I'll start with the positive ones, the views of Dagestan are simply gorgeous, the food and culture cannot be conveyed. This is something that cannot be described in words and photos will not convey it!!
Thanks to our drivers Dmitry and Roman, they took us safely, despite the difficult and sometimes scary road. They also very often talked about stops where there are paid toilets, and where you can eat, which Natasha, the accompanying person, did not tell us.
I also wanted to say thank you to our guides both on the way to Elbrus and in the mountains, wonderful, thank you for the well-chosen professionals. There is a lot of interesting information!!
That's the end of the advantages, my friends and I are very dissatisfied with the work of the escort, it feels like she's going for the first time and doesn't know anything about our tour. When we asked questions, she didn't know anything, she was constantly asking the photographer for information for some reason, in some places it seemed that the accompanying photographer was not Natasha. But most of all, we didn't like that she was constantly complaining about the drivers. And she constantly raised her voice when Belarus arrived, for some reason she was arguing with a gas station employee for 10 minutes. We came to relax, not to listen to her problems.
And I also didn't like that I constantly had to go far to hotels, well, at least that we were not warned in advance, but found out in fact, very disorganized, in Pyatigorsk I also had to go to the hotel with suitcases from the mountain and back up the mountain, and Wi-Fi worked only at the reception.
That is why such an assessment, one star for the beauty of Dagestan, the second for the work of drivers and the third for guides.
A trip to Georgia with a vacation at the sea. Complete disappointment, but not about Georgia, but from representatives of the travel agency. Starting from the hotel selection specialist, who was negligent to the client, was not interested in the perfect. Upon arrival in Georgia, it turned out that many more hotels were offered to other tourists than to us (the contract was concluded in more than a month). The specialist did not inform that it is possible to book seats on the bus, as a result, they did not get the most comfortable seats. In the same hotel with identical rooms, the cost turned out to be different. What is the reason for this has not been found out. With regards to the bus: they broke down constantly. On average, the parking lasted about 5 hours. This was repeated in both directions. There was no Internet on the bus either,
although they initially claimed otherwise. The maintainers are incompetent. We could not solve any problems that arose along the way.
Good afternoon! I would like to share my impressions of the trip from St. Petersburg to Karelia. Thanks to the excellent organization of the tour, we visited four excursions on the first day. The courtyards-roofs tour was postponed to the day of arrival due to festive events in the city. Precise timing allowed us to get the best impressions of the city. I would like to thank the accompanying Alyosha. She did not leave her tourists for a minute, always talked through organizational issues, promptly and patiently solved emerging issues. Thanks to the drivers who drove along the planned routes in the harsh conditions of the blocked city and very quickly took us from one location to another. A trip to Karelia is a separate delight. We went to Georgia in September. The rest is great. The organization of the trip is top class. Everything is according to the points as in the program, there is not a single failure anywhere. Transit hotels are great. We expected the worst. We were pleasantly surprised. There is an excellent guide in Tbilisi, the excursions were awesome.The bus is not new, but there and back without breakdowns and delays.Wi-Fi worked intermittently but tolerable, there were sockets in the cabin. Special respect to the drivers. We had a Georgian Timur, he just got 100 points!! All the traffic jams were expertly handled, at the border I jumped just to the front of the queue past everyone.We drove through the mountain passes as if on a highway. Thanks to him, we saved 5-6 hours of travel. There were problems with the stove on the road, the handsome drivers tried to solve it as best they could.The attendants worked normally, without any complaints. There were dissatisfied people on the bus because they were not allowed to drink on the bus and there was no DIVIDEND. For me, both are only a plus. We went to Georgia by sea with this travel agency. And indeed, YOU NEED to read the reviews. I didn't read it, as a result, the honeymoon was pretty ruined.
It all started with the fact that the bus is far from good: there is no promised Wi-Fi, the sockets (usb) do not work, the chairs cannot be reclined. Then the attitude of the managers. To begin with, we were rescheduled for 2 days (and by the way, we took a vacation for the trip, you know). Keep in mind that your date in the contract does not mean departure at all. Then, the day before departure, we are changed to a hotel with the statement that they are changing to "more expensive" and better, in the end - not at all. I asked several times about the bed, in the end - we have two single beds! On our honeymoon! The manager replied to this: So move it. As a result, the room is so-so, the shower is right above the toilet, there was no cleaning in 9 days! Reception = just a woman who watches tiktoks at full volume all night. The air conditioner blows right in your face when you sleep. None of these issues have been resolved. And the managers either ignore or answer that everything is OK.
The tour program is not followed - on the way there we did not stop near the fortress and the reservoir. We just drove by. It was raining on the way back and it flowed right into the bus! To which the attendant replied that we would go like this, "what will I do?" Only after swearing, the guys were transferred forward.
In general, I do not recommend this travel agency. Your claims will be ignored, and your vacation will be ruined.
And dear GoTrips employees, be more attentive to the customers and the organization of the tour. You get paid for what is agreed upon, not for your improvisation.

