I don't know what good to write. The food is not tasty, the SPA is dilapidated, the rooms are VERY poorly cleaned, the floor is not washed, the linen is changed extremely rarely when you ask, towels are changed once a day, but if there are four of you, there will be 3 towels. The food is excellent, varied, understandable and delicious; the alcohol is disgusting - I could only drink wine at lunch. The service is on the 4th floor: towels were changed, linen was never changed. The territory is green, well-groomed, the plants are beautiful and diverse, we were lucky and there was a lot of flowering, there are even bananas, lemons, limes, tangerines. The staff is good, although for our taste there are practically no animators, but the evening shows were cool. We were just lucky with the room, others were not, many guests complained. The beach is a wonderful bay, sand with small pebbles, the sea is clean in the morning until vacationers stir up. We had a great rest.

Great for family holidays. There are no residents of Tagil who start fighting with each other because of the politics of the warring countries. Remember, everyone has a rest on vacation!!! On the roads, local drivers rush like mad, and there is two-way traffic on the understudies, which will confuse the domestic tourist, especially if he has drunk a couple of glasses. Be vigilant on the road!!!! Although the food is monotonous, it has a large assortment. Waikiki towards Alanya is 20 km away. I'm overpriced at the local shopping center.

We were on vacation from June 17-24! Well, what can I say? We had a femeli room, well, on the whole it's good, cleaning is taking out garbage every day, but towels have never been changed.
One of the advantages is the sea, a beautiful territory!

A great hotel right on the shore, its own pebble beach. The territory is not very large, there are pools for children and adults. Many people divide hotels and look for a youth or family hotel - 99% of this is a family hotel.
And now for more details:
You will be taken to the hotel in a comfortable bus from the tour operator, the journey will take 1.5 hours. Halfway there, the driver will definitely make a 15-minute stop at a local sweet shop, souvenirs, etc. You can at least go to the toilet for free :)
Check-in at the hotel from 14.00, we arrived around 9 am.. We hoped that we would be able to check in earlier, but we were told to wait until 14.00. But it seemed to us that we were not greeted very warmly, and somehow they explained what and where it was, although there was no queue, they answered the questions reluctantly.
WI-FI is free - it is at the exit of the hotel in the conference hall and only there.. There are a lot of people there all the time. There is only paid internet on site
WI-FI is paid throughout the hotel, cards are issued and linked to the device by IP (Internet cannot be distributed)- 1 card - 1 device . The cost is $ 14 for 7 days and $ 4 if for a day - the Internet is disgusting. VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION for those who work remotely and strictly from a laptop.. it happened to me that my phone was connected but my laptop was not , I also carried it to the administrators, they showed it to someone uselessly. Although I connected to free WI-FI without any problems - as I understood they did something with the IP and not all laptops connect.
In general, if you do not want to go there to work and do not want to get into prosak, keep this in mind ,
Entertainment - daytime animation is a good, dense program - if you want to actively spend time, animators will help you with this.
Evening animation ( show ) - I've been to a lot of places and there is something to compare it with - so I can definitely say that showtime is very average, I would say rotten. A very mediocre presenter, some acrobatic performances, and there were days when they generally replaced the show with lottery drawings. Moreover, there are never any empty chairs, we had to get and bring or carry sun beds.
In general, evening entertainment is a huge minus .
As for the sun beds, they are never available. If you want to take a sunbed, you need to go and take it before breakfast with the first cocks, because then they just won't be there
One thing is good that the SPA in the hotel does not hunt you like in other hotels day and night and other services are not so much imposed.. but the animators in the late afternoon begin to drag you to the club , and quite obsessively ( it seems to me they have plans for people ) .

I have never taken excursions from guides, as everyone knows perfectly well that they have at least 2 tails, but the tour operator who is at the exit of the hotel ( 500 meters ) struck me even more - I have never been to places where the information about it did not match the content , the quality of the services offered was low ( on one tour , the Turks generally fought ) . Therefore, I strongly do not recommend this tour operator
In terms of food, everything was pretty good, the choice is not big, but everything can be eaten , there is always enough food .. but there were cases that I couldn't sit down and had to come back later.
The ALA KART fish restaurant was not bad enough, there was a cafe with sweets, it was also good, delicious ice cream (in general, there will be a place for aunts to roam)
Alcohol - free vodka, rum, beer .. of the cocktails, whiskey cola, mahito, some kind of burda, they call an ORAND cocktail. All other cocktails are paid.
There is a paid entertainment area - billiards, slot machines, cars for children - the prices are reasonable.
Of the advantages:
- Beautiful and compact territory.
- Food
- There are no intrusive SPA staff.
- Animation, the guys really try and carry out activities every day.
- There are many options for outdoor activities on the beach: jet ski, banana, etc. (for an additional fee) .
- Its own mini-zoo , although there are only birds there (but it will be interesting for children)
Of the cons:
- Paid Wi-Fi (+ laptop is not connected to it).
- For us, the downside was that the hotel is VERY family-run. They didn't find any company.
- There are few parties and discos, they were 2 times in 7 days. After showtime, people dispersed either to the bar (where there is no music!!), or by numbers.
- Monotonous showtime.
- Alcoholic cocktails are paid. Local alcohol can be poured for you for free.
Conclusions : This is a good family hotel, but for a maximum of one time. I do not recommend young people and noisy company to come here. . Fans of remote work may encounter a bad Internet connection and that your gadget will not connect.

