Considering the sky-high prices for tours, I decided to visit a 4* hotel for the first time. On the recommendation of a trusted tour operator, I chose Justiniano club Alanya. About the hotel in order.
The territory is small, cozy, green, lots of flowers, flowering trees. Gardeners get credit. There is a decent slope towards the sea and families with small children, strollers, as well as elderly people will find it difficult and uncomfortable to walk up and down.
The hotel's guests are Russians, Germans, Turks, Poles, Czechs, Ukrainians, Bulgarians, French, British, etc. Most of the vacationers are families with children.
The rooms are located in
three-storey bungalows and Jasmine building. The rooms are decent, spacious, with tiles on the floor, which is not very convenient, although it is for an amateur. The rooms have a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. There are few Russian channels, but that's not what we went for. The safe is paid, $ 1 per day, I paid, because the safety of passports and cash is more expensive. Room cleaning, unfortunately, consists only in taking out the garbage. Three days after checking in, I contacted the reception with a complaint about the lack of cleaning, deigned to wash the floor. Then again, only garbage collection. The sink, toilet bowl, mirrors, shower partition have not even been touched in 9 days. The dust under the beds greeted us and after 9 days said goodbye. There is no shampoo, there is a dispenser with liquid soap, take it with you. The shower drain periodically smells like sewage. The Internet in the hotel is paid, which I encountered for the first time, 2€ per day. If you wanted to cut down on this money, you could not disgrace yourself, but include the Internet in the price of the tour. The only place where there is a network is the lobby, but everything is busy there, people are standing, sitting, lying down. The Internet speed is very low, download a series of your favorite TV series, if it works, it will take at least an hour, download it at home before the trip.
Beach. Imported sand, pebbles, large and small, at the entrance to the sea. The entrance to the sea is steep and after 4-5 meters from the surf line, you can no longer reach the bottom with your feet. If you swim well and do not like to be near the shore, then this is not a problem, there are 100 meters to the buoys, there is a place to roam. But if you are with young children or do not know how to swim, then you will have to be directly near the shore, in a crowd, as in the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory. The water in the sea is transparent, azure in color, warm. There is no pier, but 40-50 meters from the shore there is a floating pantone with a ladder, you can dive nicely from it. About the deck chairs. At 07:00 there are no more free people, neither at sea nor by the pool, although there are no tourists on these sunbeds either. Some visitors use towels to "book" places even the night before, I have not seen this before. The hotel administration has no influence on this situation.
Animation for adults and children on the fourth floor. In the afternoon, water contests in the pool, aqua aerobics, volleyball, darts, yoga. There is a kids' club, everything is standard there, coloring bags, T-shirts, mini disco in the evening, soku-soku-bachi-bachi, diploma, balloon, cartoons at 21:30.
Evening performances at the proper level, professional groups of dancers and circus performers.
From 23:00 to 01:00 there is a disco with very loud music, if your room is located nearby, you will definitely not fall asleep, but we were lucky.
Animals. There are five fairly large dogs living on the territory of the hotel. Outwardly, they are good-natured, they allow themselves to be stroked, the children feed them. Periodically, these dogs fight with each other. I think that there should be no dogs in a hotel where there are many children. There are cats, too, but for obvious reason, they are lame and skinned. Birds fly, bats in the evening, you can meet small lizards. There are no mosquitoes, flies and wasps are rare.
15 minutes from the hotel, there are shops Migros and Bim, where locals buy groceries and household items (you need to cross the highway via an elevated crossing). There is also a large bazaar where souvenirs, sweets and fakes of famous brands of clothing and shoes are sold, we call it the Chinese market.
The restaurant. Because I was going to the four, I did not expect anything supernatural. They cook well. There is always chicken, often turkey, rarely beef and lamb. Fish almost every day, but very bony, so I took it only once. Lots of stewed vegetables, stews, rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, soups, salads, cucumbers, tomatoes. The Turks do not know how to cook milk porridges, which are familiar to us (even in expensive hotels). They offer several varieties of soft cheeses, olives and olives. In the morning, fried eggs or omelets, pancakes, tortillas. I recommend yoghurts, I ate them every morning. From fruits: apples, oranges, nectarines, pears, plums, grapes, watermelon (not all at the same time). Coffee is only soluble in the machine (it is offered as cappuccino, latte, Americano, etc.), tea for 3 points (I understand a little), "jupi" from the machine, cola, sprite, fanta for bottling. Ephesus beer tastes different from bottled beer. The wine is red and white, I haven't tried it. There is a dessert section, everything is sickly sweet, abundantly soaked in sugar syrup. The waiter guys are quite efficient, they quickly clean the tables.
The minus, which for me covers all the advantages of the restaurant, is dirty dishes. The work of many good chefs is offset by the greed of the owner to buy a good dishwasher.
It is better to come to the restaurant by the opening time or about an hour after, otherwise you will have to stand in line for a long time or walk around looking for an empty table.
You can visit one of the a la carte restaurants (Italian, fish or Turkish). Recording the day before, from 11:00 to the right of the reception, people take a queue in advance, from about 10:30. We were in Italian, we liked everything.
Provision of drinking water at the proper level. In the restaurant and bar, bottles of 0.33 liters. Right at the door to the room, packing bottles of 1.5 liters
. Summary. If you are not picky, fly to the sea and can close your eyes to some disadvantages, then this is a place where you can have a good budget and have a good rest. If you need a high level of comfort, and "not very clean" dishes and a dirty room are unacceptable, then it is better to pay extra and go to a more respectable hotel.

