20 minutes to wait for the order (judging by other reviews, it seems that we were lucky). At the same time, 8 orders have already been issued after me.
But I would hardly have written this if I hadn't felt bad after eating. We didn't eat anything for 4 hours before the visit, and then we went to Minsk. A few hours after arrival, I became ill.
Of the visitors, 1 out of 30 knows what a mask is. As, however, the vast majority in Gomel. And it's terrible.
The continent is full of students, which is expected.

I often don't write reviews, but I decided to share my last visit to this institution. I ordered a burger that was going to be with me, but what was my surprise when it turned out to be cold, the bun crumbled (it might not have been fresh), and the pieces of onion included in this burger are HUGE.. In the future, I will refuse to visit this institution. They've been sorted out.

I don't write reviews very often, but I couldn't help reading the comments about this restaurant, because everything they write about this revenge feels like they're not writing about this place. Quite often I run in here for a Milkshake and just have tea. And I will say this: everything is always prepared and served quickly, I have never waited for my order for 15 minutes… So I don't know, it feels like all the comments about the service are not about this place.

For all my love for the KFS network, this point upset me with its sanitary communications. There was no way to go to the toilet, the stench was unbearable. In Minsk, on Oktyabrskaya Street in the USSR, the public toilet was even nicer. It's creepy.

Not the best KFC in town. The service is so-so, the food is delicious every other time. You'll never guess. Other restaurants taste better, although the standards are the same. How so is not clear. At 19.42, I paid for the order and picked it up at 20.15, BUT only after I went to the order counter myself and reminded myself of myself, it turned out that they just forgot about me, they didn't even start collecting the order! I wouldn't have written a review if it hadn't happened the second time! 12/22/20 we also stood with a small child for 40 minutes waiting. While waiting in line, we observed situations when visitors were not given sauces, burgers and even a whole basket of wings. By the way, my long-awaited "original basket" had to be sent to the trash, as it turned out at home that all the strips were stupidly overcooked, black, they couldn't even be bitten off! I don't understand how such an institution, which has a good reputation in many countries, can work like this.

The kitchen is very dirty! There are crumbs everywhere on the work surfaces, French fries on the floor, a dirty, stained refrigerator, white powder like from cockroaches is poured on the floor, there are dirty containers. Sanitary standards are clearly violated!
