohibited, for me this is a plus. The staff is friendly and friendly. The room was cleaned regularly, not too thoroughly, but clean enough. The breakfasts are good, the choice of dishes is not particularly varied, but quite decent. I didn't calculate the benefits, it's just convenient for me not to waste time going to a cafe in the morning. I consider the claims about the absence of a kettle in the rooms, which are found in some reviews, to be groundless, since tea is perfectly brewed with boiling water from a cooler available on each floor.

A very pleasant hotel.
Cool wooden furniture in some kind of "castle" style. There's something atmospheric about it.
Clean, cozy, very convenient location.
Breakfast is simple, but there is everything you need: vegetables, casserole, eggs, sliced cheese, yummy and excellent coffee. And a very nice waitress girl and a beautiful interior.

The location is gorgeous - all iconic and walking places are very close.
Parking is available in the courtyard.

we lived in room 408
- terrible bathroom:
after taking a shower, the whole floor was in water, because the curtains did not protect against this, in addition, water was flowing from under the bath.
- the toilet lid is broken, and the toilet itself was a little shaky
- there was no kettle in the room, so it was not possible to drink coffee early in the morning or tea late in the evening.
- on the first day there was a terrible smell of sewage and the room was very cool.

A very ambiguous hotel. The breakfast is very good!!! There is not much parking space (from the back) in front of the hotel for a fee on working days. The furniture in the room is made of solid wood (for centuries), but...(Number 412) The water temperature is inconvenient to regulate because of cheap faucets, there is no ventilation in the bathroom at all. The shower curtain is also missing. There is only liquid soap in the dispenser. The only time that someone bit us (hopefully mosquitoes) and most importantly, there is a fire alarm or alert installed inside the room at the entrance. So she was quacking all night. The crack lasts 1.5 seconds with a frequency of 10-20 minutes.

I stopped for 4 days as part of a business trip. Nice hotel in the city center, 10 minutes walk to the metro, to shops with local goods as well. Very quiet street. The building inside is pretty: the stained glass windows on the stairs are amazing, the stone stairs, high ceilings and wide wooden window sills are charming.
Clean, nice room. No foreign smell. It seems that underfloor heating is installed in the hallway and bathroom. The hair dryer works fine. A refrigerator is available. There is no kettle, unfortunately, but there was a glass for water, and in the corridor there was a cooler that warmed the water. Wi-Fi works great! We were given a password for two devices at once upon check-in, there were no interruptions. The staff is polite, nice.
Breakfast is modest, but sufficient - there is good coffee from the machine, porridge, green salad, pancakes, cheese, butter, scrambled eggs with bacon, cereal with milk, fruit drinks, cookies, yogurt for dessert and more, including fresh pastries I saw. Nothing special, but satisfying and delicious. On weekdays from 7:15, on weekends - from 8:00.
Nuance: breakfast is included in the bill for accommodation only when paying by card, some nuances with a check. But the cards of the WORLD of Russian banks work, so it will do. The disadvantage is that this was not warned in advance.
Oddities and disadvantages: there are slippers in the room, there is no bathrobe. The sink is terrible in the bathroom, water is poured all around. At breakfast, the dishes are not signed - I understand that cucumbers do not need an introduction, but with what a delicious pancake you have to guess.
In general, a good hotel, there will be another road to Minsk - I will probably stay here again.

I was here during the New Year holidays. The hotel is in the Victorian style, I really liked it, in principle, the whole atmosphere here is even in this style. There is free private Parking, because the hotel is located in the very center, without it you would definitely not have found a place. There is a cafe downstairs, you can order room service from it. And of course the best thing is a team and a good location. Most of the attractions are within walking distance.

We stayed in April 2024. Excellent location on a quiet street. An old building with high ceilings. The suite is just wonderful. Bedroom, living room, hallway and 2 bathrooms. In the living room there is a sideboard with dishes and appliances, a sofa, armchairs, ottomans and a sofa. Breakfast is good at the local cafe Pan Hop, where you can also have a delicious dinner.