We have just returned from this hotel. We liked it. A very green large area, many different flowers, trees, bushes. Everything is well maintained, the eyes are happy. There are two Pools for adults, two for children, one of them with slides for toddlers, and another with large slides. Everything is very clean. The beach is sandy and pebbly, the approach is a little unpleasant, but there are special bridges, it is more convenient with them. And so you can walk to the end of the beach to the mountain, there is sand, it is very comfortable. And I highly recommend climbing the mountain, there is a path there. The view is amazing. About the room, it's not big, but it has everything you need, everything works. They put us first on the fourth floor in a bungalow, we asked for a lower one, they moved us without talking, they don't take money. In general, the staff is very responsive, they try to help in everything. Cleaning every day, linen is changed every other day. There is a lot of food in the restaurant, everything is delicious, a lot of vegetables, fruits, turkey meat, chicken, beef, various fish, dairy products. And they cook our soups, borscht, cabbage soup, pickle, hodgepodge. And cakes and pastries are just a masterpiece. The only thing I didn't really like was the animation, we can say that it doesn't exist. Something is going on there, a children's disco, some contests, but somehow boring. There were performances every day, but they were all the same. The management needs to think about this moment. In general, we were satisfied with the rest. Only the Intourist marred our vacation. Do not take excursions from hotel guides, it is expensive. There are many local operators nearby, they are much cheaper. Thanks to the hotel staff for their responsiveness and attention.

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days from 2.10.24 and it was just terrible! I read a lot of laudatory reviews, but I realized one thing, people seem to be better off than in Gelendzhik!
Of the advantages, only the animation and the territory are more or less! There are ants in the room and I'm not the only one who writes about it, read negative and then positive reviews😃😅
Food is simply beyond words. I have already vacationed in Turkey, but this is the first time I have encountered such a garbage dump!!!!!! There are always queues, people running like mad and almost knocking you down with a small child!!!!!!
Sunbeds on the sea, oh, you can forget about them at all, take towels and sit on the sand!There are huge dogs on the territory, they are always barking, the question is do you have a dog shelter or a hotel there???? In short, the conclusion is that I did not set foot in this hotel🤮

A very nice hotel, the territory is combined with the neighboring five of the same Justiniano. By the way, there is a great view of the bay from the observation deck. The food is acceptable, especially for this cost. The rooms are quite decent, cleaned every day. There is an entertainment program for children mini disco and a regular disco in a special separate building near the beach. A big plus is the pine cape 2 minutes from the hotel, it's great to walk there, and the views from there are wonderful. People go to these hotels every autumn, as if to the country.

The worst hotel. The most unpleasant and unprofessional girls at the reception. You've moved to the very top, to the most damaged rooms with mold and broken shower doors, a 79-year-old man, you're moving to the very top! Internet in the room can only be purchased immediately for 7 or 10 days.

The sun beds are all occupied at 8 a.m. Why fill up the hotel so that there is no room?

WE are currently vacationing in this hotel and living in Theodore!The service in the restaurant by the waiter is disgusting, completely ignoring Russian tourists!Explains that he does not know the Russian language!I did not serve two teenagers , although they switched to English .They left without having lunch!I've been waiting for him to come up for 20 minutes!Then another 20 minutes when it brings!He was clearing the tables, just looking at the phone, even though we were alone!I do not recommend this hotel!It's not very pleasant!I and my three children have to endure such bias towards Russians for my considerable money!

