the area around the pools is traumatic and has long required renovation. the food is monotonous, packaged juices, alcoholic cocktails for an additional fee. There is practically no Wi-Fi on the territory, only in the lobby and at the reception. There is not even a room for a fitness room, exercise equipment under a canopy on the beach. I rest from 04/18/24 to 04/28/24 in room 1901. Nice hotel. Everything is pretty good in principle. Except for one thing. It's a mess with music coming every night from 22.00 to 2.00. It's a nightmare. Neither a closed balcony nor earplugs will save you. It is unclear why the music should be turned on so loudly. The rest turns into hell in this way. A maximum of 10 people dance. I am currently resting at this hotel. In general, everything is not bad, except for the work of the waiters in the main restaurant and in the restaurant near the beach. Russians are the last to be served, they pretend not to notice you and the dirty dishes on your table. For dinner at the main restaurant, the service is very, very slow., drinks were waited for 25 minutes. Then we realized that it was easier to leave the restaurant to the bar, take a drink there (beer or wine, fanta, Cola is in the restaurant itself) and return back. Again, this only applies to the service of Russians. Foreigners, and especially Germans, are a priority. To clarify, weak alcohol was taken only for dinner - 1-2 glasses.. The tips were left as expected.
I can say the same about the beach workers - Russians move the sunbeds themselves, foreigners run ahead.

We haven't been to Egypt for about 10 years, well, you know, their service has always been not the best.
The staff of this hotel 360 degrees change this stereotype. Gorgeous, well-groomed territory. An amazing art team, with what care and tenderness they treat children. The restaurant staff and reception are just 100 points!!! They communicate with all the guests, show signs of attention, very tactful, well-mannered, neat.
I have the most positive impressions after my stay at this hotel! And yes, I definitely want to come back here.

We were pleasantly surprised by the range of services provided by the hotel, a very decent price-quality ratio, the staff tries hard and is close to perfection. We had a rest with friends from 11/19/2022 to 11/30/2022. We really liked the hotel. Well-maintained territory, very clean, rooms are cleaned every day. I read that the furniture is not very new, but in our room the furniture was in excellent condition. A clean sandy beach, very conveniently located in a small bay. The sea is clear, beautiful entry into the sea. There are comfortable sun loungers on the beach, there were enough places for us at any time. Although we do not like to swim in the pool when there is a sea, we also liked the pool in this hotel. The pool is large, with a children's area, warm. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Special admiration and gratitude to the work of the ANIMATORS. A wonderful team of guys, always cheerful and friendly, entertained vacationers from morning to evening with full dedication, in the afternoon - games, water aerobics, sports activities, in the evening - a variety of show programs, discos, dancing. WELL DONE!!!
Food - this part of our vacation was also pleasantly surprised. I've read reviews that everything is monotonous. For 10 full days, there was not a single recurring dinner on the topic. It's cool when the dinners at the hotel are announced on the topics of "different cuisines of the world". But at the same time, the assortment always includes dishes from the standard classic set, as well as dietary dishes. It is very cool. A variety of desserts and fruits. For breakfast and lunch there is also a very large selection of dishes for every taste (fish, meat, poultry, pizza, pastries, several types of soups, a variety of second courses). We were very satisfied with the food (we gained a few kg for sure). Drinks and alcohol are unlimited. In addition, there are 5 more restaurants where you can order dinner. But we never got there. One day there was a great party "In white". A wonderful show program, live music, a magnificent dinner, luxurious decorations from dishes, a huge number of sweet dishes. And at the end of the evening, we were introduced to the top managers and chefs and sous chefs of the hotel, as well as the general manager of the hotel.It was very cool.
We had a great rest for 5 s +++. in 10 days, we managed to do everything - go on excursions, ride quad bikes, sail boats, admire fish, do aerobics, play, sunbathe. We spent time very actively and interestingly. I have the best memories from my vacation. Now I recommend everyone to go to this hotel.

