We had a rest in December! In terms of cleanliness of the territory, rooms, sea, pools, everything is perfect!!! The food is monotonous, it differs only in the name. Not all employees know Russian. Entertainment is all conducted for Europeans. All privileges are for them. And in Russian it is forbidden in this hotel: to turn on music, sing karaoke songs, entertain children. Everything is in English and no one cares that Russian children even participate. The staff is responsible for the hotel owner's ban. Go to the 4th hotel, where you can sing in Russian, listen to music. But all drinks and food are paid. There is an amphitheater only in 4. it turns out that 4 is 100 times better than 5, all the entertainment is there. You can fall asleep from boredom in the piano.When big boss performed at the festival, he touched on the themes of war. To what end, people collide with their foreheads. In general, if you want to relax, look for another hotel better, do not waste your time and money!!!! There is no respect for Russians!!!! They got fed up, they forgot who brings them money.

We went to this hotel for 2 years in a row and returned a week ago. We really like the hotel, its own beach with an excavated bay, so the tides are not an obstacle to swimming, there is always a sea, the bottom on the beach is sand. There is a coral reef nearby, we went and looked if there was no wind. Someone writes monotonous food.... Yes, you can't go hungry without food...yes, the rooms are old, of course they are tinted, but the furniture is all dead and creaky, the mattress is expensive and good, sleeping comfortably. If someone wants a perfect cleaning, it's certainly not in a hotel, in principle, in any...but when you eat, you don't have to find fault with everything....you just need to be positive then and relax easier...gorgeous territory.. After we went to the neighboring Stella, too, 5 * then there is a barn, compared to the Labranda. The landscaping in Labrande is just great, the trimmed trees are each in their own way, peacocks walking around the territory, everything is gorgeous!!! I recommend it to everyone! 80% of the Germans in the hotel, the rest 20 Russians, French and a little bit of everyone....I was there for my birthday, a cake was brought to the room and a swan was made, a trifle but nice

We were in September with my sister in 2023. Sooooo cool red sea, no sharks))) it's always calm and very, very hot! Regarding the hotel, I liked everything in principle, except for some of the staff, such as the guide Ahmed and the bartender on the beach - both always with dissatisfied faces), But! in general, a very cool stay, nice spacious rooms, polite and attentive staff, ready to go to a meeting, delicious food, there is something to do and where to walk on the territory of the hotel. We had a rest at the end of July 2023. 2 adults and 2 children of 7 and 9 le!. the territory is large, the beach is good, the entrance to the sea is smooth - all the advantages! The food is monotonous! For breakfast and dinner, the choice is not great chicken, meat, fish. I put one piece in a plate. There is less choice at lunch - burgers, fries, salads and soups are not delicious! We took dinners in restaurants (there are 5 different ones to choose from) I liked Italian and French. The products are the same, only I serve and serve and somehow tastier.Separately, about the service - First of all, I serve foreigners, my own (Arabs), then Russians. The attitude towards us was not very good!!!! The room cleaning is mediocre, (as everywhere else) superficial! We tried to leave a tip ($1) - it didn't help! The hotel is not a five - at least a four because of the territory. 3 points for nutrition!

I've been at this hotel for a week. Its own beach, not crowded with people, a large and landscaped area, a swimming pool area, an alley with restaurants of various themes. The offers with excursions were very annoying, literally every 5 minutes someone came, it looked like an endless carousel. The food is no higher than four, but everyone can choose something for themselves. Evening program, holiday program, travel agencies are located on the territory of the hotel. The rooms are a little tired, but not bad. Personally, the extractor fan flow regulator did not work in my room and I heard a hair dryer when it was heated. The key is given out one per room. Don't take it to the pool, you don't need this holiday of life! It's better to stay away. You can visit this place once, but for this price you have to try harder

