We recommend this wonderful place to everyone! The staff is wonderful, hardworking, diligent, and welcoming! The rooms are cozy and have everything you need. An enclosed courtyard with swimming pools and a recreation area, a children's playground. Quiet, wonderful location, no road noise, just cross the road and you're already on the beach! No grueling ascents and descents to the sea. The food is the best - the food is very diverse, tasty, satisfying, a lot and inexpensive! Breakfast and lunch are included in the price. We just had to come, sit at a table and choose the dishes from the presented ones - the guys will bring everything and take it away))) a real vacation) every morning pancakes, cheesecakes, etc. Everything is fresh, light, not greasy) Your son misses your compote now))) We also had dinner here, they cook very tasty, with a soul! Khinkali are divine))) They treat their business responsibly! It was very good for us, the child had fun, and we were not bored)))

We had a rest in Amshyn in August, the rest left wonderful impressions. The hotel is very cozy, the rooms are clean, the staff is responsive and friendly, all without exception. Ashkho and Said, Vanechka, Arthur, Amanda, thank you very much! Manager Evgenia answered all questions very promptly when booking, which immediately created a positive impression. The location is excellent, it takes 2-3 minutes to walk to the sea, the sea is clean, the beach is not crowded.

We had a rest with our family in this beautiful hotel from 30.07.24 to 08/17.24. We booked a two-room room with a balcony and mountain views in 3 buildings (C6). In the evenings, it is pleasant to enjoy the magical air of Abkhazia with a glass of wine and smoked trout. The wonderful blue sea is just a stone's throw away. On the beach rental: Subs 500r/h, sunbed 150r/ day, banana, parachute, jet ski, tablet. The cafe where the Wi-Fi was taken. The hotel itself with two pools is a thrill for children. Excellent breakfast and lunch, with the best waiters))) For dinner, there is a huge selection from the menu - it is already paid, but everything is insanely delicious and affordable (pizza, boat, pancakes, cheesecakes, pastas). Thanks to the entire hotel team for their attentive attention and a wonderful stay!

This is the best hotel we've ever been to) Just 100 out of 10!!! We traveled from September 20 to September 29, 2024, with a company of 13 people, 5 of them children) The staff is just super wonderful! Amanda, Aida, Leka, Arthur, Said, Ashho you are the best!!! Special thanks to Aunt Sveta for the delicious and most importantly such homemade breakfasts and lunches❤The rooms were cleaned regularly, special thanks to the girls) The pool is always clean, the children did not leave it just))) Many thanks to the entire hotel team for organizing our son's First birthday, thanks to the hotel team and our efforts, everything went well!!! From July 21 to 29, we rested at the AMSHIN hotel in Tsandripsha. The hotel itself left a very pleasant impression. Clean, cozy. I was pleased with the presence of two swimming pools and proximity to the sea. The hotel has an excellent team (Ashkho, Said, Leka, Arthur, Vanya, beautiful Amanda)

We had a rest at the end of July with our Family, an excellent hotel for relaxing with a child on the territory of a swimming pool for both adults and children....the excellent location of the hotel contributes to a wonderful stay ..... and special thanks to the staff .... firstly, Aunt Sveta in the kitchen replaces several restaurants at once by fixing morning coffee and porridge for children, ending with pizza pasta and other snacks for a pleasant evening....bartenders and waiters Leka , Ivan and Arthur are always attentive to vacationers....delicious barbecue from Arsen just melted in your mouth))) and special thanks to the administrators Said and Ashkho are always responsive and welcoming ...... Good afternoon! I can't help but leave a review about your wonderful hotel! The atmosphere is just great! The rooms are clean, the territory is well maintained! The staff is friendly and very pleasant!
I would like to single out the waiter Leka separately! Just a mega positive person, with a sense of humor and a wonderful soul! Very attentive! The service was excellent!

