I was with my son for 2 weeks. I was satisfied. Animation is daily, morning, afternoon, evening. For such money, it's stupid to wait for a super plus, but for the money that the hotel costs them just bravo, I wonder how they survive.

I had a rest from January 1 to January 10, 2025. The confident 4ka hotel. There were many sun beds, several swimming pools, including heated ones, and the water park was open. The room was cleaned efficiently, even on the balcony, the linen was changed several times. Good hot water pressure. They gave a lot of fruits: bananas, tangerines, strawberries, melons, oranges, grapefruit, plums, local pears (or something similar) and something else (I don't know the name). Delicious pancakes, scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs were prepared for breakfast. There have always been beef and chicken cooking options, including grilled. They had a very tasty duck for Christmas. Delicious pizza is being prepared. The pastry is natural, varied and very tasty. For its price, the norms. I didn't see any queues for food, food and fruit were reported regularly. The coffee was tastier by the pool than in the restaurant. You don't need to take any sun beds in the morning - there are plenty of them. There is no loud music on the beach, a convenient pontoon for swimming in the sea. The sun beds are wooden and non-killable. The minor disadvantages are that the beach towels are too short, there is no shoe spoon in the room, and the furniture is tired, but the room is generally cozy. For Internet lovers, buy a WE SIM card. For 10 bucks, I got 33 gigs of traffic (judging by the SMS from the operator), I had enough to watch YouTube and distribute it every day. Wi-Fi is weak.

Complete disappointment.
On the positive, the hotel has a cool exterior. A large garden with shrubs and cacti, palm trees and everything else. Many pools, one heated. Aqua slides. That's all.
Now the negative:
1. The aqua slides are open from 12 to 4 o'clock and not every day. Sometimes it seems that the person responsible for the aquagorks is too lazy to go to work today and he did not come and did not turn them on.
2. The sea is knee-deep 200 meters. I've never been in the sea.
3. Food is just something with something. When choosing a hotel, I was led by photos of food taken by tourists a year or two ago, now there is no sign of it. Fruits: one small table with 4 trays: sliced oranges, grapefruits, an unripe melon the size of an orange and a half, sliced, and dates. That's all.
Vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, some cabbage and pickled carrots with radish. That's all.
Sweet - well, it's better here, they make sponge cakes with berries (all cakes taste the same), when there are a lot of people, they pull out all sorts of Turkish sweets, baklava, etc. Probably normal. There were coconut cookies.
Main menu: beef patties, fried chicken (sometimes deep-fried), beef. There is cheese and soy sausage, which you will not look at without tears. Side dishes - rice, French fries, some kind of "pasta" and "lasagna", I suspect that from yesterday's pasta, which were not useful for yesterday's lunch. Some kind of sushi.
The hotel actively practices "salads" made from waste and yesterday's stale vegetables, such as tomato salad with cheese or the same sliced melon, small pieces of which stand on a platter with their own drained juice. I suspect that cutlets with soups are made from the same thing. In general, they try to mix up the maximum possible product options from a minimum of the initial ingredients.
Drinks: in front of me, a Ukrainian woman with tattoos was arguing with the guide from Anex tour because all strong alcohol has the same taste. Drinks in the dining room are served in old, battered Americano coffee jars and tea flowing from a tap. There is no coffee machine in the dining room. There's a coffee machine in the lobby bar, and I found it there on the penultimate day of my "vacation." Pineapple and orange diluted concentrates are in the same old jars. In front of me, a piece fell off from a giant, which you press to make the juice flow.
Well, on the plus side, they bake pizzas, make some kind of shawarma right in front of you (probably also from yesterday's chopped meat - former whole pieces). In short, as a result, I had indigestion all week that I spent in this hotel. The stomach began to work
properly only on the third day after departure.
4. Weak Internet connection, only in the lobby.
5. Drinks are served in small cups. Beer too, in a 100 ml cup.
The hotel was probably good once, but I don't recommend it now.

I found this hotel myself on the Internet, but since it is located next to the 5* hotel (Hawai le Jardin) and has a common territory with it, photos and reviews on the Internet have brought down all the information- photos of the "five" were displayed for this 4* hotel - these are private pools at the villas, and a large pool with a bar in the water- in general, it's all in the top five! In fact/ HAWAI RIVIERA is not just tired, it's just ancient! I've never been picky at all, but this was my first time in such junk- shabby doors, generally mildewed showers (we were in several rooms- we went to 4 families). And yes, this is a hotel for locals- mostly Arabs, a kind of neighborhood. However, according to the information from the guide, SUNRISE bought this hotel and allegedly will begin reconstruction in the near future (we rested for 1 week in April 2025). So if you're planning a trip there, DON'T PLAN IT!, until information about its reconstruction is available.
P.S. The territory is small, but beautiful, green, well-groomed. The beach is nice. It was windy, so the sun beds were almost all free- I can't estimate the season.

