I returned from a trip To St. Petersburg from 06/27/2017. Peter himself is of course gorgeous, but I will not go anywhere else with gotrips! The organization of the gotrips tour is ill-conceived. Starting with the main thing, it's a bus. As they wrote, this is a comfortable bus - complete nonsense: there was no air conditioning (and there were 80 of us!) at 30 degrees of heat, Wi-Fi allegedly worked only on the territory of the Russian Federation - which is also not true, it did not work at all or very poorly. Because of the intense stuffiness, I felt bad already at the border (my head hurt a lot and I was sick). The trip was very exhausting. All the wet ones arrived in St. Petersburg in the morning and drove around the sights, and check-in only at 2 p.m. Naturally, no normal photos can be taken and the head does not think to listen to the guide, but it was interesting to listen about Peter, but not fate. The return trip in the "super comfortable" bus was at the same level. How could such a bus be allowed in such heat and not check the air conditioner? Total negligence on the part of gotrips!

Georgia tour with sea holidays, August 2023. We took the bova bus, everything worked and was convenient, the road was very easy. only Wi-Fi did not work almost all over Russia, but this was expected. I didn't catch yota in the fields either. I would like to express my great gratitude to the accompanying Polina. everything was smooth and comfortable with her. sanitary stops on time, necessary information on transit hotels and excursions, resolving issues with border services and, in general, the road situation is at the highest level. The hotels in Voronezh and Tbilisi are good, the breakfasts are decent. we visited all the promised excursions on the first day, even managed to enjoy the evening Tbilisi. the next day we immediately went to the hotels to rest. The room at Okro Life Hotel in Kobuleti is small, but comfortable and clean. the owners did not refuse to help anyone, they cleaned every 3 days, the included breakfasts in the nearby Bazi cafe were always delicious (like all the food). it is 3 minutes to the sea, in the other direction it is also to the market. I do not advise you to take excursions from the company, you can find them cheaper on the Internet and with a more intense program. in Kobuleti itself, we did not find anything to do except swim in the sea and spend the night at the hotel, but there are a lot of beautiful and interesting places in the area. We were picked up from the hotel late. the new escort rarely got in touch and did not provide any meaningful information. only Polina was saved, who answered the questions of those who were worried from home and tried to help. There was not enough attention from the escort on the road, which she slept through almost the whole time. fortunately, we had super drivers - Andrey and two Dmitry, who, in addition to a safe trip, also provided assistance in crossing the border and with sanitary stops. Thank you so much for your hard work. I also want to say thank you to all my fellow travelers for a quiet road and organized gatherings. The hotel in Rostov-on-Don was a nightmare. the room is terrible, breakfast is a loaf with sausage and egg or liquid oatmeal... it was better to sleep on the bus that night.. but overall, the trip is great. Georgia is incredible, especially the mountains were impressed. the main thing is not to forget that we create the mood for ourselves. then your trip will be much better✌️

We went with my husband to Dagestan on 20.04 with Go Trips (accompanied by Artyom and photographer Oksana). We were very satisfied! From the very beginning of the trip, there was a positive atmosphere. The bus is big, neat, not broken. As an unexpected bonus, there were 220 W sockets near each seat on the bus and, of course, Wi-Fi. 2 drivers (Roman and Dmitry) drove in shifts, so we got there perfectly in 30 hours.
The selected hotels are not very good, the non-responsive staff in Sarira was especially upset, but there is nothing to take off the star, because I understand that the tour is not expensive and it was not worth expecting cool hotels. There have always been breakfasts in hotels.
The tour itself was intense and interesting, we managed to see the most basic things in Dagestan. Artyom always considered us like chickens, so we never lost anyone. He always reminded me about the timing, which tourists tried to observe, and answered a lot of questions.
Photographer Oksana is generally like a couple) I'm sure no one was left without her photos on the camera)
To sum up, we are glad that we went with Go Trips. Let's go on other trips with them!

A trip to St. Petersburg on 06/27/2017
With friends agreed that it was one of the best trips. There is something to compare it with. GoTrips has a good reason to occupy one of the leading positions in the tour services market.

I have been following this travel agency for a long time. I decided to use their services. I went alone to Dagestan and did not regret a bit) I got a lot of positive emotions and new acquaintances)

During the trip, there was not a single case that someone was forgotten somewhere. So don't worry that someone might steal you there.
The bus is very comfortable, each seat has a USB port for charging your phone. The air conditioner also works, and this is very important in the summer)
Almost every hotel where the travel agency has accommodated us has very clean rooms, plenty of space, air conditioning and a TV. The only exception is the hotel near Voronezh on the way back, there was no air conditioning. But it wasn't very critical, because we didn't stay there for very long)
There were a lot of advantages during the trip, and when there were disadvantages, then again Natasha solved it all very quickly) But this does not mean that the escorts need to be pulled for every little thing, be people too 😂😂

