We returned from Dagestan only yesterday and I want to share my impressions! This is our first bus tour experience. We've been thinking for a long time whether it's worth it. But when we accidentally saw the GoTrips account, studied the reviews and talked with the managers, we immediately decided - let's go with them! And the result is that we are delighted!!! First of all, Dagestan itself has made us fall in love! Infinitely beautiful mountain scenery! We knew it was beautiful there, but not that beautiful....You need to see it with your own eyes! And Elbrus...Ahhh, just won our hearts! I am constantly haunted by the feeling that we have visited different countries. Secondly, we had the best escorts, guides and drivers!!! A warm atmosphere, convenient transportation (sockets, wi-fi), frequent stops, movies/music and a good mood! If there were any unforeseen issues, everything was resolved quickly and clearly! I recommend it to everyone!!! We are already considering new trips with GoTrips!!!
I really liked the tour program to St. Petersburg and Karelia. Thanks to Oksana for the excellent organization. Special thanks to Polina for the beautiful and atmospheric photos. I heartily recommend it.
This is the second time I have traveled from this tour company. I went to Georgia for the first time with a vacation at the sea. Everything was great. The sea is clean, the people are friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and tidy. For the second time this year in Dagestan. The second train is just something. The tour was full of active recreation. Ascent to the village, sunrises on the sea and in the sand dunes and delightful guides who are as open as possible to your questions about culture. She greedily absorbed all the emotion and all the beauty of Dagestan. This is definitely not my last trip from these guys.
Terrible tour- Murmansk tour. It was unsafe, uninteresting, and it also turned out that we were taken to see whales where they are not found. But we didn't go out to sea and watched the forest. I don't recommend it. The accompanying Polina was rude and could not conduct an adequate dialogue
We went to Dagestan. Basically, I'm writing a review from here. The places are great, worth seeing, but the organization is just disgusting and it spoils all the impressions.
Not rest, but hard labor. The maintainer is generally useless. The program does not match the one listed on the website. The groups are huge
In June, we went with my husband and GoTrips to Dagestan. We are just thrilled with this trip. Dagestan and Kabardino-Balkaria have conquered our borders.
The trip was very eventful: very interesting excursions, places, history, incredible people and VERY tasty food. The beauty of nature was breathtaking.
I liked the hotel - clean, tidy, cleaning was done every day!
Special thanks to our accompanying Alesa. A positive, kind, always smiling girl. I am always in touch and ready to help.
Thank you so much to GoTrips for an unforgettable experience and journey!
Tour 27.06-01.07 St. Petersburg-Karelia .
The first minus started with the bus, the air conditioner could not cope, 70+ people in one bus with a heat of 30+.the lack of promised sockets and WiFi.Arriving in St. Petersburg, we were driven on a sightseeing tour to the park, where we ran after a guide who could not be heard.Thank you, the hotel was more or less adequate. The whole tour was crumpled and extras were constantly appearing.the fees that were reported to us after the fact. The drivers were rude.Only the beauty of Karelia saved the whole train.I do not advise anyone to travel with this tour company
Good afternoon, I want to "thank" you for the worst tour "Peter-Karelia" from 06/27 to 1.07 and a completely ruined vacation.
The first thing I can start with is that we were promised a comfortable bus.
In our case, comfortable transport included the absence of air conditioners when traveling for more than 10 hours in a heat of over 30 degrees, the absence of Wi-Fi, but according to the accompanying everything works and 2 sockets for 72 people.
Three times, excursions without audio guides, banal, microphone, whether something was heard in a group of over 70 people.
The manager of the company, Karina, said that this was not their responsibility.
Because of the "Scarlet Sails" tour promised in the advertisement, the program was changed, after a whole day in Karelia, we arrived at the hotel and were given 30 minutes to get ready (15 of which we spent on opening our room, because, as it turned out, our room key stopped working) and go to look at drawbridges, return at 3 at 7 a new tour with eviction.
To get to the excursions by trolleybus, so the drivers are tired and they need to rest (and then again, medeger Karina said that this was an additional excursion and they did not have to take us there) .
And of course I can't help but say about the boorish communication of the drivers, to begin with, my suitcase was thrown off the bus, when asked what was going on, I was told that there were a lot of suitcases, I should have been picked up earlier. Also, from the fact that a group of over 70 people, of course, it is impossible to get off the bus quickly, and when I went down, and the doors were closed, I turned to the driver, to which I received an answer that we had already put on walking and how much we could gather in a very rough form.
This tour is just a nightmare, I wish everyone could see this comment and decide if they want to ruin their vacation with @gotrips_by
I went with this company for the second time. The trip to Georgia on 06/24, the worst thing was the bus, yes, I knew that we would go for 3 days, but I did not think that without a TV, without music and without the Internet. During the trip, I turned to the manager, who told me that the management was solving this problem , but it did not solve it in three days, and the most important thing is that the management sent the same bus back with the same problems, they also drove back for three days without a TV, turned on music for 2.5 hours and without Internet.
Dear management, pay attention to your fleet! Sending people for 3 days without communication and without a TV is not a tourist class bus.
