A warm interior, free wi-fi throughout the trip, regular sanitary stops, professional work of the driver's team (despite all the nuances of passing the border). All reviews are wrapped up and written in one carbon copy template. The bus has been delayed for 1.5 hours AND THEY DON'T SAY WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE. The delay was not notified in any way. When trying to get through, they pick up the phone, but remain silent in order to pretend to the authorities that they are processing calls. They've been calling from different numbers for 2 hours, they just answer and turn off the microphone right away. After 22:00, they stopped taking the phone in principle. It is not known when the bus will arrive, they are sent to Intercars at the bus station to find out, but how do you find out if they ignore it, but they did not give new information in any way? We are sitting at the train station, completely abandoned, not knowing when the bus will arrive, or if it will arrive at all. I wish every employee to ride their own buses every day and solve problems with their colleagues, because this situation is a humiliation of human dignity, also for my money.
I was traveling by bus Minsk-Warsaw on April 20. The bus was nice, clean, and warm. The drivers were polite. I've been driving buses for years. I like their loyalty system, after-sales service, reasonable ticket prices.
The staff is terrible!! We went to Anapa with our family for two years in a row, and 2 times it was just terrible! Then the driver was not allowed to cross the border (the driver had the wrong citizenship) and we waited 5 hours for another one in Bryansk, well, is this normal?! There are always comfortable buses, but an extreme incident with the replacement of a bus for a flight, which is why my (for my own convenience) purchased window seat was replaced with an aisle seat. Why didn't the tickets change to identical seats?

Disgusting attitude towards customers, would you at least send with a ticket that the innovation is now like this, because 2 weeks ago there was nothing like this and many people go to the boarding platform before departure and what should they do in this case? The bus left with a slight delay, although before that the bus left at all without waiting for those who went to get the tag, there was such a man on our bus, for example, a very unpleasant situation, everyone was nervous that they would not make it, because there were queues at the ticket offices. And so there is no service, buses are worse than the same Ecolines at times, there is no question of comfort at all, and the same application is unfinished…I still turn a blind eye to this because of the price, but here the attitude is simply not much worse.
P.S. Ecolines also used tags for luggage, but they were issued right next to the bus when they checked the ticket and passport, one was glued to the luggage, and the second part, for example, on the ticket or wherever you say, and there were no problems and delays because of this.

08/10/2023 I was traveling on the Minsk - Moscow route. Everything went perfectly, without delays and complaints. The bus is double-decker, comfortable, had Wi-Fi in Russia and sockets for recharging the phone. We drove at night, the stops were not long, but we managed everything, we did not wait for anyone for a long time. In the morning, we arrived in Moscow on time at the declared station. I'm going back with the same company.
I always choose Intercars (IE BayerTrans) for their international trips. It is convenient to buy tickets, affordable prices and attractive promotions, courteous staff.
This is the first time I've been on such a terrible bus. All the exhaust fumes in the cabin, the smell from the broken toilet (?) in the salon too. The noise from the engine is such that even with birusha I could not fall asleep. An old German bus with terribly uncomfortable seats. It was impossible to sit on them, much less sleep on them. The air conditioner was not regulated, everyone was very cold. A rude and nervous driver. It's not the first time I've been traveling with this company, but it's the first time I've come across this... putting such buses on international routes is a crime in front of people.

Shocked by the bus. I used to travel with this company on the same route (4 times), there were never any complaints. You could always charge your phone on the bus and always manage to sleep.
We were traveling Moscow-Minsk on 21.11.23 at 21:45 The bus was warm , Wi-Fi worked perfectly in the Russian Federation in the Republic of Belarus did not work at all! Everything is fine in terms of speed . There were stops to go to the toilet or just to stretch. We arrived in Minsk almost on time! ( Although we were standing at the border for 30 minutes , drivers bought insurance ) The most that upset and caused shock and bewilderment is that the person came in 47 minutes ( the bus was still standing , we did not leave ) the driver asked the man what you wanted?! The man said it was his bus ! And his driver wouldn 't let him ! Said the flight is already closed! Carl!!! We didn 't leave , he opened the door ! He asked and didn 't let me in ! Closed the door ! I choose Intercars company because of reasonable prices and excellent service. There is a loyalty program, thanks to which it is interesting to contact them again and again. In my opinion, the conditions are more favorable than those of other companies.

Absolutely disgusting company.In August 2023, the flight was delayed for 3 hours.Because the driver is an international(!)He did not pass a medical examination and was not released on the flight.We almost missed the plane from Vilnius..They flew away to rest.40 passengers of the bus were in the dark for 3 hours.Then we were somehow transferred to Oshmyan, where we were transferred to another bus that was returning from Lithuania..It was some kind of horror!Now I'm trying to change my ticket for another day.They don't give me that opportunity.You need to hand over the ticket, then wait seven days for a refund minus interest.. One of the advantages is the updated fleet of Chinese buses, which seem to be reliable, but after a long trip you get off the bus broken, the seats are wooden, the distance to the back of the front passenger is like in tu154, the noise insulation in the bus is poor. And secondly, this is the boorish and rude attitude of drivers towards passengers, for every bunch, pay money, stop-500 rubles per person, if you go with this carrier, only as a last resort.

In Minsk, at the train station, before boarding, the driver said that he needed to pay another 800 rubles. I couldn't explain why, I just replied "either you pay or you don't go" and no more explanations. I paid 800 rubles, but no one gave me any check, I just gave the money "on the paw".

I was traveling on the Prague-Minsk route on July 6. The bus is comfortable, clean, the staff is polite, there is charging for phones and WiFi (only in Poland). One big MINUS: during the day, I received an SMS that the bus was traveling through Warsaw with a possible parking lot, which was not originally on the route. As a result, we stood in Warsaw late in the evening for 2.5 hours. The road is already difficult, if they had immediately warned us that we would make a circle through Warsaw and waste time parking, then I would have gone with a business card, and a day before departure you can't change the ticket, of course. As a result, instead of the scheduled 8 a.m., we were in Minsk only at 3 p.m. Although the tour makes more official stops, it does not suit such unpleasant surprises.

The most terrible company there is. They are literally bullying people. We were traveling from Krasnodar to Minsk on the Anapa-Minsk flight. Instead of the promised departure at 13:25 from Krasnodar, the bus left at 19:00. During this time, no one announced or warned how late the bus was and for what reason. On the website, the terms of return state that, in fact, the company does not bear any responsibility for delays or for anything. Drivers do not know the route, they use the navigator. We didn't even hear about adhering to some kind of elementary schedule. When asked when to focus on arrival, they answer "how do I know". In general, if you are going to use the services of this " Company ", think 1000 times, and eventually refuse. It's definitely not worth it. And InterVarsity would like to wish a speedy ruin, because such quality services should not exist at all.