After such a rest, we need another one. The company is not responsible for the bus, as it is not their own transport, but the carrier's. Our seats were broken, the air conditioner broke down at +32 °, on the way back it generally flowed..
The escorts are not trained, they take everyone in a row. The girl who accompanied us was not in control of the situation. She constantly told false information, drove for 5-6 hours without a single stop, ate in terrible places and with complete unsanitary conditions (as a result, they refused such places and chose another place on their own with the whole bus). We were constantly hungry, there was a moment when we ate at 16.00, and the next hot meal was at 18.00-19.00 the NEXT DAY. We left on Monday at 8.00, and arrived at our hotels on Thursday at 21.00 .. (there were two overnight stays at the hotel). On the way back, we slept one night (5 hours) and two nights on the bus. Awful. There are also negative aspects in hotels. From "never cleaned the room" to "drunk people knocking on our room at one in the morning"
They wrote complaints, but there is no point. They are ONLY VERY SORRY. Everything else, beautiful words, a la it's all unforeseen circumstances.

I do not recommend using the services. I went to Dagestan on June 15. I can describe my vacation like this: "not thanks, but in spite of." All interaction with the travel wheel travel agent ended after I transferred the payment. The company's employees did literally nothing except sign a contract and collect money. I think there was nothing to pay for such a travel service, because the agent did nothing. A fatally difficult move (36 hours without overnight accommodation in one direction). The promised minibus was nowhere near comfortable. Those who were unlucky enough to be in the back of the bus (me), where the engine compartment is located, had to enjoy the exhaust fumes entering the cabin. The cooling fan and the engine whistled when overheating. All the positive aspects of the trip are in no way related to the travel agency itself. The operator provided deliberately false information about the absence of restrictions on clothing (I clarified this question with her 3 times). Upon arrival, I was faced with local comments about the discrepancy in my clothes. The promised Internet was not available either on the bus or on the territory of the Russian Federation, even in a transit hotel it was very formal. Schrodinger's Internet. Even the purchased sim card did not work everywhere and very poorly. The additional expenses for the tour, which were not regulated by the tour program, were a wagon and a small cart. They were only briefly spelled out in the contract, but not verbally announced. We were literally forced to pay extra, otherwise we would not go to the location and see the sights. A trip to Gamsutl village was canceled due to the weather. NOT only did they not return the money, they said to pay extra for an excursion to Gunib (an alternative excursion on the same day). By the way, I have never even seen the promised insurance. The escort from goutrips (the company of the tour operator) is a good-natured girl, but she does not know at all about Dagestan, timely communication of information about paying for the same excursions.

