I have known the hotel since 2011. I think the owner is not aware of the situation in the kitchen. Prices have become inadequate. The dish can be waited for more than an hour. Borscht with raw vegetables, 6 burger, one cheap sauce, the meat is bitter and raw. I think you can get poisoned. Mashed potatoes with meat are drawn to the table. The service is fussy, but there is no sense, as well as customers. The rooms are large but empty. The hotel has lost interest in itself. Take an example from at least cornflowers in Minsk, the dishes are excellent, the serving is 5 minutes, the prices are 3 times cheaper. And you are as empty as your kitchen ideas and refrigerators. The quality does not match the architecture and content. I do not recommend visiting and staying, you will be dissatisfied with the service, you will spoil your vacation with food, the cost will not meet your expectations.

Great hotel. Great service, great location - in a forest park, near the Neman River, 10 minutes by car to the city center. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the center.
The breakfast menu, with waiter service, was impressive.
A SPA area with a swimming pool and sauna, you can relax after a long walk around Grodno.

I've heard a lot about this place, and after looking at the beautiful pictures, I decided to visit here. The meeting was on top, I didn't have to ask stupid clarifying questions when checking in (I don't stay in hotels often, so there were a lot of questions about what-who-what). They were taken to a room in which pleasant music was playing and, in general, it was very pleasant to be taken somewhere away from everyday reality and dragged into relaxation. After walking around the city, returning to the hotel, we visited the restaurant. The serving of all the dishes was impeccable and the service was professional. There was no stiffness at all with the same stupid questions "how is it?", blankets were brought in the evening and we almost fell asleep from bliss. We took a shower in the morning, I want to mention high-quality shampoos and ash-white soft towels. I warmed up a lot at tomorrow's unlimited, I especially want to mention Benedict with salmon and ice cream with gorgonzolla for grilled sausages.

A wonderful hotel! Clean, cozy, delicious restaurant. Polite staff. Compliments in the form of delicious sweets every day in the room. The stuffed toy in the room was a gift for the child) Very comfortable pillows, music in the room, in the bathroom it's just gorgeous) The smell is amazing both in the rooms and in the hotel as a whole. We were alone in the sauna, there is no pandemonium anywhere, there are few rooms, bicycles were always available for a ride. Generally super! Thanks for the rest!

The only drawback in the warm season is the wasps.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to stay at the hotel. There were no available rooms, we did not book. But the hotel itself is very beautiful, located in a forest park. We went to have lunch at the hotel restaurant, it was very tasty, the dishes were interesting and inexpensive for a restaurant of this class.

It's high time to write an honest review about the Kronon Park Hotel. We have been going to this hotel for many years and this time will probably be the last. It is very unpleasant when you watch when a once-gorgeous place begins to slide and becomes mediocre. To begin with, my baby and I are traveling, and we are very upset by the fact that breakfast in the room, lunch and dinner are no longer served. According to the hotel manager, they are already "moving away from this practice." What kind of nonsense is this? Rumservice is a necessary attribute of any decent place, especially when you are relaxing with small, noisy and restless children. This is the convenience of the guest and other hotel customers. We paid attention to the little things that certainly create a good impression of this place. Breakfast food on a hard plate. Of the 3 days of stay, the 2 salmon was obviously not the freshest, the ice cream in the sausages smells like a refrigerator, the Dutch sauce is simply tasteless, scramble in their interpretation is pieces of beaten egg without a hint of creaminess. In general, 50% of the dishes were spoiled, as was the impression of breakfast. The dinners are better. The napkins in the bathroom are now gray and stiff. Toys are now handed to children only if they are reminded of them. Many people have already written about the renovation here. But the aftertaste remained unpleasant and I don't want to return to this hotel anymore. The price/quality ratio does not match.
The girls at the reception often behave not helpfully and arrogantly. Simple requests cause rolling of the eyes. The maitre d' is excellent, the waiter Arthur is the best, polite and tactful. Room cleaning is excellent.
I would never have thought that this could turn away from this place, as previously it was a great alternative to the best European hotels. Very sorry.

Lost in the depths of a shady park in the bend of the Neman is a French chateau with excellent hotel infrastructure and a first-class restaurant. Such places are usually called boutique hotels. And I would even classify it as a Small luxury hotels.

The receptionist of the hotel asked to pay a check from the restaurant during the eviction, although it is not clear what the reception has to do with the restaurant, perhaps a way to earn extra money. We spent the May holidays with my wife in Grodno and lived in the Kronon Park Hotel with great pleasure. A chic, cozy hotel with a magnificent interior. Excellent discussion. A restaurant with excellent cuisine. But most of all I was impressed by the breakfasts. I would say
the most delicious author's cuisine with excellent serving. The hotel is located on the territory of the park, so there is an opportunity for walks and a great rest. Many thanks to all the staff! I recommend it to everyone!

A wonderful small hotel in the central part of the forest area with access to the Neman River. Excellent service and magical cuisine. The included breakfasts are just a delight. The restaurant too. Everything is at a very high level. Polite and friendly staff. An excellent, albeit small, swimming pool. Convenient parking for cars. In general, a solid five!