The air conditioners are barely working. The staff does not want to solve any problems, even for money. There is a lot of food, but nothing, after 2 days it gets boring. It's better not to eat salads, they already smell. The plates are dirty, take disposable dishes. The room stock is tired and, by our standards, like in inexpensive hotels without stars. There are pebbles in the sea, like in Adler. Don't listen to travel agents, take sneakers for the sea. WiFi and safe are paid, game! It is too expensive for such a vacation, for this money you will have a better rest in the Russian Federation.

We stayed at this hotel from August 18 to August 29. They were brought to the hotel around 10 a.m. We waited until 14:20 when they would check in. And then I kept coming up, asking. A great club hotel. Family is actually the most important thing. It has everything you need to relax. It's simple, without any problems. The attitude towards tourists is wonderful. For example, we have already come here 6 times and we are satisfied with absolutely everything. Starting with the reception (wonderful Polina), all questions will be solved and ending with the service staff. The hotel keeps its staff, which is valuable. We arrive as if we were at home. Everyone greets, smiles, hugs. In general, it's really like home. There is no need to search and recognize places, as is done in a newly visited hotel. You just came and rested. The area is clean, green, the beach is clean, but we went to the beach of another hotel because it is difficult to enter here because of the stones. The rest is normal. 2 stars since there is not even normal service, the rooms were not properly cleaned, only towels and then if you catch a cleaner to change (I don't say anything about cleaning, we walked in shoes around the room and there were traces), in Russian, the staff barely says they send some questions to solve with guides. The hotel is old, the rooms, infrastructure, canteens, have been in need of renovation for a long time. There are a lot of tourists, queues for everything, as the territory and the beach are designed for two hotels. The beach is small, there are not enough sunbeds for everyone, there is only one changing cabin, people stand in line for 10 minutes to rinse their feet, there is no water pressure. The entrance to the sea is large pebbles, a sharp descent and immediately depth. Sellers of leather, gold, hammam workers and so on constantly stick to the beach.The rooms are not cleaned, the plumbing is leaking, in the showers all the water flows out onto the floor. There are mosquitoes, cockroaches and huge beetles in the rooms. Disinsection is not carried out. The food is very poor, tasteless, bland. The fruits are unripe. Alcohol is locally produced, of low quality. There is a huge queue at the bar, strong whiskey drinks, vodka is poured for 30 grams. There is no Internet from the word at all. Even paid, and that does not pull. Google reviews are written by the employees themselves, they thank themselves))) the management gives them bonuses for this. The attitude towards Russian tourists is dismissive. And, like, where are you going, you're going to come anyway. The price is very high, for this money in Turkey you can buy tours to good five-star hotels.

I enjoyed my vacation here! There is a very green area, lots of flowers, everything is thought out. Although, of course, I have read a lot of not the best reviews about this hotel. The kitchen is monotonous, the beach is not sand. Of course, all this is present. But the overall impression of the hotel is still good. I also want to note the attitude of the staff - they are very friendly, smile, always go to a meeting, even if they do not understand at the beginning what they want from them. They find a way out anyway and solve your question. At least no one has ever refused me and the problems have been solved.

We had a rest in this wonderful hotel in early October. The air temperature was +28, +30, the water temperature was around +25.Very warm, comfortable.A huge territory, all in greenery and blooming oleanders. The staff is very careful about cleanliness.We lived in a bungalow. The room is large and spacious. Cleaning is so-so-we went in, made the bed and that's it. The floors were not washed, the dust was not wiped. The shower room is tired, there is dirt in the corners, black ants ran around the sink several times, cockroaches were seen a couple of times. Unpleasant. And so, mostly wonderful. The food is delicious and varied!!! There is everything-there were probably only 10 types of cheeses. A gastronomic paradise!!!We had enough meat- chicken, beef, fish.Baklava is the most delicious thing I've ever eaten. The desserts are amazing!!! Fruits are different-there were always apples, and peaches, tangerines, melon, watermelon alternated. One of the disadvantages is that sometimes the wine was poured into dirty glasses. But there are undoubtedly more advantages. Alcohol is decent-beer, red, white wine, vodka. The staff would like to say that they are great fellows. Always beautiful, well-groomed.I didn't have time to finish eating - the plate is already being removed. Straight delight and that's all. Almost all of them speak Russian, or at least try to. The animation is gorgeous-for both children and adults. I haven't laughed like that in a long time. Contests are just masterpieces and that's all. I thought you would just pass by, but no, it caught on, I stayed and watched it to the end. The disco is good, Mostly Russian music, sometimes repeated, but danced from the heart. The pools are very clean. The entrance to the sea is a pebble and somehow immediately steep. But not critical. Wi-Fi is only available at the reception. Beach towels as a deposit of 500 rubles / 1 piece., then the money is returned. There is a hamam, but they never got there:(There are not many sunbeds on the beach, but they are occupied with towels. I don't see any point in taking a sunbed for the whole day if you're not next to him. I don't understand such tourists.We were more brazen-we put the towel to the side and took the sunbed, when we left - we put the cloth in place. You can see who is and who is not. Always rolled.

