A wonderful hotel! We stayed for 2 days. I liked everything very much. The room is very clean, there is a TV, kettle, shower facilities, hairdryer, towels. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. Many thanks to the staff, especially the girl at the reception. Unfortunately, I don't know her name. When calling a taxi to the train station, there was a problem with payment. The girl helped to call a taxi, the car was delivered within 5 minutes, so we did not miss the train.
The hotel is located in the very center of the old (upper Minsk)cities. It is like a crosshair of the 2 main party quarters of central Minsk - it can be compared with Rubinstein Street in St. Petersburg, but multiplied by 4 in terms of the density of entertainment facilities and bars.
Despite the high concentration of walkers during the weekend, the noise isolation in the hotel is good.
I lived in a new building, there are only rooms with a bathroom (instead of a shower cabin) and with a private veranda - exit directly from the "window" of the room. 1st level - there is also a courtyard of the hotel.
I lived in August -22nd, it was quiet and deserted.
The breakfasts are quite rich and the buffet assortment is not bad, (comparatively!) - I was pleasantly surprised. I expected a much worse picture. I was satisfied with breakfast - there is porridge, fruits, yoghurts, and coffee from a decent car. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. For example, I heard champagne for cooling them , since mini-bars in the room work in terms of frost - "slowly"..
*you can also put food in the refrigerator at the reception.
There is a combination bar with a billiard room, but it is empty. They mostly play billiards.
The bar and restaurant close early. Apparently there is no point - the guests come for a walk. And there is a place to roam here
There are very interesting, original and very stylish establishments in the district.
The room is cleaned every day.
Good towels, expensive solid furniture, 2 good carpets on the floor in the room - by the bed and in the living room.
Room with a kettle. Everything is done richly. It is slightly stylized as a ‘monastic cell'.
There is an air conditioner - controlled in an hour by a wave at the reception. It's a little unusual,
but! the required t is guaranteed 👍🏻
The hotel certainly does not pull 5⭐️ by conventional standards.
But the measurements are the measurements, and most importantly - the RESULT.
I have learned full satisfaction with all aspects of living in the monastery.
Location, peace, room service, quality and assortment of food, room quality. The price-quality ratio, taking into account the purchase of a reservation for the promotion. :) here, as anyone is lucky, but it is important to note that on the hotel's website there are regular discounts when buying online.
Total: 5 points out of 5
The interior of the rooms for 5+ , all solid wood furniture: a large wardrobe, a bed, 2 chairs, an armchair, a work desk and coffee tables. Everything is VERY heavy, made for the ages. Even the shelf in the bathroom is made of solid wood. There is not enough refrigerator, a place for it in the table drawer is provided, apparently it has also been purchased. I liked the stylized bronze lamp in the form of a candlestick, a flat-screen TV with a large diagonal. Against this background, the interior of the bathroom is rustic. An incomprehensible plastic panel instead of a curtain in the bathroom has a strangely placed hair dryer - low, next to the toilet. But these are small things. Cons: music was blaring until 6 a.m. (apparently there is a nightclub nearby), despite the fact that the hotel is located just behind the Minsk Cathedral, the music was turned off - pipes began to hum unbearably loudly, so people began to get up and use the bathrooms. Wi-Fi was crashing all the time, I was tired of entering the password. I did not take breakfast, because it is very expensive (about 800 rubles in Russian rubles). The impressions of one sleepless night are described .
The hotel is really practically in the city center, if you are not here for work, but on vacation with your family, then this is a good option. It didn't suit me at all, the bed was small, the air conditioner barely worked. On weekends, you can hear party squeals all night from all sides of the street (your 2 double-glazed windows do not save you from music) The smell in the room was when checking in not very clean carpets. Well, I won't say anything about the toilet refilling water all night, sleeping with him was a mockery.
P.s. I took it with a late booking to get some sleep. But the aunt who cleaned the neighboring rooms at 9 a.m. sinned that I shouldn't sleep!)
The Monastyrsky Hotel struck with its exterior antiquity and modern decoration inside the hotel! The cells are decorated and equipped in a modern style - TV, shower room, breakfast in the monastery dining room
Good location, very interesting rooms, but the service is full of greetings, the check-in is hellish, there is no water in the room, only when checking in, there is also no place to buy. Something is wrong here (( But the scariest thing is the noise from the nightclub and casino. That is, you arrived in beautiful Minsk, had a good time, returned to your room after a great dinner with wine or beer, took a shower and slept for about 24 hours, because in the morning you have various interesting things to do, and by the way, it's Tuesday or Wednesday, or maybe Thursday, but weekdays in a word. And so you covered yourself with a blanket and fell into a deep sleep, but that was not the case after 24 hours, a hellish Hell begins, a nightclub is turned on and a blanket flies off you from the roar of music, believe me, earplugs do not save, this hell lasts until 6 o'clock in the morning. As explained by the locals, the income of the club is very decent, the rest of the guests and citizens is cheaper. Dear reader, it is worth taking a look at the monastery, but in no case do not stay at this hotel, take care of yourself!
