The hotel is located outside Hurghada, in the village of Makadi Bay. This is a relatively new village, there are few hotels here, the infrastructure is minimal, the desert is all around. It takes 40-50 minutes to drive from the airport. Senzo Mall is a 30-minute drive away. There are several modest shops in the hotel itself, there is nothing but sand outside the territory) Therefore, you will have to go shopping in Hurghada. As for the hotel: check-in at 15:00. At the reception, our documents were accepted by Ruma, who knew Russian well and tried to shake off money from us for checking into rooms with sea views, while we had already paid for them to our tour operator. I've been breaking down for a long time, saying we don't have such numbers and all that. Such "hospitality" seriously spoiled the first impressions of the hotel. But this is the most unpleasant thing we had there. The territory of the hotel itself is well-groomed, green, clean rooms, freshly renovated, but they save money on half a million, they do not change them until you say, both hotel and beach rooms. The depth is already literally 10-15 meters from the shore. The sea is good. The place is windy, so it's not stuffy at all at +40. Nearby there is a second 4-star LABRANDA CLUB hotel, it is more youthful, there the disco starts at 9 o'clock and until two in the morning, in our room all the boom-boom were heard very strongly, we had to close the balcony tightly. Another disadvantage is mosquitoes. There are a lot of them, especially in the evenings. Neither to sit by the pool, nor on the balcony (we lived on the 3rd floor), they bite instantly. There were no mosquitoes at all in the other hotel.

3. Food - 4 types of fruits daily (oranges or tangerines, dates, fruit salad (apple/melon) and bananas or peaches / watermelon (were 2 times in 2 weeks). Fish 1 type per day - boiled and grilled, sometimes fried. Meat 1 type per day (those or chicken in different versions - boiled, grilled) or turkey or beef liver or grilled. Pasta and French fries, rice always. There are always only 3 types of soup. Breakfast is always the same every day.
4. Repair - it feels like it was 10-20 years old, everything is outdated, shabby.
5. The cleaners are Arabs, they take money, but they don't clean the room properly, they only made towels twice. Don't tip, nothing will change.
6. Ala Carte restaurants - it's not worth going, it's a waste of time! Dinner in a French restaurant - everything was served from a restaurant where a regular dinner was served, only we waited for the hotter for an hour! We hardly found tuna in the tuna salad...

