There was a cupboard with a refrigerator in the aisle, one bed was slightly against the wall, the other was pushed back. No comfort, carelessness. The bathroom is clean and comfortable. The interiors are in a scoop style with a hint of "doraho-bahato" and small accents that we still do not live in the 80s. Unlike those times, there is a mini-refrigerator in the rooms, naturally not connected to the network (why waste electricity), a small flat-screen TV, air conditioning (I don't know if it's working, I didn't check) and a Wi-Fi network that almost doesn't work🙇♂️ But at the same time, in 2023 of the 21st century, there is not even an elementary kettle in a room for $ 35. If you describe all the "sights" of this hotel, then there is not enough space here. Please note what breakfast is and how much it costs here. In general, if you are nostalgic or organize an attraction for children called "how we lived" - the place is the best, But not like that.

The only hotel in Vitebsk that has provided a room for one day on the website, for which we are already grateful. The room is on the fourth floor, clean, the bathroom is very spacious with normal plumbing, with a comfortable wide shelf by the sink. The restaurant is on the 14th floor, the possibility of paying with a MIR card, an acceptable exchange rate. Delicious breakfast with a choice of content and price. The staff is polite, calm, and pleasant to talk to.
All of the above completely suits me, I am pleased that we stayed at this hotel.

Rent a single room for 80 byn/day. The interior is a bit old, "tired" already, the air conditioner was there, but it did not work (they said at the reception that the process of installing and connecting air conditioners in the rooms was still underway). The shower stall is small and cramped. The flaps in it did not close completely, leaving a gap of 2 centimeters. The toilet, apparently, was poorly attached to the floor - it was wobbling. But it was possible to use it :). There is Wi-Fi - there is order here. The room was clean. There were no slippers. The bed is comfortable - I slept comfortably. In general, it's not bad, but in my opinion the price should be lower (there is something to compare it with - I lived in other single rooms in other regional cities of the Republic of Belarus)

The hotel is gorgeous. We were in 511 rooms: spacious, clean, modern. The linen is fresh, there are a lot of towels, even the bathrobes were hanging. There is a kettle, dishes, tea and coffee in the room. The convenient location of the hotel (but this is for us, we drove by car from Lepel).
The restaurant is disgusting. We went to dinner, it would be better to drink kefir with a loaf.

Very high prices with very low quality.
The description of the room says "up to 3 people": for bed linen on the sofa, the child was charged an additional 25 rubles. practically the cost of lunch or a room elsewhere. With the high cost of the room itself, 220 rubles. All other hotels in Belarus provide children under 3 years old with a free cot. The service is at zero.
There is a fire hazard light bulb in the room. It has not been replaced.
The girl at the reception is not kind of a word at all.
When we went up to the restaurant, there was a smell of unwashed feet on the 14th floor. I didn't feel like eating in this place. With not low prices for the rooms themselves, another 18 rubles per person for breakfast is just terrible. For the same money that the room costs, you can rent a luxury room in a palace in the west of Belarus, with food.
Vitebsk left the most unpleasant impressions compared to other cities during a trip to Belarus due to the disgusting service at this hotel.
The nearest normal restaurant "Cornflowers" is a 15-minute walk away. You can have breakfast there. On the opposite side of the avenue from Cornflowers - Zdoba is a 24-hour place that saves, since the hotel will offer a salad after 8 pm at best.
The elevators need to be replaced.

Bathrobes and slippers in the room, a normal bed is good; but everything else negates the impression.
