And when asked about the service, not a single administrator and, alas, the repairman gave me specific information, from how much and to how much the amount for the maintenance of the dough roller will be. They said that the director would call and tell the cost, but of course no one called. This is strange, because it is definitely a preventive maintenance of the equipment. There must be a certain price for it.
I have a Denon DHT-S514 soundbar, which I have successfully operated for 10 years. But last year, this device failed - it stopped playing sound from any source. I live in the Gomel region and started looking for craftsmen nearby. But there were no such workshops either nearby or in Gomel. And there were several workshops in Minsk that were engaged in repairing Denon equipment. But only King Service agreed to accept my device via European mail, which was convenient for me, since it was problematic to transport the equipment to Minsk personally. I must say right away that the diagnostics and repairs took a long time - several months, and in two sets: after the repair was completed, the workshop also sent the soundbar to me by European mail, but unfortunately the acoustics only worked for a few days and stopped turning on altogether. And I paid 560 rubles for the repair. I sent it back to the workshop under warranty. The equipment was repaired for a long time again, as it had to wait for spare parts. But they repaired it anyway and sent it to me. Now everything is working fine and I am satisfied with the result, since my equipment is not the most common and not every workshop undertakes its repair. I took off one star during a long repair period.

As a result, no one remembered about us, so they called themselves with the question: "What are the diagnostic results?". We were told that the masters had gone on a day off, so they were late. Okay, we thought, let's wait. We were told that the deadline is August 27 (they will make a diagnosis and call). And, of course, no one called)))
As a result, we took the kettle, which was not even diagnosed, but simply fed us breakfast. When they took us away, they told us the same excuse again: "Well, now the masters have gone on a day off, we will do it by August 30." A very strange office

According to the results: the answer to the claim is that time (aging of the material) is to blame for everything, since you did not unscrew all the handles and valves when accepting the steam generator from repair.