I chose the GoTrips company for a bus tour to Dagestan. I was very pleased.
I liked the organization and the tour itself. The program was rich and interesting. A lot of impressions like from a second life. Everything was easy and relaxed.
Of course, there were minor roughnesses, but for me they are insignificant. It doesn't happen without them. I hope this will be finalized over time.
I recommend GoTrips!!!
Hello!
From GoTrips I went on 2 tours to Dagestan and St. Petersburg + Karelia
The trips were easy, fun and friendly
The accompanying cool guys will always help, support and never forget about you 🫰🏼
Drivers drive safely, you can sleep peacefully on the road 😁
I got a lot of positive emotions from the trip, new acquaintances and delight from what I saw ☺️
Take a good mood with you and go on a trip with GoTrips
I really advise everyone)
You will definitely like it 😉
Many thanks to Gotrips for a wonderful trip to Dagestan in July! The excursions are simply incredible, everything is thought out, we even got a unique experience of dining with a real Muslim family (I really liked the cuisine of Dagestan - ❤️). Special thanks to the accompanying Kristina for her positive attitude, involvement in the team and talent to make even an ordinary bus ride very fun :)
One of the best trips in my life is about a tour to Dagestan on April 30th. I was so inspired and enjoyed that it's hard to put these emotions into words. Special thanks to the organizer Kristina and the drivers Roma and Dmitry, without whom this trip would not have taken place, very friendly and kind guys. I am very pleased, you make people happy. Thank you 💛
I cannot leave this trip to Dagestan with the Go Trips company without a review. It was a great trip!!! Ask what happened on the first day, I can only remember from the photos, we looked at so much that my head is spinning.
We had the coolest escort Artyom.(who is with us in the mountains and in the water), professional drivers, the best locations, amazing weather and of course incredible people!
Dagestan will always remain in our hearts! Thanks)
I went on a tour to Dagestan, got a lot of impressions, many thanks to the company for such an adventure, now I think I'll try other directions from them)))
Travel to Dagestan (June). It's something fantastic, actually.🥰 I could not imagine that such a number of dreams could come true in one trip, And, of course, this trip would not be so wonderful without our guide, Oksana, Kind, sensitive, will answer all questions (even the most stupid ones), will help if you have any questions, always I am open to communication, unreal, just🥰 Thank you very much for this tour🤗 Guys, if you want to have a cool time and relax -
Hello everyone, Yegor is in touch. I had a wonderful trip to Dagestan. To say that it was great is the same as spitting in the mirror. The trip was gorgeous from the second day to conquer Elbrus and this is not a fairy tale. Organization /location /situation everything is clear. The excursions are so full that upon arrival at the hotel you want to lie down and smile. At the expense of hotels, I thought that for these grandmothers they would put us in a hostel with 10 beds, but no. Chetkits room with service every day + condishka on the canopy. Ashalet. Many thanks to Kristina and two professional drivers, they are still those peppers. What can I say here? I hugged everyone, picked them up and ran
Peter+Karelia 27.07
In short, I really liked everything about the tour, plus I was lucky to have a company of people who were on the tour
By points:
The design of the docks, payment, all reminders — everything is done as clearly as possible so that no one gets anything mixed up anywhere. Thanks to manager Ekaterina for the design support)
The bus is comfortable enough, the cabin is clean, there is enough legroom, if you try very hard, you can even sleep comfortably
Drivers Andrey and Sergey drive as comfortably as possible, sometimes it was amazing how easily they taxied in narrow streets
The tour program is very dense, not all of them were watched, but it is clear that they tried very hard to pack these days to the maximum with different places and activities
Very good guides have been selected for excursions, they tell everything in interesting and detailed ways, they always answer questions
The Art Karelia Hotel left mixed feelings: at first, we waited an hour for check-in (the hotel staff did not seem to be ready for 60 people to register), but then a completely impeccable service was waiting for us. Then you go to the shower — and there is no lock on the door and you can see mold in the tile seams, but you go to breakfast next and there you will find delicious, like homemade food.
The accompanying Alesya is just 💣
A very friendly and energetic person who solves all the issues that arise on the fly, giving his best in his work 100%. This is the person to whom everyone turned with a million questions and she always answered them patiently and with a smile, even if these were questions obviously not in her line of work. During the tour, a couple of overlaps arose for reasons beyond anyone's control (Airborne Forces day), and Alesya quickly decided everything, agreed everywhere and as a result nothing was canceled, only the events shuffled a little among themselves, and everyone was satisfied.
What I would like to improve: It is very desirable that additional information be announced in advance.expenses (entrance ticket to Ruskeala, Peterhof, approximate bills for shared dinners) — this would help to plan finances for the trip more accurately. I was lucky, I took cash with a reserve, but some of them were growing on the third day. rubles had already run out.