We went from the travel agency "Wheel of Travel" to Dagestan in early May 2023. I really liked the country itself: the scenery, the people, and the food (although tourism is very poorly organized there). Since the maintainer was from GoTrips, I will speak only about her work.
At the entrance to Makhachkala, the escort said that not everyone would get to the Andalusia hotel, someone would go to the guest house. Of course, we are on this list. We have a double Twin in the contract, and the four of us lived together, and they also tried to put two girls on the sofa (of course, they refused this and returned to the bus. As far as I know, someone had an empty bed in the room and they were invited. How did the chaperone help them? A riddle). She offered us to move to a hotel, but we refused, because they offered to move the four of us to the same conditions. There was no breakfast in the guest house, so they took us to Andalusia every morning.
By timing. 30 minutes were allocated for sanitary stops (for 53 people!). Of course, we didn't have enough time and we left later. They gave 15 minutes for breakfast. Breakfast format: buffet, there are not enough tables for everyone. Is this how we were supposed to meet? 15 minutes – there are portions on the tables, everyone sat down, ate and got up. Of course, they left for the tour only when everyone had breakfast.
It takes about 3 hours to get from Makhachkala to the locations. Because the group is large, we went by 3 minibuses: one had a guide, the second an escort, and we were on our own. Of course, we did not receive any information: they brought us to the location and go (where? How much time do we have? We asked at least one of these two minibuses). Sometimes we weren't even counted. We saw for ourselves if everything was in place. We returned around 11 pm (only a couple of times at 8). When booking the tour, we asked the manager of the travel agency if we would have time in the evening to at least go out to eat. They said it would be. Yeah. Rolton, which was brought from Belarus.
The escort stuck to the group of guys who went to get the photographer, and at some point she gave up on everyone, and remembered only when the general photo needed to be taken. She didn't even know that some tourists had a birthday (me, another girl, and they said that someone else had). I am already silent about the fact that, of course, there was no gift from the travel agency (although this is a common practice in NORMAL travel agencies), there was not even a greeting.
On the way back, it was very cold at night at the end of the bus. They asked several times to turn off the air conditioner, but the attendant declined the request (at the beginning it was hot for everyone). I offered to take a blanket (although how will it help me if my head is cold?) and switch places during the day with someone from the beginning of the bus (I decided not to do this, because it was assumed that we would only go further during the day). But…
We had planned to spend the night in the only normal hotel in Voronezh for the entire trip. After the overnight transfer, we arrived in Voronezh at one o'clock in the afternoon. The maintainer offered two options (although, as for me, she had no right to suggest such a thing at all): 1) we spend half a day in Voronezh, spend the night, have breakfast, leave at 7 a.m. and arrive in Minsk at about one o'clock in the morning (as planned by the program); 2) we spend half a day in Voronezh, we are given lunch boxes, at 12 a.m. we leave (i.e. this is the second consecutive night crossing) and arrive in Minsk in the afternoon. It was said: there will be a night move if the decision is unanimous. Naturally, 12 adequate people were against it (several people abstained, the rest voted in favor). And what happened? That's right, let's go at night! What was the argument? The majority voted in favor (I remind you, the word was originally unanimous). And why is that? There are people who still have somewhere to go after Minsk. Although, as for me, they knew that there was a high probability that we would return at night, and they should have thought about this moment in advance.
Next, let's talk about the guide and the photographer.
For three days, no information was received from the guide. Where have you been? What did you see? We only knew from the tour program. What was the guide paid for? On the third day, people on the bus began to get indignant, to which they said that the guide would be replaced (very timely! They changed it at the end, but no one will fill in the missing information).
We also had a group photographer. I don't know if they pay him with our money (if they pay, then let them return the money) or if this is their barter, but he clearly doesn't know his job. To be photographed, you need to ask. And sometimes he clicks purely for the sake of looking displeased, sometimes he says: "Yeah. Now," and runs away to the company of guys who stuck to him and arranged photo shoots for themselves at each location. Once I only took a few photos at the moment (obviously after a remark from the attendant). I asked him to personally throw off the photo of the night temple in which they were. I read the message and did not respond (the service is super!). After the trip, the escort wrote that he would upload all the photos to Google Drive and give us a link. We are still waiting for the photos.
As you can see, there are no "shoals" to count. This is a physically very difficult trip, which tourists should be warned about at the booking stage (probably there is no point in saying that the manager did not say a word). If you plan to go to Dagestan, it is better in two or three years (maybe the organization of tourism will be adjusted by that time, and fences will be put at the cliffs).
Anyway, we went on a tour of Dagestan, to be honest, I was initially a little skeptical about such a program, but I was incredibly surprised and impressed!!! In terms of organization, everything is super, there were no nuances and questions anywhere, everything is clear. For those who were dissatisfied with the bus and the move, I explain: you are traveling 2000 km from Belarus, of course it is a long and inconvenient ride, but what were you waiting for, the impressions that you will get from local species and culture completely negate such trifles as a long bus ride. The drivers are cool, the guides are cool, an exceptional positive. So guys, don't choke and go on tour, you won't regret it!

Mountains cleanse the mind of accumulated fatigue and the hustle and bustle of a big city. A day in the mountains gives you a rest comparable to a week of rest at home or in a familiar place. I remember the words of the poet "The Caucasus is under me." The Caucasus Mountains are beautiful in any weather - sunny, cloudy and even in the rain.
After seeing the Caucasus Mountains in Dagestan, I understood why, many Dagestanis say that they cannot live without their native mountains and do not want to leave Dagestan, the mountains give a completely indescribable state of mind that a person loses when leaving the mountains.

