The invitro was a discovery for me! We were pleasantly surprised by the promotions that they constantly hold!! And they find a vein very quickly, for me this is a significant plus, walking distance, nice staff, delicious coffee. I recommend. the results of the tests arrive on time. It is convenient that the test results come immediately by e-mail and you do not need to walk around the clinics in search of tests. Queues are like when, sometimes you need to wait, the room is small, I would like more, but because of the walking distance, and thank you for that!

Why not divide the queues to the administrators who register patients for tests and separately those who came for a consultation, ultrasound, etc.? Today we stood in line with the child for 40 minutes and did not even place an order. I had to leave when there were 12 people in the queue before our cherished number (after 40 minutes)! I go to a private laboratory because, first of all, efficiency is important to me. I value my time! People come after us and they are called to the administrator - they get registered and go for an ultrasound, and we stand... what is this supposed to mean? And you won't leave them on the couch, because they are busy, and you won't take them with you…
I called, asked how long it would be possible to take biochemistry, they said that it would be possible to take it up to and including 13.30, there was hope that it would be possible to take biochemistry on Sunday, but that was not the case, I arrive at 13.20, 10 minutes before the end of the appointment, and they tell me: "I'm already packed, we already have nothing for you we won't do it," what does "I'm going to do it" mean? She added that the blood would have to be infused for 30 minutes and she wasn't going to wait, and that I wouldn't have time to register in a couple of minutes.

Some types of tests are taken only by appointment, and there is no information about this on the website. You come and find out in fact. This information is not included in the analysis description. And don't say that "it's obvious." At least because the Clinic took all three tests with one container in 10 minutes on foot.
If these reviews are read by someone responsible, please add to the description of the tests on the website in large red letters: when passing several stool tests, it must be decomposed into containers according to the number of tests. So that your clients (and for doctors, patients), who are already having a hard time, do not waste time and do not choose competing laboratories.

And for the second time, invitro loses my tests. I take it in many laboratories / countries and only invitro manages to lose test tubes. I really hope that when you find them, the genetic material there matches mine. When contacting support, I will be asked to wait until the last moment and only then they will start looking for something. Accordingly, if your tests are prepared for 3 weeks, then only after 3 weeks they will go in search of your test tube, before that they will not even make attempts.

They do not give all the basic information (how to prepare for the analysis, how not to take it, etc.), they do not write out all the tests, although the insurance company sent a letter. Instead of 1 time, I had to walk for 3 days to take all the tests normally. I came in on Saturday. There were zero people, I went straight to the reception. At the same time, one administrator would send me to another, and the other one told me to wait, since she was sharing shoe covers.
When I asked to take a blood test lying down, as I was losing consciousness, the nurse was unhappy.
14.01.24 I went to take an analysis at the bank, the work schedule is indicated until 14.00, I arrived around 13.46 so as not to stand in queues, they said that they were receiving tests until 13.30, where and from where I had to find out remains a mystery. The tests were not accepted. And it's okay when you go for routine checkups, but when people may have real health problems and tests are not taken like this during working hours - this is of course absurd. Simply wasted time, and also taking into account the fact that there is a promotion "leave a positive review - get a 15% discount", I think there are enough reviews here.
Literally a colostomy bag. I do not recommend it.

They did an ultrasound. I really liked the staff and the attitude towards the patients, including us. With the influx of people, they manage to pay attention to everyone. Tatiana and Christina worked at the reception desk.
