Very long service (although there were few people in the cafe). The workers are moving slowly. The cocktail was not included in the order. The potatoes were undercooked and there were few of them (there are more portions in other KFC cafes). The toilet was not cleaned and smelled very bad (it was obvious that it had not been cleaned for a long time).

According to the food, the potatoes are cold, too salty. It feels like she's been lying there for centuries.

I went to figure out what they give out:"You have taken the order, so you are left without what you did not have time to do." Orders were placed ready on the table, some order numbers were called, some were not. The fries were terrible... It's stale and dark. The bun in the burger tasted of mold. I thought it was my imagination, but my husband voiced my guesses. I came across pieces of rotten tomato.
A complete disappointment.
This is the first such KFC restaurant that we have visited.
