It became clear that here and only here it is necessary to take. At the entrance, they asked about the purpose of the visit and then personally picked up and calculated everything. There is even a 3D layout. In Altagamma, for example, even the specialists did not tear their heads off the monitors when customers appeared, and when contacting them personally, the answer was "ask specifically - we will answer". Keramin was pleasantly surprised. For state-owned production, the service is very good and the price tag is normal.

We placed an order at the reception ourselves. We stood at the checkout for 10 minutes, as there is only one cash register. The service has certainly fallen, alas... Not the one that was before. Plus, knowing that the situation with coronavirus is not the best, all employees are without masks.
And I will add more. We have been standing for 20 minutes waiting for the shipment of the unfortunate 3 boxes of tiles from the warehouse. I understand if there were a lot, but 4 square tiles and so much to wait for. It's a horror, not a store. They completely ruined their image for me personally.
