We recently visited the khinkalnya and were completely delighted! The atmosphere here is cozy and friendly, which immediately creates a feeling of home warmth. The menu offers a wide selection of khinkali with various fillings. Our khinkali was simply delicious: thin dough, juicy filling and perfect serving.
The service is at the highest level — the waiters are attentive and responsive, always ready to help with the choice. We also tried several appetizers and desserts, and none of the dishes disappointed.
The prices are quite adequate for the quality of the food and the level of service. We will definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy real Khinkali!🤩

The whole family loves the Khinkalnya, and if there is an opportunity, we go into it. Gorgeous dishes, amazing khinkali, stretching khachapuri, fried ojahuri potatoes. Mmmmm…This time we decided to go to the Gallery on 21.07. And ... a miracle did not happen. We just didn't eat!!!
After sitting for 20 minutes without the attention of the waiters, they went and took the menu themselves. But in the end, no one came up to us, the waiters just giggled near the keeper and apparently staged a riot that day. Instead, the administrator of the institution went and served dishes, cleaned and washed the tables))))) okay, it would be a full landing, but as it is, 6-7 tables are occupied. We did not wait and, together with the 2 neighboring tables, realized that we would not be served and went to look for food further))))
Such a delicious cuisine is killed by the absolute indifference of the staff. I haven't seen such a performance in a long time.

The place is great! A large selection of fillings, from classic meat to cheese and greens. The dough is thin, the filling is juicy, the broth is just a bomb! I especially liked khinkali with mutton and greens. The atmosphere is homely, cozy, the staff is friendly. The prices are quite reasonable, the portions are large. Good morning)) Yesterday, my family and I visited the Khinkalnya on the ave. There are 9 winners. I would like to note the wonderful service of the staff, the guys are pleasant and friendly. The usual serving of dishes for us, everything is clear and fast. The food is delicious.The hospitable, cozy atmosphere of the establishment. This is the place where we will return more than once.

This is my first experience of visiting khinkalni. I see that the reviews are positive overall, but in our case, everything did not go so smoothly. But there are also positive aspects.
I'll start with the positive.
1. The staff is polite, well organized. They conducted us, sat us down, and the interior was soothing.
2. The ordered khinkali, in my opinion, is too rich, but apparently that's the way it should be. I ate it with an appetite :)
As for what didn't go so well.:
1. Serving randomly - the dish was brought to me about 20 minutes before serving to our friend.
2. Our friend received green tea instead of the sea buckthorn tea she ordered. It was replaced with an apology.
3. But my wife didn't get the grilled vegetables she ordered for an hour. When we asked, "when will it be?" they apologized that they had forgotten to say that the kitchen was out of mushrooms.
Since this was the end of our visit, my wife was left hungry, so we paid and left, feeding my wife elsewhere (fortunately, the food court is nearby).
In general, I will come to this particular place with the company only if there is no other choice.
After a little work with the staff, I'm sure the situation can be fixed. And then I'll show up again :)
P.S.
I must admit, I really love the atmosphere of the place, with good conversation, and regular and accurate delivery of ordered food. It's easy to create a feeling of wrongness if the overlays follow one another.

We visited the institution for the first time, we really liked it. With an almost complete landing and the presence of armor, there was a table for us. The smiling waiter helped me make my choice.
We tried all the khinkali options from the menu, it's 🔥, all with their own unique taste.
The place is clean and cozy. I would especially like to mention the Vlasislavs (bartender and waiters). Friendly, friendly and attentive guys.