Gardens with blooming, unusual plants. The room is standard, yes, the furniture is not new, but everything worked, hairdryer, hot water. Linen, towels are in good condition, cleaning every day. The janitor guy was just great, he left us towel figures every time. In general, all the staff is very friendly. As for nutrition, they wrote that there was nothing to eat. If it's nothing, I do not know what you eat at home. Pizza from the oven for lunch, dinner, baked in front of you, French fries all the time. Cheese, vegetables, eggs, beans, falafel, chicken, liver, beef, pasta. I won't say anything about sweets at all, rows of cakes and pies. Yes, alcohol is poured into small glasses, and beer too. But I don't need him, so I don't care about that. Coffee from the coffee machine at the pool bar in lobi is the same. There is a heated swimming pool on the territory of the Le Jardin hotel, you can also use its territory, the aqua park, which is also located there. The sea is quite a normal approach, I went in from Panton, but the water was cold this year, so I couldn't buy directly. But I took two dips every day. The weather is hot in the afternoon, windy after 3 p.m., and sometimes there was wind in the evening. A shirt and a long-sleeve dress were enough, no jacket was needed. I had a rest from December 18 to December 27, 2024. There were few people on arrival, but the hotel was already filling up for the holiday. We had a rest here from April 10th to April 20th. We checked in earlier than the specified time, after paying $20 in advance and reading reviews to get a better quality room. We were immediately checked into a room on the fifth floor with a view of the pools and the sea. The rooms, of course, were very tired, the furniture was shabby, the sink was cracked, and it looked scary. The bed linen is obviously old, washed, as well as towels.

While we are flying home by plane, I will tell you, this is not the first time we have visited Egypt, and in general we visited a considerable number of hotels abroad, we went on 11 n / 12 d, from 09/18/24 - 09/29/24, the three of us, with a daughter of 5 years, for 215 thousand, by flight Moscow - Hurghada, Red Wings airline, by the way drinks and a sandwich on board (free of charge), well, you never know if anyone is interested, but everyone is interested in it;. we bought the tour in a couple of weeks .
So, check-in, everything is standard, no problems, quickly, we arrived at night , we were sent to eat, they asked for a room in a standard building , but due to the number of Arab vacationers at that time, we were politely refused and thank God, it turned out that across the street, much better , quiet and smooth and we only went there change clothes and spend the night.

Well, dinner is also always practically the same as at lunch, everyone is full, satisfied, no one complained, we did not meet poisoning and disorders and we ourselves safely spent our vacation with pleasure.
Alcohol and beverages :
Lipton tea in bags, chamomile, green (in bags local), portion sugar , spoons on the bar in the restaurant, cappuccino coffee, with and without milk from the coffee machine
In cups at the restaurant, paper ones at the basik.
Bottled beer is Stella , they give it in plastic bottles, but if you bring bigger cups with you, they pour without restrictions and indignation, as we were told at the bar, there is a lot of beer, no problem, someone even had a beer mug , i.e. the friendliness of the Egyptians was felt, g... it's not a pity, they drink beer themselves by the way, except for strong alcohol, and of course not at work.
Rum , whiskey, gin , ouzo , brandy , vodka are all of the same type, as usual, locally produced from their plastic.
Pepsi, sprite and mirinda in 2-liter bottles, as in the good old days, we call it feel the difference, could not get drunk,
especially those who know and remember the taste.

Here, of course, I can say one thing, when a huge territory is well-groomed and full of everything, there are no people, there are plenty of sunbeds, there are no fights for sunbeds, sunbathe and swim where you want , when you want , for Europeans, again , I repeat , i.e. for us , there is a separate pool, called (onlybikin ), where they sunbathe and swim only in swimsuits.
Bars on the beach, with all sorts of drinks, there is a paid vitamin bar, they sell fresh fruits, fruits and ice cream, who wants to eat outside the all inclusive, we took fresh fruits for 5 days. for $ 10, our baby enjoyed freshly prepared smoothies from fruits, mango / kiwi , strawberry / melon, mango /strawberry, in general, they are different and delicious- tasteless.
Beach : clean, constantly cleaned, sand is loosened (it is nailed) there are plenty of sun beds , old, wooden, but all with mattresses , umbrellas are all fully working , not torn ,

There is a toilet on the beach, of course it is 50/50 clean, but the tourists themselves are to blame.

