The 1st impression was wonderful. Everything was suggested , calculated and delivered. So far, there has been no question of returning part of the tile due to a design change. It turns out that you are returning at your own expense! part of the tile needs to be paid for that free (paid!) the delivery that was provided initially. It is difficult for me to comment on how these 2 delivery options are interconnected, but the impression of the service has changed dramatically and worsened. In my opinion, the head responsible for the service in this company should pay attention to this point and try to fix it. In no company, when returning products at their own expense, the delivery of the previous delivery is not deducted. This is not how a world-class service looks like. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to my friends and colleagues. I don't want anyone to be as disappointed as I am. Have a nice day and good luck in business!

What is the cost of decorating a room with a specific collection of tiles - and it's free for the buyer. 25% cheaper than salons with Spanish tiles with the same quality! + The whole range of services - installations, toilets, washbasins, towel rails, faucets, shower systems, etc. Well done!

On September 5, I visited this store in the afternoon.Maintenance is at the level below the baseboard.There are a lot of consultants who will communicate better with each other than with the client. I went there because it was indicated on the site that there are designers who can tell you, in fact, zero, they don't care about you.Maybe I was unlucky, but the sediment remained unpleasant. In another store of this network, according to Prytytsky, the attitude towards the customer is much better.