Khinkalnya is one of my favorite places. But not in the Gallery
We arrived on December 23 at 18.30. The institution's workload was minimal, 5 tables were occupied from the large hall, a large staff, but even the menu had to wait a long time, while the waitresses just chatted on the sidelines. They waited even longer for the order to be accepted, although they were ready to make it right away
As for food, khinkali is not salted enough, there are no seasonings, although they were ordered with beef and herbs and they are usually spicy. By the way, there was no greenery either (photo attached)
The khachapuri was sour, and the cheese had a strange consistency, not the same as usual
The impressions are disgusting, the work of the staff, as well as the taste of the food, disappointed

This is the third time I have come to the Gallery's khinkalnya. In general, Khinkalnya is my favorite restaurant, but it is this Khinkalnya that I like most of all compared to other restaurants in this franchise. Khachapuri in Adjarian is clearly better here than anywhere else. Well, another important point is the staff. Polite, pleasant and always uplifting. Definitely 10 out of 10

For the first time in this institution, as in Minsk, believe me, I know what khinkali should taste like, and here it's not worth singing even next to Chebu dumplings. The minced meat is not salty from the word at all, the broth is practically without seasonings.
"Khinkali" is not worth taking here, you will only be disappointed in the Georgian cuisine. Otherwise, like an ordinary family cafe, the staff communicates in a flash, the interior is interesting and has echoes of Georgian culture. I would not go here a second time, and even more so to go in a company and get upset all together, sorry, not for me.

The rating of the institution is very strange.
There were crumbs on the table and it wasn't cleaned at all, although I was at 11 a.m. (an early train and, as a result, an early lunch).
I took kharcho soup, khinkali with beef and herbs and mutton. Sea buckthorn tea . Some more flatbread with a glass of wine (the wine is so-so)
The soup was thin. Khinkali with beef was still fine, with mutton it was not very good at all.
The tea sucks completely, the smeared sea buckthorn floated in the kettle like sour kefir.
A flatbread with wine , well, OK . And
either the visitors did not taste the delicious food, or there was something wrong with the cooking time.
It's just that the rating is almost 5(!).
I do not advise it, there are more budget places and more delicious food in Minsk.

A complete disappointment. The day before, I had lunch at Khinkalna on Internatsionalnaya Street, 25. Everything is on the level there, there is something to compare it with. I liked ojahuri so much that I ordered it again. Alas, they did not bring me yesterday's dish, which was just warmed up, and unsuccessfully. The potatoes are burnt in some places. The kettle was brought in a frankly dirty kettle with smudges on the body and stains on the lid. I ordered black, and the footprints were bright burgundy, from the fruit. There are also streaks on the napkin. The kettle was obviously not washed! They didn't even rinse it properly. I was afraid to drink. The waiter reacted calmly to my remark. "Okay, I'll tell the bartender." No apologies, no offer to replace! Don't set foot here anymore!

After visiting the restaurant at this address on 09/20/2024, the opinion about the restaurant chain is extremely spoiled. At the entrance, we were met by the hall administrator with a dissatisfied face. After we decided on the place, he came up and threw the menu on the table and hurried away without saying anything. During the 15 minutes of flirting with his colleague, he did not even deign to come up and find out if we were ready to place an order. At this time, the waiters were peacefully walking around the hall and chatting amicably, drinking water from plastic cups and listening to music on headphones. I was very surprised and upset by this level of service in one of my favorite restaurant chains, especially an hour after the opening of the institution (it seems that no one should have been so tired of the working day that they did not serve in any way). After such a service, I had to go to your other institution where there is always an excellent level of service and friendly staff. We will no longer visit this institution at this address.

It would be possible to put zero, I would put 0 for Minsk, minus 10 for Moscow, we, as guests of the city, decided to test this institution, it was just disgusting, we were in three, hot snacks, khinkali and hot dishes were ordered, first two brought khinkali and hot, then brought hot to the third participant of the dinner, after that snacks were brought, the burger was simply not edible, khachapuri cheese was simply over-dried and turned into something like croutons, shish kebab from chicken, just dry pieces of something, I love pork just with the taste of hops managed (possibly masking stale meat), this institution should be closed, chefs for training, the owner in exile and to give food only according to such recipes and by such chefs.

