Everything is fine, starting with booking a seat (thanks separately to Diana for her help) and ending with a comfortable trip. The bus has very comfortable seats and is in good condition, there is wi-fi! I was satisfied with everything - the ticket price and good service on the bus – I recommend it!
We always went to Warsaw and back with Intercars, and everything was always great, but the last time left a complete disappointment. 08/16/2024 flight Minsk-Warsaw (9:40) bus number VA 0333-5. We came across terrible drivers, they responded rudely to all requests from passengers, did not get into the situation in any way, angry, cursed in front of everyone. It's a shock to me. A convincing request to the managers, look who you hire for the flight, this is your reputation, it is very easy and fast to destroy it with such personnel. In the 30-degree heat, we stood for 17 hours at the border without air conditioning. It was impossible to be on the bus. Even when asked to pay extra for gasoline, just to turn on the air conditioner, the drivers did not agree, citing savings. Before entering the border, the drivers detained us by trying to sell more tickets to those who wanted to join us, since we were almost the first to enter. We were overtaken by other buses, and we just waited until our bus was packed with their pockets. I tried to contact the managers of Intercars, explained the problem, to which they simply told me "We will pass the information to the management." As you know, this did not help, the usual unsubscription.
It is a pleasure to deal with this company. They are politely served, there is a convenient telegram channel where they notify about transfers. It is especially convenient that each seat has its own charging outlet.
A HUGE TIP IS TO AVOID INTERCARS if you don't want to get a lot of negative emotions.
Absolutely terrible service, after I was detained at the border for 2 hours by border guards, which did not depend on me in any way and was very stressful, I went to customs,
and the bus driver began to tell me off that I STILL HAD NOT BOARDED the BUS))) and everyone has been waiting for me for a long time and are angry.
I explained all this to the driver, that it was not my fault. At that moment, the customs officers had to check my backpack, and the driver very plaintively asked them to take me off the flight)
so that the bus would go without me.
They said that they did not have such authority, and that now someone higher would come up to resolve the issue. To which the driver said, "I REALLY HOPE THAT IT WILL BE REMOVED."
As a result, I asked to be taken off the flight myself, so that I would have nothing more to do with this service.
I have never seen a worse service. The money for the ticket is not refunded.
And the worst part is, I was late for boarding, I ran 5 minutes later, the bus hadn't left yet, it was delayed, and the driver wouldn't let me in. He said, I've already closed the list, goodbye.
And he went without me.
And what about the company? They took my money. And they don't care if I'm on the bus or I'll spend the night at the train station in another country)))

The reaction of the driver was amazing when I finally caught up with them. He responded to my claims with the malicious smile of a man who was absolutely sure of his impunity! And when I asked his last name, he even threatened to drop him off the bus! The level of lawlessness and piggish attitude towards passengers is off the scale not only due to the connivance of the IP BayerTtans management towards the situation, but also the regulatory authorities of the Ministry of Transport and the police, allowing drivers to charge forty euros per person who has already bought a ticket to Warsaw for transferring from the rear buses to those that stand directly in front of the entrance to the checkpoint. No wonder that before such a violation as not to wait for a person, no one will care at all! "...according to the rules, the stop is five minutes and the driver is not responsible!" Is it okay that a minute ago, the same driver promised that he would wait??? Not bothering to count five people (there are witnesses from among the passengers who confirmed that no one counted how many people were in the cabin before departure), this is the most accurate adherence to such transportation rules.
I would like our law enforcement agencies to pay attention to the lawlessness that is happening in the Intercars company and the IP BayerTrans carrier company and take appropriate measures!
We were traveling on the Minsk-St. Petersburg Route on 11.09.2024. It's not the first time we've driven, but we've never seen such a boorish attitude from drivers. We had seats 1 and 2, at first the drivers were outraged that we were loudly inflating the pillow, then, when my husband wanted to adjust the air flow, it started: Do you know how to do this?