The hotel is located outside Hurghada, in the village of Makadi Bay. This is a relatively new village, there are few hotels here, the infrastructure is minimal, the desert is all around. It takes 40-50 minutes to drive from the airport. Senzo Mall is a 30-minute drive away. There are several modest shops in the hotel itself, there is nothing but sand outside the territory) Therefore, you will have to go shopping in Hurghada. As for the hotel: check-in at 15:00. At the reception, our documents were accepted by Ruma, who knew Russian well and tried to shake off money from us for checking into rooms with sea views, while we had already paid for them to our tour operator. I've been breaking down for a long time, saying we don't have such numbers and all that. Such "hospitality" seriously spoiled the first impressions of the hotel. But this is the most unpleasant thing we had there. The territory of the hotel itself is well-groomed, green, clean rooms, freshly renovated, but they save money on half a million, they do not change them until you say, both hotel and beach rooms. Disposable hygiene products are added reluctantly. During the week of our stay, we were not given shampoo, seeing that we had our own. They save right cool, although they position themselves as 5 stars. Two weeks earlier, we lived in another hotel of the same category, so we changed the linen and towels there every day, and change the beach towels at least five times a day without any problems. They flooded us with shampoos and gels. Therefore, there is something to compare it with. On food and drinks: We had an all-inclusive vacation. The food is fine, not a masterpiece, of course, but you will not stay hungry, the assortment of sweets and fruits is meager. We went to Chinese and Greek restaurants for dinner - they cook delicious. Again, during the week of stay, you can visit only two restaurants, and you need to sign up for them on the day of the visit in the morning. In the first hotel, we could have dinner in different restaurants every day for the entire period of our stay, but not here. E - economy. The bar is open from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. The cocktails are not bad, by the way, for 4. The beach and the shore are sand with small pebbles. Not shallow water. The depth is already literally 10-15 meters from the shore. The sea is good. The place is windy, so it's not stuffy at all at +40. Nearby there is a second 4-star LABRANDA CLUB hotel, it is more youthful, there the disco starts at 9 o'clock and until two in the morning, in our room all the boom-boom were heard very strongly, we had to close the balcony tightly. Another disadvantage is mosquitoes. There are a lot of them, especially in the evenings. Neither to sit by the pool, nor on the balcony (we lived on the 3rd floor), they bite instantly. There were no mosquitoes at all in the other hotel.

I will start with the staff who made my stay at Labranda Royal Makadi unforgettable. All employees were distinguished by professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness. They were always ready to help and offer solutions to any issue or problem I encountered. Such an attentive and caring attitude left me with the most pleasant impressions.
The hotel itself was beautiful. Its design was modern and stylish, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and cozy. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful area with lush gardens where you can relax and enjoy peace and quiet.
One of the main advantages of Labranda Royal Makadi for me was access to the cleanest beach of the Red Sea. The sand was snow–white, the water was clear, and I enjoyed swimming and relaxing on the beach every day. In addition, the hotel offered a variety of outdoor activities, from water sports to a gym and outdoor pools.
Much attention was also paid to cooking. The restaurants at Labranda Royal Makadi offered a wide variety of dishes from various cuisines, and every day I enjoyed authentic and delicious dishes. It was nice to feel the local flavor and try new flavors.

My husband and I have not been to Egypt for 12 years. We decided in early June 2024 to fly to the hotel, which had good memories when it was still Clab Azur. But upon arrival we were very disappointed. At the reception, upon check-in, they started asking us for an additional payment for a room, such as with an improved view. Although the ticket cost us 176,600 rubles for 8 days . and we also arrived the next day from the paid ones. because of the mess in Sheremetyevo. But this is a separate story.We refused to pay extra. We were accommodated in a room with a view of the parking lot, with a non-working safe, noisy air conditioning, lack of bath accessories and glasses and beach towels. This is a duty number for the Uncooperative. I was in shock. It wasn't so brazen before. But the 1 magic dollar given to the baggage handler solved all the problems and we were moved to another room with a view of the A La Carte restaurants.Quiet and peaceful during the day, 70% of tourists are German citizens. the rest are few in number. But the neighboring 4* was more filled with Russians, there is a good beach for children and it is loved by families with young children. The food has become worse, more designed for Europeans. Lots of pasta and pasta, pizza, some beef. Mostly meat is chicken or turkey, there is NO seafood. There was a fish like a Sea tongue in breaded small pieces .There is vegetarian food, stewed or boiled vegetables (eggplant, zucchini and carrots) and Breakfast is normal. The fruits are all green. 2 times there was a sweet watermelon and more or less it was possible to eat melon. The coral reef was very upset.Corals are dying, everything is gray, shrouded in algae in the form of a gray web. There are very few beautiful and colorful fish. But I saw a sea turtle and a large stingray at depth.In Egypt, their pound has collapsed 3 times since the spring, and if we take into account the exchange rate of our ruble / dollar, then prices there are simply Space.T-shirts for $12 . We can sell for 600-700 rubles. take a lot more interesting. Silver products at the price of our gold. It just cost a lot of halva and Turkish delight. In Moscow, they are now being transported from Turkey much cheaper. I was only pleased with the Fish restaurant. Special thanks to the manager. We were there alone in the evening, by the sea, by candlelight. The young guitarist played jazz compositions . 2 lobster soups, two salads, steamed octopus and 15 pieces of large shrimp cost us $50 along with a tip. They gave us a bottle of wine. It was a wonderful evening. But A la Carte restaurants are a waste of time. And there is food from them both in the daytime and in the evening menu of the main restaurant. We decided that we would return to trips to Vietnam (as soon as the flight is direct) or Thailand. There are seafood and fruits, and the sea is warm and exotic.