From the notes, it would be nice to introduce: more free time (a controversial point, because then you will have to clean up some excursions); some list of recommended places to visit on your own, as well as recommended places for lunch / dinner (so you don't have to look for yourself and trust the case); perhaps introduce some- that is, mini-activities to strengthen the company on tour (so, we all split into small groups of 2-5 people and did not interact much with each other)
I went with gotrips to Dagestan. I was extremely pleased! I wanted incredibly beautiful mountains, a breath of fresh air, in a word, I was going for inspiration.
The trip was a 100% success and even more) The organization of work, support throughout the trip, the content of the tour - everything is great. Accompanying Alesya (special thanks to her!) always in touch, always with a smile - set the mood of positivity and lightness.
The phone is full of memories and impressions, Dagestan is the opening of this year (it is impossible to talk about it in a nutshell)) - inspiration happened. Thanks guys!
We went as a family with Go Trips to Georgia in the summer of 2022 and were delighted. When selecting a tour, the manager patiently answered all questions, offered hotels, giving, as I realized later, only reliable information. She had information about all the nuances associated with a particular hotel. Since we are from Grodno, the contract was concluded online, and for the first time I was worried, but as it turned out in vain. All organizational issues were resolved, and we did not have to do anything further. And now in more detail... We left Minsk early in the morning, the departure was from the central bus station. We arrived in Minsk from Grodno by train the day before. We were met by an escort and seated in pre-determined places. The bus was from the Georgian side and looked, frankly, not new and at first it bothered us, but nothing could spoil our expectations of the trip and we were right. The trip went well! There were many stops, as there were children on the bus. But we liked it, we could stretch our legs, take a walk in the fresh air. We drove, staying in transit hotels. The hotels were good, everything was fine with us. Clean linen, good breakfasts. However, in Voronezh, breakfast was portioned, but it was quite enough for us. The Georgian driver deserves special attention. He cheered us up all the way, joked, and even treated us to wine after passing the Georgian border. By the way, we passed the Georgian border in both directions very quickly. In the direction of Georgia in 3-4 hours, back - we passed almost in transit. And this, in my opinion, is the merit of the driver, who knows how to find a common language with the border guards and knows many of them personally. Another advantage of the local driver is that he knows all the places where you can eat on the way. And most of them are cafes of representatives of the local population. therefore, on the way you have the opportunity to taste dishes of Tatar, Ossetian, Georgian cuisine at quite reasonable prices. Currency exchange. It is convenient to issue a MIR card on the territory of Belarus, with which you can pay anywhere. Belarusbank's simple cards did not work in Russian and Georgian terminals. In general, the exchange rate of the Georgian lari and the Belarusian ruble is almost the same, so there are no difficulties in calculations. We had a rest in Kobuleti, in a small guest house by the Sea, where we were safely taken by bus. The check-in was quick. I would like to note that the appearance of the mini-hotel in the photos and the views from the window are completely true. All rooms have balconies overlooking the sea, which is located across the footpath, the views of the sunsets are breathtaking, fell asleep to the sound of the waves. And it was wonderful! The House by the Sea is a family hotel, the price includes breakfast and they were quite satisfied with us. The kitchen is "managed" by the owners themselves and their closest relatives. We especially liked Georgian cheeses, bread, apricot jam. There was a choice of tea, good quality coffee, cream, homemade butter. In general, the amount of breakfast was enough for a husband and a teenage child to eat. For breakfast, for example, buckwheat porridge, two sausages, white bread, cheese, butter, jam or dumplings, fried eggs, etc. were served. Everything was fresh, hot, and the dumplings were homemade. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the plumbing is working properly. Cleaning was done every day or you could ask to clean, wipe. The linen was changed 2 times, but that was enough for us. We were lucky with the weather, it rained a couple of times, but it was so warm, shallow, tropical that we, on the contrary, experienced great pleasure from it after hot days. The sea is warm and clean. The bottom is rocky, but we brought special shoes with us, they are sold everywhere in Kobuleti, and stones were not a hindrance for us. the sea slowed down for a couple of days, but for a change we liked it too. In general, it is very good to have a family holiday in Kobuleti, with children. A quiet, cozy town for a relaxing holiday. But there are cafes and restaurants, just not as many as in big cities. There is a small park with attractions for kids, other entertainment for those who went out for a walk along the embankment. If you want entertainment, you can take a minibus to Batumi, which we did 2 times. It costs a penny. In general, we traveled everywhere along the coast by minibus. It is quite convenient and fast. In terms of meals for lunch and dinner, you can eat in the cafe directly from the owners for an additional fee. But you can find cheaper cafes. There are enough of them. However, we took khinkali for dinner from the hostess and it was very tasty. And the size is twice as large as those that we sell in Grodno. And the price, by the way, was much cheaper. Since we had no complaints about the rest, we did not have to contact the staff of the travel agency. They also took us back from under the hotel, although a little later and we were tired, since the eviction takes place before 12.00. But with what pleasure we took our seats on the bus! By the way, after the eviction, the owners allow you to leave your belongings, use the toilet, shower located on the territory of the hotel. No one sent us anywhere. The return trip took place in the same company of drivers, the escort was different, but also actively solved all organizational issues. And by the way, the bus took us both ways without breakdowns. At the entrance to Tbilisi on the way to the sea, something seemed to work poorly. But during the night's rest, everything was eliminated and we drove on. As our Georgian driver said: "My bus is time-tested, no modern bus can withstand such uphill climbs"))))And this turned out to be true in our case. In general, you can write endlessly about Georgia. But personally, I really liked this vacation. And my daughter of 14 years old said that she would like to live there....