A very atmospheric place!!! Thick walls, high ceilings... you really feel like you're in a monastery!!! Quite a delicious breakfast buffet and a great geographical location... Zybitskaya Street is 50 meters away!!! The only thing is that parking is not possible on weekends... but there are many places nearby where you can park your car
In terms of location, it is one of the best places. The rooms themselves are very atmospheric. The staff is helpful. Now about the bad news - the breakfasts are poor and undivided. The bathroom is more like a roadside motel in style than the rest of the rooms. The accessories are cheap: a shower gel that does not soap and does not particularly willingly come out of the bottle and everything in this style.
An excellent hotel, the location is just Super, everything is in leisurely walking distance, the breakfasts are excellent, those who write about the fact that breakfast is *not very*, I would like to ask, what exactly is not satisfied??? :)
A disco can be heard late at night, but it is not critical, if possible, ask for rooms not overlooking the square. Have a great stay at a wonderful hotel!!!
Excellent location in the historical center, and not just in the center, but in a restored building that belonged to the monastery. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is gorgeous.
Hole. Below is a detailed explanation of why.
Do not be fooled, there is a chance that you will be lucky, but it is not great.
Location. And here I want to start with a plus - objectively the location is very successful. But it either exists and does not spoil, or it does not - and also does not change.
Rooms.
With an appraising glance, we were placed in a room in an annex with a leaky ceiling, there were streaks on the wall.
Completely clueless wi-fi, which works only when the TV is on.
It is absolutely certain that for this money you will find much more comfort in Minsk.
In general, I would not like to write a review, leaving this unpleasant impression in the past, but recently friends told me how they settled in this hotel, reporting the same sad aftereffects that I encountered.
The room in the annex can fall out randomly. They can say that these will be the same old cells - and this will be a real lie. It was with her that the first impression began. Later, as I wrote above, there was a sad number.
Small, eager for repairs.
Additionally, there are clubs nearby. It's not a secret, but it's noisy and you need to be prepared for it.
The food is mediocre Soviet cuisine. Again, why pay for disappointment? Yes, it is not spoiled, but no, it will not be remembered and will not be liked if you pretend to be something more serious than mediocre blbds cooked in the style of "grab".
Service - the service has not kept pace with the 21st century.
It's a sad scoop, and it's in the heads.
I'll start with communication - it's from top to bottom.
- Bathrobes in the room? You should have asked us for them.
Let me remind you - he lived in an annex. There is a rather narrow room along the corridor. There is also an ironing board with an iron. Its presence will not allow the two sides to separate - so narrowly.
In order not to disturb anyone, I took an ironing board with an iron to the room during ironing, which took a maximum of 6 minutes. In order to stroke away into this narrow corridor.
After finishing ironing, I met a cleaning lady who (attention) yelled at me.
Yelled, Carl. For a client, for a person who acted out of concern for others. Who would not steal an iron, but at the time of use, rewired it so as not to interfere.
- This iron is boring for the guest! - among other words, she was indignant.
- and I'm sorry, who am I?
I admit, I really regret that I was brought up. It was probably tedious to yell back, or even accompany dissatisfaction with physical actions, in order to somehow bring the staff to their senses.
When I checked out, I was told to stand until the room was accepted.
I understand that theft is possible (probably someone stole the irons, which became the pain of all the staff, who paid for the purchase of a new one, as a hypothesis), however, the tone and words, manners... This is the bottom. These are ill-mannered people with obvious aggression and antipathy.
Cleanliness - there were no cockroaches. The mold in the bathroom was in the corner. The sheets were clean, there was no dirt on the floor. There is dust on the lamp. I didn't wear white gloves, maybe there was something else somewhere.
A convincing request is either to knowingly put the staff in place, communicating with them in advance and guaranteed to demand the declared number, or ignore this place and avoid it.
I hoped that my experience was the only one. Now the visiting friends said that they did not like it very much.
An appeal to the owner.
The face of the hotel is the reception, the staff. You have this face - not a face, but another part of the body, and not pleasant, not coaxing. Do something about it. If, of course, it is in your best interests.
The hotel is located right in the old city center, the room is very unusual, you live as if in a castle, there are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel, breakfast was not taken at the hotel, so I can't say anything about them. There is an underground parking for 6-7 cars, a very narrow passage, you are just passing by on a Chevrolet Traverse, but you got used to it a couple of times.
We just stopped by for a snack. Belarusian pancakes and all sorts of sausages. Very tasty, overeated)) It's beautiful inside, the waitress girl was smiling at us all the time. Accept the World card. Only the toilet is far away, but that's not a problem.
