1. A terrible disorganized trip to Murmansk on 15.01-21.01 (the schedule was not followed for a single day, we arrived half a day later than promised. I had to lose the train tickets I had bought in advance.
2. The route is designed so that for 5 days and 3 nights you are completely on the bus, interrupting only for small san stops. The discomfort is maximum. This is despite the fact that the seating on the bus was made in such a way that 10 paired seats should have been empty for the entire route (why it was impossible to seat people one by two I still do not understand).
3. The guide's complete lack of interest in our trip. As Polina, the guide, said herself, "I'm only here to count whether everyone has boarded the bus."
4. Places for excursions such as: Marble Canyon, mysterious forest, waterfalls are suitable for visiting in summer, in winter you will see snow and trees and that's it! The whales did not even arrive this season, as reported by the local guide, but for some reason the organizers decided to keep silent about this.
5. I had to make a lot of additional fees that were not specified in the contract. For example, since January 2025, a tourist fee of 200 rubles per person has been introduced in all hotels, or they brought you on a tour and in fact said that there is an additional fee for tickets. in the Sami village, they almost lost lunch altogether. The guide did not know that meals were included in the ticket price and claimed that lunch was for an additional fee.
6. The organizers knew in advance that the road to Teriberka had been closed for at least three days, but in the end they dragged it out to the last to disappoint us. So they also offered to go to a city they had never been to before instead of Teriberka, but it should probably be interesting. And of course, get ready to pay money on all the proposed excursions, even though we are not interested in them as much as possible, since we planned to watch whales, and not figures made of snow.…
7. And the most IMPORTANT moment of the whole trip is, of course, the Northern Lights, which, thanks to the guide, we only saw for 5 minutes when we were on our way home. Below I will attach photos of the sites where the bus took us to watch the northern Lights. For those who don't know, the place should be located as far away from artificial lighting as possible. Our guide actually said on the first day that the radiance search app shows that there is a low probability for today, so you shouldn't even look for it, we'll see tomorrow. We had to be massively persuaded to try anyway, because that's what we came for. The first photo is the place where she brought us with the words : "well, wait here for half an hour and let's go to the hotel, we have to get up early tomorrow." Of course, there is a 0% chance of seeing the aurora in such a place. On the second day, she said that the radiance tracking app showed 47% yesterday and 16% today, so I don't see any point in looking for it anywhere today. Attempt number two to persuade us to try to look for him anyway resulted in the fact that just on the way from the city to the hotel, we stopped at a lighted bus stop (I didn't even get off the bus because it was a complete failure), waited 10 minutes and drove to the hotel. And yet, when we were driving home for 5 hours, purely by chance, the girl noticed the glow, we went out to take a couple of photos and they promised us that we would stop at the nearest permitted place to look at it. As a result, we just drove for 2 hours, and we personally saw possible stops 3 times along the way, but they were ignored. After a while, we stopped at the same illuminated parking lot to eat, and after eating, we could see the northern Lights even through the bright lighting, and upon request, since we had already eaten everything, maybe we would drive at least 500 meters into the darkness faster. The guide said that it would go away quickly anyway and we wouldn't make it in time. For a note: after leaving the Northern Lights from the bus, we observe about an hour and a half more, and when asked to stop for at least a couple of minutes, we were simply ignored.
P.S. I hope my feedback will be useful to both the organizers and future tourists, I hope not to this company until it corrects the whole situation.
We went to Georgia (07.07), the trip was one hundred points. An amazing country in the Caucasus Mountains, rich in history and culture - this is about Georgia. The sea is of fabulous beauty, clear water with small waves and a very comfortable temperature. The Rusalka Hotel is wonderful, on the seashore (1-2 minutes) everything is cozy and comfortable inside. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast included, but if you eat the whole portion, you will definitely be full before dinner. The weather did not disappoint either, it sometimes rained, but for three or five minutes. Many thanks to the GoTrips team for a luxurious vacation and special thanks to the accompanying people, as well as to the drivers Gennady and Sergey for the impeccable organization of the trip and just caring attitude.
The tour started at 19.10 and I do not regret that I chose go trips ☺
Polina is a wonderful escort, and the tour itself was wonderful! A lot of emotions, colors, impressions, and most importantly new acquaintances! An unforgettable vacation in the best Dagestan, where we got acquainted with a new culture and saw the local flavor! Who is afraid to go to Dagestan - do not be afraid, as Polina said 😄
The people were wonderful from the very beginning to the end and the trip met their expectations one hundred percent! Lots of fun, happiness and smiles for the near future! You will not regret choosing go trips and a trip to Dagestan!
Murmansk 02.01-07.01
If you're thinking about whether it's worth going on a trip with GoTrips, definitely not.
Plan your trip yourself, look for other agencies, but just don't throw money away with this company.
So, in the language of facts:
01. The car was driven by 1 driver all the way. As dangerous as possible
02. Additional excursions have been canceled or prices have increased by 2 times from the stated
03. Hotels WITHOUT HEATING (in the North, do not forget)
04. Living outside the city (when we announced our residence in Murmansk, we actually lived in Murmashi)
05. No feedback or assistance from the organization or the guide. Nobody cared about us.
06. There was no WiFi on the bus
07. WHALES rarely swim in Teriberka
08. They promised a "hunt" for the northern Lights. In fact, there was no "hunting". and when asked to leave and search, "well, it definitely won't happen now, our specialists would have informed us."
09 When part of the group went on a tour, some just stood outside and froze
The North is definitely beautiful, but GoTrips' attitude towards its customers is bestial
It was an unforgettable trip to Dagestan. Filled with extraordinary beauty and views. Mountains, sea, canyons, gorges, waterfalls - what you won't see here. And this is only a small part of all that the trip will be filled with. Riding boots or night bathing, going down on a zipline or bungee jumping, riding vases or climbing a Gamsutl - you will not get so much adrenaline and emotions anywhere🔥
Food is just a separate love💔
Special thanks to our guide Artyom❤️ thanks to him, the trip was filled with a special atmosphere
In the photo, there are small spoilers of what you should see with your own eyes 🏔️
I went to China from November 15th to 25th alone. And if you are thinking whether it is worth going alone, then of course yes! Since you will not be alone, you will have a lot of good acquaintances and you will not be alone for a second. Guide Artyom is the best guide, he is the sun, always positive, will help in a difficult situation, keep company, feed and share water! And he sings great and talks sweetly ☺️ I was on most of the excursions (Nanshan Buddhist Center, Romantic Show, Li Yi Miao Village, Yalong Bay Glass Bridge, Monkey Island, Hot Springs, Water Park, Aquarium, Orchid Park), including additional paid ones, each excursion left wonderful memories! I also rode the zipline 5 times 😁 The organization of the tour is at the highest level! I will definitely go on other tours from GoTrips 💚
Holidays in China from November 15th to 24th.
If you are very tired of pressing problems, from the routine at work, tired of the dullness outside the window, you need a full reboot or just want new emotions and impressions, then you can safely go to Hainan with GoTrips.
I want to express my gratitude to the Gotrips team for the opportunity to visit Hainan Island with such an exciting program, express special gratitude to Artyom for accompanying on the tour, and also want to give advice to those who are going to go on this tour (I lacked this information and had to look for it in different sources).
I really enjoyed the trip, it was exciting and interesting.
There were many questions before the trip, since China is not Turkey or Egypt, there are many nuances that you need to know before the trip. Unfortunately, the managers of the travel agency did not know all the questions, although they answered all the questions, I had to write to Artyom, for which I thank him very much, he answered in detail.