As a result, this year we are planning a trip to St. Petersburg with Go Trips))) Thank you for our vacation!!!!
I would like to thank Go Trips for the opportunity to get to know such a wonderful country as Georgia.
The tour program is well designed, several interesting excursions were organized along the way, transit overnight stays in very good hotels.
On the recommendation of a travel agent, I chose Gonio for a vacation and did not regret it once: the clear sea, beautiful mountains and the proximity of Batumi made the rest unforgettable.

The tour to Dagestan (09/16/24) was wonderful! The organization is at the highest level! Very attentive and careful attitude towards us, the participants of this tour. Every day was filled with interesting events: wonderful locations, acquaintance with Dagestan cuisine. Special thanks to our escort Natalia Bondarenko!
I went with the guys to Lviv and St. Petersburg. The child will grow up and we will definitely rush to Georgia! They explain everything in detail, send documents, and remind you. The excursions in the packages are not just "sightseeing", but interesting, and the additional ones are very cool! The hotels are quite good, BUT here price = quality. The bus tour is about a drive, not about a 5-star hotel) Now we have applied for docks in Schengen. If we receive it for a long time, then we are yours forever! Thank you for our travels!
I went to St. Petersburg from July 27 to July 31 with the GoTrip company
I liked the trip in general) Everything is according to the points:
1) bus. Personally, it was fine for me, the seats reclined, the seats were spacious enough, wifi was working on the territory of the Russian Federation, the bus itself was double-decker. The only question was about the air conditioner. It was very cold at night. The drivers drove fast, taking into account road repairs and other adventures, we got to everything well, for which we thank them very much!
2) organization. We arrived at a time when there was a lot of overlap in the city due to the event in the center. As a result, something was postponed to other days just a couple of hours before the event itself. This can be understood, but it seems as if you need to constantly be ready for some changes and quickly adjust. There are advantages in this too, because we had the whole Sunday morning free, which allowed us to spend more time in St. Petersburg. More questions about raising money. In the original program, it was written what is included in the price of the tour, everything is OK with that. But there were a lot of additional expenses. We asked to make a list of all these expenses, on the basis of which I changed the rubles in the exchanger, but if it wasn't for the MIR card, I wouldn't have enough of them. Just because every day you have to pay for something else, something was not talked about, etc. As a result, I spent much more than planned for the trip.
3) accommodation. I was lucky with the number. The 4-star hotel has a spacious room with good repair and mattresses on large beds. Everything is clean, the rooms were cleaned. There are no questions about food either, the buffet is a good choice and very tasty.
To summarize. Overall, the trip turned out to be a success. And the group was good, and our escort. It was interesting to listen to the guides, given that I am not a particular fan of historical facts. I think that on such trips everything cannot go perfectly, here who focuses on what) I focus on impressions and company, here are 10 out of 10. Thanks for that)
I was on a tour to Dagestan, departure 19.10. And it was something unreal! The incredible beauty of the mountains, delicious food, interesting excursions will always remain in the heart. Special thanks to the accompanying Kristina and our drivers - Roman and Dmitry, thanks to you on the trip it was possible not to think about anything and get high.
17.98.23 I went to Kobuletti. I really liked Georgia.
Accompanying Kristina led the group very clearly.
She was sensitive to the requests of tourists, advised them to visit various places. She told me about the other tours in a very interesting way. Now, I want to go to Dagestan on my next vacation)
I went on a tour of Dagestan on 06/24/03/07 with an accompanying Artem, I really liked everything from the gorgeous views to the hotels where we lived. Recommended by🫶🏽
We went with a friend to Dagestan on September 28 and it was a delight :)
Tour, people, program, support everything was topchik)
We got incredible pleasure, people are delighted (I'm talking about locals), people we met are also delighted.
The attendant constantly threw off important information, the photographer worked in hardcore conditions, the drivers drove so well that the trip flew ~ 1900 km :)
Thank you so much for this journey and for the perfect team ❤️
It was the best trip ever! Incredible impressions, special thanks to the accompanying Artem, a very cheerful and positive guy, as well as many thanks to the guides Zaire and Saida, the driver Izmail and Arsen, the best team! I want to go again!
08.07-17.07 my trip to Dagestan took place. I have never regretted that I chose GoTrips for my trip. Only positive emotions remained from the trip. If there were any problems, but our escort, Natalia, it was immediately solved.
Hello,
the tour is not over yet, and there are already a lot of emotions, so I'm writing words of gratitude now, then I'll do another story)) thank you so much for your work, for the team, namely the drivers, they are top, driving, music, everyone will tell you what not to ask), accompanying Kristina, as energetic as possible and always in touch, creates a cool atmosphere ☺️, photographer, I don't know when she has time, but we already have cool photos)😊
Thank you so much for giving me a chance to make myself happier ⛰️
Tour 19.10-28.10 Dagestan
I went to Dagestan from these guys, it was unforgettable, I would never have thought that you could see something like this in the CIS countries. Special thanks to the drivers (Peter and Roman) and the accompanying guide Artyom.