Trip to Abkhazia July 2023.
1. Departure was postponed to 11 a.m., and the bus was late "due to traffic jams" by 30 minutes. Accordingly, the flight delay time has started. When you are told about the European class of the bus, specify the year of its manufacture, make, to see the interior.
2. After 30 minutes, a tire burst and something else (some kind of hose).+3.5 hours into the trip, tourists stood outside in the sun and rain. "The master from Minsk came 2 times" could not pick up the part. The paradox is that we stopped at a hundred, but no one went there for help.
3. We were in Krasnodar at 21 o'clock. We didn't see any beauties of the city. It was a waste of time and money on a transit hotel, because at 2.00 or 3.00 we were already leaving.
4. Rain caught us in Dzhugba and the accompanying Elena (a wonderful person who skillfully pretends to be in charge of the group) decided to return to Krasnodar, while the whole group was against it, we were ready to stand in traffic.
5. We were checked into the same hotel for 1.5 hours (you see, the road got better, everything was cleared, etc.). And we went again ...

7. By 5 a.m. the next day, we were checked into hotels.

In June, I went on the Dagestan bus tour from GoTrips. I didn't decide on the trip right away: I had never traveled alone, and the long bus ride was a little scary. The organization of the tour was also excellent: a comfortable bus, cozy hotels, a clear schedule, a rich program. And most importantly, I have never been bored alone. The organizers promised the "singles" to find a good company and did not let me down, I had a cheerful traveling companion and a neighbor. So I sincerely recommend this tour - active recreation, beautiful landscapes, unreal atmosphere, cool company and a complete reboot are guaranteed to you.
I want to write my review and thereby warn all those who plan their vacation with the travel agency "Go Trips". We were very dissatisfied with our vacation in Georgia with this travel agency in early July. Of the advantages, I will note only transit hotels in Voronezh and Tbilisi and, of course, views of Georgia itself. Otherwise, there are a lot of mistakes on the part of the travel agency: the extreme disorganization of the girl accompanying us along the route, non-compliance with the time between sanitary stops (sometimes our move lasted seven hours without stopping), the lack of promised Wi-Fi, poor maintenance of the bus. They settled us in rooms that had nothing in common with the rooms provided to us in the picture when booking. The manager who was booking the tour tried to convince me otherwise, thereby making a fool of me. As a result, two days of rest were spent on the "settlement" of this issue and relocation to other rooms, an employee of the host party contributed to this. But, the most interesting thing is that the manager of the travel agency, after resolving the existing conflict, never called and did not ask if we had solved our problem or not. There was an impression of complete indifference of the staff of the travel agency to solving the problems that arose throughout the rest. The main thing is that a person pays for the tour and gets to the place of deployment, and no one is interested in the future. The breakfasts at the hotel were, to put it mildly, not very good, maybe it's such a Georgian service, I don't know. The distance to the sea also did not correspond to the stated one, far from 400 m, but about 1.5 km and then, getting along incomprehensible roads through a construction site in order to somehow shorten the path. On the way back home, I note that the breakfast at the transit hotel in Rostov was terrible (one sandwich, one egg and oatmeal of unknown origin). It is very interesting that the travel agency was perfectly aware of this, since we were warned about it in advance on the bus, but they said that everything had already been paid for. And after that, I want to ask: "Do you work for reputation or what?" In general, I tried to describe the main points, there were enough little things too. Think a hundred times before planning your vacation with this TRAVEL AGENCY!

If we knew what was waiting for us, we would have refused the trip without regret even at the boarding stage. Our neighbors' chair was generally broken and could not be lifted... As it turned out later, in order to accommodate more people, and therefore earn more, additional rows of chairs were delivered. It's just a shock, comrades. There was no Wi-Fi throughout the entire bus ride.
2) About transit hotels, in addition to other reviews. In principle, it's fine. Except for the hotel in Voronezh. This is not a hotel, but a brothel, there is no other way to call it. It was called Marton strikes. The rooms were smoky, the bed was torn. The blankets are in the common hallway and they were stained yellow and, if you'll excuse the word, they stank terribly. I had to turn on the air conditioner for heating and sleep in my clothes. Because it's just disgusting to take such bedding. Downstairs in the hall, get ready to meet drunken men and their "girlfriends", rudeness and harassment. Find out in advance which hotel you will have if you are traveling with children-take care of their psyche, as the audibility in the rooms is excellent. 3) about the hotel in gonio - as other travelers wrote earlier - they check into the wrong hotel that was promised. We were settled in a guest house with local residents, in which they themselves lived. And no one warned me. . They just bring you there and tell you to get out. The hotel is for 2/10. During the entire stay, the room was never cleaned.