What needs to be done before the trip:
1. Take the money. Yes, yuan needs to be bought. They are sold in Belarusbank (they must have a limit at the cash desk in the morning of each day). How much should I take with me? It all depends on your needs, but keep in mind that in China you have to pay for everything in yuan, including for excursions. But if you take dollars and euros with you, then they can be exchanged with Zoya (the welcoming party). Don't be scared)) Zoya will be cooler than any well-known tour operators, she really solves all issues and helps, plus she has good prices). You need to take at least 1500-2000 yuan, taking into account that you will have an Alipay, bank cards or currency with you. I linked two cards in white rubles to Alipay: a Priorbank visa and a Paritetbank mastercard. Sometimes it was more profitable to pay with a visa, and sometimes with a mastercard, since the visa is recalculated in dollars, and the mastercard in euros.
So, cash was accepted everywhere, Alipay too, but it did not always work, payment often took time due to the fact that you had to wait for the confirmation code (and if you do not have roaming, then the code will not come), bank cards were not accepted everywhere. You can withdraw cash at an ATM, the commission for withdrawing 100 yuan from the Prior's card was 7 rubles.
2. Enable roaming. My phone does not support esim, I did not rely on local Wi-Fi, I had to become an MTS subscriber and connect roaming (5GB costs 35 rubles). Considering that I used Wi-Fi at the hotel, and turned on the Internet in my phone when I needed to check messages or make a payment via Alipay, I still had half the traffic.
To connect via Wi-Fi, you need a vpn, but not everyone works, of the 6 VPNs I downloaded, none worked, I had to download Super VPN through connected roaming.
In Moscow, Wi-Fi was on the Aeroexpress train and at the airport (it was necessary to register on the website, free of charge).
3. Translator. Download an offline translator (I downloaded Yandex) with the ability to translate from photos and download offline dictionaries (Chinese and Russian).
4. Maps. Download offline maps and upload a map of the region.
5. Tickets. I decided to get to and from Moscow by train. We take tickets there and back, it is also better to take a ticket for the return trip (there are flight delays, but they rarely happen, you can monitor the arrival board). And the earlier we buy tickets, the cheaper they are and you can choose better seats. I also bought Aeroexpress round-trip tickets on the website, paid with a Mir.
6. Powerbank card. There are sockets on trains and on the plane, but if you are not sure about the capacity of your phone's battery (especially during excursions), it is better to take an external battery with you. Its capacity should be up to 20,000 mAh inclusive, otherwise you will have to say goodbye to it at the airport.
Perhaps these are all general recommendations.
As for me, the flight was calm, not hard, comfortable seats, there was a pillow and a blanket, a lot of movies, games, they fed well, poured alcohol for those who wanted).
When we arrived in Sanya, the time zone change was easy, we almost did not feel it, but when we returned home, it was hard, and if there is an opportunity to go to work not immediately, but to stay at home for several days, then you definitely need to use it.
The food on Hainan is delicious, varied and inexpensive. The hotel has a very good location and there are a lot of cafes nearby. The portions are large, you can safely take one serving for two. For example, a portion of vegetables and a portion of shrimp or squid cost about 35 rubles for two, plus beer was always given as a gift. Almost everywhere we went, the menu was in Russian, so it's hard to stay hungry). The fruits are very tasty, we bought them near the hotel from Lesha. On the first day, Lyosha arranged a fruit tasting for everyone who bought, gave them a bag with a panda, sweets and a knife (very sharp) as a gift. And before leaving, the whole group bought fruits from him, he packs them very well, brought everything in one piece. Fruits are not included in the weight of hand luggage, so you can safely take a lot, only then it's hard to carry them at the airport))
Excursions. I liked all the excursions very much, they are very exciting, interesting and diverse. Of the additional excursions, I went to the Romantic Park and to the village of Li and Miao. To say that I am delighted is to say nothing, I recommend it!!! We walked to the park on our own, the Deer turned its head (walk for about 30 minutes), it is better to go an hour or two before sunset, there are very beautiful views both during the day and at night.
Well, a fly in the ointment) Placement. The only advantage of the Bari Boutique Hotel is its location and the presence of a balcony. That's it, there are no more advantages. Of course, then we got used to the shabby furniture, which has seen a lot in its time, to the torn tulle, to waiting for the elevator for 10 minutes, to the very loud rattling of the refrigerator at night (we just turned it off later). But we were lucky, we had a nice room, with a modern one! a refrigerator and a bathroom door, some had just a curtain instead of a door. Zoya and the hostess of the hotel tried to smooth out all the disadvantages, allocated additional towels to the beach (white, forbidden to lie down on them, you can only wipe yourself with them), gave one iron for all (we did not use it, I took a Liquid iron with me on the recommendation of bloggers (bought on the WB), it really works)), even they offered to wash things for free once. The room was cleaned regularly, water was replenished (a bottle of 380 ml per person per day), toothbrushes, the bed was changed once and towels were changed several times. There is also shampoo, shower gel, soap, and small combs in the bathroom. There was always hot water, a comfortable bed. In general, the hotel is not very bad, but for such a tour price, you could have placed in a better hotel. Rather, with such a hotel, the cost of the tour is overstated.
I had vivid impressions about my vacation, a lot of photos and videos, and fond memories.
If you are still thinking about going to China or not, then definitely go!!! Of course, you can go on your own, but will your vacation be as intense, exciting and interesting as ours, will you see so many cool places? Hardly) Take a positive attitude with you, a great mood and you will be happy!))
I want to share my feedback on an excursion tour to Georgia (departure 10.07)
Drivers: incredible youngsters Dmitry and Evgeny. They are charismatic, help with things and give a hand from the bus, give good advice and repeatedly helped the accompanying Elena with timing at stops, a landmark and information about the area, since Elena herself is not good at everything. Also, with these drivers, you feel completely safe, even with rabid Georgians on the roads, who are trying to cut and overtake.
Bus: air conditioners almost always cope, sockets, everything is top
The tour program is rich, the locations are cool, except for Kutaisi. We settled in a fast-moving area in a fast-moving hotel with the fast-moving owners of this hotel, who immediately wanted to get everyone drunk (probably so that they did not have time to see the joints in the rooms in the form of dirty bed linen and towels). Our room still stank of sewage and with the window open, we were bitten by all the flying bloodsuckers overnight. The other girls on our bus were afraid to go out alone to the store, my husband and I were also afraid to walk through this area. The tour of Kutaisi itself did not justify our stress from spending the night at that hotel. You can safely remove this location from the tour and add a day at sea.
There was also a joint with breakfast for an additional fee before the trip by jeep (there was no breakfast, Elena did not even know that it was written in the program and as a result we all rode hungry, we could at least have been warned to buy food at the store and eat on the bus)
And there was a joint with lunch upon arrival in Tbilisi, it also just wasn't there. As a result, the sightseeing tour lasted until 8 pm, and before that we all ate 12 hours ago in the morning! Before the tour, we need to give time to eat for an additional fee or, again, warn them to buy cookies at the store and eat on the bus, but this is certainly not about Elena.
Another joint with lunch was in Borjomi. The tour lasted until 4 p.m. and everyone was sent to swim in the springs. Be on the bus at 6. By the time we got there and returned, it was already 5 p.m. We barely had time to eat shawarma before 6. And those who swam did not have time to eat. And before that, there was only breakfast.
Upon arrival in Batumi, we were lucky, we arrived at 3 p.m. and immediately ran to lunch, although according to the program there is also no additional lunch provided.
