A sandy, finely pebbly entrance, a rather sharp descent of the bottom, followed by large flat outcrops of stone. It's dangerous only the first time.You can swim to the far line of buoys. In general, the hotel is very much a penny family. There's just no one to talk to. There are few evening shows. There is no exchange at the reception now. There are no ATMs nearby. There is hope for a LETIM wallet in the shopping center. There is no hope for dolmusha, set yourself a local BiTaxi taxi - it works. Take a local BIM SIM card for a month. The territory of the hotel is compact, the route is one: room - pool- bar-beach. I did not go to the lake of "shaking water", it is not visible from the room. A good hotel, but the Side area IMHO loses to the mountain Kemer, although there are other chips here - such as the Manavgat river and the absence of mountain serpentines.

There were 5 nights, a room on the third floor with a sea view, upon arrival the room was not so clean, the beds were small 140, but all rooms have a third bed, although there are two of us!? For what!? The room was washed again, but because my husband is a faggot, he did not appreciate the cleaning of the room.It was a surprise to me when I asked for an iron, I was told that it was only paid to give it for ironing, so that you would understand on average one thing is worth 7 euros to iron! The dinners were delicious, the breakfasts were monotonous, as was the lunch. There are no natural juices! Alcohol is mostly local. My husband said everything is diluted with water. They do not serve everything related to cottage cheese, there is no casserole, no cheesecakes, etc. One plus is the first coastline, the territory is clean, but the building itself and all household appliances are old and not neat. The hotel is an old building, it does not pull 5 stars at all, a maximum of 4!! My husband was in Turkey for the first time, he said that the second Psynadaha)))

There's nothing to have a late dinner at the hotel, don't get your hopes up. Animation is normal. Both children and adults. The food is excellent. There are several types of meat, always 2 types of fish. All fruits, cherries were 4-5 times. Baklava 5-6 types for dinner. Once there was a fish dinner, shrimp, salmon and many other things. The sea and the beach are clean. The beach is big, the hotel was full, there are a lot of ours, people are more by the sea, so you need to look for a sunbed after 10. Nice promenade by the lake. Sometimes motorbikes and electric cars are driven along the lake. Be careful, drivers are not always adequate. Freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning. Cocktails and strong alcohol were not taken. More beer, sometimes wine. It was under 40 for 2-3 days, 30 at night. It's a little hard to bear. The safe is free of charge. Neighboring hotels made noise a couple of times, but not for long.

We liked it! We are a married couple, a little over 40, with a child of 6 years old)) therefore, I must say right away that we no longer need noisy parties. We had a rest in May 2024- the beginning of the season. There are not many people, there was enough space for everyone by the pool and on the beach. The animation is unobtrusive (minidiscoe, quiz, live music). There is a lot of food, everything is delicious. There were shrimps and crayfish and salmon steaks fried, ice cream every day, delicious desserts. The restaurant was only in Italian, it was also delicious. The girls in the nursery are great, you can safely leave the child for a couple of hours. Of the minuses, there is nothing nearby, you can only go to the old town, there is no embankment, you can only walk along the lake. But the beaches are better than in the old town area. In general, we were satisfied with everything for the money we paid.

I definitely do NOT recommend the hotel!
We went on vacation with four families with children. As a result, we are waiting to return home.
1. The rooms were very tired, we were changed twice, because the air conditioner was running in the first one, there was a puddle on the floor and a dryer from a men's urinal was stuck in the grate. The toilet drain does not work in half of the rooms. The bathroom is small, smells unpleasant and half of the light bulbs are burned out, they have not been changed for us. As a bonus, a rat came to the first room.
2. The biggest disadvantage and trash is that everything is quite dirty. There was an outbreak of rotovirus infection, an ambulance came to our hotel every five minutes. 6 out of 6 children and half of the adults got sick, and all ended up hospitalized.
You can't interrogate room cleaning.
3. There was also an unpleasant incident when the waiter kicked the child out of the dining room because it seemed to him that she was wet (which was not true), the child was small, the mother took food and the girl did not know what to do because her mother had the key. I had to intervene. At the same time, half of the restaurant is in wet swimsuits, which is visible.
I have vacationed a lot in Turkey, but this is the first time I have come across such a hotel

A small cozy hotel. The service is for 5, the staff is Russian-speaking. The territory is well maintained, in greenery and flowers. The food is very varied and delicious, seafood pleased