Foreigners came up, they were quickly given everything, taken away, answered, and we were tormented...They didn't say what we were waiting for, why, or how much longer. We saw what happened to the child, but I don't care. The attitude of utter indifference to the guests. The territory is well maintained, but the beach is dirty, garbage was floating (before it was raining and very windy), perhaps it was just the weather that inflated it. I did not like the monotony of the food, the child, in general, except for spaghetti and sometimes pizza, did not eat anything. Room service is not on time though. We went on safari in the morning, arrived after lunch, and the room was not cleaned. The towels are tired. They tried to tip, then they cleaned up more quickly and made figures out of towels, to the delight of their daughter. The staff is slow and lazy, except for children's animation. The animators are groovy, they speak different languages, my daughter really enjoyed participating in everything. In general, it could have been better. If you go on vacation for a purely beach holiday, then, in my opinion, not to Egypt. It is rather a country of ancient culture and myths, and diving. Next time we'll go to Luxor and Cairo.
Good hotel, price-quality. We rested from 30.12 to 07.01.2024, the room stock is of course a little old and the drain in the shower did not work well in the room, but this did not upset our rest.
The hotel grounds are beautiful, clean and well maintained. In this regard, the staff tries and makes a lot of efforts.
We liked everything about the food. There are always tables available, despite the fact that the neighboring building was renovated and all the guests came to eat at our restaurant. A wide variety of dishes, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can always find something for yourself. Beef, fish, vegetables, and rice are cooked deliciously. For breakfast, omelette, scrambled eggs, waffles, yoghurts with fruits and nuts (the first time I liked the milk and I ate it here). In general, everything could be found. From alcohol, white wine and beer more or less went to us.
The animation works, they tell you everything, invite you to all sorts of activities, dance with you at the disco in the evening))) There are always some events in the evening, like discos, live music and all sorts of shows in the amphitheater.
Most importantly, I liked the sea. Since we were in December - January, the sea is certainly invigorating, but we enjoyed swimming. The entrance to the sea is excellent, smooth, sand everywhere. The beach is clean, there are always free sun beds. The hotel staff is trying very hard. Everyone is friendly, smiling and trying to speak Russian. As soon as you approach the sunbed, they run up and help you unfold the sunbed as you need and this thing from the wind, and even they will offer you to spread a towel))
For the new year itself, we had a Gala dinner, beautifully decorated the tables around the pool and recorded in advance who would sit at which table. Then desserts and a disco were on display on the boardwalk until the morning.
There are many foreigners staying at the hotel, in most cases pensioners (which we were glad of, since our vacation was also a pensioner's one).
The only caveat, I did not like the guide from the tour operator Coral Travel (Mahmoud). Too arrogant. I didn't tell you anything about the case, I immediately began to sell my excursions: "If you don't buy right now, I won't come to you anymore, I won't make a discount and you will be left without excursions at all." As a result, we were advised to use a website where you can book the same excursions and for 2 times cheaper. We were satisfied.
In general, I liked everything, I recommend the hotel.
We haven't had a rest like this yet!!! From the first day I wanted to go home!!! Of the advantages, the sea and room cleaning, everything else is a HUGE minus! Starting with food (poor choice of vegetables, fruits, and everything in general), continuing with the lack of Internet (only at the reception), and ending with the BOORISH ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF- SOMEONE IS LICKED, SOMEONE IS OPENLY MADE TO UNDERSTAND - YOU ARE NOBODY!! THE IMPRESSION OF EGYPT IS RUINED!!! NEVER AGAIN, THEY WILL OFFER IT FOR FREE, WE WILL NOT GO!!!!!!
We rested at this hotel from 07.01.2024 to 17.01.2024. What can I say, the hotel itself is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful. 80% of vacationers are pensioners who are over 60+ If you are young, active, then you will be bored here. Animation is here only in the morning, and then in the form of exercises by the pool, yoga in the clearing and that's it.
The rooms are good. Cleaning every day.
There is a lot of food, varied, alcohol is different. The cocktails are delicious. The beach and the sea are clean.
We were at this hotel from 06/25/2023 to 07/5/2023!I'll start with a good one-this is of course the beach and the sea, if you eat with children, then going to the sea is very good!The sea is warm and affectionate, there are enough sun beds for everyone.The rooms are good, the cleaning was done every day, the child went to bed for a quiet hour, the staff made noise in the hallway, made a remark a couple of times, stopped!The animation is great too, the guys are trying their best!I lowered my grade due to nutrition, so in order:breakfast is like breakfast, but lunch and dinner are quite sad, there is no meat at all, the fish is dry, the squid is fine then rubber!There is a very small selection of fruits, It would seem that bananas are always and everywhere-but no bananas were given on delivery😉Tired waiters who see that everything is filled with plates, but do not move, there are no paper napkins on the tables, only cloth ones!The child vomited on the last day, at the time when we were there, we were not the first, with signs of rotavirus, applied for insurance, received a doctor at the hotel, helped!I will not return to this hotel just because of the food!!!
There are a lot of old Germans who occupy everything from 5.30 am-all the sun beds by the sea and the pool, the waiters serve only them, the food is normal, all the animation is in English, the sea is dirtier compared to the Charm, almost all the time the wind was in late April and early May

The sea is gorgeous, the beach is sand, in my case this was the main thing. And I still don't understand why there are no napkins and fruits are almost not washed. The beer is not bad, the juice is only normal in the morning, water in the evening.
