We bought a chair for a student on August 20 at Timiryazev, delivery was ordered for August 25. There is a large selection in the hall, the sales consultant is fine. Our chair arrived and there were no bolts for assembly and connection during assembly. From the beginning of the working day on Monday, I started calling all the phones listed in the warranty card. And the real quest of finding lost fittings began ..... call this number, no other way, no wait for the connection. And suddenly I am informed that tomorrow they will bring me in the morning before 15.00. The first half of the day is over, there are no accessories. And again I started calling to look for THREE bolts. There are no managers at all. They said there were problems with the warehouse. Wait for it to be delivered somehow.
As a result, I was going to go to the store with the chair, for a refund and about happiness, the bolts, key and plugs were given personally into the hands of the driver. Thanks a lot to the driver, I checked according to the scheme whether these bolts are. The chair was assembled, the student is glad. But the manager's job wants the best. The sediment remained. About three years ago, I bought a chair in this store. First, I bought myself an office: everything is well assembled, nothing creaks, no backlash. Apparently, as I realized later, chairs are assembled normally for legal entities, but for individuals. faces - it will do just fine. Then I ordered the same chair for the house and then it started - it was assembled so terribly that it's hard to even imagine: when you swing on it, it creaks so that you can hear it already on the 1st floor, the backlash is strong. But I've come to terms with it, although the would-be craftsmen who assembled the chair like this need to tear off my hands.
But the most interesting thing started when I decided to take off the cover and wash it (fabric armchair). When buying, by the way, I asked the manager how to clean this chair. The manager assured me that the case can be removed without problems and erased (I remember this well). One day I couldn't remove the cover, because on one side the handle was screwed down so that when I tried to unscrew it, I deformed the slot on the screw cap (photo attached). On the other hand, the handle is unscrewed with little effort, but unscrews.
I contacted the complaints and suggestions department of the store with a request to unscrew the handle for me. Note, just UNSCREW, do not repair, do not replace anything else. As a result, the store sent a response (photo attached), saying that she was a fool, the case could not be removed. It's not coming off, you say? But what about the presence of a zipper around the perimeter of the case, which can be easily undone and removed? I was sitting on chairs that didn't have a zipper sewn in, yes, you can't take off the cover and wash it, but everything is fine here It's being removed, but the store's service has become at such a low level that they don't give a damn about customers.
Think twice before buying in this store, it is better to buy a service in another store that is not at such a low level.
PS Oh yes, another moment the gas lift broke down exactly a year after buying the chair, although I did not use the gas lift - I only adjusted it to the table level. Каждый раз попытка заказа это квест. На телефон не отвечают, через сайт заказываешь, получаешь ответ на почту от робота, исходя из которого нужно ждать звонка оператора, а вот человек звонить не хочет.
В 9 утра заказал кресло, в 12 позвонил напомнил, в 13 позвонил, но трубку не подняли, и только в 14 соизволили набрать и уточнить детали. Как итог, отказ от заказа.

Пересмотрел кучу вариантов. Остановился на этом магазине.
Для меня было важно, чтобы был механизм качания DMSL, и само кресло было из ткани. Нашел несколько геймерских кресел, которые соответствуют моим критериям. На сайте указано, что доплатив 35р можно заменить стандартный механизм DMS на DMSL. То, что нужно!
(Сб)Приехал в магазин, пощупал кресла руками, посидел, окончательно определился, заказал. Собирать кресло решил сам. Доставка была на Пн.
Только спустя некоторое время я понял, что, выбирая кресло, забыл сказать, чтобы заменили механизм качания.
(Вс)Позвонил по номеру, указанному на сайте, сказал, что хочу добавить механизм. Девушка пыталась мне объяснить, что на геймерском кресле механизм DMSL нового функционала не добавит.Сказала, что для лучшего понимая отправит видео на вайбер. На вайбер приходит видео, где демонстрируется механизм откидывания спинки. Я сказал, что мне нужен механизм DMSL, про откидывание спинки я знал.
Мне отвечают, что нужно доплатить 50р, вместо заявленных 35р. Я сказал, что на сайте указана другая цена, на что получил ответ: "Извините, ошиблись". После мне перезвонил продавец, у которого я оформлялся, и добавил механизм к заказу.
(Пн) Момент истины, ждал доставку, не терпелось посидеть на новом кресле. Приезжает курьер, приносит коробку и отдельно DMSL механизм.
Коробка была запечатана. Вскрываем. Осматриваю части кресла. Все окей. Оплачиваю 35р. Курьер забирает DMS механизм, который был в коробке, и уезжает.
Но не судьба мне было посидеть на новом кресле в этот день. При сборке оказалось, что механизм по отверстиям не совпадает с сидением. При оформлении заказа ошиблись или на складе, непонятно
Звоню по номеру, указанному в гарантийном талоне. Сказали, отфотографировать все и оставить заявку на сайте. Сделано!
Через часа 2-3 перезванивают и говорят, что положили не тот механизм, мол моделью ошиблись. Ну окей.
И вдруг оказывается, что нужный мне механизм стоит на 6 рублей дороже, чем тот, что приехал.
Неприятная неожиданность!
Снова пришлось напомнить про ценник, указанный на сайте. И снова ответ:"Извините, ошиблись. Курьер приедет в среду".
Сложилось впечатление будто хотели отбить доставку.
На вопрос: "Можно раньше?", сказали, что не получится из-за загруженности курьера.
В итоге кресло полтора дня стояло в полусобранном виде.
В среду приехал курьер. Привез механизм и даже помог установить.К креслу претензий нет, все отлично, но после такого обслуживания осадочек остался.После данной ситуации отношение к магазину спорное, на ровном месте можно было потерять 21р, при заявленной цене в 35р.

Прошла вторая неделя - в Вайбере смски читают, но отвечать не отвечают. Звоню, узнаю в чем дело: вот мы же вам говорили подождать, поставщик плохой и тд и тп ждите ещё и так постоянно. Наверное ждут что покупателю рано или поздно надоест и он отстанет.
в общем если вам повезёт и товар будет надлежащего качества, то поздравляю

В итоге помогли выбрать хороший стул в средней ценовой категории, даже с цветом определялись вместе)) Быстро оформили заказ, так же быстро довезли и помогли затащить на 5 этаж, ещё и собрали его бесплатно. Заказали в этом магазине компьютерный стол 11 ноября. Стол делался под заказ в России. Мы его оплатили заранее на 100%. Срок выполнения заказа - месяц. Производитель затянул выполнение заказа, тут, конечно, магазин не виноват. Однако, срок доставки прошел. Далее, стол приходит в Минск, к нам приезжает курьер и привозит нам журнальный столик (вместо нашего). Курьер обещает, что нам позвонят из магазина, в итоге 5 дней магазин молчит, потому что наш персональный менеджер на выходных! Муж перезванивает сам, они начинают чесаться и таки находят наш стол. Привезли его нам 28 декабря. Ограничились устным извинением