We returned from a vacation at the Labranda Royal hotel just the day before yesterday, so I'm leaving a review in hot pursuit.
The first disappointment occurred at the moment when they entered the room - old , beaten-up furniture (which is already 20 years old) , creaking doors , old appliances (TV and telephone )- it feels like I 've been transported back to the late 90s .
The room is furnished extremely quickly and simply - a bed, a bedside table , a table ( everything needs to be replaced for a long time) - I will attach a photo so that there is no doubt about my words.
There are no slippers and a bathrobe in the room (for some reason you need to call the reception and ask for it).
Cleaning was carried out every day, but very superficial ( do not expect thorough and high-quality cleaning.there was always dust on the surfaces in the room)
The second and most global disappointment is the food..
Choosing a 5-star hotel, first of all, you want to enjoy not only the warm sun , but also the food.
There is no choice of seafood . Every day, only 1 fish was offered (like our tilapia, or maybe it is) - in batter or sweet and sour sauce. The fish itself is tasteless and no matter how you cook it , it won 't get any better .
And only once ! during the 12 days of stay, small grilled lobsters and tuna (tar tar or grilled) were served for dinner
I don't eat meat, so I had to eat rice , potatoes , pasta with salad all the rest..
A large selection of olives , various pickles , tahini , sliced vegetables - they taste pretty good .
I didn 't like the baking - visually all the cakes look spectacular , but they don 't taste like 5 stars in any way (the cream is not dense , apparently due to saving butter , so it turns out like cotton wool )
Baking dough is a hard crust .
Dinner is announced before 22.00 pm , but for unknown reasons , at 21.20 the staff starts to clean everything up abruptly and by 21.40 going downstairs to drink tea with sweets - they could not find anything .
This is also quite strange in my opinion.
Coffee only from the car (there is no freshly brewed coffee in the hotel). Even for extra money.
There is a pretty good spa complex on site (we bought 12 massages)- I liked it , the masters are not all strong , but there is someone to choose from . Many specialists use Thai massage techniques.
The prices for massage are Moscow .
In general, it is noticeable that the hotel management is very sluggish in its direct duties..
The staff is very relaxed , even 15 years ago ( we were in the same hotel , but apparently the management was different )the service and food were much higher .
Now animators ( those who sell / offer different excursions) allow themselves to sit on the vacationers' chaise longue. I think this is extremely unethical .
On the last day of my vacation, an animator came very close to me, who had a severe cold (runny nose) and began to persistently ask me to leave a review about the hotel. Bottom line -the next morning I woke up with a sore throat, now upon arrival in Moscow I continue treatment ..
Bottom line - the hotel cannot claim 5 stars in this form, my verdict is a weak 4 ka.
A lot of things need to be changed and resources invested in this business.

The hotel is very decent, we were on the January holidays. The food is delicious, especially the fish, the beach is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, polite staff, large green area, there is a heated swimming pool, the airport is not far away, animators are on fire! I really liked everyone, and especially Oksana! The chic and cheerful Orthodox Christmas dinner was very impressive: lots of delicious food, strawberries, performances by artists and a charismatic General Manager. It was very cool! I have read a lot of reviews that the staff is more polite to the Germans, no, I did not notice this - everyone has an even attitude, it is clear that they work with the staff and work a lot! The hotel has everything you need: a pharmacy, shops with groceries, necessary small things, souvenir shops, a wide range of services on the beach, quad bike tours. They write that the guys offering services are too intrusive, well, let's be honest, this is their job! I always treat the staff with understanding! Still, we must respect the work of others! And the rest in this hotel turned out to be magical, I really liked everything!

Just the facts:
- terrible food. No seafood or normal meat. There is not even juice from the bags, only yuppie-type poison. There are practically no fruits.
- cold pools, no longer heated, saving
- nonsense, but it is impossible to change towels on the beach, only to guard the cleaners in the room.
- very aggressive, intrusive tour sellers are like flies. If you don't buy, they yell and swear that they wasted their time.
- complete unsanitary conditions with glasses on all bars. I saw by chance how they were being washed, they no longer fit.
- there used to be evening shows, the stage was dismantled and you have to go to the next hotel to the amphitheater.
- the Internet does not work at all, only if you are sitting at the reception desk. And that's not always the case.
- there used to be a hookah in the evening, now for 10 euros.
- children who could not eat at lunch (there is nothing to eat there) go for hot dogs, but sausages with a purple tinge.
We were terribly sorry that we had come there for old times' sake.
Avoid it. Rixos is almost the same money, but it's heaven and earth.

I had a vacation here in January 2023. I liked everything. Cleaners clean well, make beautiful figures out of towels and blankets. The kitchen is great, the chefs cook great, something new every day. The warm pool is quite large, the rooms are located near the sea. The rooms are a bit outdated, but good nonetheless. Good animators, they do an excellent job with the education of children. I would like to mention animator Katya separately (I don't know her last name). We had a nice time playing football together. The lobby is very beautifully decorated. There is a place at the reception where you can relax and play board games. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I liked this hotel and I recommend going here!