We decided to try something new and the choice fell on Dagestan. The vacation was planned with a child and of course it was very exciting whether a child of 10 years old would be able to withstand a bus tour, excursions, uphills. The fascinating nature, the breathtaking atmosphere of Dagestan....There is no doubt, it's worth it!There are no words to describe all those emotions and the beauty that we have been witnessing for 10 days. I'm attaching a couple of photos. Let's go through the main points that tourists are usually interested in. Check-in to hotels is fast, the rooms are clean. The hotels mostly have cafes or within walking distance (breakfast is included in the tour), there is Wi-Fi. All additional excursions are included in the tours and their cost is indicated. And Dagestan is safe, no one was stolen during the whole tour and there were no attempts))) We were warned in advance about the appearance and manner of behavior in this country. Therefore, adhering to them in 100%, there will be no conflict situations. The food was either in hotels or in proven places (the guide told in detail where you can try what dishes and in what price range), everyone survived) We were warned in advance about the weather (it was rainy enough in May), so we were fully armed (raincoat, warm clothes, sunscreen). Special thanks to the guide Artyom, charismatic, interesting, you can feel the experience in the field of tourism, an awesome DJ and vocalist, stand-up artist!!! I went to Dagestan in mid-July 2023. I am very glad that I got into this adventure. The views are fabulous, the crowd of people is the best. We had a very useful, bright, unforgettable time. We met the dawn twice on our own initiative. One of them was on the saps in the Caspian Sea. Mountains, reservoirs are a separate kind of high. And at the end of the main fishing, the Quince restaurant is great, even a boat trip is a drive-through. At first you think you're going to fly away. And then you even get up at full speed.

We went to Abkhazia from 06/26. To 06.07. I do not advise you to take guided tours. And they will also say that it will no longer be possible to refuse and return the money. Apparently, the calculation is for a sucker. You will already be told on the bus to pay for them immediately. As a result, you can buy twice as cheap in Sukhum. I am attaching the Sukhumi prices. I did not like that the travel agency puts the price tag 2 times higher for similar excursions. Perhaps the guide will tell you that he is confident in these excursions, and what you take on the street, you will be deceived. Don't get fooled. Because they will deceive you on the bus and not on the street.
Second. About GoTrips. I was led by a beautiful picture and an advertisement on Instagram. The manager had a chat with me and dropped the payment links. I have not received any recommendations on the tour from the travel agency. And most importantly, Gotrips trips give back to the Travel Wheel and the result is a hodgepodge. You think you're going on a cool youth tour, seeing a picture on Instagram, and in the end you're going to go with another company altogether, where the team is very different.
Abkhazia is beautiful itself, the hotel is normal, it will go. The bus was a bit old, there was air conditioning and WiFi. But the seats are very narrow, there is no toilet on the bus. The sanitary stops were always on time, after 4 hours.

The site does not contain up-to-date information, or those who call back do not have the information. The website allows you to book an order. And someone on the part of the company cancels it independently without the consent of the customer. Instead of updating information on the website or from managers. At first they said that there were places, then it turned out that they were dismantled in just a couple of hours. I booked a place through the website a few days later. The site gave me the opportunity to place an order. But they called back and said that there were no seats and that the tour was literally closed today. The decision to go to Dagestan was spontaneous, and the choice of the company was careful. And loyal!
I deliberately did not delve into the essence of the trip in order to get more pleasure, impressions and surprises.
Of the cons: Dedugansky sanatorium hotel in Voronezh with a non-working elevator)) But oh, we were there just a little bit, so it's not critical. And the staff in the dining room there are just lovely aunts from Russian TV series.
Pros: EVERYTHING ELSE!
It was a sincere and real rest! Excellent careful drivers! Thank you for being alive)) Accompanying: Artyom, Natasha and photographer Oksana.. The most adorable marshmallow candies. The guys tried very hard and it was felt. Professional, positive, very attentive. They do not show their stress and experiences in difficult moments and overlaps (the first race, this is normal), which also happened. They tried their best to make it comfortable and solve all the issues.
In Dagestan, I lived a small series where each episode (day) was completely unique for impressions and emotions. I can't believe there are so many incredible places there.. Even more thanks to the guide Khajimurat, he talked very interestingly and heartily about his country and showed the most beautiful things!
The people on the bus were also more pleased)) but this also affects the overall picture!
Convenient Internet access, wifi, sockets, a choice of what to watch (from TV series to travel blogs).
Life in Bam is like a separate grace from heaven, which by the will of fate fell on your head. It's like pictures from the Internet.. They came to life in reality. It was so beautiful and magical.. I want more!)) There are no questions about other hotels and breakfasts either.

Dagestan is an incredible place that combines the grandeur of the mountains, the warm sea, picturesque landscapes, historical sites, canyons, waterfalls, gorges, local Caucasian flavor, delicious food, good-natured people and of course the GoTrips team. Tour to Dagestan 20.04-29.04
Organizational issues arose every day. The first stop at the hotel was in Makhachkala. No one warned us that we would arrive after 22:00 and that the hotel itself is located somewhere on the outskirts. This would not be a problem if there was a store within walking distance just to buy food. Further, during the entire trip, there were questions about food: on excursions, those establishments to which we were supposed to be taken were either closed, or there was already a restaurant with appropriate prices in their place. At the same time, we had to find alternative solutions ourselves. There were also issues with the settlement. Instead of the two hotels that were specified in the contract, in fact we were settled anywhere. And even after checking into the room, an escort with drivers came to our room about an hour later and asked us to move because there were not enough beds in them (although as it turned out later, this was not the case). On our refusal, the drivers began to say that they "will sleep on the street then" and "you want to return home normally." Such was the unpleasant dialogue that left us no choice. I would like to remind you that we came to rest. And finally, the hotel in Voronezh is not located in Voronezh, but in a village/town near it. And there were many such nuances.

The sea is clean, the people are friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and tidy. For the second time this year in Dagestan. The second train is just something.