Usually, I organize my vacation myself, I'm just looking for a carrier who will take me to a certain place, and as for housing and excursions, it is organized independently. This time I decided to trust the tour agency. When communicating with the manager, I clarified the moment about the room, because we were traveling with a guy and I wanted a double bed (the manager said that there would be a double bed). In general, our vacation was ruined already on the bus. We were being driven by two Georgians, who stopped many times on their way. Sanitary stops were anyhow, after 2 hours, then after 5. Although they immediately reported that they would be every 4 hours. The escort stopped the bus only because the people who were drinking wanted to go to the toilet. On the way to Voronezh, the air conditioner was still working, but at one point condensation began to drip on my head, at first only above me, but then in many places on the bus it poured like a waterfall. the air conditioner itself stopped working altogether. On the way to Tbilisi, the air temperature was 37 degrees, there was absolutely nothing to breathe, all this was accompanied by a flow from the condensate ceiling. I will also add that some of the seats were broken and the sockets did not work everywhere, although they claimed that everything was only repaired and everything was working. On the way back, we were told that everything was fixed, but it turned out that only the sockets were repaired and the places where the leak came from were taped, the air conditioner eventually did not work and the seats were the same broken. Plus, on the way back, due to the fact that the drivers made stops on their own business, we arrived in Rostov at 2 a.m., respectively, went to bed at about 3. Besides the bus, we and another couple had an unpleasant situation with the hotel in Batumi. We were put in a room that had to be reached first by elevator, and then walk, because the elevator does not go there. In addition, the room was very small, there were two single beds, and in the bathroom there was an additional door behind which there was a mechanism from the elevator, respectively, with the direct movement of the elevator, the room was shaking! Children aged 15-16 worked at the reception, with whom it was simply ridiculous to solve the issue! The next day, the hotel director said that he would move to another room, subject to an additional payment of $ 80! We disagreed, contacted the agency and after that we were moved to a normal room! But the next day, the girl at the reception said that you need to pay $ 50, and the next day it's already $ 25. According to her, nugzar told her! I wrote to the agency and our escort about it! Because it was evening and the agent could not answer, only the attendant answered and said that she had contacted nugzar and he said that there was nothing to pay and asked to delete the message that I wrote to the agent about this situation.
The very organization of the trip and all the moments was nothing. The escort on the way told only about Kabuleti, where to buy what, where to go, and did not say anything about Batumi and Gonio. Just now there is a very dirty sea in Batumi and everything will come out of the water covered in oil!We took only one tour, which takes the whole day and it was given to us the day before departure, after which we returned at 2 am! The next day at 12 o'clock the eviction! If I had been told in advance that this would happen, I would never have agreed to this tour!!We were told that it was impossible to stay in the room until the evening, but if necessary, you can leave your things at the reception, go to the sea and then wash in the shower that was near the pool. As a result, we did so, only when we came to wash our souls, we were kicked out and told that some construction work would be carried out! In general, thanks to the people who surrounded us on our trip and for the emotions that we gave ourselves, but everything related to the agency is unpleasant to remember, to put it mildly!

I really liked the tour of the bars, where we tasted various tinctures in the establishments) In St. Petersburg - to drink, as it was sung in a famous song) The trip to Karelia was remembered for the incredible beauty of nature, delicious Finnish red fish soup with cream, pancakes with red caviar and a downpour that caught us in the Ruskeala Mountain Park))) But such a weather surprise did not spoil the impressions at all) For everyone who goes to St. Petersburg and Karelia, I recommend taking a raincoat or umbrella with you, the weather is unpredictable there)

well) let's start with the fact that I chose gotrips quickly, according to the enticing photos from IG. manager Karina answered clearly, sent the program. it was important for me to return back on Monday in the morning - she cheerfully confirmed to me that yes, we were returning on Monday before 12.00.
The road to Dagestan: my first sho), we went to Dagestan on a mikrik, not on a comfortable Euro class bus, which was declared under the contract, but on a mikrik, which did not have USB sockets. by the way, there was no Internet either. considering that 2 night crossings were announced, I was shocked by the minibus. the manager didn't warn me about this.