Nice beautiful hotel in the city center. The prices are pleasant. A minibar at reasonable prices. The rooms are clean and cozy. Delicious breakfasts in the restaurant. Now about the cons: It is very large with a bunch of entrances, exits and corridors that are built in the form of some kind of labyrinths... You definitely won't be able to find your room, restaurant or reception right away. Not to mention parking. It is also very unclear how to get to this hotel, there are only barriers and concrete blocks everywhere. The navigator won't help either. Thanks to the receptionist, who was able to orient and guide us to the hotel by phone.
I liked the hotel very much: clean, quiet, cozy. There is everything you need. It is located in the city center, near many different establishments for every taste. For the declared three stars, it is very decent, the next time I am in Minsk I will definitely stay in it.
What you will encounter.
There is no parking.
Check-in under the barrier by calling the reception (-15min) in both directions.
Passage through the pedestrian zone (we are going around waiting).
We spent 30 minutes looking for an entrance!.
We turned around and canceled the reservation!.
This is our experience with visiting this hotel
A good hotel, room 302 is good) wooden windows, shutters, just like in a real cell)) the cleaning is good, but the staff comes in as if to their own home)) I'm in my underpants, I'm lying on the bed and then they come in with cleaning 🤣🤣🤣 I asked to come in a little later) I went for a walk around the city with my wife, we staggered for 4-5 hours, returned to the room, we rest, my wife is in the shower, I'm in my underpants on the bed, and then you'll guess🤣🤣🤣 but in general the hotel is not bad) for three nights we paid 780r like, not the point)) near the Hotel there are many bars and cafes for every taste and color)) it won't be boring!!!
Good location, interesting interior, there is one disadvantage - paid Parking. It's a very atmospheric place. Breakfast for 4, for this money you can have breakfast in the restaurants next door
A very pleasant place, in the historical part of Minsk. The breakfasts are delicious, the beds are comfortable. The walls are thick, the neighbors do not interfere
On May 21-27, 2023, on a business trip.
Minuses:
1. Breakfast is the WORST BREAKFAST (pictured) that I've eaten in my entire life at all. All the frozen pastries, everything tasteless, greasy, overcooked, the cheapest, I still did not understand the filling of the pancakes-it was so terrible, the nuggets are gray (in the photo at the top of the plate between the sausage and the omelet).
2. ONLY espresso works in the coffee machine, when asked about cappuccino, they advised to pour milk from a cardboard liter bag. The coffee machine costs $500, it's inexpensive for 3 stars.
3. There was no condensed milk, puddings.
The cost of this breakfast is 945 Russian rubles ($11), for this money you can posh in the Paul pastry shop, located 150 meters away.
Positive:
1. Polite staff who know the city, including waiters.
2. The location in the historical center next to the party places is great, for those who hear loud music, you can live in the forest, there are plenty of them in the city. You can't hear music with the windows closed.
3. Clean rooms with excellent sound insulation.
A nice hotel in the very center of Minsk.
BUT breakfast is a complete monster. During the 4 days of staying at the hotel, only one question arose: how can you spoil a simple meal like that?!
Great hotel. Especially if you stay in the old wing: where the vaulted ceilings and rooms really look like cells.
Polite staff and delicious breakfasts.
It is also conveniently located in the very historical center of the city. Nearby there is an excellent brasserie "Near the Town Hall" - I also recommend it.
Nice room. excellent staff. the room is clean and tidy. Everything is very beautifully decorated. We have been there more than once and we will definitely come again
Positive:
Location, Parking, accommodation with animals.
Reality:
- the most friendly is the janitor; only one girl at the reception greets;
- The food is cold, standard, everything is there, the signs are mixed up, the coffee is running out of water and you need to call someone, milk is separated from coffee three meters away, food is rarely updated, not as it is absent, water is not boiled for tea.
- The cleaning is terrible, there are two live spiders under the bed, they found polyethylene in the closet from previous guests.
- The shoe spoon never appeared.
- Lots of hangers, gel, shampoo, soap.
- Very uncomfortable light, dark, shutters, people from the dining room were smoking in front of our window, a large closet, a safe.
- The bed was wobbly.
- Parking is closed, 19 bel rubles per day, 7 places for the hotel, the jeep fits, without a trunk.
- From Friday 20:00 to Mon 8:00 there is a pedestrian zone around the hotel, you cannot get to the hotel, you need to walk for 6-8 minutes.
- The girl at the reception does not know where the nearest exchanger or ATM is, she sent it to the train station, and in fact there is a 24-hour ATM in the bank in 3 minutes.
- According to TLF, they can't properly explain how to go to the hotel, they confuse the right with the left. The Google map from the reservation clearly shows the way, Yandex only the house.
- The water in the shower does not go away, you have to stand in 4 cm of water.