There was also a problem with the guide in Tbilisi. Raphael was with us, actually a very interesting person with information that you definitely won't find on the Internet. But you couldn't hear him, his ligaments were weak! :(Buy him an ear microphone and everyone will be happy. Those who were able to listen to him (almost hugging) could not let him go, he is very interesting))
Hotels: apart from Kutaisi, everything was quite normal. In the mountains, Tbilisi and Batumi are generally pretty.
Photographer: It's a cool bun on tour, I haven't seen it yet. Alesya was with us, a cheerful girl, she was friendly and tried to make friends with everyone. We are waiting for photos))
Guides: everyone is amazing, and Rafael has a microphone)
And I want to write a lot of text about the accompanying Elena. It is clear that this is her first route in this direction. But you can at least study the program in advance, according to which you are taking people.
The main thing for her was to make friends with the photographer in order to spend their free time together.
This tour can be safely renamed "Every man for himself and by himself with Elena Rudko".
There were no special tips on where to change money, where to go, where to eat. But she was happy to take us to some wine store to get a bun from the seller herself for bringing a bus of people to the seller
When someone in the chat asked where to go to eat in the mountains, we received an answer from Elena, I quote: "look for yourself" (really!!!)
But people who buy tours, they expect that they will be pointed everywhere, and in the end everyone was on their own and We searched for everything ourselves
Accordingly, the tourists themselves wrote in the chat where they could go and how to get there.
It turns out that you can get to the sea in 3 minutes by bus (there is a stop behind the hotel), and we received information: walk half an hour
It turns out that in the hotel in the mountains on the ground floor there was a bar with a console, board games, karaoke! Of course, we found out about it at breakfast before we left. We were all in shock. Because there was nothing to do in the mountains and we went to sleep out of boredom, but it turns out there was an entertainment center under us all this time
It turns out that Russian gas stations have canteens where you can eat hot. But before leaving, they only wrote to us: "change a little ross rubles, because there may be paid toilets." We exchanged two pennies for toilets and ate cookies on the bus for 3 days.
It turns out that you always have to keep a bag of food with you on the bus, because you don't know if they will give you time to eat somewhere or not. No one warned us to go to the store and grab something on the bus, because we will arrive only in the evening and so on.
There was no information. Elena didn't know which hotels we were going to, how long to go, where to buy a SIM card, etc.
I just wrote that breakfast is at 8 a.m. And where to go? And go and look for yourself. That's all the information
They included weird movies on the bus (beatings from NTV, seriously!!) or strange music that you can't escape even with headphones. It turns out that Elena was given a CD with movies, but when she opened the case, it was empty. Well, the drivers only had a flash drive with NTV movies. It was normal for Elena to watch these beatings.
Despite the fact that the tour program is colorful, the organization of everything was very strange.
You ask something about additional excursions, you get answers: "well, I do not know.. well, it's probably worth going, well, they'll show you everything there, I'll tell you what"
How we were going to a folklore dinner: we asked Elena what would be there, the answer of course was: "I do not know, well, dancing and food." She asked the organizers of the dinner, received some vague answer and another cost ($35), started voting in the chat, but not everyone had the Internet, then the check-in and an overview of Tbilisi began. We ask Elena again, so with dinner, we get the answer: "well, you still haven't given a list of people, so everyone looks for where you will eat." Excuse me, but how should we give the list from the bus? On wet wipes?
We gave 40 dollars to the Martville canyons, we knew that we still had to pay for entrance tickets, but we were not warned that it was worth it!!!
The day before, we were severely poisoned and asked if we could refuse. The answer is: "you can refuse, but I will not return the money to you."
Okay, during the night, the vomiting seemed to stop, gathered strength and let's go. First, they took us to a cool place - a subway with stalactites, entrance fees are 25 lari per person, we have already strained.. then we were taken to the canyons and then a fiasco awaited us, entrance fees were 20 lari, and if you want to sail by boat, then another 20!!! We didn't have enough money. We drank borjomi for 4 lari and went home. In general, I did not want to eat, it was lucky that we were poisoned.
What they took 40 dollars for is a mystery, it was possible to include lunch in this price
And I want to take care of information on the road separately. We were never warned about the sanitary stop in advance. NOT ONCE. You're sleeping without shoes in the shrimp position in the pillows and then the light turns on and you hear "NURSE, LET'S GO OUT." Those who wake up start to put on their shoes, while they come to their senses, crawl out, it is unclear where to go, all 50 people begin to walk around the entire territory looking for a toilet, inside or outside, someone drunk, someone with poisoning.
On the way back, Elena relaxed completely
How we passed the Georgian border: everyone is asleep, the lights turn on, the doors open, we start pushing each other, waking up, what's going on is unclear, probably the nurse again, part of the bus did not want to go to the toilet, stayed, part of the bus went to the door, we go in, we ask wow, is this such a queue to the toilet? No, this is the border! We go back for the passports, pull the others out of the bus
It was also fun to cross the border between Russia and Belarus. It's night, we're all asleep, the lights turn on, we wake up and see a border guard at the entrance. Elena is already ready with her passport, and we will all get out our bags, find our passports, wake up the drunks, look for their passports. And the border guard is standing and waiting while we're messing around!!
When we leave Batumi, Elena suggests a vote: either we stop only in the toilets, or we stop only in the cafe. Sho? The whole bus didn't understand why we had to stop at the cafe all the time. We voted for toilets so as not to stay too long.
After a while, we stop at a cafe and hear Elena on the microphone: "you must understand that we are also living people, and I and the drivers need hot food, so if you don't want to, sit on the bus, and those who want can also eat"
Well, we kind of wanted a hot meal too, but only 1 time, and make the rest stops with toilets. And in the end, we were also made to blame for allegedly not thinking about the drivers and Elena.
It was also bad for many, when passing the Georgia-Russia border, two girls threw up on the asphalt in front of the bus. The mother of one of the girls asked to sit with Elena until the next stop (1 hour) so that her daughter could sleep a little in two places. There was a lot of indignation from Elena!! A girl was throwing up on the asphalt in front of you, and you can't make concessions for just 1 hour? Just mom will sit next to her while the girl sleeps.
In general, it is better for Elena to lead the group's tour of Belarus))) So that people would not be offended by their money. I was counting on a cheerful escort myself. You were advised by my friends who traveled with you to Dagestan and were delighted with the program and the guides. I've only seen these great guides myself in your insta.
I also liked the program, beautiful locations, good hotels (except Kutaisi), professional drivers, well, the guides, they all went to China cool))
I wish Elena optimization, next trip I am sure that she will already be able to give information on additional excursions and tours
I would like to express my gratitude to the Go Trips company in the person of Artyom's escort for a freaky tour to the north!!! Everything is clear!!! The bus is on top, the drivers are experts at their job!!! The program is fascinating and very interesting! I recommend it to everyone! 5+
We went to Abkhazia, it's a kind of small paradise, everyone should go.
About the work of the travel agency
At the stage of discussion, booking vouchers, it was pleasant and important that all questions were answered, when any difficulties appeared, all questions were resolved very quickly, all questions asked (even stupid ones) were answered in as much detail as possible, thanks a lot for that
Road
We were traveling by bus, we were comfortable, we got the hang of how to sit down more conveniently, even lie down, of course, this is not a train and you should not expect maximum comfort.
Guide.
We had Andrey, a wonderful man, who solved all embarrassing situations quickly, concretely, without unnecessary words
Hotel.
