The sleepy drivers began to tell how tired they were and hadn't eaten or slept all day (-just professionals!Tired of the heat, sleepy children and a bus at night with tired drivers-the adventure continued for the parents, because fatigue was completely removed-everyone made sure that the driver did not fall asleep!

There was a trip on 02/27.24 Minsk-Moscow and 09.03.24 Moscow-Minsk. There was no wifi in the territory of the Russian Federation.
People had difficulty connecting (who had a phone number) when traveling to Moscow... It was very unpleasant, because I couldn't notify my relatives that I was driving up. And, of course, there was excitement on their part, whether everything was okay, because there was no way to get in touch..
On the way back (to Minsk) there was no wifi at all..
Comrades, if you don't want to waste your nerves and time, then I strongly advise against this transportation company.
I outline the situation:
1. A ticket was purchased for November 3, 21:15 with a flight from St. Petersburg to Minsk. Everything is fine, it would seem that the weekend should go well, a full boarding of 60 people.
2. Suitable departure time. They announce to us that the flight is delayed, and it's worth going to the bus station building, which we did. It seemed that the delay is usually a matter, especially for international flights.
3. The information we receive during the hour of delay sounds like this: "Another hour and eat"; "There is no driver's license plate, nothing is known"; "They say that he broke down".
4. I would like to properly thank the employees of bus station No.2 St. Petersburg - they listened to all the comments from 60 people, knowing that they were not to blame for the mistake of a private carrier.
5. Thus, we waited at the bus station for 4.5 hours, where after finding the bus OURSELVES, we find out that it has not even been repaired during this time.
That is, we waited 4.5 hours just in vain, spoiled the weekend that was planned. It's good for us — Petersburgers, indeed, we just went home, but for Minsk residents who were forced to register hotels, stay out of touch, because they are not in their native country. It's disgusting.
By taxi, of course, we left at our own expense. The bus left only in the morning and took only 4 people out of 60 passengers.
To put it mildly, I do not recommend this transportation company. I strongly recommend saving your nerves by choosing another carrier.
The drivers are polite, the buses are clean. The possibility of online booking and rescheduling the date / time of departure.
There is a big minus: I did not meet any of the declared USB sockets on 3 trips in working condition, all ports are "broken".

We bought two tickets from St. Petersburg to Minsk on 07/06/2023, the fact that the seats could not be chosen was warned in advance, but the employee of Intercars assured me that I would definitely not be separated from the girl
We arrived at the train station in St. Petersburg and the most interesting thing began, one of the drivers began to demand money for luggage, (Intercars clarified the cost of luggage in advance, said it was included in the ticket price and clarified the sizes allowed for transportation, said not to worry, you don't have to pay for it), when the driver was shown tickets and items where it says, that the luggage for transportation goes without payment, he began to be rude that he would not be lucky anywhere
The cost of luggage in Russia was the same, in Belarusian it was different, in Belarusian currency it was different, luggage was paid for by everyone who bought tickets to Intercars (all such passengers were dissatisfied) the driver simply took money from the bus, did not fix it in any way, did not mark anywhere, there were no checks and cash desks even close, I just put it in my pocket with a smile
As for the trip itself, the drivers were either tired, or they were always like that, they were very rude to everyone when someone came up with requests, they could see all this sitting in the second row in front
Very often they were distracted by phones (not the navigator or the application of their schedule) , at night from one such situation, after he reached for the phone, ran over the lane , knocked down a rubber cone (side, column)
They often came up and asked to turn off the air conditioner at night, they didn't like such requests either
Then during the trip at night, something clogged in the fan on the roof, which created a loud and unpleasant sound of ultrasound or squeaking, many times passengers came up and asked to look, since it was impossible to sit with such a long sound (they also approached at the moment when the bus was at a stop or at the border ) the driver rudely replied that he did not know anything, could not do anything, fortunately, after 2.5 hours, the second driver woke up and was able to eliminate the ultrasound, and also very unsafe driving according to traffic rules
But first of all, I want one and the second company to get in touch about the issue of paying for luggage?! Did I have to pay? Why is there no receipt? Why is there no record of what was paid for the luggage? And why did the consultants, when selling tickets, please note that they asked this question themselves, did not warn about the payment and said that everything was included in the ticket price?
I will also contact the transport inspectorate and the tax service regarding the payment of baggage without documents

I went from Kazan to Moscow, good service, comfortable buses, comfortable seats, a spacious interior, my feet do not rest on the front seats.

This company does not meet the modern requirements of passenger transportation, a complete lack of customer orientation (lack of feedback, timely informing its customers about flight time changes (they waited for the Warsaw -Minsk bus for 5.5 hours on the street at night). Intercars does not bear any responsibility for passengers.
I do not recommend dealing with this carrier. Otherwise, you risk simply not leaving.

We would like to express our gratitude to the drivers who followed the Minsk-Anapa route on 24.07-26.07 (Evgeny and Nikolai) for a good road. Please note that there were some problems on the bus, but the drivers tried to make sure that we arrived on time for our vacation. We would like to note that these drivers stopped only at free stops with toilets. And the drivers who took us back on the Anapa-Minsk 04.08-05.08 flight (Vasily and Vitaly) stopped only at parking lots with paid toilets on the way, without asking passengers if they had the opportunity to pay for them.
And I would also like to note that the bus that took us to Anapa immediately broke down and the people who rode it back to Minsk had to wait 12 hours for their departure, judging by the online article.