we had a rest with the whole family at the Amshin hotel, we really liked everything, the hotel is just wonderful in terms of price-quality ratio. the kitchen is excellent, the food was very satisfying. the pool was clean, the rooms were cleaned every 3 days, the girls are just doing a great job. I would especially like to mention the administrators Said and Ashkho-they are just two Horsemen, we really liked them. firstly, they fulfilled all their official duties, but also very funny positive guys, we can't imagine how our vacation would have gone without them! So we returned home from our vacation in Abkhazia) we rested at the Amshin hotel in Tsandripsh, on Oktyabrskaya 326, next to the temple. I found this hotel according to reviews and did not lose) the location is excellent, the sea is a minute walk away. Meals were included in the room rate, breakfast and lunch, we left the table with full bellies, we were well fed, satisfying. The cook Svetlana adjusted to us, she cooked something for the children personally at will) the bar staff guys, Amanda, thank you all very much! ) the room was cleaned every 3 days, everything is clean, linen, towels, everything is as it should be. There is a swimming pool on site, small, but it was great for the children! There is a barbecue area on the territory, they made meat and fish there themselves) but the barbecue in the restaurant is excellent, thanks to Arsen! We left with sadness from you! We'll come again!

I would like to express my gratitude for a wonderful vacation. The hotel is of a very good standard. Service and maintenance are top marks. The staff did well. About food: very tasty and very satisfying. A good selection of dishes and large portions. About the rooms: clean, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, towels and for the beach as well. The only thing I needed was a hair dryer and a shampoo shelf in the shower itself. But this is just a small wish, not a remark.There is laundry service, a huge plus. After a couple of hours, they bring dry and neatly folded things. Swimming pool:clean, daily treatment, the temperature is maintained, the children did not get out of there. The playground for children is a super place, it is very necessary, especially near the area with tables. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the sea. Pebble beach. The store is 2 minutes long. There are a couple more cafes in the area. Amshin is an ideal place for families with children. Everything is at the highest level. Thank you very much.

Very cool hotel! It is a 2-minute walk from the sea. A small, very cozy area, in the center there is a swimming pool, a playground, a barbecue area. There are sun loungers and relaxation areas with armchairs and tables around the pool. In the evening, the pool is very beautifully illuminated. The room has everything you need (refrigerator, TV, air conditioning). The room is cleaned every 3 days. We had a rest in September with a child, were in other hotels where there is entertainment for children, the child liked it the most here, a small Area where there are a lot of children, the daughter immediately found friends, there is a mini playground for children, children are always in sight.
The food is acceptable, the food is to choose from, they bring it to the table, in the evening you can sit in the dining room as a bar, music is playing. It is forbidden to make noise after 10, so the territory is quiet. No one bothers to sleep. The staff is friendly. The sea is nearby, the market is 6 minutes on foot.

For parents , there are sun beds and cozy armchairs nearby . The rooms are clean and tidy , the girls Veronika and Ramina work like bees , everything is boiling in their hands ! Wet cleaning and bed linen change every 3 days! Separate words of gratitude to you ! Meals are breakfast and lunch for 10 + ! Svetlana is an excellent cook , everything is very tasty and satisfying ! The Amshin Hotel is perfect for a holiday in Abkhazia. Vacationers there are of different ages . The rooms are perfectly clean, cleaned every 3 days. Towels, shower gel, shampoos, towels are provided . The hotel is tidy (cleaned every day), there are 2 swimming pools and a Playground. the price includes breakfast and lunch, very hearty. Other food and drinks can also be ordered there. It's a 2-minute walk to the sea , the beach is clean. There is a shop and a market nearby.
I want to pay special attention to the staff . Wonderful people . They always help, answer all questions. Our water was turned off (which is the norm for Abkhazia), the administrator Said solved the issue , turned on the heater .