We had a guest house with wonderful hosts, very tasty and hearty breakfasts, comfortable rooms. If there were dirty clothes, they were given to the hostess, she returned clean ones. A pleasant bonus was the presence of a hair dryer, iron, this is not available in all hotels.
Abkhazia itself is an incredibly beautiful country that combines mountains, the sea, kind and open people. In general, you just need to see and feel it.
I would like to leave a few warm words from my trip to Dagestan (29.08-07.09).
Majestic Elbrus, the world's only underground waterfall, the deepest canyon in Europe, the point of the Caucasus where the scene from the movie "Avatar" was filmed – these are not all places that you will be impressed with if you decide to go on this tour. You will be able to conquer Elbrus (at least 3,847 meters high), "fly" both through the water pearls of Dagestan and above them, walk 308 steps to get acquainted with the majestic fortress "Naryn-Kala", walk through the magals of the ancient city of Derbent, and also taste the local delicious cuisine. This tour obviously will not leave you indifferent (P.S. it brought me to tears (happiness, of course)).
Many thanks to the accompanying Artyom for his professionalism and ability to quickly solve the problems that arise, to the drivers Denis and Eugene for the easy road. I would also like to say a big thank you to the guide Mikhail for his acquaintance with Pyatigorsk and the Elbrus region, as well as Kagir for such a memorable and colorful acquaintance with the country of mountains (P.S. "raf on donkey's milk" has clearly become the main feature of this acquaintance).
So, if you are still thinking about where to spend your vacation vividly and unforgettable, then Dagestan will definitely win your heart. And GoTrips will help you with this 100%!

Tour to Dagestan ⛰️
Unforgettable views of the beautiful Dagestan definitely conquer with their beauty. A well-designed and rich tour program allows you to get a lot of different emotions and, although a little, still touch the culture of this country. Despite this, the lack of thoughtfulness of some issues slightly smoothed out the positive emotions received. What you need to be prepared for:
1) You may have to live on this tour not in Pyatigorsk itself, but near Pyatigorsk (if you want to look at Pyatigorsk, you will have to take a taxi)
2) The same thing with Voronezh (you may have to live not in Voronezh, as stated in the program, but near Voronezh)
3) If you suddenly live in the wrong hotel where you will have breakfast, do not want to go on the proposed excursions on one of the free days, be prepared for the fact that after breakfast, you will be offered to get back to the hotel either on foot or hitchhiking. That's how you will walk along the road and get acquainted with the everyday life of local residents (partly interesting, sometimes extreme).
The Murmansk tour is not about rest, it's about survival. It's not about frost and cold, it's about the lack of proper organization and lies on the part of the tour operator at the stage of luring tourists.
1) the tour offered sledding in Karelia, but in fact we found out that they would no longer be on the bus, as well as plan "B". The fact is that the contractor allegedly went on vacation, but didn't the organizers know about it 3 days before the tour? (On 30.12 we were offered to sign up for an aerial coach, and on 2.01 we learned the facts). At the same time, private companies took us on holidays and the operator had the opportunity to arrange a ride for us at least on the way back, but whether it made sense for them to bother, no one found anything, because they were not looking, they just fed us with promises. This is extremely unprofessional for the tour organizers.
2) boating: the price was raised 2 times, i.e. instead of 4000 it was 8000. People did not expect such expenses initially, someone did not take enough money (my relatives warned me that, firstly, it was dangerous (the same ship capsized on 11/27), secondly, there were no whales at that time, in fact, as our brave spenders told me later..
3) the tour says that people will have free time in Murmansk if they do not go to the Sami village. But! the organizers know perfectly well that it is located in the middle of the road from Karelia to Murmash (yes, yes, you will not live in Murmansk, and this is another lie). So, if you are not planning to go on an excursion to the village, be prepared to sit on the bus for 2-3 hours and wait, because no one will pick anyone up for three hours there and back from Murmansk.
4) Sami village: the tour states that lunch is expected: fish soup, goulash and herbal tea. This did not happen, although, as we understood, the tickets cost 3,000, and we paid 5,500. We still don't know where 2500 went. The more annoying thing is that we counted on it and did not have lunch on purpose before arriving there, believing that we would be fed. Moreover, if you are 15 minutes late to the village, you may not be allowed in, despite the weather, the road and other factors. We were about 10 minutes late and... that's it, there won't be a tour.: we stood and waited for someone to take care of us, but apparently the introductory word was said to another group that was besides us, so everyone just scattered to watch and independently understand what it is..
5) as for Murmash, this is not a joke. We were only in Murmansk on a sightseeing tour. The living conditions, to put it mildly, were beyond good and evil. 1. some couples were accommodated in single rooms 2. if there were 3 beds in the room, there was a check-in. 3. the water was either ice cold or boiling (and so in different rooms, we know because we changed the room, but the situation with the water seemed to be the same for everyone). 4. there is no Internet in one of the buildings (where we lived), so we had to go out onto the stairs of the neighboring building to inform our relatives that we were alive and well. 5. breakfast: barley porridge 2 mornings in a row + the second (omelet on the first day and pancakes on the second)- wait until the second one is brought out.
6) regarding the bus: there were 2 groups traveling- thank God everything was fine with the bus (there was a new Chinese) and the driver was a vampire, apparently, because he drove almost the entire way and did not sleep- an unrealistically cool person! I was driving fast- respect! but the second bus broke down 4 times: once we lit a cigarette, the second time we loaded 46 people besides our 51 (and how did the wheels not burst?). The disadvantage of the organization, again, was that they knew where and in what cold people were being sent, and they could find something newer and safer.
Bottom line: as I wrote above, the tour is not about rest. The program took 3 full days, the rest of the time on the bus was also 3 full days with a tail. The only free time out of this is an hour and a half to buy groceries at the market on the way back. Some of the guys from Murmansk took a plane to avoid traveling for 2 days with a night trip back.
The review is long, but true in fact, as it was. Perhaps he will help someone decide whether it is necessary at all. And maybe even urge the organizers to reconsider the description of the program and write the truth (so at least people will have a choice whether they need such a tour or not) or perform your organizational work at the proper level.
Great company. We chose her for a trip to Georgia (04.09.2024) and did not regret it. A comfortable bus. Colorful views that you can enjoy without any haste. During sanitary stops, you will not be constantly pushed into the shoulders. Special thanks to the accompanying Ivan, thanks to whom the move turned out to be not a difficult test of the body's endurance, but a pleasant journey. He will always help with the choice of places worth visiting, and will help with solving any questions that arise.
Many thanks for organizing such a tour 🔥 The places of visits were magnificent🥰nature was mesmerizing with its beauties😍 I would like to say a huge thank you to the team of professionals. Accompanying Kristina, our drivers Roman and Dmitry made this tour unforgettable. During this time, we have become a big huge family! I can't imagine the next trip without them. We thank the Guides for the wonderful emotions. ❤
MURMANSK 02.01-07.01
Incredibly beautiful and interesting places to visit and at the same time a disgusting organization. The logistics were not thought out at all. Of the 6 announced days, you will be on the road for 3 days. So, everything is in order!
Before we had time to leave Minsk, changes had already begun, and it was officially announced that the cost of boating would increase from 4,000 to 8,000, and the air rides would be canceled altogether. The reason for such innovations is the holidays in Russia. I have a question - and when the organizers of the tour booked the seats, they did not know about it? Why weren't we informed about the price increase in advance so that we could plan our budget?
We were driven the whole trip by one driver who was driving for DAYS, sleeping during sanitary stops. This is the first time I've seen this in my entire bus tour experience. It's not safe.