I agree with the previous positive reviews!
Clean, tasty and so on! A very nice green area, which is rare for Egypt! They did pay a little extra for the room, but Bargain! Because almost everyone has the most ordinary and simple numbers, ask them to show a few and choose! In principle, the staff is very good and goes to the meeting! There are a lot of foreigners, about 80% of them were in our period! So alcohol, well, the norms, as usual, beer from which you do not get drunk, etc., strong is mostly local, it is better to take strong in Duty Free, we did not take it (we thought it would not be useful), then we regretted that at least a small bottle had to be taken!
The entrance to the sea is very good, it's not even sand, but very small pebbles!
Next to the beach on the left side is a seafood restaurant, I really liked it (they offer combos for 20 and 30 euros), we noted others and took a combo and another dish I don't remember what it was called, assorted seafood in a shell, about 1200 rubles (at the rate of $ 90) the portion is good and you can take this shell and don't take everything else, sometimes a saxophonist plays, it's very beautiful for a family holiday!
On the left side of the beach, the neighboring hotel has a small reef next to the pier, where you can see some corals and fish!
Food! Delicious, there is a choice, sometimes about once a week they make shrimp on the grill (they give out 2 pieces per person, but the queue is 15 minutes) and thin steaks of red fish, very tasty white fish was grilled for every day, our men really liked it and ate it constantly!

The rooms are practically not cleaned. Towels are not changed, you need to look for a cleaner yourself to replace beach towels. The hotel is completely aimed at Europeans, Russians are not welcome, so be prepared that you are not particularly welcome there)! Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms. Animation is not about anything at all. The nightclub has one name, and everything is paid there. In general, if you need a well-organized beach, then you are here (but you will never take a place on the first line, since everything is for Europeans). The hotel is aimed at Germans. The restaurants are good. The staff is very adequate and friendly except for some individuals. A huge plus is the beach and the sea. Sand, everyone was swimming without corals. The influence of tides and tides is practically not noticeable. We lived on the ground floor in the wing overlooking the adult pool, it was quiet and peaceful. The first hotel in eight years where I got enough sleep at night.

Hello, we had a rest at the hotel from July 22 to 27.
+ The hotel itself is of course gorgeous, several beaches, clear sea, many different shops, pharmacy in the hotel.
- We arrived at the hotel with the child at 9 a.m. we sat and waited until 13 to be checked into the room, we were asked to go to a meeting with a small child, no one went to a meeting.
- The kitchen is monotonous, the dishes are the same, there is nothing delicious.
- We arrived in mango season, mango has never been in the restaurant.
The attitude of the staff is arrogant, Russians do not respect foreigners at all, they almost lick them.Our guide was Ahmed, the man clearly forgot why he was needed there.In general, no matter how many times they approached on various issues, they never helped, just sat and drank coffee in a restaurant, that's all his work.

