A great hotel, in a great location. You wake up to the sound of birds singing, fresh air. The service is excellent from check-in to check-out. Parking behind the slag heap. On Sunday, there was a grill party at lunchtime, according to a special menu.. Very tasty!

We stayed in Kronon for three nights, on our trip to Belarus.
If you can say that the hotel has a soul, it's about Kronon. Everything from the location in the very center of a magnificent park, to the level of service and design solutions is perfect.
The hotel is small, in a very cozy style of "Provence". It has everything not to be distracted by anything other than relaxation: cozy rooms; excellent restaurant space, implemented in three zones (main hall; glazed veranda and outdoor area around a small fountain and all this surrounded by magnificent pine trees); excellent bar; small spa area with a swimming pool; parking and even two charging stations for electric vehicles; magnificent nature around; the Neman River and an equipped beach 15 minutes from the hotel; excellent service.
The restaurant's menu is varied and quite not bad content. Breakfasts are included in the price, the choice is very good, there is a pre-order option, which is convenient, given the menu, not the buffet. The choice of lunches and dinners is also excellent: there are comprehensive offers, the main menu and a seasonal offer, all at very reasonable prices.
There are bicycles, and not banal ones, but in the style of a hotel - from famous manufacturers. The use of them for guests is free of charge. Considering the gorgeous park, with paved paths, the option is quite interesting.
A free shuttle service is available to Grodno from morning to 10 pm. At the same time, if the main transport is temporarily unavailable, they order a taxi at the expense of the hotel. The shuttle service operates in both directions: to the city center and back on request. The time to get to the center of Grodno is 10-15 minutes.
Well, all sorts of little things, in the form of delicious compliments every day and before a bag of water and cupcakes on the road, when leaving - little things, but nice.)
The only thing that confused: the lack of tea sets in the rooms, we are used to this option in similar services. But, these are small things, given the compactness of the hotel and the excellent restaurant space, it is more pleasant to drink a cup of tea on the veranda or at the bar.)
Definitely, Kronon is the best place to stop in Grodno. By the way, the city is also very pleasant and cozy.

The hotel is extremely good.
My wife offered a two-day tour to Grodno for my birthday, with accommodation in Kronos.
The building is clearly with a history, with a good stylish renovation, with excellent locations in a beautiful natural park on the banks of the Neman. They offer bicycles, free of charge. In the room (suite, maybe not in all), a pleasant welcome compliment.
The room price also includes a sauna and a swimming pool, but we did not use it, there was no time.
On the ground floor there is a restaurant and a lobby bar with a very pleasant interior, a terrace with a fountain.
The lady sang at lunchtime, sang well and unobtrusively.
Free minibus transfer to and from the city center to any point quickly and always.
Separately about the kitchen.
Breakfast is in the room price, ala-card, but amazing, the best separate breakfast in my long life and a very decent experience.
The service is fast and pleasant, and with or without pre-order - no difference. Just that there is no sparkling wine in the morning offer, as in the best houses in Europe. But not at all in reproach, I just thought that if there was another champagne sutra - and there are just no words at all.
The evening (daytime on weekends) menu is quite short, I would like to be a little richer, but the cuisine is good, especially the desserts, just delicious.
In general, the service is quite relaxed, helpful and of high quality. A lot of pleasant little things, smiles and attention.
The price of the rooms is high for Belarus, but it's worth it, at least sometimes!
Quibbles:
1. The champagne already mentioned.
2. It's bad that there is no tea set in the room, you can order from the restaurant, but this is not the case, and it looks like a strange saving.
In addition, the calculation is on site everywhere in the restaurant and bar, when serving in the room.
It's also weird and a little awkward. You can't write it down to the number.
3. We couldn't order the dish we planned for dinner. The meat ran out, and with a short menu, the whole idea of the dinner had to be redrawn, which was a little annoying.
4. The profile card is quite large and interesting. The cocktails are high-quality and delicious, maybe a little too much with lemon, the Margaritas and the others who ordered were too sour.
But these are such small things against the background of a really great impression of the hotel and its services.
And I'm writing just so that the administration gets feedback and makes this hotel even better.

I was very pleased with the children's menu, I have never seen this anywhere in Europe or Asia! A real, proper, dietary children's menu!
The main menu is very interesting, original, delicious and beautiful!
Fruits and hand-made cookies are brought to the rooms every morning, and truffles in the evening!
If you are with a child, you will be provided with a bathrobe and slippers!
Cozy and beautiful, a place of strength and solitude with nature.
We will definitely come back again!
Thanks to the staff and management for maintaining the level of comfort and comfort at the proper level!
P.S. The only thing is, it's time to update or repair the chairs in the restaurant :)

We spent an evening dedicated to the last anniversary of my husband.I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant, albeit slightly shabby. I was outraged by the behavior of the administrator, even when pre-ordering: keep in mind - here you will be "met by clothes" - down! When we appeared in the restaurant itself, the table we had chosen was immediately refused, although previously the employees of this institution called to clarify where we would be sitting. It's sad, but a fact! The table for which we were offered was not stocked, small things, but unpleasant: bread, salt, was previously ordered (absent). Ilya, our waiter coped with his duties in vain! I liked it! Especially the serving of hot cheeks!The food is delicious, drinks (alcoholic) are not all on the menu. But the administrator has less pathos!

We went to this hotel for 3 years and this time we decided to celebrate 25 years of friends' life together, we are 2 married couples, we checked in and went down to the restaurant, the table was ordered earlier, after about an hour or more, the administrator appeared with the requirement to present a passport, one of us and the remark that I have a dog in a carrier (Chihuahua 1.2 kg), for which we have to check out to pay a fine and dry cleaning of the room, check-in with animals is prohibited (I honestly did not know), we put glasses and asked to be given the opportunity to finish dinner, then listen to her and resolve issues, but she persistently stood at the tables and repeated her claims. We got up and left.Disgusting!You do not respect your guests, a complete lack of staff training, lack of tact when dealing with situations that arise, which is not acceptable in a hotel of the level you are applying for.We will never come to this hotel again and I will share my impressions of your service with all my friends as much as possible.
