A group of peers was very well chosen, and the guys hung out day and night long: they played football, swung in the gym (however, it was rather modestly equipped), rode in the sea on "cheesecakes", participated in daytime and evening animation. And all the activities were at their best: during the day, the animators involved them in various water activities, in the evening – in humorous and musical performances of their own production. At first, I was worried about my son's late return to the room, but then I calmed down after seeing how the entire hotel territory was guarded, how the guys were peacefully drinking cocktails and playing with their gadgets (the lobby bar, where WiFi was caught, works around the clock). Adults also had something to do besides sunbathing and swimming: daily aerobics and dancing lessons, a very decent spa. Although the price is initially set too high, and it is necessary to bargain hard and negotiate so that a discount is made for several massage sessions. For small children – a lot of fun. There is no need to write about food: there is a lot of it, delicious and varied, non-stop around the clock. There were even cooking classes. The room is very spacious. The only drawback: for some reason our electronic keys constantly did not work and we had to go to the reception to recharge them, five times in 12 days of stay. But this did not spoil the rest at all and did not spoil the overall impression of the hotel, which is simply magnificent. Everyone is behaving decently. Many thanks to the animators, they are always attentive and uplifting, especially for children. Many thanks to the animator Nina, she did a great job, helped us in everything, an attentive, polite and cheerful girl. The food is very diverse, everyone can choose everything to their liking. They are cleaned every day, although for us it is not at the right time, after lunch, when we want to relax in the room. Entering the sea: there are rocks, but we were all in aquashoos, there were no problems at all.

A 3-star hotel. The rooms are "there" only on the 1st floor. The second building is actually in the basement.
It smells awful of mold. The furniture is old, the mirror is peeling. There are no brushes, hats or other hygiene products.
The hotel is nice, the beach is clean, the sea is beautiful. There is a lake near the hotel, where it is nice to walk in the evening. Minibuses to Side also stop near the hotel - it is very convenient
If you want to sleep at night, you don't need to come here. The disco is heard in the room very well EVERY DAY until 1 a.m. at the nearby Lago Hotel, it is not possible to sleep. Otherwise, everything is fine, the food is varied, the pools are clean, the beach is good.

I had booked 2 standard rooms for 4 people. I specially took two rooms so that our family would be comfortable, because we have different ages and composition (me, an adult son, daughter and grandmother). Upon check-in, they refused to provide us with two rooms, they said that there was only one single room with 4 beds, and that then we would be moved. There were 8 families with us at the check-in, who were also tried to settle in other rooms, not those that were ordered, and, accordingly, worse. It was only after long and nervous negotiations with the hotel and the tour operator that we were provided with two rooms, one of which lacked a bed, and the second was for the disabled – i.e. there was not enough standard furniture in the bathroom and in the room. At the same time, the guest relations officer (see point 2) lies directly to the eyes that it is the fault of the tour operator, although, as it later turned out, it is the fault of the hotel.
2. A terrible man is a guest relations officer, Boris. It does not solve the problem, but it is very good at lying to your eyes with prepared explanations for various cases, and if you object, it insults and yells at you. My review of him is not the only one.
We had a rest with our daughter and grandson (6 months) at the Kaya Side 5* hotel from 05.09 to 09/16/2021. The impression is very good. We liked everything, we were greeted well, as soon as the bus pulled up to the hotel, a man immediately came out and began to help us with our things, and we had a lot of them, 2 strollers, baby food, diapers, generally several suitcases and bags. They checked in at the reception in 5 minutes, settled us in different rooms, as we had separate vouchers. I got the number 456, which suited me in everything, but my daughter and grandson got a room right on animation, noisy. I went to the reception, asked for a change, they immediately gave me another one, we slept together the night, but in the morning my daughter said that it was also noisy. I went to the reception again and then they gave her a quiet two-room family room, for which I am very grateful to the guys. They told me that they would do everything for us until we were satisfied, and thank them very much for that. About nutrition, this is generally a separate topic. The dining room is large, spacious, and there are open verandas. The food is very tasty and varied. A lot of meat, fish, seafood, a lot of cold snacks, a lot of fruits. I would like to express my special gratitude to the waiter who served me. His name is OGUZHAN. There was a moment when there was a thunderstorm and all the people were having lunch in the closed dining room, the summer verandas were closed, so when my daughter and grandson and I went into the dining room there was not a single place, so our waiter quickly ran around the hall and found us places right away. Thank him very much. He works fast, well and is very polite. I also want to express my gratitude to Anna (a sports animator in the pool and on the grass), a very pleasant and sweet girl, she studied well with us, everything was clear, on time and very good. she is very pleasant to talk to and very beautiful. Another girl, Nina, is also a smart girl, thanks to her too. Special thanks to the bartender, whose name is Tarik, who understood at first glance what I wanted. I came to the beach bar every day and when I met him, he always smiled and quickly fulfilled orders. It's nice to be surrounded by such nice people who know their job and do everything so that we are all satisfied. I really, really liked everything, I would like to return to this hotel again. Thank you so much for such a great contribution and hard work for our great holiday.

