We stopped there for a spontaneous lunch. I liked the interior of the dining rooms, decorated in the 19th century. Polite staff, good food. The prices really could have been lower.

We visited this hotel in July. The location is wonderful, but I was unlucky with the location of the room, there was a pump nearby, it was buzzing at night. Replenishment of water was also not clear, there were three people living, but they brought one for one, they constantly asked to bring more. The menu is not very large, I would like to be more diverse, but in general it is delicious, the service is slow, we ordered breakfast in advance for a while from the menu, we had to wait, then why pre-order, the last time they did not bring several dishes and tea at all, they did not wait, they left. As it is, the place is very beautiful. And I would also like to note that the staff is poor at smiling.

Incredibly beautiful interiors, amazing cuisine, very friendly and courteous staff, everything is very clean, and overall it feels like the hotel has just opened.

We didn't stay at the hotel, we went for coffee and dessert during the walk. The waiter Alexey served with such an air as if he had royal blood, and in front of him were servants. It ruined the whole experience. I didn't like the area very much - nothing special. The price tag is not high, but not low either. The dessert in the photo is 14p.

A great hotel with great staff and service. It is located in a park area. If you arrived without a car or plan to relax in Grodno itself, then you can ask for a "transfer" service - you will be taken and brought by the hotel car. Delicious breakfasts, a cozy swimming pool, a sauna. Nice views from the window. The bartender is a virtuoso. I liked everything very much. Thank you!
P.S. In the evening we were alone in the bar, a fireplace was lit especially for us!

We celebrated the anniversary of family life here. Very nice hotel, excellent service, attentive staff! We took into account all the wishes for the placement. We were very pleased with the included services, transfer to and from the city, sauna with swimming pool. We had dinner on the anniversary day at the restaurant - the kitchen is on top! An example of how a great hotel can ruin a few staff members. We booked a room on the official website, paying 50%, where it says that you will need to pay the remaining 50% upon check-in. We arrived, checked in, everything was fine. At 12 o'clock, the receptionist starts calling for us to check out, we said we were going, we were leaving soon, after 15 minutes there was another call, where in an absolutely imperious and rude tone she began to tell us to leave right away, we replied that we were going, if the question is about payment, we will pay extra for this hour. Going downstairs , there are two receptionists , we ask - how much do we owe for this hour? To which they say that you have to pay for half a day in addition and in general you have not paid for your room, absolutely directly showing that we allegedly want to leave and not pay. Communicating in an imperious tone , very rude and frankly rude. I had to go to the hotel's website and already show that they had to take the payment upon check-in and certainly not behave in this way. So many trips and for the first time we come across such an attitude. We hope that the management will listen to the calls and the situation at the reception in order to draw appropriate conclusions about their staff, who absolutely forgot that they were at work and at least communicate with customers in an imperious tone, rudely and brazenly lie to show their importance without hotel guests is unacceptable.

Excellent location if you want privacy: the hotel is located in the forest, but at the same time you can get to the city center in 10 minutes by taxi. Very beautiful Interiors everywhere. Delicious breakfasts, helpful staff. Breakfast can be ordered in advance, but book for it for at least 30 minutes.