This is not the first time we have rested in Amshin. Everything is perfect: the bed linen is snow-white, the towels in the room are snow-white (everyone is given a large bath towel, medium for face and hands, plus a towel on the floor under their feet), separately large towels for the pool. The curtains are perfectly darkened, the sun does not wake you up in the morning. If you close the window and turn on the air conditioner, then the children's cries of joy from the pool do not interfere with sleeping during the day and do not wake up early in the morning. There was no mold in our three rooms, no dirt in the shower or anywhere else.
The pool is warm and clean. We were at the end of April, and of course he was very welcome, because at that time we were just walking by the sea.
For children, a playground was set up on the territory, as well as a bunch of large cars, jumping horses and even a pair of tricycles.
Breakfast and lunch are included in the accommodation. The portions are really big. For breakfast there are 2 types of cereals, the second course is pancakes, cheesecakes, fried eggs with sausage - different every day, sausage, butter, apples, oranges. For lunch, salad, soup (choose from two types), hot (also two types to choose from), a sweet cake.
The sea is 3 minutes away on smooth asphalt. During the season, there are sun loungers and a canopy on the beach.

Cleanliness, room service every two days, the food was amazing in volume and quality, very positive, friendly staff! It is an ideal hotel for families, especially with children. The perfect place if you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle and just relax. We had a rest in May.
We ordered a transfer from the hotel (costs 2000 rubles), it is very convenient, the travel time to Amshin, taking into account the passage of the border is a little more than an hour-fantastic)). We were warmly welcomed, kind and helpful staff. The room is comfortable and tidy, everything is cleaned. The bed was made, very clean.
The pool area is equipped with sun beds and soft poufs, you lie and enjoy yourself. From the local attractions, we walked along the coast to the White Cliffs (35-40 minutes). This is probably one of the best places I've had a chance to relax. I am planning a trip next year, and I will definitely leave another review about AMSHIN!

I will keep my personal opinion to myself, I will write only objective facts.
Positive:
- Close to the sea
- The food is good
- Cleaning every 3-4 days with linen change
Minuses:
- Audibility. The first floor is hell, especially walking from above is audible, and if the neighbors from above are quite well-fed, then there is a feeling that the ceiling will collapse on its head.
- It smells like smoke. I can't say about all the buildings, but only about building B: on the left there is a common veranda-smoking room, where smokers sit day and night, on the right there is a household.the block where employees smoke. As a result, it pulls from both sides, you can only be in the room with the window closed, doors and doors to the bathroom, because from there it also pulls from the ventilation grate. There is also a lot of smoking in the cafe(
- It's noisy after 22h. Although it is stated in the rules not to make noise after 22, but then as luck would have it, we were not very lucky, there were many children actively spending the evening until 23-24 without parents with screams /screams.
I didn't have time to finish writing, the phone sat down and the review automatically went. I complement the disadvantages:
- The room is mediocre in terms of furnishings. The bed is not a double bed, but two half-beds shifted, respectively, two mattresses, which is very inconvenient. There was a pile of garbage at the head of the bed. Mattresses are the cheapest, apparently, the upper fabric is all in pellets, which is felt through the sheets. By the way, there are also two small blankets, not one double. Blankets are a separate story, at first I thought it was a rag in the closet, because the blanket is a sintepon wrapped in a thin spunbond.
- The shower room is covered in fungus. They said on the claim that it is not laundered and they always have fungus, they refused to wash the shower. They are not used to washing in such conditions, they took a rag in their own hands. In the photo, I show how with a little effort you can wash the fungus (and if you have cleaning products, you can wash it thoroughly). It is clear that with high humidity, the fungus will appear again. But I think it is absolutely necessary to wash the shower before the arrival of new guests! Near the sink, where the towel is hung, the tiles are also all dirty.
- There are animals on the territory, a cat, kittens (on the territory of the children's corner, homeless, flea-ridden), a dog (small Chihuahua type). The cat is always in the cafe, but in principle it does not interfere. But one day the dog was apparently released on a samovygul, it was lunch time, she ran to the cafe and marked everything she could, and also made cages for the cat. This is of course trash. I love animals, but I consider this unacceptable in the catering area
- The pool was muddy all 10 days of our stay. I saw the hotel's comment on the negative review about the pool, that I had to wait 1-2 days, but alas... The water did not become crystal clear even in 10 days. It was our first vacation when we never swam in the pool!
The answer to the manager's comment: the animals are exactly yours, the cat with the flea collar and the waiter are local (in the sense, hotel). The dog of the kitchen employee (a woman came out of the kitchen and took the dog away after complaining), on other days she was seen locked in the staff area (where the firewood is lying).
There were no complaints about the mattress from us, because it is clear that I overlooked it in the description, so I write about it in the review so that others know who it is important to.

