The hotel is very conveniently located for excursions. This is the building of a former monastery. The rooms have antique furniture. This is an ancient part of the city of Troitskoye podvorye. You can go down to the Svisloch River and walk along the embankment that opens into the children's park.
A wonderful hotel! An atmospheric place! The very center of Minsk. We would have come back here. We were pleased with the rooms, the furniture is so heavy, good-quality, pleasant space. The only thing is that the pillows were a little harsh for me. Otherwise, it's fine.
The cafe is good. For breakfast, you can find what you like. I was only confused by the amount of water (condensate) in which the food was floating. You take a pancake, and it's half floating. Also, in my opinion, there is not enough cheese, only one type and not the most popular besides. I would also like to add different nuts too. There was only a walnut. But in general, this did not spoil the impression. Everything was delicious.
The best location, in the historical center of the city. The rooms are free, a good bed and, not least, pillows. There are many cafes nearby with local and not only food.
A chic hotel in its surroundings. There are disadvantages in terms of food and plumbing infrastructure, but the atmosphere of the old monastery covers everything with a big plus
A very decent hotel. If you want to stay in an old building with modern comfort, you are welcome here. It is clean, cozy, and comfortable here. It is located in the city center, near cafes, recreation areas, museums. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is very tasty (buffet)
Excellent design, good location, excellent menu, reasonable prices, high level of service. Clean, cozy. Choosing this place will give you a good rest and leave wonderful memories. I definitely recommend it!!!
The location of the hotel is in the very center of the Upper City, which means it is ideal for everyone who wants to explore the sights of Minsk. Yes, actually, the hotel itself is a local landmark. Ask the staff, they will be happy to tell you and show you the mysterious Monk's room. The staff is sincere. The room was warm, comfortable, and functional. It has, perhaps, everything you need, except a refrigerator. That's sad. But at the reception they offer to use their common one. The breakfast was not impressive. And not in the sense that there is nothing to eat. It's just that everything is tasteless, something cold, something over-dried. I didn't like the restaurant itself, as if it came from the nineties :)) Many complain about the noise, but we were in November and did not observe the noisy street life. In addition, the windows of the room overlooked the courtyard. I think it's quiet there in summer too. In general, a very nice hotel, if you know about its minor drawbacks.
The hotel is located within walking distance from the town hall in the old town. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The monastery walls are very thick and the sound insulation is therefore very good. The food is monastic))) but it's delicious. We took out the garbage from the cleaning, and thanks for that.
Nice hotel, the place is super, the staff is polite. Of the minuses, I barely drove into the parking lot, it was very crowded, the air conditioners worked strangely in the rooms, there was no refrigerator. In super steel! Good breakfasts! Well, I repeat- the location is the best! I definitely advise you!
Convenient location near the Minsk Holy Spirit Cathedral. Spacious rooms, solid furniture, friendly staff. But, be prepared, having settled in at the weekend, for loud music from bars on Zybitskaya sounding until the morning. If you want silence, take a room with windows in the opposite direction from the Zybitskry. I can't appreciate the restaurant and the cuisine - there was a reservation for part of the hall for the anniversary. The event was accompanied by a gypsy ensemble - the music is so loud that you can hear it in the rooms located in the same wing as the restaurant. By the way, the polite staff of the Monastery did not warn us that we would not be able to have dinner at the restaurant with true "modesty", and it was not so easy to find a free place if you did not book in advance (Saturday evening, a lot of tourists and Minsk residents). The result was a dinner at a Chinese restaurant (in Minsk)!!! But the overall impression is pleasant. Yes, please note that there is a pedestrian zone around and a taxi will not drive up to the hotel - 5 minutes on foot in any direction.
A very atmospheric hotel. The rooms are like spacious cells, the furniture is solid made of solid wood. A real sense of immersion in the monastic way of life. There is no fitness or gym anymore. Billiards is available, two tables: Russian and a "type" pool. Breakfast without frills. The rooms are clean and cozy! The sound insulation is very good! Wi-fi does not always catch, you have to connect via the next room.
There is a swimming pool and sauna on the ground floor - we did not visit.
Very convenient location of the hotel!
I liked the hotel very much, it is located in the center, there are many entertainment places nearby, the noise insulation is super, the room was very cozy, the breakfasts are not very diverse, I really liked the oatmeal)
Overall, it is good: the rooms really look like monastic cells, clean, new furniture, in general, approx.