The first day in Karelia was very good, the winter landscapes are incredibly beautiful, and the Ruskeala Mountain Park captured my heart. Then we had an overnight stay in Karelia, where we had 3-4 hours to rest and sleep, because the departure to Murmansk was at 5 a.m. The question is, why did we stay there at all, if we could have gone straight to Murmansk and had a rest there, and gone on a city tour in the evening.
As a result, we left Karelia at 5 a.m. and arrived in Murmansk at 2 a.m. And not even to Murmansk, but to the suburbs. I had planned to walk around the city in the evenings, but it turned out that we just lived in the woods, where there was really nothing nearby.
The third day is Teriberka, this is the only day when we just walked and enjoyed the views. Special thanks to the local guide, thanks to him this trip became more fun and informative. but! The captain of the ship told us that whales only come in March, when the cod breed. No one else has ever seen them in those parts! One more thing, after boating, we spent more than an hour to find a place to eat, I believe that the organizers could have taken care and booked the dining room in advance. By the way, it was very tasty there.
On the fourth day, we were supposed to leave for home, but since we spent a day moving to Murmansk, we still had a tour of Murmansk and a visit to the Sami village.
A very good guide in Murmansk, but we ONLY had AN HOUR for him to show us something, it's just terrible. We still had to get to the Sami village, which turned out to be a complete disappointment in 5,500. We were promised that they would be waiting for us there, that everything would be for us, and also that there would be lunch. As a result, we arrived, and they didn't assign a guide to us, they just told us to go for a walk. Yes, there were deer and huskies, but we have already seen all this in Karelia and Teriberka. As a result, at one time there were several tour buses in the village, a local village worker told us something, but it was not always clearly audible because there were a lot of people. There was no food! There were no rituals, as shown in the video in the advertisement, either!!! I don't understand why it costs 5,500 at all, it would be better if we walked around Murmansk for a day and at least saw something there. Plus, the people who didn't go to the Sami village had to just sit and wait on the bus for 2 hours. Why not choose excursions so that if someone is not going, they have the opportunity to take this time and walk somewhere on their own.
The trip home was 1.5 days and we passed St. Petersburg, why not increase the cost of the trip and add a day in St. Petersburg. We slept the night, walked around St. Petersburg during the day, and went home at night. I think that would be great.
There are no complaints about the hotels, the rooms were clean, warm, and wifi was working.
In general, it's a good destination, beautiful places, and incredible northern Lights, but the organization leaves much to be desired. Please work on this tour better.
PS. it is very unpleasant to hear the escort and the driver discussing in the evening how nervous the tourists on our bus are, this is a complete disrespect for us, and they also laugh at the fact that our tourists complained that the airlift was canceled and there is no wifi on the bus.
18.07-27.07
A trip to Dagestan is an unforgettable emotion, wonderful views, breathtaking, local guides who introduce culture, tell local stories and traditions, it is very interesting) BUT, it is worth asking the company in advance about the accompanying person who will be with you on the trip. We had an accompanying Pasha, whose organization of work leaves much to be desired.
1)Sanitary stops after 2-2.5 hours, then after 4-5, and incomprehensible in duration, then very short, then very long in a row, it is unclear from what considerations it was done. Although I clarified the time interval of stops from the very beginning.
2)For some reason, before the trip, it was only said that it was better to take a hairdryer with you, because there are few of them in the rooms. But they were everywhere except for the hotel in Voronezh, although there was no hot water there, and there was no communication either. As in the guest houses in the mountains, someone was lucky with the room, someone was not. Somewhere there was no Internet, cornices fell off, sockets shot, toilets leaked so that the room was flooded from below. For some reason, the locals were engaged in settlement, who drove cars to the houses. Like everything was decided in advance and agreed upon according to the lists, but someone did not have enough space, and they settled wherever they had to. We and another couple were deciding who to put the girl in a 3*4m space. Why specify in the contract about the ranks of the hotel and the replacement with the appropriate number, if in fact someone is lucky with the room and there are stupidly not enough rooms.
3) It is strange that no one was aware that many people would have an upset stomach from the local water. And that you could buy pills and avoid diarrhea and vomiting. It's like this is GoTrips' first trip to Dagestan. And we are not the first to encounter this.
4) When we were divided into groups in the mountains, we were lucky with our wonderful guide Abdula, someone did not have a guide at all. The guys just walked around and didn't really learn anything about the sights. They had a lot of fun.
5)When checking out of the hotel in Voronezh, my husband and I overslept. When I got on the bus, our escort was already describing in all colors how he woke us up and laughed. From the outside, it didn't look like a good joke to brighten up the waiting time due to our lateness. And all this was told not to the whole bus, but to four people sitting nearby. And to manipulate the fact that it seemed to us, it's just a joke, because the whole bus was waiting for us, it's just low. Although we apologized for being late.
6) The escort did not even try to get closer to us all somehow and create a cool atmosphere of relaxation and upcoming events…
This is sad, because according to other reviews, all the maintainers were really remembered only in the most positive way.
And then it turns out that many people have an unpleasant sediment, only some are silent and swallow it, and someone speaks and writes reviews.
Super positive reviews will be from those with whom our escort rested))
And there are also a lot of organizational flaws, at the expense of the boorish manner of communication of Maxim's driver, I am generally silent. But, as for the tourist bus, there are no questions at all. Dagestan is gorgeous, the guides are local beads and paws)
Thanks for this experience, now we will pay attention to the choice of an accompanying person on the trip too.
I really enjoyed the tour, the further north we went to Murmansk and Teriberka, the cooler it was. Our team was very lucky with the weather and with the fact that we were able to do almost everything that was planned. The tour management team did their best and showed us the good places. We had two professional drivers and an escort with us, who did everything at the highest level, as well as a cool company of people! Thank you all!)
We went with my sister to St. Petersburg + Karelia on 22.08. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire GoTrips team and in particular to our tour leader Artyom! Thanks to him, we got into the atmosphere of the trip 100%. A true professional in his field🫶🏼The program is very intense, there is almost no time to sleep, but it's worth it. Only positive emotions from the tour. Thank you very much🩵
Hello!
I want to leave a review about the tour to Dagestan from 09/16/24
A stunningly beautiful republic!
Delicious food!
Roof-bearing views!
Mountains 🏔️💔💔💔💔
And what wonderful escorts we had on tour! 10 out of 10 🌟
Our wonderful Natasha has created a friendly atmosphere with individual care for everyone 🫶
Mikhail with his most interesting excursion 👏
Kadyr, with his excellent Caucasian sense of humor, stole the heart of all the girls along with a trip to the southernmost city of the Russian Federation-Derbent 💔
Zainap perfectly conveyed the female perspective on the traditions of the Caucasus 👌🏽
Our wonderful Udmurtochka Lenochka became our native for three days together in the mountains 🫶
Thank you so much for the professional approach in creating your tours.
This is our second trip with gotrips, and like the first to Elbrus, everything is organized with dignity 👌🏽
Many thanks to Gotrip for organizing a wonderful and exciting tour of Dagestan (1.06.24)! We went through this agency for the first time and I would like to note the well-coordinated work of the company's staff! Manager Karina worked quickly (booked a week before the trip) contract, signature and payment without visiting the office! Very convenient.
Special thanks for a comfortable and safe trip to the drivers Ivan and George!