Everything is in order! We were there for the 3rd time in early May 2023. The hotel's design has changed for the better.Lots of flowers, the area is very well maintained.Peacocks appeared, but it is a pity for them, since there is little space in the cage, this is obvious. I want to add a good fly in the ointment! The nutrition has not improved, I would say more than 3k! Why? They can't cook! Good afternoon!We stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago..And what I want to say..
We were immensely satisfied with almost everything..the territory is very beautiful, the rooms are clean ... there is just plenty of food and for every taste, both lean and vegetarian and ordinary..in addition to breakfast, etc., French fries and ice cream are free on the beach..
And most importantly, the sea is not ordinary..It is clean, beautiful and has a gorgeous sand thanks to its bay..
I advise you to visit this place with children and be sure that you will all have a rest because there are wonderful animators there..Lisa is like most people in the first place (she is very attentive, cheerful, active)Our daughters just wouldn't leave her side..There is also Vika, a sweet girl..but I would also like to mention the dark-skinned girl Maria, everyone called her..She's very funny..although the children did not understand her because she speaks English, but she does not know Russian..but they still managed to understand each other and it was fun and cool for everyone!!!

We had a rest with our family in the second half of October. I do not recommend this hotel
Reception work:
"-" We arrived at the hotel with a seven-year-old child at 0:30, the hotel employee made out at the reception chaotically: he started to make us out first, then suddenly switched to others (without small children), seeing them as a gift of chocolates...
"-" On the day of departure, we extended the room for three in advance hours: from 15:00 to 18:00 (for $ 30). The key stopped working at 15:00... the reception forgot to extend our room in the system. After the beach, a few hours before departure, it was an unpleasant surprise to run into a closed door, I had to go back to the reception and waste my time. No one came to take the room (we were called to the room and asked to leave). The suitcase itself had to be lowered into the hall from the third floor by stairs without an elevator, although upon arrival the suitcase was delivered to the room for a tip.
"-" An hour after handing over the key, we were presented with a claim that one Coca-Cola was missing from the bar in the room and demanded payment. The fact is that no one in our family drinks this drink. We didn't pay, because we didn't accept the bar upon arrival (there was just a list with a price without quantity), we didn't use the bar.

"-" There was no bed for a child in the room on the night of arrival, they waited another half hour. It's time for the child to sleep at night, but the room is not ready... although check-in is from 15:00 and the bed should already be assembled.

"-" There are no paper napkins on the tables (there are cloth napkins that are poorly absorbent), there are no toothpicks.
"-" I often met chipped dishes: plates, glasses, cups.
"-" The hotel staff are everywhere at the handouts, they impose very small portions. With your hand outstretched, you stand to be added. As on the porch every day!
"-" Apples are cut and put in a bowl of water so that they do not darken... I ask for a whole one apple for the child, at once the person is not happy at the distribution, they point me to the soaked cut apples... from the fifth request , an apple is already being brought in raised tones . My son eats only whole apples, so I had to go through this quest.
"-" in 10 days, they gave 2 mangoes and yes, they cut 2-3 pieces at the distribution again, explained that to me for three people, with an outstretched hand, you stand again and look at a dissatisfied face.
"-" The juices on the distribution are water + fruit concentrate, sometimes they were diluted heavily. Chemical taste.
"-" Grapes were given 2 times in 10 days and then grapes were not on a twig, but in bulk ...
"-" Ice cream is only paid $ 2 for 1 piece. Once we got soft milk ice cream from the vending machine - just a drop.
Dinner at Ala Kart restaurants, we were in Greek, Chinese, French:

"-" in Chinese, if there are free tables (not a full landing), they offered a table from the edge in a non-cozy place, when asked to offer us a table in another place, the staff were not satisfied, they reacted only for the third time.
"-" I didn't like the French service, because when serving salad from a plate, French salad dressing was spilled on the dress (the plates are square, there is a slot in the corners - it flows out), the waiter disappeared from sight so quickly and didn't even apologize, although he saw that I was very upset and then the dress was "washed" with my napkins.
Beach:
"-" In the morning from 7:30- 8:30 a lot of small flies cannot lie down, they disappear with the heat
"-" There is no non-smoking area, ashtrays are right in the table near the chaise lounges, you have to breathe tobacco with your child.
"-" The taps did not work for three days where the feet were washed off from the sand, one tap with a rewound tape somehow let the jet go (the one near the spa complex)
"-" The lifeguard is often absent from the tower, walks around the beach with vacationers chatting.
We didn't swim in the pool, passing by for breakfast, the smell of bleach was very pungent. There is no saltwater pool.
The only thing that pleased me was the sea, the sandy beach, and the good weather.