Which is not very good:
- it's all right next to the pulsating party center of the city, toot-toot-toot until two or three in the morning, I don't know
- breakfast seems to be from 7 to 11, so if you come at 10:30, then, for example, pancakes with cheese and ham, which have been on the stove for more than three hours, become a little porridge. The rest of the food, for the most part, is also slightly overstuffed (maybe there are few people on weekdays). But there is a large selection — sausages, sausages, sausages, salads, etc.
- and here are two things that I have encountered for the first time in my life, although I travel a lot. When we checked into our room (very expensive, to put it bluntly), we were told at the reception: you have water in your room and tea bags, this is a compliment from the hotel, if you want tea or water tomorrow, you will have to pay for them. At first I couldn't believe my ears and asked if the girl was joking. The room costs about 8000 Russian rubles per day for two, but do you have to pay for a bottle of water and a tea bag?? Really?? No, the girl wasn't joking)))
- and the second shock. At the entrance, we were given a cardboard envelope with plastic key cards, the name of the WIFI network was written in the envelope and the password was specified, the girl drew attention to it - here, they say, your WIFI. We come to the room, try to connect – there is no such network. Well, how is it… Looking for, not finding. We call the reception. We are told to turn on the TV. Hmm, I think maybe it's like monastery magic. Maybe then you need to turn on the water or there's an air conditioner. Turned on – it turns out that the TV is distributing WiFi. That is, there is no Wi-Fi without the TV on. For some reason, the girl, handing us the password at the entrance, forgot to warn us about it. But I don't want to work on a computer with the TV on! I don't want a TV at all! We found a channel with nothing on it, but still some kind of glow goes on, and if one sleeps at night, the second one is by default without WiFi, so as not to interfere.
These two things were amazing, otherwise normal.
Corresponds to 3 stars.
One of the advantages: in the very center of Minsk, right by the Town Hall, but at the same time it is perfectly quiet - with the windows closed, there is no sound, not even street musicians can be heard. Within walking distance of the embankment, metro, old town, street with bars. Authentic interior, comfortable in the room, clean and fresh linen, towels, furniture. The new hotel has new plumbing and there are no problems with water or anything else. There is parking and interesting "highlights" on site. There are several museums and a restaurant in the same complex of buildings.
Of the cons: a little tired reception staff, probably a lot of overwork, not all questions regarding check-in / accommodation are ready to help. The breakfast buffet is average, some of the products are left over from the previous day and are noticeably smoked (cheese, sausage), something is fried-warmed up for the second time. But at the same time, a set lunch for 15 rubles is wonderful!
I recommend staying here, keeping the nuances in mind. Maybe something will change and the service will get better!
The location is the oldest part of the city - among the temples, the town hall. By +10. We did not walk, it is very convenient to get to any part of the city. The streets are small, there are many cafes and restaurants.
The interior and attitude to the monument in which the hotel is located (apparently, it was really a monastery) are also at +10. The rooms have vaulted ceilings, everything is very stylish from the windows to the hallway and the lamps. Well, it's very nice to be there.
The beds are good, the linen is too. There is a kettle in the room, tea-sugar, bottled water (on the day of arrival).
Despite the three floors there is an elevator (panoramic). The courtyard is well maintained, flowers are everywhere.
There are friendly girls at the reception.
We didn't try breakfasts (in our opinion, it's a bit expensive, something like 2000 rubles for our money for breakfast), so we went to restaurants where for 1200 for two (!) It was possible to have a wonderful breakfast.
The cleanliness is perfect. I liked.
Very good location. Very clean. Towels are changed every day, as well as shower products. Breakfast tastes different, but the dishes are simple. You definitely won't stay hungry.
Fenced well-groomed territory, cute surprises ("hello lantern:) A good restaurant with reasonable prices. The very center of the city. And the unusual rooms are "cells" (this is a former ancient monastery), so the atmosphere is authentic. Everything is comfortable, the only disadvantage is that there was no refrigerator in our room.
The location is very convenient, in the center, but quiet.
The rooms are cozy, there is everything you need, the atmosphere of antiquity, reliability, comfort.
The breakfast buffet is very tasty.
Any questions and requests are immediately resolved at the reception.
I definitely want to stay at the hotel again.
1. Location: excellent (historical, central).
2. Room: antique, like in castles.
3. Room size: neither large nor small, the most optimal
4. In the room: hair dryer, conditioner, TV, safe, shampoo, gel and soap. Slippers, dental and shaving kits are missing. There is no refrigerator (at the reception they can offer a separate shared one, which is placed with them for such cases, under their supervision).