The trip to St. Petersburg + Karelia was
wonderful, eventful, full of emotions and impressions. The excursions allowed us to learn a lot of interesting things. We returned just delighted. The hotel was good, I liked the room, the breakfasts were delicious.
We got a lot of positive emotions and impressions from the trip.
Many thanks to Go Trips for a wonderful vacation, the organization of the tour. Special thanks to the guys Roma and Dmitry for a wonderful trip. Kristinochka has my separate "HURRAH", for a wonderful birthday gift. And there were four of them on our trip. No one was left forgotten.
See you soon.....
It is difficult to evaluate this vacation for a specific assessment. Because in general, I liked the rest, but the tour company also had enough disadvantages. The maintainer was not guided in anything, except to laugh it off, to solve some questions ..... Not about him. For example, at breakfast at the hotel we had sandwiches for 1 for 1 person, but we were not warned, because there was a buffet everywhere before and as a result many were left without breakfast. The issue has not been resolved in any way. Or an excursion to Kakheti, one thing was announced (a private winery, tasting in a calm atmosphere, to see how wine is made), and they brought us just to the factory, drank some wine and went to the monastery, although it was not announced. For example, I wasn't interested in it. As a result, a poorly spent day for $ 40. Also, later we refused another tour, as we did not want to lose money, but they did not want to give it to us, supposedly everything had already been paid, the question was just that. As a result, they were refunded minus $ 10 from each. But I also want to note that there were super drivers, fast, clear, neat, and pleasant people, despite the fact that the bus was old, it was generally comfortable, only the air conditioner blew strongly from behind, but we ourselves found compromises. The hotels were mostly very good, which was even surprising for $400 for 14 days. The beauty of Georgia was so good that for some reason only positive emotions remained in the end, but as a frequent traveler I can say that this is still a very good travel agency. I would rather advise than not
My trip to Dagestan on 06/15/2023 was wonderful! The organization of the tour, the fullness of the program, the atmosphere of the trip were a pleasure to me. Every day was driving. Special thanks for the mountain view from the room.
I sincerely thank the accompanying Alyosha for her professionalism, good-naturedness and friendliness💞
We traveled with this company to Georgia in July 2023. What should I say? The attitude towards this carrier is ambiguous))) there are both positive and negative points (((. In general, a solid "four". I would like to express my big thanks to the accompanying girls Polina and Veronica. They tried to make up for all the roughness of the trip: poor Wi-Fi, lack of a dividend, leaking air conditioning, and other inconveniences. Well done girls!!! Hot meals and sanitary stops were organized. Transit hotels in Voronezh, Tbilisi and Rostov were good, I can't say anything bad about them. The Voyage Hotel in Gonio was also not bad, we were settled without problems, of course the room was cleaned if you went to those several times. to the staff, but still cleaning was carried out at the request)) but these are questions for the hotel owner rather than the operator... The owners of the Voyage hotel are hospitable people, it was a pleasure to communicate with them))) delicious food at the hotel, the kitchen even prepared Georgian dishes on pre-order!!! In general, I liked the rest!!!

I went to Dagestan from 05/25
I want to say a few words, there were many positive moments, but there were also enough negative ones.
I'll start with the positive ones, the views of Dagestan are simply gorgeous, the food and culture cannot be conveyed. This is something that cannot be described in words and photos will not convey it!!
Thanks to our drivers Dmitry and Roman, they took us safely, despite the difficult and sometimes scary road. They also very often talked about stops where there are paid toilets, and where you can eat, which Natasha, the accompanying person, did not tell us.
I also wanted to say thank you to our guides both on the way to Elbrus and in the mountains, wonderful, thank you for the well-chosen professionals. There is a lot of interesting information!!
That's the end of the advantages, my friends and I are very dissatisfied with the work of the escort, it feels like she's going for the first time and doesn't know anything about our tour. When we asked questions, she didn't know anything, she was constantly asking the photographer for information for some reason, in some places it seemed that the accompanying photographer was not Natasha. But most of all, we didn't like that she was constantly complaining about the drivers. And she constantly raised her voice when Belarus arrived, for some reason she was arguing with a gas station employee for 10 minutes. We came to relax, not to listen to her problems.
And I also didn't like that I constantly had to go far to hotels, well, at least that we were not warned in advance, but found out in fact, very disorganized, in Pyatigorsk I also had to go to the hotel with suitcases from the mountain and back up the mountain, and Wi-Fi worked only at the reception.
That is why such an assessment, one star for the beauty of Dagestan, the second for the work of drivers and the third for guides.
