The hotel has its own 3 stars. The rooms are good, we also stayed three years ago, then the breakfast was a buffet with a wider assortment, and now it seems with a large influx of tourists, they switched to a portion menu with a more meager assortment
It's very cozy. The food is good and not expensive. As far as I understand, there are not many alternatives in Vibsk. The location is excellent, you can easily walk to the historical center. The rooms are clean.
The inside is better than the outside. It's a bit rough, but it's enough for 1-2 nights. The location is quite convenient, close to the center, you can walk. Air conditioners work only as fans, which, however, is warned by a piece of paper in the room. We had a room with a balcony, and the next room had access to the same balcony. We didn't run into anyone, but it was pretty fast. They didn't eat any food.
I liked everything except the cool hall, the lack of slippers, and at the last breakfast, we didn't ask that we would drink tea or coffee, but in general everything is fine)
A good hotel. 3 stars. Clean, not intrusive staff. Convenient location. Nearby, within walking distance, several shopping malls, pharmacies, shopping malls, as far as public transport stops.
Among the disadvantages: the cost of rooms is quite expensive (in Vitebsk)
in principle, everything is fine, but the food in the dining room is bad, and the repair is very old, there are few outlets in the room and the TV does not work.
During the trip to the Republic of Belarus, we stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Repairs and furnishings will be especially appreciated by those nostalgic for the USSR, but I will note the cleanliness! Everything is clean and tidy. I am very squeamish and can only get used to the fact that towels should be bleached.
We had a family room: two bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one separate with a bathtub, the second combined). We really liked it) And if we find ourselves passing through again, we will definitely stop here again.
The hotel feels like it's from the Soviet past, but it's already been renovated. The reception is decent, the room stock is too. During the three days that I lived there, the maid checked in every day, was interested in cleaning, changing clothes and having water. Breakfast is included in the room rate. There are only positive emotions from this hotel.
There is also a paid parking for cars at the hotel.
The room is clean and spacious, there is everything for a comfortable stay (hairdryer, towels, buffets). The staff is polite. You can check in at a convenient time, which is a huge plus if you arrive in the city early.
There is enough of everything! There are a lot of lamps in the room. In the bathroom, soap dispensers have been converted to the walls. The bed is comfortable, the windows open. There is a buffet at the bottom of the hotel. Pretty empty parking lot
I took a room for 75 rubles. The room is clean, but the area is small. The ceilings are low. The air conditioner was not working. There is no wind from the windows, it is even a little hot in winter. There is always hot water. I was a little upset by the lack of sockets near the bed.
The reception staff is very friendly, even at midnight they were greeted with a smile, settled quickly, everything was explained.
The food in the restaurant for breakfast is not very good. For breakfast, "Business" for 18 rubles received two simple small pancakes with sausage and cheese, a piece of black bread, a piece of butter, three pieces of cheese, three pieces of ham, two dry Viennese waffles, a jar of yogurt, an apple, juice.
The hotel is located near the center. I took a taxi in 5 minutes. I did not use the parking lot, but it is there, there were places.
It's great to spend a couple of nights.
Polite staff, the room is clean, the air conditioner works only as a fan. The breakfast is continental, quite tasty + freshly brewed coffee. For me, the room is a little tired
Great hotel, great breakfasts. Beds/pillows are suitable for a wonderful sleep. I would stay here again. Thanks to the administration and all the staff!
A large building, there is Parking, delicious hearty breakfasts in the morning for 15 rubles, the rooms are relatively spacious, there is enough furniture, new plumbing.
It was only upon arrival that it turned out that one of the days the cold water would be turned off for several hours, and the hot water for 2 days! Therefore, we had to shorten the time of staying at the hotel and move to another one…
The view from the hotel windows is wonderful!
The normal option. Clean, acceptable quality breakfasts. For a little money, a guarded parking lot is provided (about 100 Russian rubles per day). It's a little far from the center. but taxis are also inexpensive. It is noisy at night, as there is a relatively busy road nearby. The staff is polite and friendly. I recommend the hotel.
I really liked it in Luches! Friendly staff, comfortable room, delicious food, good location. I recommend it!

We stayed in single standard rooms. The rooms are clean. It was cool in my room (an extra blanket saved it) My colleague's room is even hot. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant on the 14th floor. The food is delicious. The coffee is terrible.
For the price, I think it's a bit expensive (100 rubles).
In Mogilev (Mr. Mogilev), a room of the same level costs 78 rubles with breakfast.
A huge hotel! They are served promptly, both at check-in and at breakfast. The staff is friendly. In my opinion, it is more suitable for settling large groups attending mass events. For a personal visit, I would prefer something smaller, more intimate. And so - everything is on the level!
