I really liked the hotel, the superior double room turned out to be two-room, with two air conditioners, a spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed, clean, polite staff, breakfast is paid separately. The price is quite acceptable.

We had a rest here with my husband in 2013, and the prices were normal, and the level of service corresponded. We decided to visit Vitebsk again 10 years later and check into this hotel. Our disappointment was so great that we left home the next day... The standard room has increased in price, but the room "died" already 7 years ago! The carpet is incredibly dirty, it has never been dry-cleaned! Huge flies were flying in the room! And this is in the middle of October! It's terribly cold! What we were offered a heater for! The furniture is so shabby and ruined that I fell straight into melancholy, and I did not want to return to the hotel after a walk around the city! The bathroom has terrible cold and dim lighting, black mold was noticed along the bathtub! We were not provided with a standard set in the room: neither disposable slippers, nor a set with a toothbrush! I walked around the room in white socks and they turned black! Guests are not even provided with a tea bag on the day of check-in!!! There is no service from the word at all and no!!! But the cost of such a room per night was about 4600 rubles! This is an outrage! The hotel needs repairs and new, albeit inexpensive, furniture! And think about the service!!! Never set foot in this hotel again!

The hotel is not exactly in the center, but also relatively close. A 10-minute walk will take you to Peremoga Square, from there another 10 minutes, and already there is a theater, a pyramid with shops and other things that are in the center.
Excellent work at the reception, quickly settled, any issues are quickly resolved, the most pleasant impression.
The rooms are cleaned daily and, it should be noted, of high quality.
14 floors. On the 14th floor there is a restaurant where buffet breakfasts are served in the morning, as well as a la carte can be ordered throughout the day and until late in the evening.
Rooms of different categories. From simple housekeepers to family ones with a kitchen.
But everything is fine in simple economies, and personally I have no complaints at all. Yes, it's simple, but there is a refrigerator, a good and large bathroom, a comfortable sink, everything worked in the shower, normal pressure and temperature of hot water is normal, nothing needs to be drained for a long time.
There are shops nearby, the nearest, fairly large grocery chain store is just behind the hotel, to go around on the right.
If you like a sauna, come here. She is wonderful at the hotel, we had a great pleasure.

I've been here more than once. Unfortunately, the last time will be like this in the literal sense. I booked a room after the renovation. I checked in around 12 at night, tired, with one thought to go to bed. The room turned out to have a persistent smell of tobacco, and it did not work out for a long time, based on the fact that it was minus one outside. My eau de toilette helped me fall asleep a little, at least for a while it invited the smell. In fact, I woke up in the morning with a headache. At the reception, to my remark, did the maid really feel nothing and how could a woman (me) be settled in a smoky room, they calmly replied that they thought it would wear off. With the windows and the door closed?! They didn't even think about an elementary apology. Yes, it was possible to go down to the reception and start the red tape with the relocation, but not in the dead of night. Is it really impossible to initially put a woman in a non-smoky room?! Breakfast and cafe service are always on top). Clean, tasty, comfortable.

I didn't understand the hotel at all. The room stock is large. But there were only apartments for sale. There were no people at breakfast at all, which suggests that this whole story is not because of the fullness. Breakfast is not cooked that early in the morning, but I would say the day before yesterday. Dried pancakes and weathered scrambled eggs don't look like that in a couple of hours. When I visit Vitebsk, I stay at this hotel. There are no complaints about the hotel, everything is clear and neat. The carpet in the room was very dirty. It 's covered in black spots and streaks . It was not possible to wash in the shower, because the water was splashing from the watering can. The room was located in the corner of the corridor, it seemed that they forgot to clean it. There was not a pleasant impression of the hotel. Number 505. The mood was ruined. A negative impression remained.
The only thing that smoothed it out was the breakfasts, everything was delicious, but the menu was the same for two days.

Stayed for 2 nights. Parking lots -2 . Paid guarded and free. The reception is 24-hour, the staff is attentive. The room is clean, everything you need is there. It's a little uncomfortable watching TV from the bedroom. The restaurant is modest, but the food is delicious! Breakfast is buffet style or a la carte. For a 3* hotel, it's just great! We have a family room (4 people) - three rooms, plenty of space, good furniture, clean. Two toilets with all the gadgets, including a bidet and a hairdryer. Someone will say a scoop, but for me it's quite a respectable style, beautiful and comfortable. The children are delighted - there is a place to roam. 2 TVs, kitchen. The decision to go to Vitebsk was spontaneous, there was little time to search for housing. The LUCHES hotel helped out a lot. Who is going to Vitebsk, I highly recommend it! The hotel is great! Everything is at the highest level, price / quality, rooms (we took 6 rooms, single with a 120cm wide bed) are perfect! Clean, cozy, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV (lots of cool channels), excellent shower with toilet, three towels (excellent quality), in our days when we were, there was a free breakfast promotion. On the 14th floor there is a dining room, very friendly staff, especially the waitress Irina (thanks a lot to her from the whole team), they cook delicious food and always went to a meeting! There was a problem to eat in the city, but there is no such problem in the Luches hotel! Once again, many thanks to the hotel administration for the good, kind attitude and excellent staff!

The air conditioning in the room works only for ventilation. Sleeping with the window open is very noisy. There is no kettle or cups in the room. Not comfortable pillows.

Breakfasts are not to my taste: few vegetables, tasteless, although lunches and dinners in the restaurant are good.
The hotel is conveniently located, the city center is within walking distance.

The hotel will appeal to those nostalgic for the USSR. The interior and exterior design are appropriate. The same "service". Children can be taken to a museum about the socialist past of grandparents. Despite the recent renovation, everything is preserved in the best traditions of those times. On the ground floor you can visit a real Soviet glasshouse with chebureks and sausage sandwiches, taste a wide selection of alcoholic beverages. Naturally, you will not find normal food there. To do this, you can go up to the 14th floor to the restaurant, which is designed in the style of "late Brezhnev" with prices like in "Berezka" and portions like "overseas caviar" from the famous movie. However, if you want to eat properly and taste the really wonderful modern service, there are surprisingly a couple of great places in Vitebsk. But that's another story.
The hotel is not worth the requested money.Especially for Vitebsk. Breakfasts are paid separately and they are just nothing. There is simply no Wi-fi. The rooms are clean and this is probably her only advantage.