I believed the reviews and chose him, which I really regret!
Labranda Royal is far from 5*, but 3+ or 4*, and their second hotel is declared as 4*, in fact 3*.
1. Service and hygiene at 0 !!
2. There is practically no animation, there are 10 animators, but there is no sense: you will not find a schedule where and at what time you want or there is probably no animation during the day with fire, and if there is, then there is no organization, whatever...in the evening, Lisa tries to amuse the children a little (30 min) and performances, a disco for adults - music for Arab animators (1 out of 5 is normal).
3. Food - 4 types of fruits daily (oranges or tangerines, dates, fruit salad (apple/melon) and bananas or peaches / watermelon (were 2 times in 2 weeks). Fish 1 type per day - boiled and grilled, sometimes fried. Meat 1 type per day (those or chicken in different versions - boiled, grilled) or turkey or beef liver or grilled. Pasta and French fries, rice always. There are always only 3 types of soup. Breakfast is always the same every day.
4. Repair - it feels like it was 10-20 years old, everything is outdated, shabby.
5. The cleaners are Arabs, they take money, but they don't clean the room properly, they only made towels twice. Don't tip, nothing will change.
6. Ala Carte restaurants - it's not worth going, it's a waste of time! Dinner in a French restaurant - everything was served from a restaurant where a regular dinner was served, only we waited for the hotter for an hour! We hardly found tuna in the tuna salad...
the Arab restaurant surprised us even more...3 glasses of water were set for 4 people and the water was forgotten, the menu is meager and everything from the general restaurant of the previous day... Shame on you!
7. The sea is empty of the word at all. The beach is large, the approach is good.
8. The territory of the hotel is not large, clean, few flowers and bushes.
Misunderstanding why people go there several times? The price/quality does not match at all...

In other hotels, even those who clean the room talk. I translated it to him on the phone, he said, okay. But nothing has changed until 18h 09.04. Until the German guests have settled in. 04/17/2024 departure from the hotel from pegasus was at 11:45 a.m. But from one o'clock at night on 17.04, they came to evict us from the reception and shouted the finish line. I understand that they wanted to please another German. But, I also paid the money, and I wanted to rest. The queue is everywhere. In the restaurant all the time. To get scrambled eggs, then for bread. And to take coffee in general is a quest. Your dear Germans take a liter for 2 people. To sign up for an Ala carte restaurant, you also need to stand up every day. It is obvious that you are oriented towards Europeans. This is your right. But we need to warn you. Of course, I will not recommend your hotel to anyone. Terrible hotel. Lunches and breakfasts are served in a restaurant similar to the dining stable.

I want to say a few words about the hotel. Yes, it is not new and worn in places. It's not modern at all. Maybe the food is better somewhere. But it's an amazingly family-friendly, homely hotel. When they chose , they were bribed by the abundance of greenery and did not lose. It may be a little cramped in high season, but at the end of May we were very comfortable and spacious. Of course, there are wishes) I want a normal gym, not a couple of exercise machines under a canopy on the beach. Still, at + 40 it is difficult to run even in the shade)))
And to have a watermelon every day, not 2 times a week.
But these are all small things. Sea. This is the main reason why it is worth going to this hotel. A closed bay, no waves and always clean water. Clean beach, lots of sun beds, and the sea)

A very nice hotel. The most important thing is the beach, where the sandy shore and almost immediately the entrance to the water is sufficient for swimming. Of course, not quite 5 🌟, but the food is quite decent, you just need to learn how to choose what is necessary.

I was in Egypt for the first time. I will omit the moments of ripping off at the airport at $ 28 per visa per person. On the account of the hotel: I expected more from the 5-star hotel than it was. When we arrived, tired and exhausted, we expected that they would quickly give us the keys to the room and we would run to rest, still with a small child. BUT...That was not the case. They served everyone except us. Foreigners came up, they were quickly given everything, taken away, answered, and we were tormented...They didn't say what we were waiting for, why, or how much longer. We saw what happened to the child, but I don't care. The attitude of utter indifference to the guests. The territory is well maintained, but the beach is dirty, garbage was floating (before it was raining and very windy), perhaps it was just the weather that inflated it. I did not like the monotony of the food, the child, in general, except for spaghetti and sometimes pizza, did not eat anything. Room service is not on time though. We went on safari in the morning, arrived after lunch, and the room was not cleaned. The towels are tired. They tried to tip, then they cleaned up more quickly and made figures out of towels, to the delight of their daughter. The staff is slow and lazy, except for children's animation. The animators are groovy, they speak different languages, my daughter really enjoyed participating in everything. In general, it could have been better. If you go on vacation for a purely beach holiday, then, in my opinion, not to Egypt. It is rather a country of ancient culture and myths, and diving. Next time we'll go to Luxor and Cairo.