The hotel is 4 out of 5 rooms. The single room has a nice wide bed, TV, more than 100 channels, the interior is good, several different lamps, there is a common switch, refrigerator. There is an air conditioner, but it is set to only one general comfortable temperature, I hardly used it. A toilet with a shower and a washbasin with a simple renovation. It's a decent hotel for the price. There are a lot of different shops and shopping centers nearby. There is a cafe inside in the lobby.
I really liked it. Nice, clean, cozy room. Everything you need in the room including a safe. At 10:00, the maid called on the phone and asked: maybe I need something. Caring, polite, non-intrusive staff. The restaurant on the 14th floor serves delicious food, the staff is very polite. In short, I was satisfied! Thank you very much!
The rooms are in terrible condition, have not been renovated since Soviet times. There is a foreign smell. The staff is very rude, they talk in raised tones.
If I hadn't been part of the tour group, I would never have chosen this hotel. When we took the tour package, we were told that there are no ordinary rooms, there are only improved double rooms. Well, there's nothing to do, we paid for an improved one. When we arrived to check in as a group, we were the only one who was not immediately given a key. After about 5 minutes, they still gave it out. We went up to the 5th floor, approached the room and were stunned to say the least. The door of the room is open, the light is off and there was a towel hanging on the handle of the inner door. We turned around and went to the reception. We met the maid on the way, "Oh, I didn't have time to change the linen, the guests left late." On the one hand, I understand, but on the other hand, I don't really. Maybe then we should increase the number of maids? We went down to the reception, they were shocked. We waited for 15 minutes while the room was being cleaned. The number itself is a separate song. Improved. I am 165 cm tall. So, standing in the hallway and raising my hand to the ceiling, I touched it. That is, the ceiling actually lies on your head, the situation is better in the other two rooms. It's the same story in the bathroom. The bathroom has a very high side, you can climb in, but it's already problematic to get out. There are no handles to hold on to. The closet in the hallway is my age, I think, and so are the clothes brushes. There is no shoe spoon. And the cherry on the cake :-) Stains on the duvet cover :-) Breakfast... Well, maybe they did it specifically for groups like this. For yoghurts and fruits plus. For an incomprehensible omelet and very fatty pancakes with sausage and strange cheese, a fat minus. Not even so much for the sausage and cheese, but for the awesome amount of oil used during frying. And besides, we were informed in the evening that breakfast was on the upper floors, we took the elevator, and there our colleagues and their tour groups said go down to the second floor - breakfast is there. We went down. There are no signs, the light is not on. We ask the employee at the reception - he is not aware (the organization is super!). As a result, we went into a dark corridor and found it in a conference room.
A pleasant hotel with reasonable prices. Clean rooms with everything you need. Silence in the hotel.
Trains from St. Petersburg arrive very inconveniently. The last time I had to check in was at 3.40 am. In Vitebsk, there was business for 2-3 hours and then free time until the night (23.50) train to St. Petersburg. I took the room for a day and the time of stay in it was also made for a day, namely until 3.40 the next day.
Very good. I recommend.
Clean, delicious breakfast. One of the disadvantages is good audibility

Dear comrades, the impression of staying in the wonderful city of Vitebsk has been greatly spoiled. A room in the Luches Hotel. I didn't order it myself, they brought it to the Slavyansky Bazaar, but the smell in the bathroom is something not possible! It's like they drown rats in the sewer and they rot there! And that smell is all over the hotel! This overshadowed the stay in the wonderful, clean city of Vitebsk, wonderful responsive and kind Belarusians! The hotel staff, the people in the city! A festive atmosphere! But something has to be solved with the smell!
An inexpensive "Soviet" hotel with good service. Clean, 4-speed elevators, a decent lobby on the floor, a cooler. A kettle and a hairdryer are free of charge upon request. Parking is paid and free, near the shopping center, half an hour walk to the historical center. On the 14th floor, breakfast and dinner are available for an additional fee. The fee. I recommend
A modest Soviet-built hotel. There is free Parking-public, there is also a paid guarded parking-5 bel.rubles (×24 = Russian rubles). You can order breakfast directly in the cafe located on the top floor (although I didn't want to waste time waiting for the order to be accepted - the waitress at the counter was already nervous in the morning). The room is simple-it's good that it turned out to be free at all: we checked in after the fact. 2-bed room with separate beds-80 bel.rub. The air conditioner worked only in fan mode, the refrigerator is weak without a freezer
I recommend a decent hotel. There is a la carte breakfast and a buffet for anyone to choose from. There is a tea set in the room, which is not even bad, bathrobes and slippers. There is a cooler in the hallway on each floor. The hotel staff are wonderful people! Thank you all!