in mikrik, before departure, they began to distribute insurance contracts - they did not give me a contract) they sent me an email only when I returned back and asked the manager to send it to me by mail.
next of the interesting things: we have gathered a small group (16 people, goutrips apparently decided that since there are few of us, we can easily get to mikrik and without a photographer, have we decided to save money?) and it turned out that there are at least 3 types of programs on our site: someone lived in Izberbash, someone in Makhachkala, someone returned according to the program on Monday night, someone on Monday morning. At the same time, I had a manager Karina with a girl with a completely different program.
Dagestan: as a result, we stopped in Izberbash. The hotel is ok, pleasant hosts. Everything that was good in Dagestan, and everything was really at the highest level there, was the merit of the host party, the local dagtur tour agency. Goutrips has nothing to do with this.
The way back: our micryk broke down on the very first day in Dagestan, where two drivers and Veronica accompanying us strenuously repaired it, but alas, after leaving back after 50 km, we broke down again. After waiting for a substitution, an even more miserable mikrik, we were taken to Vladikavkaz, about 200 km, drove for 4 or 5 hours – it was terribly slow and long. And there we were picked up by a bus (finally) of a certain class, to which goutrips had nothing to do: it was a bus that took tourists to Georgia and drove back empty, he agreed to pick us up. As a result, I was at home in Minsk on Tuesday at about 2 a.m.
Escort: This is a separate topic. Veronica is a very unprofessional escort. I absolutely did not know the way where to eat hot food. I promised to solve the issue with the distribution of the Internet – I did not decide. She turned to personalities, in particular, she called me a rat, because I went to a cafe instead of a store to buy hot food, because I couldn't choose what to eat in the store. At the same time, the time limit was not announced, so it was not clear how much time I had for a snack. Veronica did not accompany us on one of the local excursions: in the morning breakfast 7.30 departure for the excursion 8.00. She didn't come out for breakfast, and she wasn't there by 8. The driver and the guide (both local, the receiving party) were at the place at 8, waiting for her. They knocked on the room – she just woke up. I went up to her room at 9, to which she replied in a boorish manner that "go without me, you don't need me").
Manager support: the manager answered messages for a sooooo long time, some questions about them were ignored. I'm disappointed.
Summary: The road, the support, the work of managers – what gotrips has to do with is just darkness. I don't understand why there is such a contrast with what kind of trips they make for social networks, and what they might actually be. And, that's when Karina's manager worked perfectly – this is before paying for the tour) then on the principle of – well... you'll figure it out yourself somehow

I was preparing emotionally and physically before the trip. I read in advance that there will be a long move. And I was ready for it: a blanket, a pillow, water, a power bank, a book.

I traveled in June with Gotrips to Dagestan. There are no questions about the organization and selection of the tour, the manager answered everything clearly and quickly. In the car, there were sockets and WiFi, yes, it certainly did not work very well and intermittently, but it was. Sanitary stops were all observed, every 3-4 hours. The escorts and guides did their job efficiently. Special thanks to them for this. In general, there were only positive emotions after this trip!
It is pleasant, accessible and understandable. To go to pleasure with this tour company, if you see a negative review, then most likely the man wanted a "luxury" vacation for purely symbolic money. The attendants in the buses are good and adequate! Use the services of this tour operator.

I want to leave an honest and detailed review about the GoTrips company.
We went on a Georgia+sea tour to the Voyage Hotel.
The bus is comfortable, the accompanying Polina is a very pleasant and stress-resistant girl!
There was no promised Internet connection on the bus either there or back (buy SIM cards) Again, thanks to Polina, who sometimes distributed the Internet from her phone!
Sanitary stops every 3-4 hours + a stop for a hot lunch were very pleased :)
In the description of the selected hotel there was an item "24-hour reception desk ", but in fact there is nothing in the lobby except a sofa , and in general it is difficult to find someone from the staff. The hotel is under construction . The rooms are bright and modern, there is a new refrigerator and a small TV
If you want cleaning? Pay 10 GEL ... We were shocked and went to clean the room ourselves.
The hotel has quite good breakfasts and a loyal attitude towards lateness.
A huge disadvantage on the way turned out to be a child of 3-4 years old , who cleaned like a cut a good part of the way

