Excellent hotel, the room has everything you need, hairdryer, slippers, iron. The Swedish breakfasts are excellent, the assortment is large and everything is fresh. The location is also very good, near the car and railway station, shopping center, metro, walked from the hotel in different directions, returned by metro. The staff is great too! I can safely recommend this place!

I was pleased that it meets the network standards. Clean, proper high mattress, unobtrusive friendly staff, good breakfast. Everything works in the room, there is a hairdryer, iron, safe, kettle, tea and coffee. Welcome bottles with drinking water. There is a noticeable touch of time on individual pieces of furniture, but so far there is no impression of old age. Among the differences with other hotels in the chain - there was no freshly squeezed orange juice (but a fruit smoothie was offered - I liked it), there was no toasted branded bacon (also easily survived, good meat slicing). Conveniently located near the metro. In general, we are happy with everything, if we are still in Minsk, we will be happy to stop again.

Convenient location behind the train station. And if you want to check in earlier, you need to pay 50% of the daily price, for example, we arrived at 9:40, but breakfast is included and we managed to make it. The breakfasts are good. Everything is fine, wf, a business room with a printer for waiting, a comfortable luggage room, beds with a good mattress, but the rooms are too small and the carpet on the floor is dirty, there is no refrigerator, but there is an iron, I have never used an iron in hotels)) We had a view of the station square, it was beautiful and quiet at the same time, but my friends had a terrible view in the other direction. The rating is 5 stars for a 3-star hotel. The perfect combination of price and quality. In fact, on a par with many four-star hotels. The bed is large, the mattress is comfortable, clean, breakfast is included (buffet), while the price does not change depending on the number of guests (a standard room with a large bed for one or two will cost $ 80-85 per day), the staff is polite, there is free parking under a barrier on the street and paid on the ground floor. Take a higher floor with a view of the Railway station and the Minsk Gate. I definitely recommend the hotel.

The rooms are standard Hilton rooms, everything is clean and tidy, the room filling is decent, the staff is polite and attentive, the restaurant is good, we also visited buffet breakfasts and dined at the hotel. The price-quality corresponds, the location is excellent, the Brest fortress is very close, there is a large shopping center nearby. We will definitely return the next time we visit Minsk!

We visited them on 2-5.01.2025.
I set 4 due to the service of the staff at the bar and reception. The service seemed like some kind of amateur childish activity, yes, they did, they served, but from the outside it looks unprofessional.
Everything was functioning in room (614), we noticed a burnt mattress on the window side, cracked tiles in the shower, and seeds on the floor when we checked in (then they were removed).
We cleaned every day.
The location of the hotel is not within walking distance from the center, but 7 minutes by taxi. There is a guarded street parking for cars, but I was also able to park in the courtyards nearby.

The hotel justifies its 3 stars, but its price tag is high, to put it mildly. We arrived at 14-05, checked in only 30 minutes later, the room was cleaned. In 3 days, the weather deteriorated from +17 to +9, the air conditioner is not regulated from the room, it is centrally controlled in the room it was +22 ° a little cool, we warmed up in the shower, the pressure is very weak, but the water is hot. The room was 318, with a sofa and a gorgeous view of the bus station. I can't understand why in two local rooms there is only 1 chair, where the second guest should sit, I had to use a pouf. Furniture with scuffs and chips. The double bed is very high, the mattress is comfortable, I slept great, here are the thin cheapest blankets, but double. Tired towels came across with scuffs, those that are generally flabby for the legs.
The breakfasts changed every day, but the choice was not great, the usual fried eggs were missing, but there was always an omelet, my husband did not eat it, he was upset, for him breakfast was scrambled eggs, the waffles were not crispy, only maple syrup saved them. There are no desserts, only pastries, but I wanted a cake with coffee.
There is a small bathroom in the room, it is not clear how they planned it so that all the time they beat against the door, it opens right next to the toilet. There were iron marks on the carpet and some other stains, but in general it was soft and had no foreign odors.
The result is that I will not choose this hotel anymore for such money, you can find a pool and a more varied breakfast.

We came to Minsk for a vacation in November. The hotel is cozy, new rooms, clean, excellent location, across the street from the railway station, delicious, hearty breakfasts, a large selection. We lived on the 10th floor with a view of the gates of Minsk. The only negative, we didn't have a heated towel rail in our room and it was cool in the bathroom. I had to wait until the climate control warmed up the room. But the advantages cover this inconvenience. The staff is polite, young girls, everyone is in the mood and pleasant to communicate with.

Good location (proximity to the railway station was important to us). The metro is nearby, it is quite possible to walk to the center. There is a new shopping center with a supermarket nearby. There are good restaurants and cafes within walking distance (you need to walk towards the center).

Of the minuses:
On the very first day, we were greeted by a torn towel (it was battered and well-worn), neatly folded in a pile with others.
The absence of hygiene products such as cotton pads, disposable razors. You can buy it for money, but it's not such a big cost for a hotel. Replenished shower gel, soap, shampoo and conditioner were available.
The lack of a refrigerator (we needed one).
The old technique (the base of the kettle was covered with a lime coating and leaked).
Missed cleaning. On the first day the room was cleaned, on the second day we went out late and hoped. that the room will be cleaned. Returning late, we saw everything as it was. There is no water, the towels have not been replaced. There is no "clean room" sign in the hotel.
A meager breakfast. Of the meat, only meat cuts and sausage, plus sausages or sausages. There is little choice.

Everything is very tasty and the quality of the products is excellent. The staff of the dining room works quickly and smoothly, promptly take away empty dishes from the tables. Very convenient transport accessibility. With the construction of Minsk City Mall finally completed, the view from the windows is now pleasant. I really liked the hotel. We chose it because of the location (because we came and went by train, all the excursions were also from the railway station), but I put 4 and that's why:
1) it is terribly inconvenient to go out and enter the bathroom, there is a toilet right by the door, and every time you have to contrive to get up and leave, you also need to enter carefully so that you do not run into the toilet.
2) There is no refrigerator in the room.
3) there was absolutely no cup to put the brushes with the paste, as a result they are lying on your sink.
4) there were 4 days and 3 nights, we cleaned only on the first day, the next two days we sat with a bucket full of garbage, and even collected it in a separate bag.
5) at breakfast, a piece of tomatoes can break a tooth. This is the first time I've seen such stale and not tasty tomatoes.
One night at their place costs 11,000 rubles. I think that for such a sum, there should not be such joints in the hotel!
