The first disappointment occurred at the moment when they entered the room - old , beaten-up furniture (which is already 20 years old) , creaking doors , old appliances (TV and telephone )- it feels like I 've been transported back to the late 90s .
The room is furnished extremely quickly and simply - a bed, a bedside table , a table ( everything needs to be replaced for a long time) - I will attach a photo so that there is no doubt about my words.
There are no slippers and a bathrobe in the room (for some reason you need to call the reception and ask for it).
Cleaning was carried out every day, but very superficial ( do not expect thorough and high-quality cleaning.there was always dust on the surfaces in the room)
The second and most global disappointment is the food..
Choosing a 5-star hotel, first of all, you want to enjoy not only the warm sun , but also the food.
There is no choice of seafood . Every day, only 1 fish was offered (like our tilapia, or maybe it is) - in batter or sweet and sour sauce. The fish itself is tasteless and no matter how you cook it , it won 't get any better .
And only once ! during the 12 days of stay, small grilled lobsters and tuna (tar tar or grilled) were served for dinner
I don't eat meat, so I had to eat rice , potatoes , pasta with salad all the rest..
A large selection of olives , various pickles , tahini , sliced vegetables - they taste pretty good .
I didn 't like the baking - visually all the cakes look spectacular , but they don 't taste like 5 stars in any way (the cream is not dense , apparently due to saving butter , so it turns out like cotton wool )

The hotel is very decent, we were on the January holidays. The food is delicious, especially the fish, the beach is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, polite staff, large green area, there is a heated swimming pool, the airport is not far away, animators are on fire! I really liked everyone, and especially Oksana! The chic and cheerful Orthodox Christmas dinner was very impressive: lots of delicious food, strawberries, performances by artists and a charismatic General Manager. It was very cool! I have read a lot of reviews that the staff is more polite to the Germans, no, I did not notice this - everyone has an even attitude, it is clear that they work with the staff and work a lot! The hotel has everything you need: a pharmacy, shops with groceries, necessary small things, souvenir shops, a wide range of services on the beach, quad bike tours. They write that the guys offering services are too intrusive, well, let's be honest, this is their job! I always treat the staff with understanding! Still, we must respect the work of others! And the rest in this hotel turned out to be magical, I really liked everything!

We are having a rest at your hotel, this is not the first time. Everything is GREAT!!! ThanksIt's just paradise! A large area, lots of greenery, magnificent flowers. The service is on top, keep it up!!!The food is excellent, always varied.... and what kind of pastries and cakes...- it's just a miracle! The staff is friendly, good-natured-very nice! The sea is nearby, the beach is always clean. Thank you for the fairy tale!!! I recommend it to everyone!!!

- terrible food. No seafood or normal meat. There is not even juice from the bags, only yuppie-type poison. There are practically no fruits.

- very aggressive, intrusive tour sellers are like flies. If you don't buy, they yell and swear that they wasted their time.

I had a vacation here in January 2023. I liked everything. Cleaners clean well, make beautiful figures out of towels and blankets. The kitchen is great, the chefs cook great, something new every day. The warm pool is quite large, the rooms are located near the sea. The rooms are a bit outdated, but good nonetheless. Good animators, they do an excellent job with the education of children. Good afternoon!We stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago..And what I want to say..
We were immensely satisfied with almost everything..the territory is very beautiful, the rooms are clean ... there is just plenty of food and for every taste, both lean and vegetarian and ordinary..in addition to breakfast, etc., French fries and ice cream are free on the beach..
And most importantly, the sea is not ordinary..It is clean, beautiful and has a gorgeous sand thanks to its bay..
I advise you to visit this place with children and be sure that you will all have a rest because there are wonderful animators there..Lisa is like most people in the first place (she is very attentive, cheerful, active)Our daughters just wouldn't leave her side..There is also Vika, a sweet girl..but I would also like to mention the dark-skinned girl Maria, everyone called her..She's very funny..although the children did not understand her because she speaks English, but she does not know Russian..but they still managed to understand each other and it was fun and cool for everyone!!!

When I praised Labranda Royal before, the emphasis was on the fact that this hotel does not serve the food that was left over from breakfast lunches. Yes, it was, but not this year.
In a tent by the beach, instead of a variety of snacks and snacks, an evil aunt sits every day, who will never start baking tortillas until you show her the money (and it's free).
Cute buns in the form of sweets, fruits or pastries have also disappeared by the pool in the afternoon.
There is also no daily insect repellent treatment this year.
Regarding animation: Only Lisa remains good and pleasant, fulfilling her duties at 200 percent. The rest of the animation staff is new and is in no way interested in involving vacationers in at least some kind of entertainment. Stupidly dancing memorized dances and a couple of sports classes!
This year, there was a lure for regular customers - a VIP lounge, where from 17 to 19 hours you can relax, drink "elite" drinks and snacks. But when my daughter and I (as VIP clients) came to see this "Splendor" for the first time, we were met at the entrance by a man who said: this is for VIP on the list. and with a look like we, a couple of homeless people, took a wrong turn...After he found us on the lists and invited us with a forced smile, of course, there was no desire to stay there.
All this does not add to the desire to visit this hotel again. And it's very sad that your impression was so quickly shattered by the reality of today's Labranda Royal.
I am even ashamed now in front of the people to whom I so zealously advertised this hotel.
