In general, I liked it! I had a smoking room. But of course the view from the window is not very (that's putting it mildly) some kind of bunker outside the window. The food is good, the staff is polite.

The service is at a high level. The staff is doing a great job. The restaurant at the hotel prepares breakfast and the whole dish is very tasty and all from fresh and clean products. The rooms are clean and pleasant, and the beds and bedding contribute to a good night's sleep. The location was convenient for me. Since I'm not a local, I can't say exactly how central it is, but everything was nearby, besides there were a few canteens around if you need to have a quick lunch, but there were also enough other places for evening meetings. I also really liked the green square near the hotel.

I visited the hotel in early November, I really liked it, the service is top-notch, the breakfasts are wonderful, the rooms are modern, comfortable, the staff is very friendly, responsive, like all people in Kazakhstan. The location of the hotel suited me, I went on business a lot, everything was in the access area and walked a lot, there was a small park nearby and a very large one with Temples within walking distance

A fairly good hotel, conveniently located, all the interior is quite fresh, there are all accessories included, a kettle with tea leaves and coffee, 1 water for free, there is a mini bar and a refrigerator, the prices are pleasing, the breakfast is excellent - for every taste and stomach. The staff is polite and competent. The bar is open around the clock, it seems. The disadvantages include windows that overlook the road. You will not be able to open the window at night. Otherwise, everything is fine 👍🏻

The gym is quite ok.
Fix: check the operation of the refrigerators, they say half are not working, as in my case. In room 235, the ceiling in the bathroom leaks when the water is turned on in the room above.

For the first time in Almaty, I stayed in Rixos, but it has not been the same for a long time, and despite all its pomp and majesty, the irons flow there, and the beds are not too soft, but that's not the point) in general, I was looking for another hotel in the center and a relatively new one.
In the price-quality ratio, Kazzhol surprised me with its full compliance. The hotel is new, everything is clean, fresh, and beautiful. They clean every day and leave a liter bottle (!) of delicious water in the room. I left a note to the maid in the morning that it was "stuffy to sleep", returned to the room after work, and there the air conditioner was turned on at 20 degrees, fresh and pleasant - that's the service! The breakfasts are delicious, the ironing room is on the floor, although I was surprised by the presence of a tourist fee, despite the fact that the room was booked and paid for by a company located in Kazakhstan. For visitors, the information is 5% of the cost of accommodation, but you can also pay at check-out. Many diplomats and scientists who arrived at conferences stay at the hotel, the staff has excellent English, and in the morning at breakfast it is so nice to see people in pressed shirts and suits.

Overall very good. However, we were looking for a hotel based on the "family room" criterion. We were offered 2 adjacent rooms. As it turned out, traveling with children is not the best option. A lot of ill-conceived little things. the doors to the bathrooms do not open from the outside (the child may accidentally look in). Adjacent doors can be slammed shut and then not opened. And in the room where there are beds for children, there is a shower cabin, and in the adult bathroom. It would be better to do the opposite

There is a large selection for breakfast. There is a small free parking at the hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day. A mini bar with various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, but what is indicated in the menu is not all available. There is an ashtray in the room, I have been thinking for a long time whether it is possible to smoke in the room ...)))

Everything is great. I didn't even expect it. Well, the breakfast is more modest than in Turkey, of course. But this is for an amateur. One drawback is that I didn't find either a Russian or a notebook on the table in the room. But they didn't give the reception a pen right away.
If you are satisfied with the price, then I recommend it. I do not discuss the price - this is my principle.