In 2022, this hotel was so impressed that in 2023 she decided to visit Labranda Royal again, together with her daughter, who had heard enough of our praises.
And what do we see? A dead area with broken tiles, dirt on the paths, room cleaning on the dump (tips and chocolate have no effect). Until you ask the cleaner yourself, no one will think to replenish soap and soap supplies.
As much as the restaurants impressed us that year, they disappointed us this year. Exactly half the assortment, dirt on the tables. Even the much-vaunted Thursday night party for three hotels in the Labranda chain left a painful impression. I understand that Egyptians do not drink, but when they poured tea instead of whiskey into a glass for my husband, it's something. Beer is disgusting, as well as wine. You can drink OUZO from the local, do not dilute it, because it will become cloudy))
When I praised Labranda Royal before, the emphasis was on the fact that this hotel does not serve the food that was left over from breakfast lunches. Yes, it was, but not this year.
In a tent by the beach, instead of a variety of snacks and snacks, an evil aunt sits every day, who will never start baking tortillas until you show her the money (and it's free).
Cute buns in the form of sweets, fruits or pastries have also disappeared by the pool in the afternoon.
There is also no daily insect repellent treatment this year.
Regarding animation: Only Lisa remains good and pleasant, fulfilling her duties at 200 percent. The rest of the animation staff is new and is in no way interested in involving vacationers in at least some kind of entertainment. Stupidly dancing memorized dances and a couple of sports classes!
This year, there was a lure for regular customers - a VIP lounge, where from 17 to 19 hours you can relax, drink "elite" drinks and snacks. But when my daughter and I (as VIP clients) came to see this "Splendor" for the first time, we were met at the entrance by a man who said: this is for VIP on the list. and with a look like we, a couple of homeless people, took a wrong turn...After he found us on the lists and invited us with a forced smile, of course, there was no desire to stay there.
All this does not add to the desire to visit this hotel again. And it's very sad that your impression was so quickly shattered by the reality of today's Labranda Royal.
I am even ashamed now in front of the people to whom I so zealously advertised this hotel.

They said that 5-ka could use the second 4-star hotel, but as it turned out they ate at the restaurant with us, we couldn't even use the bar in their hotel, only on animation
Animation is mostly in English, German, French and Russian are treated with disdain
The rooms are old and there are not even small eateries where you can have a snack between lunch and dinner

A great hotel in every way! I'm writing a comment for only one reason, I want to answer those dudes who write that the furniture is "killed", gentlemen, furniture made of natural wood, not chipboard! Therefore, it is not changed from season to season, but maintained in a decent condition! Be able to appreciate the beautiful if you are able to do it!

For breakfast there are all kinds of scrambled eggs, omelets, sauces, mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, baked vegetables, fruits, beans, green beans, etc. Constantly cold drinks. I recommend mango and lingonberry. The bar is open. What surprised me a little was that they didn't have napkins, some red scarves on the tables. So take some dry wipes. Lunch: well, everything is there that your heart desires, again, the bar is open (did I just go there?) :) The staff is ready to kiss you, very friendly people. They speak half of it in Russian, but only in the bar :) You can say Shchekuran is Arabic for THANK YOU, they answer Athos-so please. They have a custom there that no matter how many times you meet them, you have to say hello. They welcome this ASALYAM ALAIKUM. They answer to ALAIKUM ASSALAM. The rooms are very comfortable, my wife and I had a huge 2-bedroom bed, a toilet with a bidet, a cabin (shower), and no more, it smells delicious, the balcony is super (2 chairs and a table) view: into the garden, so that active residents do not interfere, view of the pools and the sea. A condishen bomb! They clean up (my wife doesn't clean the house like that :) And if you leave a little money, it will be, in general. My wife and I came, every time we had, moreover, a coolly made bed, so it was also sprinkled with mallow petals. It's a small thing, but it's nice! We went out on the balcony (we had the 2nd floor) and enjoyed the view (and of course ourselves :) The territory is clean and monitored. All good people, no matter what language you speak, there is no bias. The beach is clean. Again, the bar is open until 18 on the beach. The booze, guys, is diluted on the beach at the bar. If you want a normal more or less drink, go to the bar near the reception and take Brandy or vodka.There's such an awesome bartender, great. Ah, guys, I forgot to say, if you go, take ALENKA's chocolates with you, they will change the number for them if necessary, it's like currency :) The pools are very blue, freshwater, and one of them has a bar inside. In general, everyone has their own goals, my wife and I just wanted to sunbathe, swim and find new friends, which we did. By the way, for those who have the same goals, I recommend a sightseeing tour of Hoogard, very low prices for medicines at the pharmacy. Well, somehow, we liked it, it wasn't too expensive, we met new people, they now invite us to visit and we invite them.