When choosing a hotel, you are guided by the picture, which we did. The hotel turned out to be not big - there is nowhere to walk in the evening! The animation just doesn't exist - it sucks! Adult animation involves 3-4 people, because no one hears that it will be now (there is no interest) there is no children's animation at all (in the previous hotels animation came to the restaurant and took the kids to play) and many choose Turkey because of animation! The water park has 2 slides, one straight red and the other yellow from the age of 7. You can't ride a children's water park on these slides because the water barely flows there. Food - a minimum of variety - dinner chicken - thinly sliced and turns out dry, whole fish, well, a lot of vegetables - cheeses and fruits. Drinks of course flow like a river. Ice cream is not tasty (the children don't even follow him. The most disgusting thing is the flies in the restaurant, they just attack the food, you sit and wave them off all the time! The first coastline is 5 minutes from the sea, the beach is small pebbles. Another huge minus for me is the poor lighting in the bathroom, two wall lamps and in the evening it's like in a fog, the rooms also have only wall sconces and not enough light (So it's boring in the evening too. If you want to come and forget yourself for a few days, then this is not the right hotel. We gave a lot of money for 9 nights and wanted the children to rest every minute.

The room itself is small, with a small double bed (probably designed for 1.5 people)). But everything is clean, only after repair. The room has 2 mirrors, a TV (many channels, mostly Russian), there is a balcony, there is no bath, but there is a shower room combined with a toilet. There is a closet with a safe. I read reviews that it is paid, but it turned out to be free. No one warned us about the fee for the safe, so the safe turned out to be free. There is Wi-Fi in the room, it loads perfectly, but in the main building and by the pool, and on the beach and in bars it only lights up, the Internet is not available. Regarding the air conditioner: it seems to be there, it seems to be blowing, but it was very hot to sleep at night, probably it was worth asking to check the work. The most interesting feature of the room and the hotel for me is that salt water flows from the taps and the shower. I've never met anyone like this before. A JOKE))). The room is cleaned daily, but it is unclear at what time it takes place. Either at 13, or at 15 o'clock. One day they came to clean us at 16 o'clock, at that time we slept in the room, were left without cleaning. We agreed that the next day they would come to clean at 16 and we would vacate the room by that time, they came at 15. As luck would have it. Floors are washed, pastels, towels are changed. The bar is updated every morning. Water, cola, fanta. And the straw is salty. They offer beer, but we didn't drink. A little sparse) The view from our room was very nice. Partially on the roof with air conditioning, but if you don't look down, you can see the neighboring hotel and the mountain. It's picturesque! And in the evening with beautiful lighting. By number, perhaps everything)))
I put a huge fat plus on the food at the hotel. A lot of meat dishes, a lot of fish, everything is very tasty! For lunch and dinner, the food is about the same, only the hot dishes differ. Ice cream and desserts are also available for lunch and dinner. Even at breakfast there is plenty to choose from. Probably 5 types of omelets, eggs, toasts, pancakes, buns and vegetables, meat-sausages, cheeses according to the standard. Alcohol is local.
There are bars on site: one by the pool, one by the sea, in the lobby + there is also a pastry shop. In general, if food is a priority, then feel free to go to the Cabin, you can't go wrong here!
There is an alyakart restaurant. One free visit. We were there, we liked it, everything is beautiful and delicious.
The territory of the hotel is small. At first I was upset, because a year ago we went to a hotel with a huge beautiful territory. But I got used to it quickly.
There are 2 swimming pools and 1 more water park with 2 slides. There is a gym. There is a sauna and a hammam, you can get a massage for a fee of course. They also found a barbershop, a basketball court, and a tennis court. One of the priorities was the volleyball court. She's here too. We played 2 times a day: in the morning and in the evening. I've already told you about the bars. And of course I won't forget about the sun beds! For the first 2 days at 8 a.m. there was not a single free one! Neither on the beach, nor by the pool! Then we got up at 6 a.m., the people were already busy with hats and T-shirts at 6. Most of all, I was glad that these hundreds of sunbeds were empty all day. Someone comes in at 6 p.m. for 5 minutes and leaves. There were not enough towels on the last day. We waited until 12 o'clock for the laundry to be washed and delivered.
Animation: there is something to do during the day. As volleyball has already written. Also darts, at 11 o'clock aqua aerobics, there were entertainment for children - games. Parrot show, foam party. The evening program is interesting - live music, discos, belly dancing, there is an amphitheater with various shows. At 20 o'clock there is a disco for children. As usual, not without drawbacks: the music at the disco sucks. Where is my 2011 or even 2005. A standard set of pop soulless tracks. Although we have been to other hotels many times, where the processing is Cool and the music is Turkish, and the tracks are new. For example, a super selection was playing on the beach from a nearby hotel.
Beach. As I said before, there is a problem with sun beds. The beach is sand plus pebbles. The entrance to the water is rocky. In general, swimming is normal. The sea is very clean. During calm, you can see the bottom and the fish, even when you swim near the buoys. There is no pier from where you can dive. It takes 1-2 minutes to walk to the beach.
The attitude from the staff is good. The audience is Russians, Turks, Germans. There were few Spaniards.
To summarize, I want to say that in general, the rest was excellent. We had fun and rested in moderation. Not without its disadvantages, but perhaps they can be found in every hotel. A 5-star hotel does not pull. I wouldn't have gone a second time.