Disgusting hotel. We were in September 2023. They asked for a quiet room to relax in the evening. We were given a room facing the disgusting children's disco, which lasts until 22.30. The offer to move was answered with a boorish refusal.
Positive:
1. We arrived at the hotel at 11.10 am, we were checked in less than 10 minutes later. Although the check-in is officially from 14.00.
2. Every evening at 21.15 in the amphitheater there is an animation show with various acrobatic tricks.
3. There are many different show programs for children (mini club, children's slides, mini disco at 20.30).
4. If you ask the reception to fix or eliminate something in the room, then everything will be fixed within 1 hour.
Disadvantages:
1. Ants in the room (even on the bedside table in the room there may be ants). We were moved to another room (248) in the main building.
2. There are a lot of vacationers with infants in strollers and constantly occupy the elevator. On the beach, strollers are thrown on wooden paths so that it is impossible to pass. You have to step on very hot sand
3. Uncomfortable bathroom without sliding door
4. The staff does not always understand Russian and even English, the maid speaks mostly only Turkish.
5. Sunbeds are engaged in towels (almost from 6 a.m.), but there are no people. It is difficult to find good free sun beds for breakfast itself (7.00-11.00). Some occupy and may not come to the beach at all.
6. The tour operator promised a surprise for the child in honor of his birthday upon arrival (she said that she indicated in the application for the hotel), the hotel had to talk separately, because no one was aware of this
7. The rooms are already tired and require updating. I asked 3 times to fix the light in the bathroom, the light bulbs live their own lives, they can turn off and turn on themselves (with the switch on all the time). They said at the reception that they would fix it, but in the end they never fixed it. Apparently, the problem is not with the light bulbs themselves.
8. At the entrance to the sea, first there is a spit of pebbles, then a solid undulating muddy bottom. You can easily slip and dive headfirst into the water.
9. In a restaurant, the dishes in which you put food may be poorly washed, there are remnants of previous dried food on the appliances (forks, spoons).
10. There are flies EVERYWHERE in the hotel, in the restaurant, in the lobby, in the room.
11. All the rooms offered to us had dirty surfaces (floor, bedside table...
Today is the final day of your vacation at the hotel. When choosing a hotel, I paid attention to the big beach, it is really big, but everything in the sea is covered with buoys. You will not sail far away, boats and jet skis (((( you are hanging out next to the shore. The room is excellent, cleaning is daily. You can always choose something from the food. I did not like that the animator Anna, coming up on the first evening of our arrival, began to communicate with the question of where we came from, after learning that we were from Moscow, ignored us all the vacation, since Anna is from Ukraine. Anna does not invite Russian children and adults to animation programs on principle. Well, it's not professional in relation to vacationers and the employer. The rest of the international staff gives their best 100%.
We returned less than a week ago. We were vacationing with my husband and 2 children of 3 and 6 years old. I liked everything. The room had a sea view. The crib for the baby was brought on the first request. The food is excellent, lots of fruits, side dishes of each kind in several pieces, very tasty grilled cuisine, sweets in huge quantities. We tried something new every day. The sea is clean, the beach is sandy and small pebbles at the entrance. It was very comfortable to swim with the children. The pools were cleaned regularly, the slides work close to schedule, we rolled away in 8 days. Lovely lobby bar. I didn't notice any special queues, because of the pandemic, the food is served by the hotel staff, because of this, sometimes there is a congestion at salads and in the grill bar, but this is a matter of 1-2 minutes. The only disadvantage is that there are few cleaners, they do not have time to clean all the rooms before lunch, they often knocked on our door during daytime sleep, but this did not spoil our rest at all. The staff is all friendly, welcoming, they always responded very responsibly to all requests. We really enjoyed our vacation.

The story is this - they tell you here is your room with a beautiful view of the amphitheater, they assure you that it is loud only until 10 pm, never believe anyone if you are advised to do something in this country, in 99% of cases you are checked for patience. As a result, the amphitheater ends at 10 yesterday, but discos begin in other hotels, the sound is perfectly reflected from the lake water and you have a disco until 1 a.m. right in the room. It feels like I ended up in a pumped-up sanatorium in Anapa from the Soviet Union.. the room in which we live - it simply does not have a water lock for draining in the bathroom (it's just that in 5 stars it's probably not accepted, I don't even know) and you can hear a very loud drain of other upper floors, and if you don't close the drain in the shower with something, then it smells like someone's feces, besides when you wash in the morning everything You can smell the smells. People smoke here wherever they can't and wherever they can, just because no one will do anything to them here, and you sit and breathe their cigs with the child..the cars for children are all broken up.
In the shops in the hotel, prices are 3 times more expensive than near the lake, and yes, the lake is big, there are toads and mosquitoes there.

The a la carte restaurant was not impressed, we were in Greek, as such there are no Greek dishes, the usual menu is the same as in the hotel restaurant.