The cherry on the cake is the guide Polina! Positive and friendly, she will answer all your questions, advise you where and what to visit, eat and buy! The soul of the company will support you in a conversation, advise you on the best coffee and will never refuse to take a photo! 🥰
Dagestan has conquered our heart! It was an incredible and wonderful trip, an unexpected and right decision to go to a piece of paradise on Earth! Majestic mountain ranges with gorges, noisy mountain rivers, the purest frosty air in the highlands with juicy green grass, waterfalls, the ghost village "Gamsutl" on the top of the mountain and much more will be in the mind for a long time... 💗💗💗
Murmansk Tour 02.01.2025-07.01.2025 (08.01)
The bus is not comfortable. It was either very hot or very cold. The windows were freezing. There was no Wi-Fi, although it was claimed.
The program was completely different.
Immediately after departure, we were told that there would be no sledding in Sortavala, citing the fact that there was a big weekend in Russia. People didn't bother and found out that there was skating that day after all. We got up at 5 a.m. and arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m. There was no point in making such an overnight stay, since we didn't have a rest anyway. We left for Murmansk in the morning, and arrived at 2 a.m. instead of 10 p.m. Before leaving for Murmansk, there was a conflict on the bus about the Sami village. It was supposed to be on the last day, as an alternative to FREE TIME in Murmansk. They told us on the bus that the village was on the way to Murmansk and those who were not going would have to sit on the bus. But we didn't get to the village that day. It was also announced to us that boating in Teriberka will be at a different price. In the contract, it was 4,000 Russian rubles. The day before the ride, we were told that the price was 8000 Russian rubles. We had to ride for this price. There was no way out, because that's what we were going for.
We did not arrive at the hotel at the appointed time. We spent a maximum of 4-5 hours in the hotel, there is no question of a normal rest.
The bus was late for an 8.30 a.m. tour of Murmansk, which lasted an hour less, and it was not possible to see the city or take pictures.
On the last day, we stopped at the Sami village of "lights of Imandra" on the way, 5,500 people were charged and lunch was offered separately for 1,500. On the website of the lights of Imandra, the entrance fee for an adult is -2500. We don't know what happened to the price. In the Sami village, people were not fed (according to the visitors). The people who stayed on the bus had to walk for 2 hours on their own in the cold. They didn't even take us to the gas station to eat.
Arrival in Minsk was announced on the 7th in the evening, and arrived on the 8th in the morning. Bus tickets to another city were burned.
In addition: after all this, we contacted the company's manager. Not only did they not apologize to us, they also spoke to us in a sarcastic manner. As for our free time in Murmansk, we were told that we should have stayed there, and then taken a taxi to Apatity (5 hours drive) on our own. Pay for the tour, pay for additional excursions that are included in the price under the contract, pay for additional transportation, which is also included in the price under the contract. And if there is no Internet (now they don't connect SIM cards to Belarusians), go to a cafe, ask for Wi-Fi and help to call a taxi to Apatity (which won't go there on a polar night and frost -30).
Murmansk 26.02-3.03. We were very impressed with our trip to the north, we just couldn't believe that we would enjoy a winter trip to an even more wintry winter so much. Special thanks to Natalia, who accompanies us, for her organizational skills and pleasant company, and to the drivers Sergey and Denis for their masterful driving both day and night, on asphalt and in the snow.
The sightseeing tour to Georgia on 12.08-25.08 left only positive emotions and a desire to return again!
The tour program was rich and interesting, which allowed us to enjoy every minute of the trip as much as possible. All hotels, including transit ones, were at a decent level. Comfortable buses with air conditioning, sockets and Internet access made the trip pleasant and convenient.
I would also like to express my gratitude to the drivers and the photographer.
Special thanks to the accompanying Ivan! He not only provided our comfort throughout the tour, but was always in touch, ready to help in any situation. His positive attitude and ability to create a friendly atmosphere made our trip even more memorable. Thanks to Ivan, we felt like part of a large and friendly family, which made the trip truly unforgettable.
Good afternoon! I was on a Peter tour recently+ Karelia. Since I've wanted to visit St. Petersburg and Karelia for a long time, my expectations were high and they didn't let me down.
The organization of the trip is at a good level, Oksana's escort is just a smart girl, the hotel rooms were not bad (I thought it would be worse), I also liked the program of the trip.
Special thanks to the drivers Roman and Peter for safe, fast and comfortable driving.
Thanks for the rest)
I want to say a huge thank you to Go Trips for organizing an amazing tour to Abkhazia on 19.08.A very cool, rich program, gorgeous and fascinating views are nothing more. And also many thanks to the accompanying Alexander for his responsiveness and attention to each person and for the cool atmosphere throughout the trip and rest.
Sightseeing Tour of St. Petersburg+Karelia❤️ Thanks to GoTrips for the wonderful emotions! Despite the "St. Petersburg greeting" in the form of rain, on the day of arrival, the trip was great 🙂The program is rich, with interesting locations! Karelia❤️ pleases with its incredible and mesmerizing landscapes! Special thanks to our escort Artyom, he always answered the questions posed, was on the same wavelength with us, created a cool and fun atmosphere! Peter is for love 🧡
Scammers!!!! Today I went to the police station and wrote a statement about them. Yesterday I visited their office and left an official complaint in the book of reviews and suggestions. The book is full of complaints. I have signed a contract with Avtotourline LLC for the provision of travel services, and the tour service has been paid for. But not a single commitment has been fulfilled by them. Ekaterina Yarshevich, on whose behalf the contract was concluded, cannot explain anything, refers to the management, who, according to her, is abroad, the management does not have a work phone, they do not give a personal one, communication is only through mail, where the answer is within 14 days. Instead of a dream vacation, you will have to spend time in court.
Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation. The tour to Dagestan is simply incredible. I liked everything without exception: the trip, accommodation, excursions, meals. Special thanks to Oksana, who accompanies our group. She is always attentive, friendly and cheerful, she will tell you everything and prompt you. So many wonderful photos and videos to remember!!! Next year I will go only with you :)
Trip to Dagestan 04.07
Mountains, rivers, waterfalls - incredible beauty. This is something to see and enjoy. Climbing Elbrus is an indescribable beauty. The tour program is rich. Beautiful locations. The day is scheduled by the minute. Elena was a wonderful guide on the trip with us, we traveled through the mountains by minibus, which is very convenient. The trips were with Caucasian songs and lighting. The driver was a professional, considering the roads in the mountains. He could also suggest or tell you something. That's where the good ends.
Unfortunately, the impressions from the organization of the tour itself are questionable.
The first is hotels.
The first transit hotel, the room was on the 1st floor (that is, in the basement), but we were lucky, we had a window in the room, some did not have a window.
The second hotel in Makhachkala, before the trip, we specifically specified which hotel would be in order to look at the room, according to photos on the Internet, clean bright rooms. But when we arrived, we were given the keys to room 2 (photo attached), a complete discrepancy between the photos that are posted on the Internet. The rooms are "prison", located in the basement, there is no window in the room, there was no washbasin. Upon refusal to live in such a room, they refused to change it due to the lack of available rooms. Thanks to the accompanying Alexandra, she tried to find different options to change the room. As a result, the room was changed to a brighter one, a higher floor, the only view from the window was the roof of the neighboring house. The hotel sometimes had power outages and no water. On the territory of the hotel, you can only sit at the tables until 23.00, then you are kicked out. You can't sit at tables with your food and drinks, if you sit with your food and drinks, then the woman from the cafe charges you 50-100 Russian rubles per person every evening. The breakfasts are the same every day.