We have heard a lot of words of praise about this place and its beauty. We were here at the end of November for breakfast. Unfortunately, due to the bare trees and the empty courtyard, there was not much atmosphere outside, inside it was another matter — a beautiful interior, everything looks aesthetically pleasing and I would even say a little pompous. Breakfast, unfortunately, was not impressed by the word at all! Pancakes with caviar, croissant with poached egg were slightly worse than just ordinary ones, but the cost is about 30 rubles per dish. The staff and service are decent, but the expectation and reality did not match!

A hotel that you want to return to. We had a vacation with my husband from July 26 to August 1, 2022. Quiet, cozy, clean room, peace and tranquility. So the breakfasts are simply delicious: extremely tasty, with a creative and beautiful presentation. It still feels like the staff (cook, receptionists, maids, waiters, gardener, driver, etc.) are just for you. Thank you very much to the staff of the Kronon Hotel!
Thanks to the free transfer to the center of Grodno, we got acquainted with the sights of the city every day of our stay. I really liked Friendship Square, I learned a lot of new types of trees.

Probably the best hotel in Belarus! An island of Western Europe (rather Tuscany) in Grodno) An excellent hotel, from the design and quality of the renovation, to the level of service, cleaning, customer service and location. I rarely write reviews about hotels, but this hotel was beyond praise. The only thing I would like to advise is to make hooks in the bathroom next to the sink, because there is nowhere to hang towels.(in the deluxe room) in other room categories, it is possible that the compliment for the newlyweds was still just a few cookies, not a bottle of champagne.

The hotel is extremely good.
My wife offered a two-day tour to Grodno for my birthday, with accommodation in Kronos.
The building is clearly with a history, with a good stylish renovation, with excellent locations in a beautiful natural park on the banks of the Neman. They offer bicycles, free of charge. In the room (suite, maybe not in all), a pleasant welcome compliment.
The room price also includes a sauna and a swimming pool, but we did not use it, there was no time.
On the ground floor there is a restaurant and a lobby bar with a very pleasant interior, a terrace with a fountain.
The lady sang at lunchtime, sang well and unobtrusively.
Free minibus transfer to and from the city center to any point quickly and always.
Separately about the kitchen.
Breakfast is in the room price, ala-card, but amazing, the best separate breakfast in my long life and a very decent experience.
The service is fast and pleasant, and with or without pre-order - no difference. Just that there is no sparkling wine in the morning offer, as in the best houses in Europe. But not at all in reproach, I just thought that if there was another champagne sutra - and there are just no words at all.
The evening (daytime on weekends) menu is quite short, I would like to be a little richer, but the cuisine is good, especially the desserts, just delicious.
In general, the service is quite relaxed, helpful and of high quality. A lot of pleasant little things, smiles and attention.
The price of the rooms is high for Belarus, but it's worth it, at least sometimes!
Quibbles:
1. The champagne already mentioned.
2. It's bad that there is no tea set in the room, you can order from the restaurant, but this is not the case, and it looks like a strange saving.
In addition, the calculation is on site everywhere in the restaurant and bar, when serving in the room.
It's also weird and a little awkward. You can't write it down to the number.
3. We couldn't order the dish we planned for dinner. The meat ran out, and with a short menu, the whole idea of the dinner had to be redrawn, which was a little annoying.
4. The profile card is quite large and interesting. The cocktails are high-quality and delicious, maybe a little too much with lemon, the Margaritas and the others who ordered were too sour.
But these are such small things against the background of a really great impression of the hotel and its services.
And I'm writing just so that the administration gets feedback and makes this hotel even better.

We stayed in Kronon for three nights, on our trip to Belarus.
If you can say that the hotel has a soul, it's about Kronon. Everything from the location in the very center of a magnificent park, to the level of service and design solutions is perfect.
The hotel is small, in a very cozy style of "Provence". It has everything not to be distracted by anything other than relaxation: cozy rooms; excellent restaurant space, implemented in three zones (main hall; glazed veranda and outdoor area around a small fountain and all this surrounded by magnificent pine trees); excellent bar; small spa area with a swimming pool; parking and even two charging stations for electric vehicles; magnificent nature around; the Neman River and an equipped beach 15 minutes from the hotel; excellent service.
The restaurant's menu is varied and quite not bad content. Breakfasts are included in the price, the choice is very good, there is a pre-order option, which is convenient, given the menu, not the buffet. The choice of lunches and dinners is also excellent: there are comprehensive offers, the main menu and a seasonal offer, all at very reasonable prices.
There are bicycles, and not banal ones, but in the style of a hotel - from famous manufacturers. The use of them for guests is free of charge. Considering the gorgeous park, with paved paths, the option is quite interesting.
A free shuttle service is available to Grodno from morning to 10 pm. At the same time, if the main transport is temporarily unavailable, they order a taxi at the expense of the hotel. The shuttle service operates in both directions: to the city center and back on request. The time to get to the center of Grodno is 10-15 minutes.
Well, all sorts of little things, in the form of delicious compliments every day and before a bag of water and cupcakes on the road, when leaving - little things, but nice.)
The only thing that confused: the lack of tea sets in the rooms, we are used to this option in similar services. But, these are small things, given the compactness of the hotel and the excellent restaurant space, it is more pleasant to drink a cup of tea on the veranda or at the bar.)
Definitely, Kronon is the best place to stop in Grodno. By the way, the city is also very pleasant and cozy.