We chose a location / hotel for a family with children. The journey from Antalya airport to the hotel took about 2 hours. Rooms in 3-storey cottages with 3 rooms per floor, comfortable, clean with daily cleaning. There are 5 swimming pools on the territory, 1 with slides, the 2nd for small children (also with small slides a la sandbox). 3 restaurants (2 by appointment "a la carte"), 4 snack points, including ice cream. The food is delicious, for the 1st week you will feel the variety and "exoticism". There is a children's room, animation for children and their parents, including a daily children's disco. There is a playground, a "field" for mini football, a photo point, a beach accessories store, etc. Braiding point for girls, tattoos, etc. services. There is a gym. The beach is sand, the entrance to the sea is pebbles, a beach volleyball court. Water transport rental to the left of the beach (if you look into the sea). Near the reception there is a SPA area, massage, hammam. Excursions, boutiques, car rental at the reception area, registration at a la carte restaurants. Have a good rest and keep an eye on the weather, if rain is promised, stock up on raincoats. The hotel is pulling for the declared 4th.

On food: there are many different dishes, but it is monotonous every day. However, they did not starve at all, they could always choose. But the a la carte restaurant (we took Turkish) was wonderful! Animators for adults periodically worked by the pool: polo, volleyball. Children's animation was seen mostly in the evening. In comparison with other hotels where we have already been, I put 3 stars.

Last May and June, we broke out for a week between work and school to celebrate my doctor. A year earlier, we vacationed in Giustiniano Deluxe and often walked around the Club grounds, between orange trees, and admired the houses, since the five and four have a common territory and infrastructure.
The whole territory is in full bloom, magnolias near the restaurant, hibiscus along the paths, strelitzia on the lawns, bougainvillea on the balconies.
Initially, we were settled in a bungalow closest to the Deluxe pool (five) and to the amphitheater, No. 1134 on the ground floor, large, triple - double bed, one single plus a small ottoman against the wall, suitable for a middle-aged child. The room is wonderful, you can even see a piece of the sea from the balcony, but the proximity to the objects of evening animation and weak sound insulation = fierce evening noise. Before going to bed, I read a fairy tale to a child - sometimes I didn't hear myself. We spent the night somehow, in the morning I asked for a move. We were warned that instead of the Superior room in which we live now, we can only be moved to the standard, I agreed.
We quickly and free of charge received a room in the far Magnolia building, between the reception and Jasmine, No. 1466, double standard, third floor, one double bed and a large folding chair, which turned out to be a full-fledged single bed for a child, comfortable, spacious and soft. The room is a little smaller in size, the balcony is a little narrower, but you can't hear the animation at all, it's very quiet and cozy. The bonus is a dizzying view of the sea from the balcony. There is a small swimming pool and a Jasmine bar under the balcony.
To the restaurant and the children's club - two to three minutes downhill, back - three to four minutes downhill =)))
In the morning you wake up to the chirping of swallows and sparrows, at night it's quiet and good.
The cleaning was daily and impeccable, the beauty of towels and flower petals was regularly depicted on the beds - the child was happy =))
One day they forgot to replace the towels - contacting the reception immediately solved the problem (Changing towels every three days).
Lemonades, mini-shower products were available upon check-in, later mini-funds were replenished regularly, and you can ask for lemonades yourself at the bar and bring them to your refrigerator. Bottles of drinking water are also replenished - there is always packaging on the street on the ground floor - take as much as you need. But there is water everywhere and always, it is unrealistic to die of thirst there))
The Mini-club works perfectly, the child was happy to see his beloved animator Yaroslav again, as well as the wonderful Svetlana, thank them very much and hello!
Evening animation is also great, both children's and adult - however, on the last evening they caught kringe on the show "the best couple", it's impossible to watch it sober =))) but in the previous evenings, great creative teams performed, it was wonderful. On June 1, on Children's Day, the hotel organized a real holiday for the whole day, and in the evening there was a cake with fireworks, the kids were happy.
The sea was beautiful - very warm and in the morning it was as clean as a tear, although it was a bit painful to walk on the pebbles, but we quickly got used to it. There is a completely sandy approach closer to the fishing line. The pools are cleaned every morning, we personally observed this process when going to breakfast.
I will not stop at the food - everything is fine, plentiful, varied, everything was fresh. We had lunch and dinner on the balcony of the restaurant, there were always places in the shade and with a view of the sea, there were no problems with this.
My birthday was celebrated at the a la carte fish restaurant, the dinner was wonderful, the change of dishes was comfortable and satisfying, the sea bass was wonderful, the cool white wine was delicious, the service was impeccable. They set a table with a wonderful view of the sea, decorated us with flowers, after dinner they rolled a cake with fireworks and candles and congratulated us in chorus. In addition, a gift is brought to the room from the hotel for the birthday guests - fruits and a bottle of wine, it is not necessary to order it separately.
I read reviews that the a la carte menu does not differ from an ordinary dinner in the hotel restaurant, but it is meager and hungry, and I beg to differ - the dinner was very decent, there were enough fish and seafood, varied and satisfying.
Festive decoration of the birthday table and a cake with fireworks - through the reception $ 35.
All purchases on site for cash are accepted in dollars, euros, and lira. Rubles are also charged as a deposit for towels.
The Internet is free only in the lobby, you can buy a card with access throughout the territory, but it's lousy, don't count on much, and it doesn't catch well everywhere. A voucher card with access can be purchased at the reception: 7 days - 14 euros / 17 dollars/ 225 Turkish lira, one day - 3/4/ 50 respectively.