We rested for 8 days in May. During this period, I booked a massage, but for health reasons, I could not come for a massage and asked the staff in advance to cancel the massage for me. The staff confirmed to me that my massage appointment has been cancelled. When leaving the hotel on 07/29/2024 at 02:00, the manager at the reception said that we need to pay 90 euros for a massage. I informed him that for health reasons I did not go for a massage and my appointment was canceled. To this, the manager (whose name I do not know, because he did not have a badge with his name and refused to introduce himself) rudely informed us that if we did not pay this amount, we would not be released from the hotel and at the same time informed the guards by phone so that we would not be released from the hotel. The manager communicated in a rude and boorish manner, threatened, and took away our lunch boxes, which we had ordered in advance. For some time, I tried to explain to him that I did not go to a massage and did not have to pay for an unproven service, but the manager was rude and did not pay attention to my words. Because we were afraid of missing the plane, we had to pay 90 euros for a massage that I did not attend, we were also scared that now he will call the police and we will not prove that we did not attend this massage, especially since the attitude towards Russians is, to put it mildly, so-so.
In the modern civilized world, such a boorish attitude on the part of the hotel staff is unacceptable.
I do not recommend this hotel for visiting and I have encountered such a terrible attitude towards hotel guests in the past.

We rested at the hotel from 4.09 to 12.09.2023
We chose a small hotel with minimal animation .
In general, I liked everything, a large room of 60 m, with a view of the lake. But the cleaning is terrible) the floors are streaked , towels are changed only on request . We were with a 6 - month - old child , sometimes I asked to wash the floors again .
Food - everything is fine . Varied , mostly proper nutrition .
We didn 't go to the pool and spa .
The beach is clean , I don 't know what problems there were with entering the claws , everything is fine for me .
In general , the staff is responsive , pleasant . Of course you can see that the hotel is tired and 88 years old ) the paths are cracked , not a very modern area . But these are small things . In general , I recommend

I was at the hotel 02.06-06/16/2022. The hotel is located on the first coastline. The territory of the hotel is not very large but pleasantly well maintained. The rooms are quite spacious, the cleaning is at the highest level, towels are replaced daily, plumbing is in good condition. Wi-Fi is available 24 hours a day in the rooms and on the beach. The beach is sand, the entrance to the sea is small pebbles and sand, there are enough sun loungers for everyone. Beach volleyball, boccia. Animation is held in the evenings. For those who want to walk nearby there is a promenade, retail outlets where you can buy souvenirs, sweets, things. I explain that this particular room needs to be cleaned better, because the child was sick. As a result, the blanket is stained, twisted and left on the bed. Do not put a duvet cover on blankets. Of course, I would also like to curse the guests with children themselves. Parents do not take care of their children at all. Especially the Europeans. I am writing a review as a travel agent. My tourists returned from this hotel 2 days ago.
Pros:
- good food, nothing to complain about (seafood on Saturdays, a lot of everything. Fish every day. Gozleme and ayran tortillas. Fruits are a mountain.
- the mini bar was replenished every day
- good bed linen, the cleanest, already crunchy
- the sea and the beach are beautiful
Minuses:
- there are a lot of flies in the hotel. They fly in a swarm, it's impossible to sit in a restaurant on the street. after the complaint, they really killed the flies.
- some kind of animal lives in the rooms, which gnaws at people at night - tourists have caught fleas.
- maintenance. The staff ignores tourists from Russia, at least that's the situation with mine.
- there was no cleaning in the room for 3 days until they complained to the reception.
- Unsanitary conditions are generally present. The floors in the restaurant are not cleaned. Leftovers are lying around, no one is cleaning up.

Conclusion of tourists: 4* hotel.
I will not recommend the hotel to my tourists. For that kind of money, you can choose a better option.