The children, one might say, were not visible! You can only hear the sea 2 minutes across the road - it's very convenient. I was pleased with the shallow pool for children and the playground. The rooms are comfortable, the rooms have air conditioning and a refrigerator for small things. TV for children for entertainment and Wi-Fi of very good quality!

We rested at the Amshin hotel. I liked everything very much. Food for 5+. The service staff is also 5+. But our favorite was the waiter. You can contact him for any questions. He will tell you everything, explain everything. Leka is simply the best!

I don't even know where to start)
The choice fell on the hotel, because of the pool, and the playground, and here we were not mistaken, everything is provided for a holiday with children !
The children did not worry about idleness , they played in companies on the territory (there are always enough of them )When the sea was worried, I saved the pool !
I will pay special attention to nutrition, breakfast and lunch are included, it was not always possible to eat everything - it was varied, tasty and a lot))
The rooms are comfortable , cleaning is regular (wet, change of bed linen and towels)
And of course, the staff is all friendly, responsive, always ready to prompt and help in solving your questions.

Everything is just super, the good-naturedness and hospitality of the hostess Aida, cleanliness, comfort. We have visited many cafes, it is not possible to eat only salt. Amshin's chefs take care of our health at a minimum, a delicious varied menu of complex lunches and breakfasts. The prices are reasonable. Thank you for your hospitality, we really enjoyed your stay.
Cozy rooms, interior, excellent cafe at the hotel.Breakfasts and lunches are included, everything is very tasty. Pizza, shish kebab, fish are awesome, thanks a lot to the chefs.
The staff is responsive, friendly, always respond to requests, help in any situation.

I want to share my impressions of the Amshin guest house. This year we once again rested in our favorite Tsandrypsh from 07/24.23 to 08/7.23 We lived in Darina Sea on Oktyabrskaya 165 (on the very shore of the sea), it's very cool there despite the fact that the lights in Abkhazia are still cut off, sometimes there is no water, but the sea is nearby)))). So we went to Amshin to eat all the days. Breakfast costs 250 rubles, but this breakfast always includes porridge, omelette or pancakes, or cheesecakes, or dumplings, 20 grams of sausage butter, insanely delicious bread and tea or coffee to choose from. All this is prepared with such warmth and love. Special, huge thanks to the girls Aida and Amanda for their work, attention, and understanding! and the speed of service. Lunches are 400 rubles, but here you can generally describe the day, everything is very tasty, a lot, affordable. Since we went there to eat, we went on a tour of their hotel, we can say it's a super, small paradise. And we think that next year we will go to Amshin. We were very satisfied with our vacation this year.

Thank you for a great stay, we really enjoyed everything. A family friendly hotel, with very helpful staff, delicious food and an excellent location. The room is clean, wet cleaning every day, change of linen and towels, dark curtains, during the day you can arrange a quiet hour and wait out the heat.
In the evenings, you can sit by the pool and enjoy the silence.

This place is just paradise ❤️ have been there 2 times already, everything is on top! Comfortable rooms with all amenities, cleaning is frequent, the territory is large, with two clean warm pools, the staff is in general, the people are sincere, polite, the hotel team are like friends!!!
