When you place an order and after 5 minutes it is ready and it is warm. There is doubt that it was cooked, just warmed up and that's it. Meat can be cold when you eat it .

It's a ridiculous place. But there is something to work on.
Positive:
1. Pretty hot food
2. Restaurant employees are not stingy about giving an extra napkin for free
3. The culture of communication among employees is at its best
Minuses:
1. Hangers are very fragile, it can be funny when a pile of jackets falls to the floor in winter and you have to pick them up with greasy hands
2. Orders are not announced over the loudspeaker

A good place, a big plus is that it opens before 10, because most establishments on Sovetskaya Street open only at 11. KFC has an advantage =)
There are relatively few people in the morning. You can find a place to your liking: both in the corner by the wall and in the center of the hall by the window.
The order can be made either through the cashier or independently using the terminal. The kitchen is for an amateur, but everyone will find something to taste =)
The disadvantage is that the hall is large, and there is only one tableau with orders (I hardly did not notice, I went through the whole place, but everything is possible).
4 stars for the sloppy execution of the inscriptions on the walls. All the bumps and bumps are very striking to me, and there are a lot of spots on the walls.

I do not know if I was "lucky" to get into this "restaurant" like that or if it is always like that, but, in short, the worst restaurant of the chain that I have seen. I was here on 30.07.2021 around 22-00, order 960
- I was waiting for the order for about 30-40 minutes (if I hadn't come up and asked to give the order, I probably would have waited the whole hour).
- after the burgers were given away, we had to wait another 10 minutes for the wings to be ready.
- The order readiness board is not working.
- The girl at the checkout was very interesting in voicing the order numbers and communicating with customers at the checkout - reminded the village store. (they don't say hello here and don't wish you a pleasant appetite)
- We didn't give away several sauces, we had to take everything out of the bag to show that they were not there.
- I haven't tried the worst deluxe spicy burger - the chicken was overcooked and over-salted, the breading was just oak (I'm not kidding, like crackers for tea), although at the same time the wings seemed to be fine, cheeseburgers too)
- there is a lot of confusion, the rest of the customers were given the wrong orders or the wrong burgers.
- it's stuffy and hot in the room.
- a man in an apron, dirty trousers and a shirt looked extremely strange, who took something out of the refrigerator (if you make the kitchen open, hide such shots)
Franchise owners, please note, this is just a hell of a service. It looks more like a technical launch. This is the level of a neighborhood eatery, but not an international franchise.

I love KFC, but in this institution, in addition to the lack of heating, there is a very interesting scheme for organizing a toilet, m and w to the pile, so it is also not clear where there is a urinal and whether there is one at all. The smell is indescribable. It's easier to breathe in the public station restroom. It's a very depressing sight for an institution in the city center. Ugh, to be like that.