We went with them to Georgia on an excursion tour. We chose between the Travel Wheel and GoTrips, we chose the former, because the reviews were better, but in fact GoTrips drove...According to the program, there should be a guide in Georgia from the first day, he appeared only on the second day. On the first day, we read Wikipedia to understand at least in general where you were brought. On the second day, a guide appeared and accompanied the next 5 days. The presentation of information on excursions was extremely one-sided, according to the guide, myths and fairy tales come to tourists most of all, it was already bad after a couple of days from these fairy tales. The excursion programs do not match the ones announced after one. The tour of Kutaisi consisted of a visit to the temple and a 10-minute drive through the city to the temple. Why it was necessary to go there for this is unclear. And this can be said about almost every excursion. The transit hotels were decent, the guest house in Gonio was also decent, but the swamp with frogs under the windows of the house in front of the sea is like this when migrating frogs crash into you in the evening. The escort was undisciplined, it often seemed that he had come to rest, not to work and make a pleasant vacation for tourists. A couple of times, only on the way back, the departure/ collection time was observed. And there was constant confusion and staggering. And so, Georgia is beautiful, we went there for the second time, the first time with Anita bai was much more pleasant in terms of organization. Judging by Instagram, there is one young person working here. The consultations were incompetent, they said, for example, that the sea vacation would be in Kutaisi, not in a seaside town)

07/22/2023 we went with gotrips to Dagestan. The trip exceeded all expectations ❤
The bus was, as stated in the contract, with sockets and Internet. You need to understand that the Internet was not the best, since the whole bus was connected, but you could get in touch with your family.
Many thanks to the wonderful drivers who took us and brought us back safely, followed the comfortable climate on the bus.
It is worth noting the wonderful escort - Kristina, thanks to whom the trip was comfortable and fun. The long way back and forth didn't seem so far away, as we sang songs, watched movies, and talked. The escort was always on the alert and solved all issues as quickly as possible, helped everyone.

PS. we were lucky, since Kristina shot videos and took photos of tourists together with Dima, so there are twice as many photos, which cannot but please us.
The program for Dagestan is very rich, interesting, and sometimes extreme. I can't believe we've seen so much in a week.

The words Tour company mean their work throughout the tour, and not delivery to Georgia, check-in at hotels and that's it. people are just thrown on themselves, the excursions that the company promised and at the price specified in the contract, if anyone goes, multiply by 3 at least, there is no contract with the meeting party, a complete deception. I have traveled with companies by buses to Europe and Adygea more than once, but I saw such deception in the first, I did not think that we still have such companies now. If you are a given travel agency company and have your own staff, they should be with vacationers throughout the tour and resolve all issues that arise during the vacation, and this can be any situation. And if you transfer with the conductors to collect the money. to bring people to the country and leave them there and leave, then don't deceive people...
Go trips has a bad carrier. We went to Georgia on a Georgian bus - the trip was terrible. The Georgian driver Valera is rude and boorish, threatened tourists, screamed like a cut, did not want to stop to go to the toilet, was very reckless. They changed to another driver, almost a Valera 2. We checked into a different hotel from the 4th time in another city. They were supposed to be in Kabuleti and were brought to Gonio 60 km from Kabuleti. On the way back, there were more troubles - the Georgian driver Timur was not allowed through the Russian customs, and the other driver Dmitry was fined - the documents were not in order. The bus was a little old. Well, in short, it was another trip, they shook our nerves. Georgia and the sea were wonderful, of course. Go trips need to change the carrier, as well as the tour company tried to do everything possible for our vacation
We went on a tour to Georgia by bus in July 2022. An hour before arrival at the hotel in Kobuleti, it turns out that we are being taken to the wrong hotel that we ordered, as in our kind of emergency. There were 19 people on the bus going to this hotel. They offered another hotel instead.We decided that upon arrival we will look at the proposed hotel. The mood has already deteriorated, as they chose a more expensive and better hotel. We arrived, went to look, did not like it, we ask the host party in the person of a Georgian to provide a hotel corresponding to our chosen one. The Goutrips managers referred to the receiving party that they would resolve the issue. As a result of long wanderings and driving, tired, it was already late, we were taken to Kvariati, at least somewhere we had to spend the night, two people went with a Georgian Nukzar from the host side, they were looking for accommodation for us, it was some kind of nightmare. In parallel, the drivers Andrey and Alexander, due to the fact that we were looking for housing and did not pick up their belongings from the bus, they could not pick up the group from another check-in, swore at us, shouted, insulted, which we do not like! It was very wild to listen to these people, how they communicated with us. The accompanying Igor from the company, like a Travel Wheel, did not do anything at all. It was just a piggy attitude. As a result, we had to spend the night at least somewhere, we spent the night in Kvariati. In the morning, the search for housing began again, I would like to get settled properly and start my vacation. We had to divide people into hotels in Kobuleti, some got to where they booked (places appeared from nowhere), some to others. A day of rest was spent searching for housing, the sediment remained, the nerves were spent.
The conclusion is this: the company did not really try to solve the issue, the inaction of the maintainer, the lack of agreement with the host party.
As it turned out, we were not checked into the chosen hotel, because the hotel did not finish the places we booked for, and they warned the company two weeks before the trip (where the truth is, you can no longer make out)

