Incredible hotel experience!The hotel is located on the top of a mountain, offering unforgettable sunset views. I really liked the hotel, just amazing views in the morning, afternoon and evening. We lived in a new building, everything was clean and tidy (the only minus was the view from the window, it was in the courtyard to the dirty pool, but you can sit on the balcony without getting dressed). A great bar and restaurant, lunch was very tasty, you don't have to leave the beach, there is a shower, toilets. The buses are comfortable. We had a villa, the second level, the first days were hard. Then they got used to it. But what a view, a large two-storey one. But maybe we'll take the number in the building next time. The food is normal. Everything is there. The slides are cool, the annimation is complete. There are a lot of pools, but we hung out at the sea. By the way, there are trips to Alanya for $ 2 they will take you there. Comfortable. We rested for 10 days at the end of June 2024 ! We came to this hotel 2 times! Last time we rested in a nearby villa (thank you) , this time in a hotel room ! We were pleased both times ! The hotel is great - the rooms are large , the food is excellent , the service is the best , the views are just wow .

Of the minuses, the cleaning in the rooms is mediocre, when we stopped by, our floor was so dirty that all the heels immediately turned black)) They asked us to wash it in front of us - they dragged it with a rag in one place, and that's it)) And so, towels were changed every day, shampoos, water were given in large quantities, beds were made, linen was not changed, it seems. The interior and furniture in the villas are tired, in the main building, they say, newer. Well, for some, these are probably small things. I recommend the hotel, but ask to check in not too far from the main building or in it, some of the villas went downhill for 20 minutes in the heat, it's very, very hard.

We walked to the restaurant, but you can take the bus, which runs frequently (walk 5-10 minutes depending on the pace)

I do not recommend the hotel as a tourist. We have been coming here every summer for 20 years and the management refuses to solve any problems. We've been saying the same thing for 20 years, they don't care at all.
Security and parking are a separate headache. There are parking spaces near the main entrance, there is not a single sign prohibiting parking there, but as soon as you get there, the guard runs at the speed of light and yells at you that you can not park here. It happened that they shouted and obscenities) the most important thing is that there are always cars there and when you point to other cars and ask why they are standing, the guards are just silent.
As they suggest: you give them the keys to the car and they park it. Get ready to look for your car all over the complex, because none of the employees knows where your car is. The administration does not react to this in any way, but only laughs secretly.
After the ora, they start waving their arms, blocking your passage. (Then we were with a small child whose temperature was under 39) they are absolutely not interested in this fact. They close the elevator with their hands, the whole hotel runs, in a word, they behave as if we are criminals.
But my favorite is to intimidate with the gendarmerie (Turkish police)

When choosing a hotel and when this one came across, we thought that there would be a problem with the beach, but there are 2 buses there, they take about 15 minutes. The staff is kind, helpful, everyone is always cheerful, no one is rude. The rooms are of course already old and the air conditioners are not cooled. We had a villa and we didn't have warm water on the second floor, we asked them to turn on the water, they said we would turn it on in a couple of days, we started swimming on the first floor and somehow forgot and remembered only on the last day, it turns out they never turned it on. We also could not connect Wi-Fi for 5 days. We went to the staff so many times, it's certainly not the best pleasure. I liked the water park insanely much, it's just a separate pleasure from the whole holiday. Animations are of course insanely frustrated, there is no variety, the show is shown every other day, and so the animator invites someone from the stage and does some tasks, very rarely they are interesting and funny.

I don't know about the hotel, but the villa is super. Quiet, comfortable and very spacious.
A good water park, a huge territory, normal food.
The beach is far away, but the view, the silence, the absence of roads and crowds make a great vacation here.
There is a transfer to the beach and to Alanya.