A gorgeous place! We planned to be in the next one, but there were no places according to the dates. Let's go here. And they never regretted it.
The territory is huge, where everyone can find activities for themselves: football, jumping, step aerobics, beach and regular volleyball, bocce)
Animators are all great😊 They are sociable, positive, but at the same time unobtrusive.
Wi-fi: paid. You buy a card at the reception, and it works everywhere and pretty well. It's free in the lobby, but I'm too lazy to go to the hill before it)
We lived in Building 7 - perfect. Tk is removed from the pool, the restaurant is enough so that there is no noise and so as not to get tired while walking)
Children: delighted with the rest. A separate children's bass paddling pool. With slides, love is even for 7-year-olds.

We had a rest in November 2024. I didn't like the hotel terribly, its only plus was the beautiful green area and the room was not bad, the sea was clean, warm, the weather was gorgeous. Everything else is just terrible: the hotel is crowded with people, there are not enough sun beds on the beach, the beach is rocky, small pebbles are rare, stones enter the sea, the food is simply disgusting, there are huge queues at the restaurant for food, there is very little choice of food, the food is tasteless, there is practically no meat, the dishes are all dirty (some kind of complete unsanitary conditions in the hotel), towels in the rooms and those are often stained, ice cream was given to the children only for 4 days out of 7 that we rested there.
The hotel is closer to 3 🌟.

Our family's favorite hotel, we are vacationing here for the second time. The animators cheer up the whole holiday in the morning, the guys work hard, I want to highlight the most active guys (Ozzi and Hasan). Children are delighted with children's shows, mini discos. Hello! We are sitting waiting for the transfer from the hotel. The rest is over and it makes me sad. It's my first time abroad, so there's nothing to compare it with (apart from our resorts). I liked almost everything.
1. Food. lots of vegetables, greens. Rice, pasta and meat. Fruits - apples, pears, watermelon, bananas once. Turkish sweets are beyond praise

The room has everything you need, clean, cozy, comfortable! The food is delicious and very tasty! The territory of the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. It is possible to book excursions. We went on a sightseeing tour of Alanya. The tour is very interesting and informative, with a funicular ride and swimming on Cleopatra beach. But the most indelible impression remained from the jeep tour!!! We went with our granddaughter (10 years old). The drivers are funny, kind and very experienced. However, it was sometimes scary on the dashing mountain turns. We visited historical sites. Along the way, we picked oranges, dined at waterfalls, swam in a pool with refreshing mountain water (very important in the heat).We stayed in beautiful places where we took gorgeous photos. I must say thank you to the guide Elena, she is fearless and cheerful. Thanks to her, the tour was a great pleasure!!! The granddaughter was especially pleased with such an extreme journey. In general, our vacation was a success and the best memories from a heavenly place in Turkey will remain for a lifetime.

I think we are very lucky with this hotel. Excellent well-maintained, large and green area. Long private coastline, varied and delicious food, daily entertainment, a wide range of activities for children. The rooms are clean, pleasant, and cleaned daily. The reception staff is Russian-speaking. There is only one small disadvantage - it is far from large settlements and sightseeing places.

I stayed at this hotel from May 13th to 20th. I was very pleased . The room was economy, but despite this, there was everything you needed and even slippers. The building was closer to the reception and as far away from the pool and discos as possible. The territory is huge and green, there are many places for a photo shoot. The pools are very cool and clean. There are few slides, but they are very good ( no bruises ) . The animation is simple . I've been to many hotels, but I haven't seen such an incendiary animation for a long time. You can have fun all day . Exercise and aqua aerobics do not allow you to lose your figure . Nutrition is more like PP . There is little fried , but a lot of vegetables and fruits. For those who like fried food, there is a contact grill and fish in the evenings. The fish is very tasty. The beach is clean and well maintained. The entrance is convenient, but almost immediately deep. Beach towels are quite normal and can be changed throughout the day. In general, the hotel is ideal for a family holiday. Both children and adults will really like it.