10.06 we went on a tour to Dagestan. Instead of the promised tourist class bus, we saw an ordinary minibus. Naturally, there were no sockets and no WiFi. We got places on the wheel where our legs couldn't fit and had to sit in an unnatural position. I believe that such minibuses are not designed for trips over a distance of 2500km. At the end of the trip, my legs and back hurt. 12.06 we checked into a hotel in Izberbash, although according to the contract and in the program on the website, we should have had Makhachkala. The attendant ignored all questions about why at first, then said that in her opinion it was even better. It seemed that she hadn't even seen the tour program. The contract stipulates that the travel agency can change the hotel, but not the city of residence. Therefore, do not be surprised that you will be taken to another city without warning.
13.06 during a trip on an excursion, the minibus on which we were traveling from Minsk broke down. The whole group had to wait 2.5 hours for another bus in the heat under the open sun.
On 16.06 at 8.00 we had to leave for an excursion. The guide arrived at 8:00, and the bus arrived at 8:30. The escort did not come out for breakfast in the morning and we waited for her until 9.00. We went up to her room, but she was asleep. After calling the guide, she informed us that she was not going anywhere, although she was supposed to accompany us along the entire route. She referred to the fact that she needed to check the car. It seems to be the drivers' business, not hers.
Also, during the day, it turned out that an additional excursion to Gamsutl would not take place, since it was life-threatening to go there due to weather conditions (it rained for two days and the road was washed out). Accompanying our guide with calls, she tried to persuade him to take us to another place, saying that it was Gamsutl. In the evening of the same day, upon returning to the hotel, we learned that the whole group wanted to be evicted by the owner of the hotel. Allegedly because we complain about ants, the lack of WiFi in the hotel, the smell of glue in the rooms (the wallpaper was glued right before our arrival). The owner was also offended that the travel agency refused to take tourists to them during the summer, although there was an agreement for this. Why did we have to be nervous because of disagreements between the hotel and the travel agency? Since the tour was canceled after all, the escort suggested that we pack our things, leave before 12 and just sit outside until 19.00, since we could not leave home earlier. We ourselves agreed with the owner of the hotel that he would allow us to spend the night and stay until departure for an additional fee.
17.06 40 minutes after departure from the city of Izberbash home, our minibus broke down again (the same one that the escort and the drivers went to Kaspiysk to check the day before). After 3 hours of waiting, another minibus arrived, designed to transport passengers around the city. We were traveling with suitcases in the cabin. There were no seat belts and the seats were not adjusted. Initially, they wanted us to take it to the transit hotel in Voronezh, but later decided that we would go to Vladikavkaz to transfer to a bus that was traveling from Georgia. We were shaking in this minibus for 5 hours, and it's only 270km to go. At 3 a.m. we were there and waited at the gas station until 7 a.m.
I do not advise contacting this company if you do not want unpleasant surprises on vacation.
By the way, we didn't have the promised photographer. Did you want to save money on everything by risking your reputation?
During the trip, the guys from the group wrote to the managers in the office and most often they were simply ignored. Disgusting attitude and organization of the tour.
