I want to share my positive experience of cooperation with the company Klimat24!
I recently purchased a Ferrum brand air conditioner, and I remain completely delighted with the quality of both the equipment itself and the service. I bought 2 air conditioners. At the stage of ordering and purchasing, a pleasant manager, everything is clear according to the agreements. The installation is generally hassle-free. But that's where all the advantages end. A year has passed after installation, so that the 7-year warranty works , the mandatory annual scheduled maintenance (I agree, it is necessary), a total of 200 rubles for 2 devices , here too quickly. But, it seems that when you earn money, the service and sale are carried out quickly , but when questions about the warranty begin, you automatically find yourself on some kind of blacklist. A defective control board of one of the air conditioners was detected, and the board was removed. They assured me that it would be for a week. Result :
For 34 days, often in 30+ degree heat, I was left without one of the devices. After several attempts to get in touch, and the deadlines were repeatedly postponed, the master arrived, replaced the board, this did not solve the problem. The air conditioner, namely the board, emits a high-frequency whistle. When I was there, he called the manager, sent a video , the manager assured that the device, namely the indoor unit, would be replaced, they would contact within a week. 2 more weeks have passed, it is impossible to get through by phone to the customer service, there is zero feedback. Judging by the website, devices of this model are actively sold and are available. I am disappointed with the service and the so-called warranty. Apparently, the issue will have to be resolved in the legal field.

We ordered 7 (!) air conditioners from Klimat24.bel (for work and home). We are always satisfied with the service and quality! It's nice to work with them, both from the point of view of physics.individuals and legal entities (a complete set of correctly drawn up documents, payment by bank transfer with VAT). The installation is fast (with a vacuum cleaner, which is very important for us), practically dust-free, installers always clean up all the garbage. The customer orientation of the managers is at a high level: polite, responsive, prompt (but Andrey Fedorenko's manager, who works with us, is, of course, the best of the best). Air conditioners are well selected for any requirements. Among our requests were: budget, color, noise level during operation, power consumption, inverter, operation at subzero temperatures. We chose TCL and Haier inverters – and we still can't get enough of it! A distinctive feature of Climat24bel is very favorable prices for any models of air conditioners (compared) and a long warranty on them. They also always reserve the installation time that is convenient for the buyer, and the installers arrive on time. I would like to note that they are attentive to the location of the air conditioner and, if any questions arise, an employee of Climat24Bel arrives to inspect the installation site and solve all possible problems that could arise during installation in advance. We have been working with them for 1.5 years and we will definitely continue our cooperation!

At the stage of choosing an air conditioner
and the manager Olga Tkacheva helped me a lot in obtaining an interest-free loan.
I have a disabled mother lying in my arms.The situation is so complicated, and considering the heat and the last floor, it's just exhausting!
Olga found a "window" for my mother and me, and we were very quickly installed an air conditioner, almost saved!(it took literally 2 days from the moment I called the company to the moment of installation!)
The masters did the work quickly, clearly and accurately.They didn't leave any dirt behind.
And my mom and I were happy!We were literally saved from the heat!
But! Soon our happiness was overshadowed by neighbors' complaints that it was unpleasant for the neighbors on the floors below to see water dripping from above, although neither the windows nor the window sills were touched by water even close!(the craftsmen made a rather long drainage tube)

Hello everyone. I ordered two air conditioners in klimate24 at different times. I bought into a 7-year warranty. The first air conditioner was installed for 5 hours. It took a long time, but in fact it was good in the end, if compared with the installation of the second air conditioner. The second air conditioner was installed by another team at another time. It was delivered quickly in 2 hours. But the outdoor unit was not hung on a level with the first one, i.e. it would have to be hung 15 cm lower. The view from the window is blocked. It seems a trifle, but the bandura is in front of your eyes every time you approach the window. I called the company, the advantage is only paid and it is unknown when.
I fully support the review of one of the clients, who wrote that the whole interest of the company lies in the sale of air conditioners, and with the installation of strain. I will order subsequent air conditioners from another company.

Unfortunately, after buying a new brand of air conditioner a year ago, a new model, so praised by the sales manager, the compressor failed.. And this is where the company's services end and interest in you as a client disappears. You will spend a lot of time to get through to them, and if you are lucky and you get through from another number, they will apologize at most and promise to call back, but of course they will not. Warranty (that is, free service) from the company Climate 24. White is missing from the word at all. Think 10 times before you go for the slogans "7 years warranty". Most likely, this means that if a warranty event occurs, you will repair their air conditioner for 7 years... Sadness and shame..