We were in April 2022. A wonderful atmospheric hotel with a great location close to many attractions. We had a suite of 70 square meters. meters. The style of the monastery is maintained in all details, plus modern amenities, conquered the hearts of our family. I was bribed by the presence of an underground parking lot, since we were by car. Good breakfasts. I will recommend it to friends visiting Minsk.
The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings, and there is enough furniture. We had a room for two, family even more.
Hearty breakfast Buffet, there is not much variety, but everything is delicious. There is a kettle and a refrigerator in the room.
For car travelers, underground Parking, paid. But we must be prepared for the fact that all entrances to the hotel are blocked by barriers, so check-in is only from Zybitskaya Street.
The smell of incense is clearly in the room.
A normal hotel, a varied breakfast, spacious rooms, antique. The WiFi is normal. It was cold in the room, but it looked like it was possible to adjust the temperature on the regulator at the entrance.
A wonderful hotel and a very good location - one of the most interesting places in Minsk.
The interior is very spacious: it is a rebuilt monastery.
The elevator is placed in the courtyard, as in St. Petersburg old houses.
The rooms are comfortable and thoughtful. There are no air conditioners, but the walls are thick and it's not hot in summer. Wooden shutters are used instead of curtains.
There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel, breakfast and lunch are offered. There is also a bar, billiards, gym and sauna, which must be booked in advance.

A great place for solo travel. Beautifully restored ancient monastery. There is parking, but in the "hot" season it is often packed. Check-in is available around the clock. A normal, no frills breakfast. And of course, a great location.
Great location. Nearby is a "party" street, on the other side there are many shopping centers, a river with boat rentals, catamarans. Metro 2min walk.
The hotel itself is very interesting, the walls are thick, the neighbors are not heard at all. The breakfasts are delicious, quite varied (buffet). For tourists from the Russian Federation, payment is in cash or a Mir card (it is more profitable at the exchange rate). I recommend the hotel 100%%

A picturesque place in the very center. A cozy hotel, the room has everything you need, including hygiene products, the only thing was no slippers. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious.
A great place to relax. Paradise for the Orthodox. There is a cathedral nearby. The staff is calm and ready to help. The rooms are great. Cleaning, you won't blink an eye.
A wonderful place!! We had a great time!! clean, cozy, calm. cleaning was done every day. a cozy bed with the most delicate linen, stylish interior. The historical center has a special atmosphere. It's not cheap, but if possible, I recommend this place!!
An interesting and unusual hotel. Quiet, atmospheric. We really liked the antique interior, but this is for an amateur. On the downside, there was no refrigerator in the room. It is difficult to call a taxi to the hotel, you will have to walk. But there is a place to walk and something to see. The staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely want to come back!
The hotel is very nice, located in the very center, the best place for hiking. The rooms are atmospheric, those who wanted to visit the monastery - a "miniature version")).
A wonderful hotel, an ancient monastery building converted into a modern hotel with an elevator. Good sound insulation, because the walls are thick, comfortable rooms. The only bad thing is that the refrigerators were removed. But we were in winter, the food was put between the frames. And with the windows open, you can hear music from nearby bars and restaurants
A charming, cozy, beautiful place. The staff is courteous, attentive, and courteous. The hotel is very clean, the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed. The breakfasts were nutritious, VERY VERY TASTY, my husband and I had enough of one serving for two. It was nice to receive a compliment from the hotel on my birthday, very tasty pies. The hotel is located in the center of Minsk, there were a lot of cafes for every taste around, we visited many and only positive reviews from each institution. Very tasty, varied, competent and attentive, smiling (sincerely) waiters, high-level service. Once again, we received a lot of the most positive emotions. I love Belarus 🥰🥰🥰
The hotel is very atmospheric, the location is great. But that's where the advantages end. Parking is limited on weekends and paid on weekdays. This is not mentioned on the hotel's website. Everything creaks, the application to lubricate the hinges has not been fulfilled. Mattresses are just a nightmare, with a slight movement of your partner you fly up a meter. Cleaning is very conditional, but if you are not careful to leave an expensive razor or cream in a bag on the floor, they will be disposed of without any compensation. There is no ventilation, if you have opened the windows, be ready to listen to local bars until morning. The breakfasts are not bad, but the lunches are straight from the dining room level, not a restaurant. The advantages are very friendly staff and laundry services. There is no refrigerator, even in rooms with a high category, if you have medicines, then this point must also be borne in mind.
A very interesting building with a history and atmosphere. We lived here in the middle of September. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning every day. Towels are also changed daily
A hotel whose building, or rather a monastery, dates back to 1426!!! A strong place. And absolutely wonderful manager Irina!
She gave us a tour, showed us the cell left in its original form, a wonderful restaurant and a sauna!!!
The staff is the kindest and most helpful.
Dear Irina, prosperity to your hotel!!!