Good afternoon! I would like to share my impressions of the trip from St. Petersburg to Karelia. Thanks to the excellent organization of the tour, we visited four excursions on the first day. The courtyards-roofs tour was postponed to the day of arrival due to festive events in the city. Precise timing allowed us to get the best impressions of the city. I would like to thank the accompanying Alyosha. She did not leave her tourists for a minute, always talked through organizational issues, promptly and patiently solved emerging issues. Thanks to the drivers who drove along the planned routes in the harsh conditions of the blocked city and very quickly took us from one location to another. A trip to Karelia is a separate delight. An exciting trail tour, stunning locations, magnificent views. Ear with red fish with cream is just a song! And a well-chosen hotel with breakfast allowed you to have a good rest between impressions. Thanks GoTrips! My recommendations.
A trip to Georgia with a vacation at the sea. Complete disappointment, but not about Georgia, but from representatives of the travel agency. Starting from the hotel selection specialist, who was negligent to the client, was not interested in the perfect. Upon arrival in Georgia, it turned out that many more hotels were offered to other tourists than to us (the contract was concluded in more than a month). The specialist did not inform that it is possible to book seats on the bus, as a result, they did not get the most comfortable seats. In the same hotel with identical rooms, the cost turned out to be different. What is the reason for this has not been found out. With regards to the bus: they broke down constantly. On average, the parking lasted about 5 hours. This was repeated in both directions. There was no Internet on the bus either,
although they initially claimed otherwise. The maintainers are incompetent. We could not solve any problems that arose along the way.
We went to Georgia in September. The rest is great. The organization of the trip is top class. Everything is according to the points as in the program, there is not a single failure anywhere. Transit hotels are great. We expected the worst. We were pleasantly surprised. There is an excellent guide in Tbilisi, the excursions were awesome. The bus is not new, but there and back without breakdowns and delays.Wi-Fi worked intermittently but tolerable, there were sockets in the cabin. Special respect to the drivers. We had a Georgian Timur, he just got 100 points!! All the traffic jams were expertly handled, at the border I jumped just to the front of the queue past everyone. We drove through the mountain passes as if on a highway. Thanks to him, we saved 5-6 hours of travel. There were problems with the stove on the road, the handsome drivers tried to solve it as best they could. The attendants worked normally, without any complaints. There were dissatisfied people on the bus because they were not allowed to drink on the bus and there was no DIVIDEND. For me, both are only a plus. Looking at these people, I realized how opposite reviews appear about the same trip)))) In general, great respect to the company and its employees. Thank you for a great stay!!!!
We went to Georgia by sea with this travel agency. And indeed, YOU NEED to read the reviews. I didn't read it, as a result, the honeymoon was pretty ruined.
It all started with the fact that the bus is far from good: there is no promised Wi-Fi, the sockets (usb) do not work, the chairs cannot be reclined. Then the attitude of the managers. To begin with, we were rescheduled for 2 days (and by the way, we took a vacation for the trip, you know). Keep in mind that your date in the contract does not mean departure at all. Then, the day before departure, we are changed to a hotel with the statement that they are changing to "more expensive" and better, in the end - not at all. I asked several times about the bed, in the end - we have two single beds! On our honeymoon! The manager replied to this: So move it. As a result, the room is so-so, the shower is right above the toilet, there was no cleaning in 9 days! Reception = just a woman who watches tiktoks at full volume all night. The air conditioner blows right in your face when you sleep. None of these issues have been resolved. And the managers either ignore or answer that everything is OK.
The tour program is not followed - on the way there we did not stop near the fortress and the reservoir. We just drove by. It was raining on the way back and it flowed right into the bus! To which the attendant replied that we would go like this, "what will I do?" Only after swearing, the guys were transferred forward.
In general, I do not recommend this travel agency. Your claims will be ignored, and your vacation will be ruined.
And dear GoTrips employees, be more attentive to the customers and the organization of the tour. You get paid for what is agreed upon, not for your improvisation.
I do not advise you to give up the word at all..
After such a rest, we need another one. The company is not responsible for the bus, as it is not their own transport, but the carrier's. Our seats were broken, the air conditioner broke down at +32 °, on the way back it generally flowed..
The escorts are not trained, they take everyone in a row. The girl who accompanied us was not in control of the situation. She constantly told false information, drove for 5-6 hours without a single stop, ate in terrible places and with complete unsanitary conditions (as a result, they refused such places and chose another place on their own with the whole bus). We were constantly hungry, there was a moment when we ate at 16.00, and the next hot meal was at 18.00-19.00 the NEXT DAY. We left on Monday at 8.00, and arrived at our hotels on Thursday at 21.00 .. (there were two overnight stays at the hotel). On the way back, we slept one night (5 hours) and two nights on the bus. Awful. There are also negative aspects in hotels. From "never cleaned the room" to "drunk people knocking on our room at one in the morning"
They wrote complaints, but there is no point. They are ONLY VERY SORRY. Everything else, beautiful words, a la it's all unforeseen circumstances.
In general, I do not recommend it.

Hello everyone, we returned from Dagestan two days ago, but emotions still do not let go.
Many thanks to the GoTrip team for such a unique opportunity to plunge into the life of Dagestan, into local traditions and culture, and taste the national cuisine.