5. Service: the room and the hotel are clean. The staff is responsive, smiling, and young.
6. Breakfast: the choice of dishes is minimally sufficient.
The location is in the very center of Minsk, in the district of Zybitskaya street. All the interesting cafes and other fashionable places are here. Excellent hotel, one of the best in Minsk in terms of price/quality ratio. The rooms are made in full accordance with the monks' cells, at least the owners and staff of the hotel are convinced of this. The service is very decent. Breakfast is enough to forget about food before lunch. The rooms are clean, as is the whole hotel. The response is friendly, they will help you with all questions. The rooms have TV, WiFi, water, tea and coffee. The hotel also has a restaurant, sauna, billiards and a gym. The train station is a 10-minute drive away. I recommend it for trips to Minsk. I would put 4.5 out of 5.
The location couldn't be better. The very center. And of course, it is pleasant to live within the historical walls of the Bernardine monastery, founded at the beginning of the XVII century. Despite the modern comfort, the atmosphere of the monastery was preserved. Corridors, high ceilings, shutters on the windows, good-quality simple furniture. A good breakfast.
My room was on the ground floor, not far from the restaurant, next to the toilet. There was some kind of banquet in the evening, people were walking and using this toilet. The audibility is incredible.A bathrobe is not provided; there was no "do not disturb" sign. As a result, the maid persistently knocked on our door and was very unhappy when she asked her to come later.
An atmospheric hotel in a 17th century building, stylish and clean room, good/varied breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to the administrator Anastasia for her kindness and patience (we ran to the luggage room a hundred times).
A wonderful atmospheric hotel! The rooms are arranged in the reconstructed cells of the former Bernardine monastery. The historical reconstruction is very harmoniously combined with the modern cofort: the monastery elevator (for 13 people, however!) and the monastery shower cabin is very pleasantly surprised. The single room has everything except a refrigerator (!!!) - for 70€ per night, this is somewhat discouraging... Breakfast is excellent - there is porridge, sausages, sausages, draniki, several types of salads, yoghurts, juices
Great location. Spacious rooms (former monastic cells), clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast is without frills, but everything is delicious and of high quality. Near the street with bars and restaurants, traffic with music all night, it didn't bother us, but who likes silence, keep in mind. But if you close the window, nothing will be heard, the sound insulation is excellent.
The hotel is extremely beautiful!A former monastery!.It is definitely worth staying there if you are in Minsk. The atmosphere is magical!Great breakfasts, snow-white linen and silence, considering that there are many entertainment places nearby, but you can't hear anything inside! We slept soundly if it was delicious!Let's get back to you 100%!)
The hotel is good, with all 3 of its stars, the location is simply wonderful, in the center of the upper town and the main attractions. There are friendly girls at the reception, they suggested where to go and what to see.
The rooms are atmospheric, like a quite comfortable cell with vaulted ceilings and an echo. The bed is not particularly comfortable.
There is no minibar and refrigerator, there is a kettle.
I was surprised by the lack of a shoe spoon.
The breakfasts are ordinary, there is something to choose from. But they do not always monitor the timely replenishment of the buffet.
Among the disadvantages are the very noisy and cold central air conditioning, and the incredible roar of music from neighboring clubs. So if you like to sleep in the cool, either the buzzing of the conde, or a disco in an open window until 3 a.m. on a weekday.
In general, we were satisfied.
I really liked the hotel, the staff is friendly, the breakfasts are delicious. But the most important thing, in my opinion, is the location. I recommend you to visit.
The location is the very center, atmospheric, clean. The breakfast is sufficient, without frills. One of the disadvantages is that in the evening you can hear music from restaurants around.
The hotel is located in the historical center of Minsk. Clean rooms , comfortable mattresses. The plumbing is clean. The hotel is located in a monastery , which makes the corridors long and a little gloomy. Windows with shutters are a plus due to the proximity of a noisy street with night bars . The food is normal, porridge, pancakes, pancakes, cheesecakes and a lot of sausages. Delicious dairy products . Coffee from the machine . The staff is friendly.
A great hotel with good service. According to the location, it is better not to find it. Slippers, bathrobes and toothbrushes, however, should be taken with you.
An unforgettable stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and cozy, with stunning views. The service was at the highest level - all our requests were fulfilled instantly. The location of the hotel also left an impression. Overall, a great experience, we hope to come back here again!
Location in the heart of the city. Everything is nearby and the metro, and monuments. The collection for the tour is five minutes from the hotel.