Rooms are a horror - it's impossible to sleep, audibility is like without walls , the food is nauseating, instant coffee, cheap yuppie juices, you go uphill every time, a bunch of dogs around, the reception is not friendly, you will fight for the room, alcohol is 4 types of the cheapest in doses, the service is not friendly, the toilets stink to vomit, cleaning in there is practically no room for it, the towel is changed once per stay, the safe is paid, beach towels are pledged, the Internet is paid and there is no one. We had a rest in July 2023. Excellent hotel, large, beautiful territory. Polite staff, unobtrusive animation for children and adults. The bed linen was changed every day. The menu is varied, there is a lot of food and drinks, food is everywhere, you can eat almost at any time of the day. There's an evening show every day. We were satisfied. I definitely recommend a hotel for a vacation!

We rested in hotels with our parents from October 19 to 25. The weather was beautiful, the sea was warm, the sun does not bake like in summer. We bought a tour to a 4* hotel, we were settled in a bungalow at the reception on the 2nd floor. We were lucky with the view, the green area and the sea are clearly visible. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. A nice beach with its own sun beds and umbrellas, but if you want to have time to lie down on them, you need to borrow before breakfast. The pool is almost always free, but the water was cool.
Good animation, rather monotonous, but interesting games (darts, shooting, volleyball)
Of the minuses-the ventilation in the bathroom smelled periodically of sewage, but we were almost not in the room during the day.
The food is quite monotonous, there was not enough cheese, ham, something familiar at breakfast. Once for a rest, you can sign up for a restaurant. When we were there, you could only go to the fish restaurant, but I know that there are barbecue and Turkish restaurants.
In general, we liked the rest, maybe we will come back again🥰

We rested at this hotel in October . Everything was wonderful. A room in a quiet corner near the Relax pool, animation did not interfere, a saltwater pool, a very beautiful green area. The food is normal, there was always a choice, everything is delicious. We were in a fish restaurant, excellent service, delicious dishes. The beach is clean, the sea is warm, the children were happy. We will be happy to return to this hotel.

We have been going to this hotel for 2 years in a row. The price-quality ratio is on top. We liked everything from the attitude of the staff, to the food and animation. The hotel is family-run, there are a lot of children and this is a plus since the animation is great for both children and adults. It's fantastic!!! With the kids only there!!!! We just got back! I'm thrilled!!! The child is happy, the most important thing!!!! The animators are super!!! The food is good. The waiters are smart!!!! The beach is with corals, but you can walk 5 minutes to the left and there is a sand sloping entrance. The rooms are good. Of course, it's a good settlement there. We were lucky, everything was close by and the bar and the pool and the restaurant and the disco. I recommend room 1088!!!

We stayed at this hotel at the end of May, we really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful, well-maintained territory, beautiful sea. There will probably be commentators on food, we did not go on vacation to eat, the animation was weak, we lacked it, but since we had a great company from different cities there, we created the atmosphere ourselves and we had a lot of fun! In the evening after the show there was a disco until 12, after that everyone went to the bar, there was music until 2 am. But fortunately our company had a column, and we continued to dance until morning)))
The staff at the hotel is friendly and cheerful. The most pleasant, positive emotions and many new good friends remained from the rest!!!

For me, the only unconditional plus was the Sea! Very clean, warm with good depth, but you could also lie in shallow water in the waves near the shore)
Minuses:
1) Monotonous food. Yes, the choice is extensive, but almost every day it is the same. I didn't like the service in this area either: while you are calmly eating and chatting with friends, the cleaning guys with sharp movements and with a bang sweep the dishes from your table and the next one, as if hinting "chew faster and get out."
2) constant hammering of music, music plays all day and until 12 at night, you can forget about daytime sleep with children or early going to bed, even with the windows closed. In addition to the music, which, by the way, can be heard everywhere: in the room, by the pools, and at the sea, an animation team works several times a day, which shouts something into the microphones at the top of the music, the same thing happens at the evening disco, where the choice of music is still very strange "Black Eyes", "Tender May" and Klava Coca. I mean, you could just put up with homogeneous music, but the shouts of the presenters into the microphone, interrupting the music, were freezing.
The only calm and quiet time when you can relax by the pool or on the beach is in the morning until 11.