The third transit hotel, which was changed for us on the last day before departure. Initially, there was supposed to be an overnight stay in Volgograd, but it was replaced with a day stop at a hotel in Voronezh. Upon arrival at the hotel in Voronezh at 6 a.m., they were not ready to receive us, so breakfast was not at 8, but at 11.30. Again, there was no water in the rooms, only cold water appeared a little later. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. There is no connection there either. The rooms were not cleaned, there was a pile of cobwebs under the ceiling, a bug was sitting on the wall, there were cockroaches in the next room. There is no kettle, at the reception they sent us to get hot water in the cooler, which already had green water.
Secondly, as for food, it is for an amateur. They mostly drove around the canteens, the set of dishes was the same.
Third, if you like souvenirs, then buy them, and do not believe that it will be cheaper further. Guides take you to places where they have an agreement. As practice has shown, there is less choice and it is more expensive there.
Fourth, there was a lack of emotional atmosphere in the group, perhaps there is a question of accompanying.
I would like to receive more information about the tour before the trip.
That is why such an assessment, one for the incredible beauty of Dagestan, the second for the work of the guides and the driver.
May weekend in St. Petersburg. Great company, cool dynamic tour program, beautiful places, positive and funny escorts Oksana and Polina, who took a bunch of wonderful photos. A professional photographer is a great feature. I've never seen anything like it before. We received a lot of positive emotions. We will definitely go again.
I've been following this organization for several years and dreamed of going on vacation with them, and finally everything happened!!!We just returned from Dagestan and it became the best vacation of my life.I've been to many places, but this vacation will remain in my memory forever. And all thanks to the guys who were there for the whole vacation. With regard to the road, everything was as comfortable as possible, the drivers Denis and Zhenya were professionals in their field and felt safe. The accompanying Artem answered any questions and solved any issues within five minutes, very easy to communicate and comfortable.Escort on the territory of Dagestan is also aerobatics!!Thanks to Kagir, I saw the real Dagestan!!!I overcame a lot of my fears and enjoyed all the beauty of this republic!!Many thanks to the guys for their work, care and organization of recreation.I can say with accuracy "See you soon"!!!Recommendations to friends and acquaintances are provided !
The May weekend in St. Petersburg was cool 🔥
Oksana and Polina are the best escorts, friendly and cheerful, they always went to a meeting
The drivers did well, it was very comfortable to drive
Everything went at the highest level, we did not deviate from the program, we had a great rest, a tour of the bars and rest after that I will remember for a long time
I will recommend it and I will go again myself, but this time to another country.%
I am delighted with the trip to Dagestan. At first I was doubtful, since it was the first time I went through the company and I will say that I will go again.
I want to express my gratitude to Polina, the drivers Ivan and my Wife, it would be boring without them)
It was hard to get on the bus at night and the seats are a little hard.
The hotels are great, the guides are just super Zainab and Lena, special thanks to them❤
I was impressed, thank you❤
Georgia 26.07🇬🇪
When choosing a tour, we looked at a huge number of tours from other travel agencies, but everywhere we were confused by some nuances. And so we came across an excursion tour to Georgia from GoTrips and were delighted! Everything was organized at the highest level, we really had a rest and didn't think about anything, everything was done for us. Their team consists of professionals in their field!
Vanya accompanied us throughout the trip. The best escort, who created the atmosphere of our trip, helped us in everything and went to a meeting, amused us on the road, put on films and music. Thanks to him, the difficult move was much easier for us. Vanya rallied our group not only on the bus, but also at any free moment, organizing gatherings together.
I would also like to mention the drivers Zhenya and Denis, who are professional drivers. The road was long and difficult due to the mountainous terrain, but they coped perfectly.
The tour also provided us with an excellent photographer, Anya, who not only provided us with high-quality photos and videos throughout the trip, but also, together with Vanya, did not let us get bored.
Georgia is certainly gorgeous with its views, all the excursions were organized at the highest level. On the territory of Georgia, we had excellent guides, Helen and Roman, who told and showed us a lot of interesting things about their country.
In general, we were very impressed with the trip! Thanks to the whole GoTrips team for such emotions!
I would like to express my gratitude to the organizers of the tour to Dagestan. An interesting and active program did not let you get bored! Thanks to the drivers and the accompanying Artem for their patience😅 And I would especially like to mention our guide Kagir! This wonderful and charismatic man made our trip unforgettable. I wish the whole team success and prosperity in tourism. I will definitely return to Dagestan 😍
Hello everyone who was on tour from 05/25/24 to 06/03/24 You are cool!!!
The team represented by Natalia, Roman and Dmitry! You are the best!
Natasha B. behaved as competently as possible as a specialist, taking into account the age group of our tour!
Thank you so much for the care, the atmosphere and she is a good girl, there were situations where she behaved like a competent and intelligent specialist!
Well done guys, with the driving style in the Caucasus, not everyone can stand it! They have a separate respect for their courage!
Once again, I want to say a huge thank you to Natalia for the work she has done! You're a smart girl - I think we'll go together more than once!
The guides worked perfectly, as did the local drivers!
The tour and the impressions were maximum, it was breathtaking everywhere!
The hotels, the food, the atmosphere - everything was on top!
Thank you very much - it was unforgettable!!!
Dagestan Tour 05.08-14.08
The nature of the Caucasus is wonderful, the local guide Elena left the most pleasant impression, a sensitive person and a professional in her field. Thanks to her, I will remember Dagestan with warmth. A nice hotel "BAM" in the mountains, I was lucky enough to live in a house with a view of the mountains and the reservoir.
I am concerned about the issue of SECURITY.
1. Boating on the Sulak Canyon. The guides claim that driving is extreme, but everything is safe, and trips leave vivid emotions. I really got vivid emotions. The boat that I and 9 other people were on capsized. The driver did not stop in time, the boat crashed into the shore at high speed and overturned. It was scary. Fortunately, there were only bruises, bruises, and everyone is alive. But do I need such happiness? They did not apologize to me personally, and the money for the boat trip was not returned. After the incident, I Googled whether there had been accidents on boats on the Sulak Canyon before, they were: traumatic brain injury, drowned people, and bruised victims. Is it worth telling tourists then that everything is safe? I do not know if the tour agency will pay attention to this situation, but please, if you have already chosen a tour to Dagestan, cancel the boat trip! It's a miracle that we're still alive.
2. A trip to the Karadakh gorge. They promised a trip to the mountains in two minibuses. As a result, there was one minibus and one regular bus, which is not designed for safety reasons for trips to the mountains along the serpentine. He was swaying from side to side. I remind you that the day before I capsized on a boat, and there was less and less confidence in everything that was happening. We (the tourists from the bus) asked to call a second minibus, but according to the guide there was no such opportunity. Then we offered to switch places with the second part of the group, with the people from the minibus, to which the guide Alexandra said, "what are these people to blame for?", apparently we are to blame for something. Thank you at least for the fact that the next day all the people were traveling in minibuses.
3. The last stop at the hotel was in Voronezh. We only had two beds in a room for three people, but that's okay. It became scary when I received an SMS about the threat of a UAV attack. It turns out that the threat has been known since the 9th, but the tour route has not been changed.
I understand where I was going, I understand that it is dangerous in the mountains, but I would like not to be so afraid for my life during my vacation.
Please take care of yourself!
We went to St. Petersburg for the New Year, we liked everything very much, we rode a comfortable bus, checked into a nice hotel, and Polina, the escort, is just a darling. 🥰
The program was very intense, but there was also free time.
Dagestan Tour (01.06-10.06) ♥️
It was a wonderful trip led by the wonderful and patient guide Polina. A sound and judicious approach to solving all (adequate and relevant) issues.