The room is nice, we were on the third floor. The views are gorgeous from the windows. The room was taken without breakfast and lunch with dinner. We went to the Lido cafe for lunch. Everything was delicious and at a price. The staff, the girls are responsive, always in touch if you need something. Well done. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, water, tea and coffee were provided. Thank them very much. I liked everything very much.
It's a very atmospheric place. Good location, no need to walk far, everything interesting is nearby. If you want the embankment, you want to have a delicious meal, but if you want, you can go shopping or admire the various figures in the alleys. The food is very tasty. The rooms are large, clean and cozy.
I'm visiting this one for the first time. Location in the center, proximity to all historical and cultural sites. The hotel itself left a pleasant impression, the building is historical with large rooms, quiet, peaceful. Breakfast is simple, but it's OK for a short trip.
There is a street nearby where the music is blaring until 5 am. To adjust the air conditioner, you need to call the night attendant, and she transmits the request to the control panel of the technician. When the air conditioner is set to a minimum, a jet of cold air hits so that after 15 minutes your throat starts to hurt. They asked to move us to another room. The air conditioner was not turned on, the window was kept open. Until 23.00, music was blaring in the restaurant under the windows, and from 23 to 5 in the morning, the invited beats came from around the corner. And it was considered a quiet room, away from the noise. But it's better than a sore throat. Breakfast is a buffet. Except porridge and cottage cheese with sour cream, everything else is fried and fatty, with a lot of vegetable oil. There is no refrigerator in the room. The staff is polite and helpful.
Convenient and located in the old town. There are a lot of interesting things around, including a street filled with interesting and very cool bars in different ways. The bars are right in charge. I especially liked "At the bottom". Room service is fast and unobtrusive. Everything is clean. There are moments: there is not enough light in the rooms, the breakfast assortment is small and the quality of the products leaves much to be desired. In particular, the cappuccino function is turned off in the coffee machine. The rooms are quiet, but the door does not drown out the noise. For some reason, the sauna does not work on Mondays and Tuesdays (just when we were visiting, sadness). The TVs in the rooms have some kind of locking system and constantly freeze and turn off themselves (we judge by three different rooms that my friends and I rented). Due to the fact that the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone, a taxi will not come for you and will not bring you to the hotel and you need to go to the barrier (and you need to guess which ones are open and which are not. They have their own algorithm and taxi drivers have their own in their heads. Under the mood ...).
It is located in the old city center of Minsk. The room is decorated in an old style (beds, table, chairs). There is a kettle, tea and coffee bags, two bottles of water. The air conditioner (couldn't figure out the controls), so it was stuffy, they opened the window. The room is clean, light cleaning was carried out every day. The bathroom has a hairdryer, shower, and a set of hygiene items. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. What I didn't like. The lack of a cooler with water, it was suggested to buy from them. The Internet access point was only the TV turned on, which made it inconvenient to connect Wi-Fi. And the TV itself was constantly frozen when switching channels. With such a room rate of 8000 rubles per day, it would be nice to have bathrobes and disposable slippers. We recommend that you check with the hotel in advance about parking.
The hotel with an interesting history, former monastic cells, is located in the city center, all the interior design is stylized in an antique style, the rooms are clean and comfortable, cleaning every day, good breakfasts, as well as inexpensive and delicious lunches will not leave anyone indifferent.
An interesting format, it looks like a castle, large rooms, shutters, antique cabinets, chairs. The children even played hide-and-seek well, there is a place to hide. The bathroom is technical, everything flows well and is washed off, but the rustic and uncomfortable flap on the bathtub from splashes, you can't get to the faucet from the floor. Toothbrushes and hair balm would be nice. They just forgot, but they didn't. The blankets are great, big, and pillows can be added one at a time. The breakfast is quite tolerable, there is everything you need and I would like a little toasted glaze so that the protein is not liquid. The center has its own, though paid, Parking.
Reasonable prices, breakfast from 7 to 11 (buffet). The view from the window is super! The only drawback is the bed (you can not make more intensive movements on it, otherwise it starts to creak and bang against the wall), it also gets a little cool at night, and the thermostat does not help to tune in normally.
The rooms are not large, but cozy, there is no refrigerator in the economy, a bathrobe for an additional fee. The food for breakfast is varied, but without sophistication, you can eat enough, the staff adds ending positions on the first request. In general, the hotel is not bad, The Windows facing the courtyard of the hotel from +-19.30 to 23.00 will listen to the music of a local amateur musician and his musicians in warm weather, they sing sincerely, with the windows closed, audibility is not pronounced.
