Good room stock (lived in room 1106).
It's clean enough. Polite staff.
A very decent, varied breakfast.
Towels are changed daily.
(From the end of the building, the Kopek store is open until 22.00)

Unfortunately, I can't join the enthusiastic reviews of other hotel guests, since living in Luches was the only drawback in our trip to Belarus. Those tourists who lived on the upper floors of the hotel were satisfied, but the rooms on the 4th and 5th floors are some kind of horror! At first we were settled in a room with a window opening onto a roofing material roof. That is, it was elementary to enter the room through the window. Plus, it was hot in the afternoon and the roofing material got hot. It's bad for them to breathe. Asked to replace the number. Replaced with a room without light (electricity) and with a terrible smell of sewage. The hotel security guard ran away and made sure that we were telling the truth. Administrator Ksenia only smiled when we expressed our claims. The third room, repair, probably never seen. Creepy beds, tightly nailed to the floor, the same terrible mattresses, old and dirty carpet. The request to provide us with a normal number was refused. Although it is a world practice to do everything possible for tourists to relax, because there were a lot of free rooms in the hotel. Hurtful. that the wonderful impression of Belarus was spoiled. Rating - 1. I add one more star for breakfast. It was delicious. Tourists. be vigilant when deciding to settle in Luches!

The price is too high. There are no disposable slippers, a kettle and disposable hygiene products in the room. There is no toilet cleaning liquid in the container with the brush.The washroom requires additional cleanliness. The service is good. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good. The location is very convenient.

A modernized and gentrified Soviet hotel (in the wall by the bed you will find a fully live Soviet radio mounted). Rooms for any format, cleaning is regular, the cost is really not small (compared to others in this city). The breakfasts are weird (dense and tasteless)... But in the evenings, we liked the kitchen of their restaurant on the top floor (I took the fish and it was the most tender). Parking is large if the whole lot is occupied (and it happens) - there was always a place 30 meters away. The location is a 15-minute walk from the three bayonets Square (where there are many restaurants), there is a Penny and Vesta (groceries) nearby. In general, I highly recommend it for business trips and travel.

A morally outdated hotel. The service is not that bad, but the sediment remains. The staff is polite. The hotel itself needs to be updated already. I liked the steam room, but I didn't like the accompanying kitchen service, namely the delivery and dishes from the kitchen leave much to be desired.

A wonderful hotel. The room is two-room, clean white linen, bathrobes, towels, slippers, tea and coffee, kettle, TV, refrigerator... everything in the room is there. Breakfast (additional 18 BEL/rub) in the morning in the restaurant is excellent (a choice of pancakes or scrambled eggs, yoghurts, fruits, coffee, cheese, sausage, croissants). We are very satisfied and the price is 150 rubles. rubles per room. I definitely recommend it.

A very decent hotel. The room is clean with a refrigerator and a nice bed with an excellent mattress. There is a minus: there is no toothpaste, shampoo, tea and sugar in the room, although a tea pair is provided. Breakfast was included in the room rate according to the promotion-oddly enough, there is a decent restaurant on the 14th floor. The staff is extremely polite and friendly. Parking is free. It's a pity I didn't take a picture of the lobby, sooo beautiful chandelier) but there are photos of famous performers who visited this hotel. Thank you all!

When ordering a room through the island, you always get the wrong one. In 100 cases out of 100, you get a cheaper room. If you notice, they start babbling about overbooking, that they were notified a month in advance that the owner personally called and other crap. If you haven't noticed, you're a fool yourself. Of all the hotels in Belarus, this one is the most sophisticated.

It would seem that an ordinary far from "fashionable" hotel... But how fortunate it happened that we had something to compare it with. Despite the exterior is not super modern decoration, the hotel admires with its attitude and service in small things. Two spacious rooms, TWO blankets on a double bed, plus two warm blankets. A full tea set, a full set in the shower (including bathrobes and three types of towels). Large bathtub, hygienic shower. In general, there was nothing to complain about (even the radio started working on the second day). I would also like to thank the staff separately: after seeing the photos of the hotel and roughly imagining what Vitebsk is (I have known it for 20 years), I was ready for everything, including "Soviet service", staff indifference, etc. But I was pleasantly surprised when the girls at the reception were at the level, even if not Marriott, but a very decent hotel. The impressions are purely positive, I did not want to leave))
If the renovation (design) is also more modern, it will be chic in general!

Yes, carpets and furniture have seen a lot, and the location of the outlets is not the most successful.
The bathroom looks much more modern against this background.
The real problem was the air conditioner, it works as ventilation... it doesn't work in general.
It's good that they lived high up, and the city is quiet - they opened the window.
The neighbors were also not heard, although they were not visible either.

Upon arrival (in our case, late), everything was clean.
We stayed for one night, including on the topic of maintaining cleanliness, there is nothing to say.

Girls should be fine.
The men will be hungry.
But you have a view of the city from the top floor.

Quite a large hotel for Vitebsk, in my opinion, corresponding to three stars. Of the minuses, a very tired renovation of rooms from 15 years ago. Among the advantages are wastefully large rooms and a guarded parking lot. The food corresponds to the level of the hotel. In general, everything is expected and fully corresponds to the declared category.

Nice hotel..good location..purity..cleaning...delicious food..I really liked the fact that when almost everything is closed in the city after 22.00..then there is a simple stall next to the hotel.. 24 hours...they sell delicious natural coffee there..and very tasty Belarusian pancakes...for dinner at 23.00 is just right...They are very tasty ..and they didn't get poisoned..

The service is good, the room is clean, cleaned. We lived in a 2-room apartment. Delicious but expensive breakfasts. I would not recommend buying a breakfast complex at the reception, it is better to choose what you need. There is a very unpleasant smell on the floor, like in an old grandmother's apartment. Far from the center, only a few stops to go by public transport!

It is always clean, all rooms have appliances, a refrigerator, a working air conditioner, there is always water in the cooler, a kettle, if necessary, will always be given out. I ordered a room for my wife and mother-in-law.The photo of the room that is posted on the site does not correspond to reality, it is an old and tired fund. Furniture from the Soviet era, the bed with a mattress is terrible, the room is cold, there is no drinking water, there is no mini-bar, it is cold in the bathroom, the tile joints are dirty, the towels are gray. It is very unpleasant to live in a hotel. Breakfast is meager. The only plus is the friendly staff. The room rate is unjustifiably overpriced.

We booked a hotel for one day and, in principle, were satisfied with everything: we got a royal room (2 bathrooms with Jacuzzi, 3 rooms, kitchen nook) and with a great view. The price is optimal, the elevators are working, everything is clean, cozy, and normal inside. There is a place to park the car. There is a nice modern, spacious area around.
But.
If you come for a short time, then you can walk to the central beauty streets in at least 30 minutes (or better by taxi or your own car). This is not very convenient if time is short.
And breakfast. For such a multi-storey building. In a multi-dimensional hotel, the breakfast room consists of two rooms. If a group arrives (and several tourist buses stop here at once), then it is problematic to sit down. If there was a Swedish line or an order in advance from the menu, it would be more technologically advanced: came-brought-ate-left. And then you come - first you choose food from the menu - then you wait - then you eat - then you leave. Time is spent 2 times more.
Dishes (scrambled eggs, cheesecakes, porridges) are quite edible and made from high-quality products. But no more.

Rude, not responsive, as soon as they entered the restaurant, her first question with a displeased face sounded - "from which room?". She didn't say hello or smile. And not only did we not like this rudeness, the guest turned around after such a rude attitude and left. Only this overshadowed our impression of the hotel.
