When choosing, they do not impose any product, when laying out tiles, they will tell you where to remove the excess trimming and after the repair you do not have several packages of extra tiles left. The 1st impression was wonderful. Everything was suggested , calculated and delivered. So far, there has been no question of returning part of the tile due to a design change. It turns out that you are returning at your own expense! part of the tile needs to be paid for that free (paid!) the delivery that was provided initially. It is difficult for me to comment on how these 2 delivery options are interconnected, but the impression of the service has changed dramatically and worsened. In my opinion, the head responsible for the service in this company should pay attention to this point and try to fix it. In no company, when returning products at their own expense, the delivery of the previous delivery is not deducted. This is not how a world-class service looks like.
