Everything is fine! The designer quickly made the project, helped to calculate the required number of tiles for our request. They warned that all boxes should be carefully checked upon delivery. They were delivered according to the deadlines, only one package was defective. We drew up an act and brought a replacement on the same day.

I chose and purchased the tile at the Keramin discount center at 27 Kosmonavtov Street, since it was not represented at the exposition even in the main store on Osipovichskaya. However, I had to pick up the order from the main warehouse in Kurasovshchina. I had difficulty parking in the courtyard of the house where the shopping facility is located. But the disadvantages were overcome by the responsive staff. I recommend it for visiting and shopping.

It is better to choose a tile on the spot. You can do it yourself or with a consultant. But I needed a non-standard tile, I first found out by phone what was available for my criteria and volume, booked or immediately arrived and was already determined on the spot. Non-grade is 3-4 times cheaper. I took everything I needed to the bathhouse, garage, workshop and was very glad.

We bought a ceramic tile for the bathroom. One tile from the entire batch was of a different tone and, as luck would have it, lay in the most prominent place. We toured all the warehouses that had tiles of this model and this tone, but it was all different. The most interesting thing is that even the tiles that the warehouse staff brought to us, in a new box, differed in tone, which they themselves noticed, after which they laughed just as cheerfully packed it and carried it to the place. So someone will be as lucky as we are. I strongly do not recommend buying this tile. I also recommend checking the tile immediately, the deliverers are in a hurry and do not want to wait until you check the tile. We were told that if there was a broken tile, it would ring when carrying it. As a result, there were a couple of broken tiles, written off as combat losses. The tile model is Edda 7D, tone 1.

I ordered a Canzone - R-7 floor tile. My order was assembled from two standard sizes (half of the order size 600 x 600 mm and half 598 x 598 mm). For the tiler, this resulted in the fact that the person could not lay the tile and withstand a smooth seam. Literally the next day, in the same batch, it was revealed that the order was assembled from two tones (tone 8 and tone 14). The tiles on the floor were different in color. I had to buy additional tiles in tone 14 and standard size H from the same collection in order to report at least in one room. The remaining tile still lies in the corner of the tone 8 and the standard size G. In addition to this, seven years ago I bought a suspended toilet from them, so out of five pieces in stock, only one turned out to be without a hole (Sink or crack).

The consultant, upon repeated request, said that according to the specification there should be Czech fittings, but they put a Russian one in which the gasket does not fit, although the necessary gaskets and Czech fittings are available at the enterprise. To get out of the situation, the consultant offered to buy suitable fittings on the spot, only for a fee. When buying, another consultant did not say anything about the fact that the fittings included in the kit would not fit during installation. Divorce.

7.11.23 we purchased tiles, a toilet bowl, a bathroom mirror, a washbasin with a pedestal in Keramin (Osipovichskaya, 18). They took the goods, checked the tiles, mirror, toilet bowl, washbasin. And the bedside table was brought wrapped in stretch film and packed in a cardboard box. The warehouse workers opened the box from above, we looked in: the cabinet was in place, there were fasteners. We brought everything home safely. By 11/22/2023, the toilet was finished with tiles and a toilet bowl was installed. It came to installing a washbasin with a pedestal (which still stood in a box in a heated house)... We take off the packaging, and there...in 4-5 places, the side facades are swollen, scuffed or scratched on the door. 11/23/23 the husband took the bedside table back to the store. It was accepted, noting at the same time that such defects could not have appeared during the 2 weeks of stay with us, that the cabinet was dry and the defect was old, that conditions were violated somewhere during manufacture or storage. After taking the bedside table, they promised to contact us. On 11/27.23 and 11/28.23, Viber replied that the box was dry when handing over the cabinet to us, which means the cabinet was of proper quality, especially since "you examined it."
An unpleasant situation... During the construction of the house, so many Keramin materials and products were purchased, but there were no such problems. You usually check what is fragile or can be easily damaged: mirrors, tiles, ceramic products... they could not even think that such a situation could be with a pedestal... It would seem that a large company has established itself in the Belarusian market... and such a situation! You don't even want to take the bedside table...
check everything carefully! Even from trusted sellers! They also fail...

On a day off, it is better not to visit the store at all. You can wait about 1 hour for the issue. I bought an overhead washbasin of Bari. I get it in stock, check it. I ask if there is a plane, if it is flat, so that there is a tight fit to the surface. The answer is "It's Keramin! What do you want?" And this is what the Keramin employee says!!!
I take it and load it into the car. All the clothes are covered in dust from the washbasin box, which was in a condition as if it had been in the warehouse for about a year!

I'll start in order so.... I needed a toilet bowl that wasn't sealed.... Let's go to keramin. I was already looking at the Internet so that I would like to choose this store with a limited budget because there is also a supposedly cool store with competent consultants, etc.... But after going there, there is no more naked.... We approached the consultant.... A boy of about 20 years old shows me the toilet, he says yes, there are a lot of good fittings... But no one has written anywhere, and there is no information on the site either.... The Czech Republic is indicated... The difference is indicated, but it is not in this, well, I think maybe they forgot to specify... Then I realized that on purpose... It is not listed on the website or in the store..... And the consultant did not even begin to strain himself to tell me that there is such a thing only with different accessories, of course I would choose the Czech Republic.... And I also want to sell China to specialists like me as soon as possible, which I found out later when I unpacked at home.. And so I bought the price of the issue 312 rubles, I paid with a turtle. It was issued to us on July 13th.. They told me where to go to pick it up.. They told me to wait until they collect it.. They waited for an hour, probably they bring it on a roll, they open it and there the marriage is even circled in two places with a marker.... Good...the employee himself was taken away by a disgruntled disgruntled person.... After 20-30 minutes, another one is brought, I try to look at it, he tells me you better not take a heavy one, well, okay... I show him in one place where I don't really like him like this, well, when you put it on, it won't be visible...the fittings in the barrel are glued with glue. The warranty period for porcelain is 5 years...In short, we are tired of waiting so long in the heat, we take it away...wait for another minute..40 was like death... The next day I think let me look at the fittings... I climb up and open the tank and find out that the fittings are China ..... Which is not listed anywhere and I see a chip on the barrel itself, and this really upset me... It feels like they are deliberately cramming in the beginning of the product is not in good condition, or they may not notice...... And they won't change a little thing... Yes, I will not put it as it is, since it is more expensive for myself to lower it again from the fifth floor... I am a fragile woman... Bring them back later to sort things out... They will throw it off to the fact that when transporting, etc.... they will only make you guilty ..... In short, the impressions are very good... I can't imagine how the plumbers will laugh at me when they fix it on 20-21..... And I, in turn, will tell you what an awesome Keramin we have only with a mat.... I don't recommend it to anyone

Good afternoon, we contacted the salon on Osipovichskaya/Asanalieva. When working with clients and choosing tiles, designers do not take into account the location of sockets and attachments (in particular, it is more difficult to put a socket on the ribbed surface of the tile)
When drawing up the design project and the final estimate, the designer made a mistake, there was a discrepancy of 1 pack of tiles, we did not immediately notice this, the salon refused to make an additional one for us.delivery.
Bottom line: the rating of the salon is 3-
I advise all customers to carefully check the number of tiles in the design project and the estimate for payment.

The toilet bowl was inspected during delivery from the warehouse in the pouring rain, and the same poor fellows were sorting through the tiles nearby. Keramin arrange at least some minimal canopy for customers in the product pick-up area. It is also surprising that not the entire product range is presented in such a large showroom and consultants explain different configurations on their fingers.
