Everything was great in this hotel. And the staff is polite and the hotel itself is great. And the territory is clean. And the food was awesome. And I rate everything at 5c plus. I will definitely go there again.

We stayed at this hotel from 13.09 to 23.09 with two children of 6 years old. I liked it very much. We took an individual transfer to the hotel, drove for about an hour. The check-in took place quickly enough, we arrived at 9:30, and at 12:00 we were already in the room, without paying anything, then we took a small present. The room was a Garden Superior on the 2nd floor with a view of the pool and the sea, a great room, everything was clean, cleaned daily. The proximity of the beach is of course a separate plus, the entrance to the sea is gentle, it is very convenient with children. Also on the territory there is a children's mini club and a children's area with swimming pools, we did not go, since we came to the sea, everyone who was there was satisfied, only positive feedback from parents. Food for every taste, there are no queues, everyone works very fast, local alcohol is for an amateur. The a la carte restaurant was not impressed, we were in Greek, as such there are no Greek dishes, the usual menu is the same as in the hotel restaurant. There is a separate table for children in the restaurant, there are porridges, biscuits, cheese, boiled fish, chicken. There are also soups, these are mashed soups. I really liked the baklava in the restaurant, it is always freshly prepared. fragrant. The children enjoyed ice cream, with a choice of 5-6 flavors. Not far from the hotel there is a local bazaar with everything necessary for visiting tourists: sweets, clothes, tea, souvenirs, etc. There is also a stop near the hotel where local buses stop, you can get to a supermarket, Novo Mall shopping center, outlet, drive 15 minutes, the fare is 1 dollar. The territory of the hotel is well maintained, everything is very conveniently located, the beach is sandy, and it is also cleaned of garbage every morning. By 11 a.m., the sun beds are almost occupied, but you can find free ones, I occupied the sun beds at 8 a.m., so that 4 sun beds would be together and there would be no need to look for them on the beach. I didn't notice any disadvantages, I liked everything. We recommend it!

A 3-star hotel. The rooms are "there" only on the 1st floor. The second building is actually in the basement.
It smells awful of mold. The furniture is old, the mirror is peeling. There are no brushes, hats or other hygiene products.

Good hotel territory. It is aimed at the Germans, there is a separate new building for them. For families with children, there is an excellent choice, a good children's pool with slides, a game club and a playground. A separate children's menu and cartoons in the children's area of the restaurant. Food is a separate topic: many types of snacks, cheeses, hot dishes, desserts. Next to the main area there is a grill kitchen (also free of charge), there is amazing meat, barbecue, pasta.
Round-the-clock access to snack drinks and, most importantly, ice cream!(at the hotel and on the beach) There is a late dinner - at 11-12 pm, for those who want to eat more (but the choice will not be so diverse). If you do not want to go to the main restaurant for lunch, then you can find a dish to your taste in the cafe by the pool. The rooms are standard, the ground floor is large in size compared to the upper floors.
Next to the hotel there is a minibus stop to Side, a 10-minute drive and you get to the picturesque streets (including shopping).

We were at the hotel in the first week of August 2021. I liked it very much! The sea is beautiful, the beach is good, they clean it, there have always been sun beds. Near the shore there is a small reef (stone, not sharp), in which there are beautiful fish that do not bite. Delight in the mask! The food is delicious, there is a large selection, sweets are generally a delight. The rooms are clean, cozy, cleaning and changing everything every day, we tried to get there early. The staff is generally very polite and friendly. Wi-Fi is excellent, all over the territory, in pm in the rooms. The water pressure in the shower is also magical. Minor flaws, like everywhere else. But the deserved 5+. I want to come back!