And Elbrus? What are you doing to us?
It's such a heartbreak.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Oksana or Oks or our mother duck, who was worried about each of us, we became like a big Caucasian family. Cheerful, friendly, and her playlist, "auntie" will stay with us for a long time 💚
I do not recommend using the services. I went to Dagestan on June 15. I can describe my vacation like this: "not thanks, but in spite of." All interaction with the travel wheel travel agent ended after I transferred the payment. The company's employees did literally nothing except sign a contract and collect money. I think there was nothing to pay for such a travel service, because the agent did nothing. A fatally difficult move (36 hours without overnight accommodation in one direction). The promised minibus was nowhere near comfortable. Those who were unlucky enough to be in the back of the bus (me), where the engine compartment is located, had to enjoy the exhaust fumes entering the cabin. The cooling fan and the engine whistled when overheating. All the positive aspects of the trip are in no way related to the travel agency itself. The operator provided deliberately false information about the absence of restrictions on clothing (I clarified this question with her 3 times). Upon arrival, I was faced with local comments about the discrepancy in my clothes. The promised Internet was not available either on the bus or on the territory of the Russian Federation, even in a transit hotel it was very formal. Schrodinger's Internet. Even the purchased sim card did not work everywhere and very poorly. The additional expenses for the tour, which were not regulated by the tour program, were a wagon and a small cart. They were only briefly spelled out in the contract, but not verbally announced. We were literally forced to pay extra, otherwise we would not go to the location and see the sights. A trip to Gamsutl village was canceled due to the weather. NOT only did they not return the money, they said to pay extra for an excursion to Gunib (an alternative excursion on the same day). By the way, I have never even seen the promised insurance. The escort from goutrips (the company of the tour operator) is a good-natured girl, but she does not know at all about Dagestan, timely communication of information about paying for the same excursions.
I express my gratitude to the host party (guides, drivers, hotel staff). Professionals!
Anyway, we went on a tour of Dagestan, to be honest, I was initially a little skeptical about such a program, but I was incredibly surprised and impressed!!! In terms of organization, everything is super, there were no nuances and questions anywhere, everything is clear. For those who were dissatisfied with the bus and the move, I explain: you are traveling 2000 km from Belarus, of course it is a long and inconvenient ride, but what were you waiting for, the impressions that you will get from local species and culture completely negate such trifles as a long bus ride. The drivers are cool, the guides are cool, an exceptional positive. So guys, don't choke and go on tour, you won't regret it!
We went from the travel agency "Wheel of Travel" to Dagestan in early May 2023. I really liked the country itself: the scenery, the people, and the food (although tourism is very poorly organized there). Since the maintainer was from GoTrips, I will speak only about her work.
At the entrance to Makhachkala, the escort said that not everyone would get to the Andalusia hotel, someone would go to the guest house. Of course, we are on this list. We have a double Twin in the contract, and the four of us lived together, and they also tried to put two girls on the sofa (of course, they refused this and returned to the bus. As far as I know, someone had an empty bed in the room and they were invited. How did the chaperone help them? A riddle). She offered us to move to a hotel, but we refused, because they offered to move the four of us to the same conditions. There was no breakfast in the guest house, so they took us to Andalusia every morning.
By timing. 30 minutes were allocated for sanitary stops (for 53 people!). Of course, we didn't have enough time and we left later. They gave 15 minutes for breakfast. Breakfast format: buffet, there are not enough tables for everyone. Is this how we were supposed to meet? 15 minutes – there are portions on the tables, everyone sat down, ate and got up. Of course, they left for the tour only when everyone had breakfast.
It takes about 3 hours to get from Makhachkala to the locations. Because the group is large, we went by 3 minibuses: one had a guide, the second an escort, and we were on our own. Of course, we did not receive any information: they brought us to the location and go (where? How much time do we have? We asked at least one of these two minibuses). Sometimes we weren't even counted. We saw for ourselves if everything was in place. We returned around 11 pm (only a couple of times at 8). When booking the tour, we asked the manager of the travel agency if we would have time in the evening to at least go out to eat. They said it would be. Yeah. Rolton, which was brought from Belarus.
The escort stuck to the group of guys who went to get the photographer, and at some point she gave up on everyone, and remembered only when the general photo needed to be taken. She didn't even know that some tourists had a birthday (me, another girl, and they said that someone else had). I am already silent about the fact that, of course, there was no gift from the travel agency (although this is a common practice in NORMAL travel agencies), there was not even a greeting.