It's the worst hotel I've ever seen. We have a rest from 25.03 to 07.04.2025. It doesn't even match 2*. It's a very old hotel, and the rooms are poorly cleaned. The linen is old and stained. The food is monotonous every day, it is not possible to eat soups at all. The only thing that pleases is the large territory and many pools. There are a lot of Indians and Arabs vacationing in the hotel, Because of this, there is an eternal uproar and noise, around the clock. Of the 14 nights, we only slept properly for the first three days. The staff loves to move metal tables and chairs by dragging them over the porcelain stoneware and it's at 6 in the morning.

We had a rest in April 2024. The first two days there was a strong wind, then the weather was fine until the end of the rest. The territory of the hotel was completely delighted: gorgeous flower beds, a number of pools for every taste and age, a large number of bars throughout the territory, a large water park, but getting to it is a problem. The water park either does not work all day, or it works, but only for a couple of hours, you still need to defend long queues on the slide or for buns. The entertainment at the water park has passed us by. The quality of alcoholic beverages was disappointing — they are diluted to an outrage. A clean, large sandy beach with umbrellas and sun beds. The sea near the shore is shallow, you can wander through the water, and dive and swim from the pier. The staff is friendly, they will say hello a hundred times a day, ask how you are - it's very nice... If problems arise, they can be solved quickly, but for this you need to insist on your own, otherwise the reception staff begin not to understand Russian. Upon check-in, the receptionist convinced us that it was better to pay $ 20 for the room, which was very unpleasant, because when buying a ticket, we discussed all the nuances with the tour operator. As soon as we entered the room, we immediately doubted that the hotel was 5*. Old furniture, broken plumbing. Bathrobes, slippers, gels, shampoos, dental supplies, etc. — bring everything with you. For one dollar, the cleaner will make you beautiful figures out of towels on the bed, but he will certainly forget to put water, toilet paper or pour liquid soap. It's not even worth talking and writing about animation, because there were only three evenings of entertainment during our entire vacation and then none. Wi-Fi is only in the lobby and the signal is very, very, very weak. Communication is better early in the morning. The food is good enough. We had enough of everything: European food, national cuisine, eggs, and chicken. I have never seen so many desserts and so beautifully decorated in restaurants in my life. Gorgeous! And they are all very tasty. There were few fruits and no seafood dishes. The fish is also tasteless. This is our first trip to Egypt, next time we will go to another hotel.

It seems to be nothing, but there are sooo many Arabs, they are noisy, dirty, like barbarians in the dining room... Mountains of food are gathering. The men almost fought over the meat, they were barely restrained, they screamed like crazy. There was not enough food, queues all the time, jostling, plastic cups, broken dishes, dishes are mostly national. At first we were fed together with them, then everyone started complaining, but there was no reaction, then two beautiful young people arrived at some point and came to the canteen in short shorts and then Arab women complained that ours were half naked and, Thank God, they opened another restaurant where quiet music, a lot of food, they take everything calmly, European and national dishes, a variety of fruits and sweets, then it was fine with the food.
The territory is nice, beautiful, well maintained. There are a lot of pools, but because of the terrible number of Arabs, the feeling is full. Then they made one pool only for Europeans and Russians, Arabs were not allowed, even modern ones. Nice hotel. There are a lot of locals. But this does not bother, because for Europeans there is a restaurant on the 1st floor, and a bikini area pool, where locals are not allowed to enter. On the Panton coast, there are always free sunbeds, as locals swim only in the pools. From food, everything is there, and liver, and meat, and chicken, and fish. All the side dishes, sweets. There really wasn't enough fruit. There were watermelons, melon, grapefruit, oranges. They were in June 2023. I recommend it, we liked it!