The sea is cool... The hotel is old.., the staff at the reception is disgusting ..., the food is average.... if not for the staff, you can close your eyes to all the flaws... but when they took the safe out of the room along with the documents and when they came to the reception to find out where the documents had gone... the reception replied: and nothing has gone anywhere, it's a 5-star hotel.... and eventually they brought a safe with documents... trash ..... well, okay.... We just arrived from Kai Side. We rested for a week . Before the trip, we read reviews on the Internet and were very afraid.
But nothing was confirmed.
They settled in very quickly. The room is nice - 4th floor lake view. The room is quiet, clean, the bed linen is new - there are marks for 2021, towels were changed every day, the mini bar was replenished, tea and coffee in the room. In the bathroom, everything is also as it should be.
The sea is the purest. The entrance is sand, small pebbles, a slab. A lot of beautiful fish - sometimes they even bit.
There are plenty of sun beds on the beach and by the pools.
The pools are clean, Cleaned daily.
At first it seems that there is little greenery. Maybe there aren't enough flower beds. But smooth dense lawns are everywhere. And everywhere on these lawns children are playing, running, and just sleeping on towels. The hotel is considered a family hotel. Many people travel with young children. And they even go to evening discos with them . Imagine - music, dancing, beer, hookahs and strollers next to one-year-old, two, three, four-year-old children.
Food is a special song. The food in Kaya is very tasty.
Every day lamb, veal, turkey, chicken, fried, grilled and smoked fish, mussels, squid.
Grilled vegetables - sweet peppers, bitter peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, well, pasta is different - 3-4 types always, potatoes in all possible forms.
Cheeses, fresh vegetables. Fruits as usual . Now figs are the highlight of the program - ripe, delicious.
It was a fish day - crayfish, sushi, fish. Everything is civil without crowding. It was enough for everyone.
There are always a lot of staff at the food distribution. There are no queues. Everyone is wearing masks and gloves.
The waiters are working well. They serve quickly - they bring drinks, clean the dishes.
Drinks? Yes, they are the same as everywhere else. Local. The beer is draught, but fresh and cold. Tea is not tea bags, but strong brewed. Sweets of any kind - 24 hours, delicious.
Ice cream of eight varieties is also available around the clock.
So in a week, your scales will hide from you under the sofa out of fear.
Yes, the staff speaks Russian poorly (the hotel specializes in Germans and Turks), but you can always understand. Sometimes on the fingers, sometimes in a mixture of English, German and Tatar (well, what do we know)languages. All the guys are young, polite and smiling.
The animators are great guys. They work well with both children and adults.
Oh, I forgot - Wi-Fi "flies" throughout the territory.
Disadvantages? Well, the disadvantages can be found.
The amphitheater... the murdered building is just ruins.
The free sauna and hammam must be booked in advance. You can't just walk in like in the old days.

I stayed at this hotel from September 6th to 18th.
I chose according to the criteria: sea – food – sleep.
Sea. When I read the reviews, none of them said that there were stone slabs/boulders in the sea. From the sea side, from the left limiter of the beach area, with a length of ~ 2m - plates. Then, ~ 13m there are no slabs, and then, to the right limiter of the hotel beach, there are slabs again. The plates start from a depth of ~ 1.2 m and continue in places. That is, the most comfortable depth for those who just want to rock on the waves. In general, I "lay down" with the sea myself, but these 13 meters were enough for me to still enjoy all the power and beauty of the sea.
Food. It is decent and varied, there is red meat. What is not very pleasant is when they put it on your plate – as if they were tearing it from your heart. I don't eat much, but sometimes it even got funny.
Dream. The room was offered from the end of the left wing of the main building (viewed from the main entrance to the hotel), but that's where the noise from the compressor station (?) a nearby hotel. They asked for another evaluation criterion – silence.
Surprisingly, thanks to Seyfettin Kümüş, room 442 was immediately offered on the 4th floor of the same wing between the entrance and the amphitheater overlooking the mountains and partly on Titreyen göl. The room is quite quiet and there is no smell from the kitchen from the street. Cleaning is about nothing, towels were replaced every day, sometimes bed linen. The mini bar was updated every day. The toiletries have not been updated once.
Now about the sad part. Headphones were stolen from the room! Regular wired ASUS headphones. Not that they are dear to me, no – the very fact of theft, as well as the fact that the representatives of the hotel did not even pretend that it bothered them. A maid, an employee who replaces him on weekends and 2 employees, one carries a cart with drinks, and the other puts it in the refrigerator, here is a list of people who have access to the room, according to my information. It's not a very long list of people, one of whom is a thief, is it? That's the sediment that remains, which covers all the good things that were in this institution.

We stayed with our family at this hotel in the middle of July. There are no special complaints about this hotel. Of course, it does not pull in 5 full stars, but you can safely put 4 stars. It is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The sea is warm and clean, the beach area is cleaned regularly. There are both children's and adult entertainment options. The rooms are cozy, but not all places are clean, although they are cleaned every day. As for nutrition, it is at a high level, everything is balanced and very tasty. We were satisfied with the service.

If you want a family vacation, you will be satisfied.
I don't write about food, everyone has their own taste, but I was satisfied. I ate meat or fish with vegetables every day.
There was plenty of that.
Animation won't bother you, but if you want an asset and a drive, you won't get it.
The biggest and most important plus is to fall twice from the pool to the sea. The sea is lovely, the beach is good, the bar is nearby, what you need for happiness)))))

From the 3rd day of rest, you refused 1 meal, from the 5th day from 2. Why did you pay? We hoped for other products and cooking. But the sea is very good. Clean. We rest from August 31 to September 10, there are 3 days left. I like everything, I was settled in a nice room, the territory is not large but very well organized, everything is within walking distance. Excellent animation both in the afternoon and in the evening, there is a children's club where you can "rent" your child for an hour or two. There are also four pools, adults and children, including slides, and of course the sea! Someone complains about the poor entrance to the water, as for me, it's just a quibble, yes there is a narrow pebble strip, but it has never caused us any inconvenience. Well, a separate song is nutrition! They are fed like for slaughter, food for every taste, there is always fish, for dinner it is mandatory, something is fried on coals! So, stock up on mezim!!!
P.S. The hotel is not a party, but family-oriented.