On the way back, it was very cold at night at the end of the bus. They asked several times to turn off the air conditioner, but the attendant declined the request (at the beginning it was hot for everyone). I offered to take a blanket (although how will it help me if my head is cold?) and switch places during the day with someone from the beginning of the bus (I decided not to do this, because it was assumed that we would only go further during the day). But…
We had planned to spend the night in the only normal hotel in Voronezh for the entire trip. After the overnight transfer, we arrived in Voronezh at one o'clock in the afternoon. The maintainer offered two options (although, as for me, she had no right to suggest such a thing at all): 1) we spend half a day in Voronezh, spend the night, have breakfast, leave at 7 a.m. and arrive in Minsk at about one o'clock in the morning (as planned by the program); 2) we spend half a day in Voronezh, we are given lunch boxes, at 12 a.m. we leave (i.e. this is the second consecutive night crossing) and arrive in Minsk in the afternoon. It was said: there will be a night move if the decision is unanimous. Naturally, 12 adequate people were against it (several people abstained, the rest voted in favor). And what happened? That's right, let's go at night! What was the argument? The majority voted in favor (I remind you, the word was originally unanimous). And why is that? There are people who still have somewhere to go after Minsk. Although, as for me, they knew that there was a high probability that we would return at night, and they should have thought about this moment in advance.
Next, let's talk about the guide and the photographer.
For three days, no information was received from the guide. Where have you been? What did you see? We only knew from the tour program. What was the guide paid for? On the third day, people on the bus began to get indignant, to which they said that the guide would be replaced (very timely! They changed it at the end, but no one will fill in the missing information).
We also had a group photographer. I don't know if they pay him with our money (if they pay, then let them return the money) or if this is their barter, but he clearly doesn't know his job. To be photographed, you need to ask. And sometimes he clicks purely for the sake of looking displeased, sometimes he says: "Yeah. Now," and runs away to the company of guys who stuck to him and arranged photo shoots for themselves at each location. Once I only took a few photos at the moment (obviously after a remark from the attendant). I asked him to personally throw off the photo of the night temple in which they were. I read the message and did not respond (the service is super!). After the trip, the escort wrote that he would upload all the photos to Google Drive and give us a link. We are still waiting for the photos.
As you can see, there are no "shoals" to count. This is a physically very difficult trip, which tourists should be warned about at the booking stage (probably there is no point in saying that the manager did not say a word). If you plan to go to Dagestan, it is better in two or three years (maybe the organization of tourism will be adjusted by that time, and fences will be put at the cliffs).
Hello! I went to Dagestan from July 27 to August 5.
I want to leave my feedback with the preface.
The Caucasus Mountains leave an unforgettable impression. The beauty of the Caucasus mountains is breathtaking. Mountains cleanse the mind of accumulated fatigue and the hustle and bustle of a big city. A day in the mountains gives you a rest comparable to a week of rest at home or in a familiar place. I remember the words of the poet "The Caucasus is under me." The Caucasus Mountains are beautiful in any weather - sunny, cloudy and even in the rain.
After seeing the Caucasus Mountains in Dagestan, I understood why, many Dagestanis say that they cannot live without their native mountains and do not want to leave Dagestan, the mountains give a completely indescribable state of mind that a person loses when leaving the mountains.
Well, let's get to the most important thing, the trip itself!
I really want to express my gratitude to Go Trips for an extraordinary trip. I am still impressed by the trip. Dagestan just conquered my heart
But with whom we were definitely lucky, it was ARTYOM who accompanied us!
He's just a professional in his field. A very polite, tactful, attentive and extremely cheerful young man. From the first minute and throughout our journey, he took care of the comfort of every tourist on our bus. He talked so much about additional excursions that I was looking forward to them. I was very impressed by what I saw and enjoyed the tour a lot: beautiful places, informative excursions, wonderful hotels (2 transit and 1 permanent), although I spent little time at the hotel.
The best escort in the world🫶!
Thank you so much for a wonderful moment in my life 😉!
I would also like to express my gratitude to the drivers Roman and Kirill for their work. The drivers are just jewelers👍🤗The bus was comfortable, it had sockets, Internet and of course air conditioning. You guys are the best!🫶. And the bus number is AH 7575.
The trip remained in the very depths. This unforgettable adventure to the Caucasus turned out to be the best trip of my life. It turned out very emotionally.
P.S. Now everywhere, only with you😍💓🤗🫶
Trip to Abkhazia July 2023.
1. Departure was postponed to 11 a.m., and the bus was late "due to traffic jams" by 30 minutes. Accordingly, the flight delay time has started. When you are told about the European class of the bus, specify the year of its manufacture, make, to see the interior.
2. After 30 minutes, a tire burst and something else (some kind of hose).+3.5 hours into the trip, tourists stood outside in the sun and rain. "The master from Minsk came 2 times" could not pick up the part. The paradox is that we stopped at a hundred, but no one went there for help.
3. We were in Krasnodar at 21 o'clock. We didn't see any beauties of the city. It was a waste of time and money on a transit hotel, because at 2.00 or 3.00 we were already leaving.
4. Rain caught us in Dzhugba and the accompanying Elena (a wonderful person who skillfully pretends to be in charge of the group) decided to return to Krasnodar, while the whole group was against it, we were ready to stand in traffic.
5. We were checked into the same hotel for 1.5 hours (you see, the road got better, everything was cleared, etc.). And we went again ...
6. The behavior of the drivers is also specific, but this is not here.
7. By 5 a.m. the next day, we were checked into hotels.
8. All this time, our tour operator did not respond to messages and calls to telegram.
9. And yes, if it were possible to set 0, I would gladly do it.