We rested with a family of 4 people from 08/11/2024-08/23/2024, paid 337 t.r., we thought we were going to 5*, but in fact 3*(( The hotel does not have a shore, rocky-clay-sand, entrance to the sea from a pontoon and then you can break your legs. Yes, the territory is large, well-groomed, but 99.99% of the hotel is visited by Arabs alone, you're talking, they wander all night, litter, live like in an aul. Our building was located across the street, there is an underground passage. There were also 4 swimming pools and 2 bars in this building. The animation in the hotel is 0, except for the foam disco on the beach at 11.00 we saw nothing else. In the main building, the pools were divided, there were 11 of them in total, some for Arabs, some for Europeans, but the village residents could not get through. There were 2 restaurants, one for Arabs, 1 for Europeans. Breakfasts were meager, I had to eat one omelet for 13 days ((, lunch was always liver, beef, fish, chicken and 2-3 side dishes and fresh vegetables, soups were 2 and then about nothing, for dinner-chicken, liver, fish-in general monotonously, from fruits-oranges, lime, bananas, melon, mango. Yuppie's drinks and coffee were poured by the bartender from the machine. The bar had rum, gin, tequila, vodka, beer (from bottles), fanta, cola, sprite, as well as ice cream for lunch and dinner. The staff was polite, the service was also normal.
Rooms: very tired, the repair was visible 10 years ago, shampoos and soap were in dispensers, there was a hair dryer, a safe. The most interesting thing is that a RAT lived with us in the room, we called the staff, nailed it and took it out, forced to lick the room, it was already creepy to spend the night. We wanted to change the room, but they told us that there were enough RATS in all the rooms, so we stayed on the 1st floor, but there was a sediment. The drain in the shower was often clogged, a plumber was called, then our refrigerator broke down-we had to replace it, there was nowhere to dry beach towels, it was dangerous to leave them on the balcony, they could be stolen (the employees themselves are their business), and we had to pay a fine of $ 20. On 23.08 we had to vacate the room at 12.00, check out at 20.15, we decided to extend it, but because there are 3 people in the room. in the main places, the room cost us $ 52 until 18.00, only LUNCH was included for this money, at 18.00 we handed over the keys and cut off the bracelets that we could from the lunch meal we took for dinner and hung out in the lobby, as homeless people. The tour operator was Anex, if you do not buy or buy few excursions from them, they are not interested in you and they will not solve any issues for you. In general, if you want to spoil your vacation for half a million rubles, you are here. Maybe there are normal hotels with good service in Egypt, but after this hotel I was disappointed, although this is the 5th time in Egypt and this is the first time.

We stayed at this hotel in December 2023 from 13.12-22.12 with the weather we were lucky, warm, comfortable! 3) the hotel room is poorly cleaned, and our room is no exception, many complain here that they do not give towels and the bed is full of other people's hair (on the first day we noticed this, we also had only 1 towel for two out of a set of 2 towels for each for 3 days).
4) I'll say about the bathroom separately — it just doesn't get cleaned, everything is dirty and mildewed, and the toilet gets clogged every time we go to the toilet, we ask at the reception almost every day to fix it, we even try not to go to the toilet in the room, so that we don't have to fix it.
5) The air conditioner in the room does not work properly, at first cold air blows for about 3-5 minutes, then it starts to fry strongly, apparently the ventilation heats up. Because of this, the room is constantly stuffy and it is not possible to ventilate.
6) The pools are all icy and dirty, they are not even cleaned, they are not filled with bleach, we monitored the cleanliness and we can say for sure that even at the end of the day no one is watching them.
7) There is no declared animation at all, neither in the hotel itself nor by the beach. Everything is completely deaf on the beach, there are no people, no one is watching the territory. There are only obsessive employees who sell everything for money, even if you don't want to.
In general, the impression of the holiday is spoiled by all of the above factors, we honestly did not expect that everything would be so bad. Remembering my trip to Egypt a couple of years ago, and also looking at the description of this hotel on the website, I hoped that everything would be much more decent and better than it turned out.

We rested at this hotel in the spring of 2018.
The hotel itself, its territory, rooms, and service are simply gorgeous.
The only negative was left by the staff at the reception. Be prepared that you can be deceived in this place even for your money.

Great hotel! We were in it with my husband for the New Year 2022, I really liked the territory of the hotel. There are many pools and another plus is the water park. We could use two hotel territories (Le Jardin still)
The food is delicious and varied. We were given a room in the building across the street, which made us very happy. The room is as new, has a TV (TNT shows 😀), mini fridge, air conditioning. By the way, from the balcony there was a very beautiful view of our Hotel and Le Jardin, we recommend it to everyone! We would really like to visit this hotel in the summer and buy a lot☺️

There are a lot of people, I immediately warn everyone who is going to go to this hotel. The food is very monotonous, practically children have nothing to eat, rice and that's it, all pasta with sauce, grilled chicken was a couple of times and cutlets like a kebab. Juices according to the type of upi. They gave watermelon for one day or mango for a couple of days, melon was always made from fruits and dates. Of the advantages, this is a large water park, but there are long queues. It is also worth noting that the hotel grounds are very beautifully maintained and green. Some of the staff were very friendly and hospitable, mostly everyone was indifferent. The beach is also not very good, I had to go to El Gouna to another beach.