As it turned out, Khinkalnya can vary dramatically from institution to institution, for the first time I am ready to write a bad review about Khinkalnya. It all started with a hostess girl who neither greeted us nor escorted us to the place. After that, she managed to be rude! Then the waiter just put the hammer on the table, except that he did not throw it. The waiters are not friendly, corny, no one greeted, did not introduce himself. The "hot" dish was cold, while waiting for it for 40 minutes. In general, going to Khinkalnya in the Gallery shopping center is just a disappointment, I hope at least some conversation with the staff will be held. The vegetables were rotten!

Now I go as often as I can. Partly because of the delicious dishes, partly I fell in love with the waiter. The food is really great, but Egor (works there) is my everything. A handsome, well-groomed, neat, cheerful, educated and generally incredibly pleasant young man. Handsome, I don't have money for tips as a poor student, but I'm already looking for a job and I'll take on various hack jobs to be able to provide for you. One day, for the sake of interest, I decided to go to one of the restaurants in order to assess the scale of the tragedy, because I considered franchises to be a third-rate institution. It was at this very moment that I fell in love with Khinkalnya. Understand me, I am a man so sophisticated that I can be considered a critic, because I have been to many pretentious establishments not only in Minsk, but also in Europe. By doing this, I want to show that my admiration for this franchise is a real miracle. The miracle that cooks prepare in the kitchen, the miracle that appears in the sincere smile of each of the waiters, the miracle that you believe in when you come here. In my experience, Khinkalnya on Nemiga is the best restaurant in the entire franchise, believe me, I have something to compare it with. Everything is perfect in it, from the work of the staff to the chefs who know their business. I would like to mention the waitress Sofia separately, believe me, if she serves you, your evening will be wonderful. Now I would like to address the administration. We visited Minsk twice during our stay.
Among the obvious advantages: awesome delicious food, friendly and efficient staff. There is an open veranda. The interior is pleasant. Payment by cards is no problem.

It is not possible to leave a tip by QR code. The Wi-Fi password could also be specified in the menu.

We were with the girl in this tavern 3 times at lunchtime.
The first time, everything was more or less both in terms of service time and food.
But, from the first time, it was noticeable that there was trouble with the service here... After we finished eating and wanted to ask for the bill, the waitress did not approach us for a very long time, although there was not such a high workload in the hall. We even defiantly put dirty dishes on the edge of the table, which we must periodically take away, but even at the sight of dirty dishes, the waitress still did not pay attention. I had to call her while she was passing by our table.
The second time we came, sat down at the table, and waited for someone to come up to us for 15 minutes. We had only the lunch menu on the tables. As a result, when the waiter (this time a guy) came up to us, he asked: - are we ready to place an order? Despite the fact that the main menu was never brought to us and we had to ask for it additionally. I ordered items from the lunch menu, and the girl from the main menu ordered baked mushrooms in ketsu and salad. As a result, the items from the lunch menu were brought quickly enough, and the mushrooms had to wait another 20 minutes after that. And when they were brought, it was clear that they were burnt and it also affected the taste. They also ordered cherry juice and the glass STANK of PISS RAGS.
The 3rd time we came and the music was playing very loudly in the restaurant, but after that the volume was turned down.
This time we took kharcho soup and 4 khinkali and lemonade in a bottle. The lemonade was brought first, they just put it on the table and the waiter girl did not offer to open it, although according to the regulations, waiters must open a drink corked with a metal stopper, not to mention pour it into a glass.
As a result, we never managed to open it on our own and after that we had to ask the waitress to open it anyway, to which she had such a face as if we had asked for something supernatural... Next, kharcho soup was brought and it was warm, khinkali was brought about 15 minutes later. And they also turned out to be warm, overcooked, one hincal fell apart right in my hand and it was impossible to finish it.
The khinkali was brought for the 3rd time by another waiter, a guy. And he served them on the table in such a way that it was as if they had thrown a plate of stew like a pig.
In general, during 3 visits to this restaurant, we observed that all the waiters walked with "sour and dissatisfied faces" and there was no benevolence from them.
I ask the management of this franchise to pay attention to how the standards of cooking and service of this point of the institution are being fulfilled and to take appropriate measures with respect to employees and management staff.