There is obscene language in the lexicon. Drivers do not have any understanding at all that they are not just driving, but carrying lbdey. The driver was on the phone in the dead of night in the dark. Which didn't even give me a chance to relax.
I moved to the front seat for a minute to change my shoes, the driver asked me to leave with a claim.
I don't know who writes reviews that "drivers are adequate". I didn't see anything adequate here. Of course, they don't judge everyone by one.

The driver, after two hours of the route, bought energy drinks and drank at the wheel with seeds (i.e., he struggled with sleep, NOT getting enough sleep!), talked on the phone and looked for something in it right behind the wheel in motion, smoked there (there is no money for a headset and I don't care about traffic regulations).
Due to the fact that he smoked and struggled with sleep, he constantly opened his window, which froze the cabin and passengers covered themselves with jackets from the cold. The air conditioner couldn't cope and was constantly making noise.
Apparently, the driver does not know how to switch speeds without throwing the clutch, and for some reason he does not start to hold the steering wheel (hands behind his head)
The lights in the front worked in flashing mode.
It is clear that another operator was chosen for the return route.
The bus is German and the seat numbers match the site, warm, quiet and SAFE!
And most importantly - TWO DRIVERS !!! Who constantly controlled each other and replaced each other.
You can check what you have written by simply looking at the internal camera recordings and making a printout of the driver's night calls.
Or by calling the passengers on that flight.
If necessary, I will throw off the video mobiles on the steering wheel.

We went there in a backup Mercedes with the number 7777, but it's stuffy. The air conditioner worked for the first 20 minutes, and then we sweated all the way. It was quite comfortable for my height of 195 cm, but I would like more legroom.
We were driving back on Neoplan 2422, and that's where my adventure began. There is little room for legs, there was even a bruise on the knee, and the footrest also prevented me from putting my feet further. It was worse than sitting in a minibus with my height. Let me remind you, I am 195 cm tall. This means that people under 185 will still be fine, but those who are taller will have a hard time and this is a reason to think about traveling by train. At the same time, without traffic jams and comfortable. But at least the air conditioner was working properly here. Yes, it is more expensive. But here you can choose - comfort or price. I think it's worth overpaying for comfort.
The carrier is good, all questions were promptly answered in Viber, the buses are in good condition. The drivers are polite, they will stop if necessary. By the way, there was no Wi-Fi in both buses, although they said there would be.
If I were shorter and the buses were made with the expectation of being tall, and not to cram more, then it would be good :)

Complete disappointment in this service. On 13.01.2024, the flight from Warsaw to Minsk was canceled at 18.00. I found out about the flight cancellation at the train station 15 minutes before the scheduled flight. There was no information from Intercars about the cancellation, no SMS, no e-mail, and no alternative options were offered. There was an answering machine on the phones listed on the ticket and no one answered. In total, there is no bus, no money, no solutions to the problem.

A rather shabby Chinese bus. It is not suitable for long-distance travel. There is no toilet on the bus. There is no water. Stops are at the discretion of drivers. I highly recommend it.
I was traveling on the flight Vilnius Airport - Minsk 08.01 at 16.15. A responsible driver and a disciplined driver. The bus is not new, but it was clean and the best man took care of the passengers, turned on the stove, made sure it was not cold.

I went twice with this carrier and the same driver's team, men with humor. Without unnecessary stops, it was always possible to quickly pass through customs control. Of course, it doesn't depend on the drivers, but that's how it happened. The company constantly offers discounts on tickets, it's nice. I'll go with them again next time.
I have traveled with this Company before, but I have used the Intercars services more than 8 times in the last year. And every time I was satisfied with their service. The main thing that I like is that if you need to quickly arrive from point A to B (and for me this is Minsk-Warsaw), then I advise you to use INTERCARS services. throughout the entire route, there are 2 sanitary stops, if necessary, you can still board in Brest and that's it... Only the road. Neat and polite drivers, clean buses, you can get advice from the Contact Center at any time (naturally during business hours)...
But there is also a small "drop of tar" (although this is the driver of the Minsk Automobile Transport) - I would call him "Mr. WRIGHT", and it is useless to argue with him. But as for the drivers of the company itself, it is a COMPLETE REPECT.

09/14/2023 at ~ 19.20 I tried to buy tickets on the route St. Petersburg - Minsk on the company's website, the website did not work correctly, when the ‘select ticket’ button was pressed the page was not updated, it was not possible to go further. I bought tickets at the ticket office of the station, the flight is for 21.15. The bus did not arrive at the designated time, the operator reported an indefinite delay, without explaining the situation. When trying to contact the phone number listed on the website at 21.53, the phone was picked up and asked to wait, after hanging on the line for about 10 minutes, hung up and called back. In response, I heard a request from the answering machine to call during working hours until 22.00. I am sure the operator purposefully left the call in standby mode until the end of the working day. In total, the site does not work correctly, the bus is delayed indefinitely, there are no explanations, the support service works the same as everything else.
As a result, the total delay was about 4 hours. Apologies from the company followed only after a week of correspondence and about a dozen calls, with a total waiting time on the line of more than 20 minutes, in the form of a 15% discount on the next trip.
