The toilets are clean. But it can be a long way to run from the entrance to the departure area, so don't do it at the last minute. They are very strict about liquids. We had small bottles of water sealed, but had to throw them away.
It takes about 40 minutes by taxi from the old town, if there are no traffic jams. But because there are decent traffic jams there, put in more time.