For those planning ... be prepared for the absence of Wi-Fi in places and react to it normally... well, these are mountains, and you are on vacation 🙏
Check-in to comfortable hotels (price = quality ratio), especially in the mountains 💚
Of course, I would like to suggest that the organizers consider Derbent for a stop, instead of Makhachkala ... and, of course, there is an understanding that the price will change significantly.
Elbrus to the very heart!
And Danestan cannot be described... you need to see it!
I would like to express my gratitude for organizing a tour to Dagestan. The tour was interesting and eventful (sometimes even very intense). Special thanks to our accompanying Oksana for her professionalism, inexhaustible energy and positive attitude. ♥️🔋💥Thanks to her, the whole bus became a "BIG CAUCASIAN FAMILY"🧑🧑🧒🧒Good luck to you! And we are already planning our next trip with GoTrips.🚌
We ordered a tour to Dagestan. We paid for the tour service. We took a vacation at work, took out insurance, bought currency and warm clothes, etc. 5 days before departure, we dropped a link to pay for the first half, and just a couple of hours later a big message saying that there would be no trip. For the inconvenience, they provided a $25 discount on some other tour from them. NO THANKS. Why do I need your discount? So that you can dump us again? A lot of money has been spent, the vacation can no longer be rescheduled, there is no place to go. Great organization! We are waiting for a refund.
Dagestan 16.09
We returned with the most positive emotions.
Many thanks to Natasha's escort for her professionalism and openness.
Of course, the drivers and guides in all locations are the best!
The tour is amazing! Everything is at the highest level. We brought a bunch of photos, emotions and made new friends! Thanks Go Trips ❤

We went on a tour to Elbrus with our family. The tour was organized wonderfully, it was interesting for both children and adults. We visited many beautiful, incredible places. They tried to show us even more than stated in the program. Special thanks to Artyom, the escort, for his friendliness and humor, and for organizing the trip. And also to the guide Michel, who was with us for a few days and was really interested in the history of these places.
I would like to sincerely thank the GoTrips team for the trip to St. Petersburg and Karelia! It was a wonderful trip and everything went well! Karelia is very beautiful, Peter also got into the heart 💔 Many thanks to the accompanying Artem! Everything went very cool, fun and organized, it would definitely be sad without him. Also thanks to Julia's photographer! I am sure that I will also spend the next trip with the GoTrips team 🤗
Were on a trip to Dagestan on 19.10.2023
What should I write? Yes, everything is cool. Everything is clear and well-coordinated and comfortable. Thank you for the trip to Elbrus.
Thank you to the accompanying Kristina, she is well done. It takes nerves of steel to hold and explain to everyone many times.
And she has them.
Thanks to the drivers Roman and Dmitry, for comfortable and safe driving, as well as for the musical repertoire.
Thanks to our guides on excursions in Dagestan.
Who doubts to go or not. Definitely go👆
I would like to add one free day to take a walk around Makhachkala.
A trip to Dagestan. 05.08.
Dagestan should definitely happen to everyone. But I want to get only positive emotions and memories from the trip. Dagestan itself is magnificent, the guides are wonderful, and I certainly want to come there again and again. The questions are huge about the organization of recreation by the company.
When I was planning a trip to Dagestan, of course I understood where and how I was going, I understood that this was a test of strength, to some extent, but I did not assume that this would be a test of survivability.
I can't say anything bad about the hotels, I was lucky in this regard. But a bunch of unclear issues that were not answered somewhat overshadowed the expectations of the rest.
One of the most attractive points of the trip - boating along the magnificent Sulak Canyon - almost became the end point in my life for me. Extreme skating for me took place with my eyes closed, because this is super extreme skating. Partly because our arrival turned into an attempt to survive under an overturned boat on the shore, which tried in every possible way to drown me in the water of the canyon. For the first time in my life, I realized what "the whole life flew before my eyes.".. Of course, a huge thank you to all the men who were able to turn the boat over in a matter of minutes, but today, when the emotions subsided, I realize that the count was for seconds. Of course, I received an apology from the host, but from the accompanying Alexandra, neither at that moment, nor that day, nor on any of the days before the end of the trip, I did not hear a word about this. I didn't hear any talk about a refund for such a "successful" trip, or the words "how do you feel".
But at the end of the trip, Alexandra very smartly collected money for the insurance, which I had not seen in my eyes since the very beginning of the trip. In response to my question, why didn't I see my insurance, Alexandra said that "it's in case something happens to you"
In light of the above, it sounded at least funny, at most scary: what else should have happened to me so that I could see the document that should insure my life and health during the trip. To give her credit, she admitted her mistake.
The day after the overturned boat over my head, we were waiting for an equally fascinating attraction - a trip along the mountain serpentine by bus, which is not designed for these purposes. But only a "select" part of the vacationers. It is worth mentioning that initially we were told about 3 minibuses for the whole group. We all know perfectly well how they drive in Dagestan, and when this happens on a big bus swinging from side to side, over the edge of a cliff, you begin not only to fully feel the flavor of local driving, but also to remember that you did not have time in this life, and think where you sinned so much. Moreover, almost all those who capsized on a boat the day before got on this bus, by a happy coincidence. We were just thrown back in our memories for a day.
Due to the fact that the bus, despite the most extreme driving, still could not catch up with the minibus, our part of the group arrived at the point of the excursion program much later, and once again we were unlucky, a downpour began, and we simply did not have time to reach the Kradakh gorge.
That's how the phrase suggests itself here, "once it's an accident, two times it's a coincidence, three times it's already a pattern."
To a completely reasonable remark about unsuitable transport, we were met with bewilderment on the part of the escort, and when we offered to switch places (since everything is fine in her opinion), I quote "And what are these people to blame (meaning those who rode in a minibus)". It seems that it means that we are to blame for something... 😏
Nevertheless, the bus was changed for us. And soon, out of nowhere, two more minibuses appeared, although Alexandra convinced us that three minibuses would be the next day.
I would like to say a lot about Alexander in general, but I think the general message is clear.
Of the positive things about the organization, all the words of praise to our guide Elena. This is the person who made me fall in love with Dagestan as much as possible. An amazing girl and a wonderful person, she found time and words for everyone.
To summarize. Dagestan is mandatory to visit. The program itself is wonderful, there are many places, locations, excellent guides. Dagestan is love, freedom, beauty, indescribable emotions, but on such tours you really want to be accompanied by a person who not only loves to travel, but a person who loves and knows how to work with people, this could smooth out many moments.
Thank you very much for the wonderful trip to Dagestan. It was very cool, the incredible Dagestan conquered my heart. Special thanks to the guide Zainab for her patience with us and interesting stories about Dagestan, to the minibus driver Izmail for the atomosphere, music and comfortable ride ❤️ I already want to go back.
Thank you very much to the accompanying Artem for a very emotional trip to St. Petersburg and Karelia. On his part, everything was clear, competent, solved any issues, suggested how and where to do better. I did not ignore any of the appeals and generally made our stay on the trip uncomfortable.
The tour to Dagestan was a fire, Everything is beautiful, the nature is gorgeous, the mountains are immense, the food is delicious! ...
BUT I disappointed the go trips company... the reviews are good, but....
The contract says one thing, but in fact another. We checked into a hotel that did not comply with the contract (thank you for at least having a shower)... The tickets were overpaid ...although the price was lower at the entrance on the spot.... people took one amount, and it turned out to be completely different. It is clear that the price changes are prescribed in the contract...but not so much! There are many negative nuances, but the issues have not been resolved.
