The queue at the checkout, I approached one of the drivers with the question whether it was possible to stay, to which I received an affirmative answer literally - "let's wait for everyone"! And that's it, these are five people who traveled to Prague. After 3-4 minutes, leaving the store, I saw only the back of the departing bus! I will not describe the difficulties of solving the situation without a phone operating in Poland and the availability of the necessary amount in crowns for a taxi. The reaction of the driver was amazing when I finally caught up with them. He responded to my claims with the malicious smile of a man who was absolutely sure of his impunity! And when I asked his last name, he even threatened to drop him off the bus! The level of lawlessness and piggish attitude towards passengers is off the scale not only due to the connivance of the IP BayerTtans management towards the situation, but also the regulatory authorities of the Ministry of Transport and the police, allowing drivers to charge forty euros per person who has already bought a ticket to Warsaw for transferring from the rear buses to those that stand directly in front of the entrance to the checkpoint. No wonder that before such a violation as not to wait for a person, no one will care at all! "...according to the rules, the stop is five minutes and the driver is not responsible!" Is it okay that a minute ago, the same driver promised that he would wait??? Not bothering to count five people (there are witnesses from among the passengers who confirmed that no one counted how many people were in the cabin before departure), this is the most accurate adherence to such transportation rules.
I would like our law enforcement agencies to pay attention to the lawlessness that is happening in the Intercars company and the IP BayerTrans carrier company and take appropriate measures!

I was traveling from Intercars from Minsk to St. Petersburg on July 30 on a comfortable bus, the trip was excellent. I had to take tickets back early, so they cost 100 rubles more (for two), and the best thing is that I ordered and booked seats on a big bus, and as a result we were thrown into a round-the-world cockfighting from vitexpress from St. Petersburg to Vitebsk, then to Orsha, then to Mogilev, then us in general for some reason, they were transferred to another minibus and only then sent to Minsk. I do not dispute that the service was rendered correctly, we arrived on time, but we hid that we were traveling by minibus instead of a bus, and a full cycle of night crossings through the cities of Belarus with stops every 2 hours is such a quest (you will not fall asleep).

I constantly travel by buses of this company Minsk-Moscow. There have never been any incidents during many trips. We always arrive on time, and sometimes even in advance. The buses are comfortable and clean. The chairs are comfortable, and each chair has Wi-Fi and USB outputs for charging the phone. In winter, the stove works and it's not cold to drive, in summer, the air conditioner can be turned on or off at each place. When asked to stop, he said, "keep all your stuff home" and "you should drink less beer." We came across terrible drivers, they responded rudely to all requests from passengers, did not get into the situation in any way, angry, cursed in front of everyone. It's a shock to me. A convincing request to the managers, look who you hire for the flight, this is your reputation, it is very easy and fast to destroy it with such personnel. In the 30-degree heat, we stood for 17 hours at the border without air conditioning. It was impossible to be on the bus. Even when asked to pay extra for gasoline, just to turn on the air conditioner, the drivers did not agree, citing savings. Before entering the border, the drivers detained us by trying to sell more tickets to those who wanted to join us, since we were almost the first to enter. We were overtaken by other buses, and we just waited until our bus was packed with their pockets. I tried to contact the managers of Intercars, explained the problem, to which they simply told me "We will pass the information to the management." As you know, this did not help, the usual unsubscription.
I went to Vilnius and Warsaw several times. There have never been any delays. From time to time, you can catch big discounts on tickets, the main thing is to keep an eye on the newsletter)

Good afternoon! I bought a ticket Minsk Warsaw on 07/22/24 at 11.35 a.m., (ticket number 4022757, bought on the website on 07/10/24) On 07/21/24 the carrier called, said that the flight was canceled. It took me a long time to get through to Intercars Europe to inform them about the refund. The room was occupied, then it was reset. As a result, the girl Ekaterina called back, said to return, you need to fill out an application form and sent me this form. I couldn't fill out this form, because it was downloaded to pdf on my phone, it was impossible to edit it (I'm 65 years old, maybe I didn't understand something). As a result, I wrote all the data specified in the application and needed for a refund in any form in a letter to the company's email address. Today, on 07/29.24, the company has not yet returned the money, as I understand the company does not like to part with money, and this is the case when the refund is not on my initiative but due to the fault of the company and the carrier. It is not clear at all in this case why the application, if the company has sold a ticket for a flight that has been canceled. I think the company is dishonest and provides services poorly, violating the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus. The company must work closely with the carrier, and in case of flight cancellation, the money must be returned to the buyer in full. And it turns out that the buyer is already punished, the ticket is connected with a further air trip, and instead of buying a new ticket, she should spend half a day dealing with money refund issues. And it is also unclear why, if the ticket is returned due to the buyer's fault within 24 hours, the seller returns only part of the money to the buyer, and if the flight is canceled (refund due to their fault), the money is not returned for a week or more. It turns out to be some kind of unilateral responsibility.

We are sitting at the train station, completely abandoned, not knowing when the bus will arrive, or if it will arrive at all. I wish every employee to ride their own buses every day and solve problems with their colleagues, because this situation is a humiliation of human dignity, also for my money.