Good hotel, price-quality. We rested from 30.12 to 07.01.2024, the room stock is of course a little old and the drain in the shower did not work well in the room, but this did not upset our rest.
The hotel grounds are beautiful, clean and well maintained. In this regard, the staff tries and makes a lot of efforts.
We liked everything about the food. There are always tables available, despite the fact that the neighboring building was renovated and all the guests came to eat at our restaurant. A wide variety of dishes, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can always find something for yourself. Beef, fish, vegetables, and rice are cooked deliciously. For breakfast, omelette, scrambled eggs, waffles, yoghurts with fruits and nuts (the first time I liked the milk and I ate it here). In general, everything could be found. From alcohol, white wine and beer more or less went to us.
The animation works, they tell you everything, invite you to all sorts of activities, dance with you at the disco in the evening))) There are always some events in the evening, like discos, live music and all sorts of shows in the amphitheater.
Most importantly, I liked the sea. Since we were in December - January, the sea is certainly invigorating, but we enjoyed swimming. The entrance to the sea is excellent, smooth, sand everywhere. The beach is clean, there are always free sun beds. The hotel staff is trying very hard. Everyone is friendly, smiling and trying to speak Russian. As soon as you approach the sunbed, they run up and help you unfold the sunbed as you need and this thing from the wind, and even they will offer you to spread a towel))
For the new year itself, we had a Gala dinner, beautifully decorated the tables around the pool and recorded in advance who would sit at which table. Then desserts and a disco were on display on the boardwalk until the morning.
There are many foreigners staying at the hotel, in most cases pensioners (which we were glad of, since our vacation was also a pensioner's one).
The only caveat, I did not like the guide from the tour operator Coral Travel (Mahmoud). Too arrogant. I didn't tell you anything about the case, I immediately began to sell my excursions: "If you don't buy right now, I won't come to you anymore, I won't make a discount and you will be left without excursions at all." As a result, we were advised to use a website where you can book the same excursions and for 2 times cheaper. We were satisfied.
In general, I liked everything, I recommend the hotel.

We haven't had a rest like this yet!!! From the first day I wanted to go home!!! Of the advantages, the sea and room cleaning, everything else is a HUGE minus! Starting with food (poor choice of vegetables, fruits, and everything in general), continuing with the lack of Internet (only at the reception), and ending with the BOORISH ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF- SOMEONE IS LICKED, SOMEONE IS OPENLY MADE TO UNDERSTAND - YOU ARE NOBODY!! THE IMPRESSION OF EGYPT IS RUINED!!! NEVER AGAIN, THEY WILL OFFER IT FOR FREE, WE WILL NOT GO!!!!!!

We rested at this hotel from 07.01.2024 to 17.01.2024. What can I say, the hotel itself is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful. 80% of vacationers are pensioners who are over 60+ If you are young, active, then you will be bored here. Animation is here only in the morning, and then in the form of exercises by the pool, yoga in the clearing and that's it.
The rooms are good. Cleaning every day.
There is a lot of food, varied, alcohol is different. The cocktails are delicious. The beach and the sea are clean.

We were at this hotel from 06/25/2023 to 07/5/2023!I'll start with a good one-this is of course the beach and the sea, if you eat with children, then going to the sea is very good!The sea is warm and affectionate, there are enough sun beds for everyone.The rooms are good, the cleaning was done every day, the child went to bed for a quiet hour, the staff made noise in the hallway, made a remark a couple of times, stopped!The animation is great too, the guys are trying their best!I lowered my grade due to nutrition, so in order:breakfast is like breakfast, but lunch and dinner are quite sad, there is no meat at all, the fish is dry, the squid is fine then rubber!There is a very small selection of fruits, It would seem that bananas are always and everywhere-but no bananas were given on delivery😉Tired waiters who see that everything is filled with plates, but do not move, there are no paper napkins on the tables, only cloth ones!The child vomited on the last day, at the time when we were there, we were not the first, with signs of rotavirus, applied for insurance, received a doctor at the hotel, helped!I will not return to this hotel just because of the food!!!

A good hotel, the animation is not very bad, the guys are trying.
The food is so-so, as they say, you will not be hungry, but there is nothing to eat. The staff is lazy, although everyone is trying.
The sea is gorgeous, the beach is sand, in my case this was the main thing. And I still don't understand why there are no napkins and fruits are almost not washed. The beer is not bad, the juice is only normal in the morning, water in the evening.
