I rarely write reviews, but there is a limit to my patience, I constantly go to sesame and order from there, the food is delicious, there are no questions, but the delivery is terrible. They always fail to deliver something. It all started with sushi sauces, and the next delivery was nuggets. I called, they immediately offered to bring it, but that I would pull people because of the little things, they gave me a promo code. The next delivery was large fries, I also called, apologized, promised to be more attentive, but the last point was today, 2 burgers with bacon and not the cheapest. I understand the load is heavy, but 4 times is too much! Be more attentive to the delivery!

First of all, I understand Friday, a lot of people, you give orders for a long time, but 30 minutes?!?!! This is a very long time for fast food!!!
Second, I add extra to the portion for whom do I choose?! And I'm paying for what??? Why didn't they put them there if you have a receipt under your face when you cook!?
In the third, with a sour and dissatisfied face of the person who meets you and this is the first person who represents the institution, no matter what it is, you need to do something, it's no good!

The French fries in the delivered order were cold, soft and damp. There were two tiny pieces of tuna in the tuna salad itself. The service is terrible: the blonde girl at the checkout counter, as soon as I approached to place an order, her eyes began to roll with unnatural activity, her face acquired such an expression as if she had eaten something sour - an unusual reaction to a person whom you see for the first time. I would like to note that while waiting for the order, I witnessed her polite treatment of customers. Then there was an attack of temporary deafness: ignoring the words of greeting, gratitude and farewell. When reading the order, one item was skipped, noting that I received a response: "I said."
About the order itself, they took it on the spot, there was black hair on the package of baked ones, and in the salad, someone's extended eyelashes fell to the bottom of the container, in abundance.
The positive impression of the institution that has developed over all previous visits has been spoiled.

We often order combos from this place. The order arrives occasionally in good condition. The fries are sluggish and not salty, then in the burger most of the inside is iceberg lettuce, which is clearly not spared in the burger. The girl started offering a promo code for free potatoes at the next order, when we had already paid for the one that was not delivered to us. We said we wanted to receive the order now, to which she hung up. They called further, they don't take it anymore.
